Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe multicultural education in the era of society 5.0. This research is library research, examining sources that discuss multicultural education and society 5.0. The research results show that in the era of society 5.0, there is a variety of diversity (pluralism), especially in the field of education. Diversity in the world of education includes gender, ethnicity, culture, and religion. Apart from that, in the educational process, there is also a diversity of potential, intelligence, talents, interests, motivations, and so on. There is also diversity in educational media, whether hardware or shopware. There is also diversity in the use of communication and information technology in education. The use of computers and the internet (digital) in the educational process also varies according to the needs and abilities of educators, students, and educational institutions. So multiculturalism in the field of education in society 5.0 is an unavoidable necessity.

Abstract

The hadith concerning intention has profound relevance in cultivating motivation, particularly within the realm of Islamic guidance and counseling. This hadith affirms that the value of deeds is contingent upon intention, which serves as the primary impetus for human action. This research contextually analyzes the relationship between intention and motivation, highlighting its role in fostering genuine enthusiasm for achieving noble life goals. In Islamic counseling, sincere intentions form the foundation of a client's motivation to confront life challenges through a spiritual approach. The integration of intention and motivation provides guidance for education, worship, and daily problem solving. By strengthening intentions, a client's motivation becomes more robust, sustainable, and oriented towards Islamic values. This research concludes that a contextual understanding of the hadith of intention is crucial for developing motivation that is not only productive but also imbued with spiritual significance, fostering a meaningful life in both this world and the hereafter.

Abstract

he main issues addressed in this research are: 1) The meaning and process of Nikka Ada' implementation in Mamuju, 2) Islamic law's perspective on the practice of Nikka Ada' in Mamuju, and 3) The view of National Law No. 1 of 1974 on marriage regarding the practice of Nikka Ada' in Mamuju. This study adopts a qualitative approach with descriptive research, utilizing oral questioning. The theoretical frameworks employed include comparative theory, customary wisdom, and maslahah mursalah. The findings of this research conclude that: 1) The process of divorce marriage in Kalukku sub-district is similar to conventional marriage practices, with the groom providing a dowry, witnesses, a guardian, and other customary requirements. The local customs dictate that the marriage is considered complete upon dissolution (divorce). Pregnant women will divorce when the child is born. 2) The phenomenon of divorce marriage in Kalukku sub-district, considering its purposes, brings more benefits than harm. Therefore, based on Quranic verses, Hadiths, and Islamic legal principles, the practice of divorce marriage in Kalukku sub-district is permissible, provided it is undertaken out of necessity to bring about benefits. 3) Nikka Ada' marriages in Kalukku sub-district contradict the prevailing laws as they are not conducted through a court hearing. Divorce occurs solely based on the agreement of both parties, their respective families, and community and customary leaders.

Abstract

his research discusses the Deconstruction of Pangadereng Values ??in Maintaining Family Harmonization in Wajo Regency, with sub-problems: 1). What is the understanding of the people of Wajo Regency about the five pangadereng (Ade', talked, rapang, wari, and sara')? 2). How is the Deconstruction of Pangadereng Values ??in Maintaining Family Harmonization in Wajo Regency? 3). How is Urf's theory analysis related to the Deconstruction of Pangadereng Values ??in Caring for Family Harmonization in Wajo Regency. With the main objective of knowing the Deconstruction of Pangadereng Values ??in Maintaining Family Harmonization in Wajo Regency, with sub objectives; 1). Identifying the understanding of the people of Wajo Regency about the five pangadereng (Ade', talked, rapang, wari, and sara'). 2). Identifying the Deconstruction of Pangadereng Values ??in Maintaining Family Harmony in Wajo Regency. 3). Identifying Urf theory analysis related to the Deconstruction of Pangadereng Values ??in Caring for Family Harmonization in Wajo Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach that describes data obtained in the field related to the deconstruction of the value of pangadereng in maintaining harmonization in Wajo district. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach in the form of written and verbal questions from Wajo cultural figures, religious leaders, community leaders and the community itself. The results of the research concluded that: 1) The Wajo community's understanding of pangadereng all have the same views with different presentations. Some say that pangadereng is related to norms, values ??that regulate behavior, attitudes and actions. and also convey that pangadereng is an order, rules that originate from Ade', wari, speech, rapang and sara' (Islamic law after the arrival of Islam). 2) Deconstruction of the value of pangadereng in maintaining family harmony in Wajo district can be seen from several cultural and social aspects which are an integral part of local community life. Pangadereng is a Bugis traditional value system that includes various social norms and rules, including in the family context. Several important points that can be used as a reference: a. Siri' (Self-Esteem). b. Sipakatau (Respect each other. c. Sipakainge (Remind each other. d. Assitongeng (Truth). e. Mappesona ri Dewata Seuwae (Trust in God Almighty). 3) Based on the analysis of urf theory related to the deconstruction of pangadereng values ??in maintaining family harmony in the district Wajo does not conflict with sharia' and is authentic urf, namely good and acceptable urf, therefore it must be maintained, both in the formation of laws or in the judiciary. Likewise, it does not conflict with what Rusdaya Basri stated, namely: 1) It does not conflict with the text Al-Qur'an and Hadith, 2) Does not cause harm and does not lose benefits, including not causing hardship and difficulty. 3) This applies to Muslims in general, in the sense that it is not just something that is usually done by a few people. 4) And does not apply in mahdah worship.

