Abstract

This study is based on the background that the implementation of management strategies is needed by BK teachers in determining guidance and counseling service strategies, so that it is easier for BK teachers to help students. This study aims to determine the guidance and counseling management strategy at State Islamic Senior High School 2 Hulu Sungai Utara in overcoming problems faced by students. This type of research is qualitative research. The subjects of this study were 2 BK teachers, the object of this study was the guidance and counseling management strategy at State Islamic Senior High School 2 Hulu Sungai Utara. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentaries. Data were processed using editing, classification, and interpretation techniques. Data were analyzed using a qualitative approach and inductive conclusions were drawn. The results of the study showed that the guidance and counseling management strategy in overcoming problems faced by students at State Islamic Senior High School 2 Hulu Sungai Utara can be seen from the process carried out by BK teachers, namely the process of formulation, implementation, and evaluation of strategies. The results of the guidance and counseling management strategy at State Islamic Senior High School 2 Hulu Sungai Utara in overcoming problems faced by students are first, the strategies applied in overcoming student problems, namely information services, individual counseling, and group counseling. Second, its usefulness is to help BK teachers take a systematic and professional approach in solving student problems, and to help ensure that the services provided are structured, eflective, and can meet student needs. The third supporting factor is the availability of facilities for BK, supported by the principal, deputy head of student aflairs, homeroom teachers, other teachers, OSIM supervisors, and PIK-R MAN 2 HSU. Fourth, the inhibiting factor is that there is no special schedule for the implementation of guidance and counseling in classes, so it requires free hours and time outside of class hours.

Abstract

This literature review examines the application of technology in education and how these innovations affect teaching and learning. The research shows that technology has the potential to increase the accessibility and flexibility of education, reduce educational disparities, and provide a more interactive and personalised learning experience. However, the adoption of technology in education requires adequate infrastructure, technology competency training for teachers, and attention to student privacy and data security. In addition, challenges such as the risk of distraction, cyberbullying and technology dependency also need to be addressed through appropriate policies and regulations. With adequate support and a wise approach, technology can be an important tool in improving the quality of education and learning.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan faktor kunci dalam mempengaruhi kualitas manajemen pendidikan. Abstrak ini mengulas tentang peran kritis pemimpin dalam mengembangkan dan melaksanakan visi, strategi, dan kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan. Dengan fokus pada kompetensi manajemen sumber daya dan pembangunan kerjasama yang kuat antara semua pemangku kepentingan, pemimpin pendidikan dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif dan efisien. Selain itu, kepemimpinan efektif juga vital dalam membentuk budaya organisasi yang positif, yang mendukung kolaborasi dan meningkatkan kinerja pendidikan. Melalui pendekatan kepemimpinan transformatif, pemimpin diharapkan dapat menginspirasi perubahan signifikan dalam praktik pendidikan untuk mencapai peningkatan kualitas secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya kepemimpinan visioner dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan modern dan menciptakan lulusan yang siap untuk tantangan masa depan.

Abstract

This study is a literature review that discusses the comparison of the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesian schools during the transition period towards a single national curriculum. The background of this study is based on the dynamics of national curriculum changes that aim to improve the quality of education and adapt education to the needs of the times. The study aims to analyse the main similarities and differences between the 2013 Curriculum, known for its standardised structure, thematic learning, and administrative assessment, and the Merdeka Curriculum, which offers flexibility, character development through the Pancasila Student Profile, project-based learning, and more reflective assessment. The research method used is a literature review with content analysis of relevant literature, policy documents, and research findings. The results indicate that the 2013 Curriculum emphasizes the regularity and uniformity of the learning process, while the Merdeka Curriculum provides greater freedom for innovation, educational autonomy, and a focus on character development and critical thinking skills among students. The transition to a single national curriculum presents challenges in terms of resource readiness, teacher training, and differences in infrastructure and understanding across regions. The research conclusions emphasise the importance of socialisation, equitable training, and policy support during the transition process to ensure that national educational goals are achieved optimally across all educational institutions.

Abstract

The implementation of the 2025 project-based and digital literacy curriculum marks a major transformation in Indonesia's education system to address the challenges of globalisation and technological acceleration. This study aims to examine in depth the opportunities and challenges that arise in the implementation of this curriculum, as well as to analyse its impact on students' adaptability. Through the strengthening of project-based learning, students are encouraged to be active, collaborative, creative, and able to think critically in solving real-world problems. The integration of digital literacy enables students to access, understand, and utilise technology productively and ethically. However, the implementation process faces obstacles such as infrastructure gaps, limited teacher competencies, and cultural resistance to change. The study findings indicate that this curriculum has the potential to enhance students' adaptability, digital literacy, and character, although it still requires sustained support, intensive training, and strengthened collaboration among stakeholders. This research recommends synergy between schools, the government, and the community to ensure the success of curriculum reform and students' readiness to face the dynamic global era.

Abstract

This comprehensive investigation provides an in-depth analysis of the complex and symbiotic relationship between project-based learning (PBL), economic dynamics, and marketing triumph. Utilizing a thorough literature review approach, we delve into the multifaceted impacts of PBL, exploring its ability to cultivate critical thinking, collaboration, and practical application of knowledge among learners. Furthermore, we meticulously examine how economic factors intricately influence educational outcomes and market strategies, shedding light on the pervasive role of socioeconomic disparities and consumer behavior in shaping educational and business landscapes. Additionally, our study delves into the nuanced mechanisms through which marketing initiatives capitalize on economic insights to effectively drive brand loyalty and revenue growth. Abstract

Through the Quran, students have the opportunity to develop better self-awareness, emotional adjustment, motivation, empathy, and social skills. The method of research used is literature by searching for literature sources related to the context of research. The findings of the research show that the quran Hafalan performed by students can also bring other benefits such as moral and spiritual improvement, as well as a deep understanding of the teachings of Islam. However, it is important to consider that the development of emotional intelligence involves a variety of factors, including the environment, education, and personal experience.

Abstract

Kajian literatur ini meneliti berbagai strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam konteks pendidikan jarak jauh (PJJ). Fokus utama penelitian adalah efektivitas teknologi digital, manajemen waktu, dan motivasi diri dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan secara remote. Melalui analisis dari berbagai sumber literatur, ditemukan bahwa penggunaan platform e-learning, video conferencing, dan alat kolaborasi online secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan interaksi dan pengalaman belajar siswa. Strategi yang melibatkan bimbingan intensif dari guru serta dukungan dari keluarga juga teridentifikasi sebagai faktor penting dalam menjaga motivasi dan disiplin belajar siswa. Kajian ini menekankan perlunya evaluasi berkelanjutan dan kerjasama antara penyedia layanan pendidikan, pemerintah, dan keluarga untuk mengoptimalkan keberhasilan pendidikan jarak jauh di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Pendidikan multikultural memainkan peran esensial dalam mengembangkan masyarakat yang menghargai keragaman dan mempromosikan toleransi. Dengan mengintegrasikan pemahaman tentang berbagai budaya, nilai, dan perspektif dalam kurikulum pendidikan, dapat mengurangi prasangka dan stereotip yang sering kali menjadi sumber konflik dan diskriminasi. Kebijakan pendukung, termasuk pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru dalam menyampaikan materi multikultural, pengembangan kurikulum yang inklusif, serta penegakan kebijakan anti-diskriminasi, semuanya berkontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan menghormati keberagaman. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sekolah, orang tua, dan organisasi masyarakat adalah kunci untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam implementasi pendidikan multikultural dan untuk memperkuat inisiatif yang mempromosikan toleransi dan inklusi. Melalui pendekatan holistik ini, generasi muda dapat tumbuh dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kompleksitas dunia, serta dengan sikap yang lebih terbuka dan menghormati perbedaan budaya.

Abstract

Sufism is a way to heal the human heart from worldly desires in order to know and get closer to Allah SWT. Sufism is an important thing for humans who want to reach the level of ma'rifatullah. The history of the development of Sufism goes through five periods: 1) the formation period 2) the development period 3) the consolidation period 4) the philosophical period 5) the purification period. The steps towards a life of tasawwuf are tazkiyatun nafsi, mujahadah and riyadloh through several stages, namely: Repentance, Wara', Zuhud, Kefaqiran, Patience, Tawakkal, ridlo.