Abstract

The main problems in this research are 1) What are the Judge's Legal Considerations in Decision Number 161/Pdt.P/2022/Pa Ek?. 2) What is the Position of Siri's Husband as the Heir of Siri's Wife from a National Law Perspective? 3) What is the Position of Siri's Husband? As the Heir of Siri's Wife Seen from the Perspective of Islamic Law? This research uses a type of library research with a normative juridical approach. Data collection techniques using document studies (library materials). The theories used are utility theory and legal certainty theory. The results of the research concluded that 1) The judge's legal considerations in Judge Determination Number 161/Pdt.P/2022/Pa Ek were that the panel of judges did not include the husband of the deceased as an heir because there was no clarity regarding the condition of the deceased's husband. And there is no legally registered marriage registration. Therefore, the heirs from the unregistered marriage only fell to the deceased's biological mother and her 2 children. 2) The position of the unregistered husband as the legal representative of the unregistered wife, viewed from the perspective of national law, is that in an unregistered marriage there is no distribution of assets to the wife or children resulting from an unregistered marriage, unless there is an agreement or civil agreement between the husband and wife only. The existence of an agreement in a deed made before a Notary opens up opportunities for wives and children resulting from unregistered marriages to receive a share of the mutually beneficial assets. An unmarried wife/husband can obtain mutually beneficial assets through a mediation or negotiation process between husband and wife, with the help of a legal consultant or the family. 3) The position of the unregistered husband as the wawris expert of the unregistered wife is viewed from the perspective of Islamic law. In this case it can be said that a marriage that does not meet the provisions of maqashid sharia is considered not in accordance with the purpose of the marriage itself so that the marriage is not fulfilled.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tradisi i membahas tentang tradisi erang-erang. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga rumusan masalah; 1). untuk memahami konteks sosial tradisi erang-erang dalam perkawinan masyarakat Bugis di Kecamatan Mallusetasi Kabupaten Barru, 2). untuk memahami makna simbolik tradisi erang-erang dalam perkawinan masyarakat Bugis di Kecamatan Mallusetasi Kabupaten Barru, 3). Untuk memahami perspektif maslahah terhadap tradisi erang-erang di Kecamatan Mallusetasi Kabupaten Barru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian lapangan atau Field Research, dengan pendekatan sosiologis dan historis, yaitu pendekatan yang dibutuhkan untuk memahami secara sosial kemasyarakatan dan menganalisa sumber melalui cerita masa lampau. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari hasil wawancara dengan narasumber yang mana dalam hal ini adalah tokoh masyarakat dan masyarakat biasa. Data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari buku, dokumen, dan jurnal/skripsi penelitian terdahulu yang mempunyai kaitan dengan penelitian ini. Adapun teknik analisis data yaitu terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi/penarikan dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Prakti tradisi erang-erang bukan hanya simbol pertukaran materi, tetapi juga lambang komitmen dan persetujuan antar keluarga dalam pernikahan Bugis, mencerminkan kekayaan budaya dan komitmen untuk merayakan persatuan. 2) Dalam perkawinan Bugis, penyerahan erang-erang melibatkan simbolisme kompleks yang merefleksikan dinamika hubungan antar keluarga, menguatkan struktur sosial, dan mencerminkan norma-norma gender. 3) Kemaslahatan menyoroti pencapaian kesejahteraan dan kepentingan umum di masyarakat yang melibatkan lima asas hukum syara’ yakni pemeliharaan agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta yang harus dijaga dengan sungguh-sungguh. kelima unsur tersebut merupakan inti dari kemaslahatan dan menjadi tujuan dari syariat itu sendiri. Sebaliknya, hal-hal yang tidak melibatkan kelima unsur pemeliharaan tersebut, akan diklasifikasikan sebagai mafsadah atau kerusakan Kata Kunci: Praktik Sosial; Erang-erang; Maslahah Abstrak: This thesis research discusses the erang-erang tradition. The research consists of three problem formulations: 1) to understand the social context of the erang-erang tradition in Bugis community weddings in the Mallusetasi Sub-District, Barru District, 2) to comprehend the symbolic meaning of the erang-erang tradition in Bugis community weddings in the Mallusetasi Sub-District, Barru District, 3) to understand the perspective of maslahah (benefit/utility) towards the erang-erang tradition in the Mallusetasi Sub-District, Barru District. The research method used in this study is field research or Field Research, with a sociological and historical approach necessary to understand societal aspects and analyze sources through historical narratives. The primary data source is obtained through interviews with informants, including community figures and ordinary people. Secondary data includes information from books, documents, and previous research papers or theses related to this study. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and verification/extraction of conclusions. The research findings indicate that: 1) The practice of the erang-erang tradition is not just a symbol of material exchange but also represents commitment and agreement between families in Bugis marriages, reflecting cultural richness and a commitment to celebrating unity. 2) In Bugis weddings, the presentation of erang-erang involves complex symbolism reflecting the dynamics of family relationships, strengthening social structures, and reflecting gender norms. 3) Maslahah highlights the achievement of well-being and common interests in society involving five principles of Sharia law: the preservation of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and wealth, which must be safeguarded diligently. These five elements are the essence of maslahah and serve as the goals of Sharia itself. Conversely, matters not involving the preservation of these five elements are classified as mafsadah or harm. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan tentang: Implementasi kegiatan bimbingan perkawinan calon pengantin di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Bungoro Kabupaten Pangkep, tinjauan teori hukum keluarga Islam dan hukum nasional terhadap implemantasi kegiatan bimbingan perkawinan calon pengantin di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Bungoro Kabupaten Pangkep. Penelitian dilakukan melalui penelitian lapangan (field research), yakni dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung dengan wawancara secara mendalam dengan narasumber dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling teori. Penelitian ini merujuk pada tiga teori yang dijadikan dasar, yakni yang digunakan adalah teori Ketaatan dan Kesadaran Hukum, Teori Maqashid Al-Syariah, dan Teori dasar hukum perkawinan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: 1 Bimbingan Perkawinan yang dilakukan oleh KUA Kecamatan Bungoro telah terlaksana sesuai dengan aturan, prinsip, dan indikator yang telah ditetapkan. 2) Dalam pelaksanaan Bimbingan Perkawinan (Bimwin), perspektif Hukum Islam yakni merujuk pada teori Maqashid Syariah yang berisi tentang prinsip kebaikan dan keadilan, kesejahteraan, kebahagiaan dan kemudahan harus berpusat dan bertumpu dalam lima pokok kemaslahatan yaitu: kemaslahatan agama (hifz al-din), kemaslahatan jiwa (hifz al-nafs), kemaslahatan akal (hifz al-aql), kemaslahatan keturunan (hifz al-nasl) dan kemaslahatan harta (hifz al-mal). 3) Hukum nasional memuat penghargaan terhadap nilai dan kepercayaan masyarakat yang dianut ketika ingin melakukan perkawinan. Hukum nasional mengatur bahwa tujuan perkawinan harus sesuai dengan Ketuhanan yang Maha Esa, yang juga merupakan bagian dari cita-cita implementasi Bimwin. Definisi Undang-Undang Perkawinan Nomor 16 Tahun 2019, membahas tiga unsur utama yakni pernikahan merupakan ikatan lahir batin, tujuan membentuk keluarga yang bahagia, serta dasar ikatan lahir batin berdasar pada Ketuhanan yang Maha Esa. Abstract

Sebagai upaya peningkatan layanan kepada civitas academika dan masyarakat di sekitar UBHARA maka kegiatan PkM ini mengambil tema Pompa Angin Mandiri Bertenaga Surya. Pemilihan tema ini didasari oleh kebutuhan para civitas academika dan masyarakat disekitar UBHARA akan adanya pompa angin apabila ban kendaraanya mengalami kekurangan angin. Sebagai inovasi, pompa angin yang dibangun menggunakan panel surya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dayanya. Dengan hadirnya pompa angin ini membuat mahasiswa, dosen, karyawan bahkan masyarakat di UBHARA dan sekitarnya tidak perlu repot apabila memerlukan pompa angin untuk menambah angin dari ban kendaraannya.

Abstract

This research discusses career women and fulfilling their family's livelihood in the Bugis community in Ganra District, Soppeng Regency through social fiqhi analysis. This is based on the dynamics of life development, namely the involvement of women in the world of work with the nickname of career women to participate in providing for the family. The main problems are: 1) What are the factors that encourage women in Bugis community families in Ganra District to become career women? 2) What is the social fiqhi analysis of career women in fulfilling their family's livelihood in the Bugis community in Ganra District?. The author conducted research using a descriptive qualitative method approach; the data sources in this research are housewives who work as honorary workers, ulama, the Head of Ganra District, and the community in Ganra District (primary data) and documents on the condition of the population in Ganra District (secondary data); The research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted through data collection tools, namely observation sheets, interview guides, digital cameras and tape recorders; data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation; and testing the validity of research data, namely credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The main problem solving process in this research uses grand theory, namely the theory of social jurisprudence and the theory of the role of women. The results of this research show that 1) The involvement of women from Bugis community families in Ganra District in the world of work is influenced by various factors, namely: economic factors, lack of husband's income to meet all household needs. Educational factor, a form of women's self-actualization regarding the education they have received. Technological developments, availability of jobs that suit your skills. Financial independence, reducing dependence on husband. 2) In Bugis families, women who are married and want to work outside the home must first obtain permission from their husbands. This is in line with the principles of social fiqhi, namely legal contextualization, maslahah, dynamic/adaptive, social role in law, and social justice which shows that men and women have the same opportunities to improve their abilities in the world of work. Women who have received permission to work outside the home are obliged to maintain a balance between their rights and obligations as housewives and career women. However, in the position of fulfilling family support, the obligation is the man's duty as a husband. Meanwhile, women's work is seen as a form of financial support for themselves and their families.
