Abstract

Abstrak Belanja online menjadi tren yang semakin populer, terutama di kalangan generasi muda lebih menyukai kemudahan dan kenyamanan yang ditawarkan oleh platform e-commerce. Produk fashion yang menjadi penjualan terlaris adalah salah satu fenomena menarik dalam pasar e-commerce. Produk-produk ini tidak hanya mempertahankan dominasi mereka di pasar yang sangat kompetitif tetapi juga menarik perhatian banyak konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh “Influencer Marketing (X1), Price Discount (X2) dan Online Customer Review (X3) terhadap minat beli (Y) produk fashion di e-commerce.” Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, dengan populasinya adalah peserta aktif Program Studi Manajemen Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Kemudian diperoleh sampel sebanyak 95 responden. IBM SPSS Statistics Version 27 digunakan untuk memproses data setelah kuesioner survei dibagikan kepada responden sebagai bagian dari pendekatan pengumpulan data. Pendekatan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis regresi linier berganda merupakan teknik analisis data yang melibatkan evaluasi hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan semua variabel independen “(Influencer Marketing, Price Discount, dan Online Customer Review) bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen (minat beli). Hasil penelitian secara parsial variabel Influencer Marketing, Price Discount, dan Online Customer Review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel minat beli.” Kata kunci: Influencer Marketing, Price Discount, Online Customer Review, minat beli. Abstract Online shopping is becoming an increasingly popular trend, especially among the younger generation who prefer the ease and convenience offered by e-commerce platforms. Fashion products becoming best-sellers is one of the interesting phenomena in the e-commerce market. These products not only maintain their dominance in a highly competitive market but also attract the attention of many consumers. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of “Influencer Marketing (X1), Price Discount (X2) and Online Customer Review (X3) on purchase intention (Y) of fashion products in e-commerce.” This research is quantitative in nature, with the population being active participants in the Management Study Program at the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. Then a sample of 95 respondents was obtained. IBM SPSS Statistics Version 27 was used to process data after survey questionnaires were distributed to respondents as part of the data collection approach. A non-probability sampling strategy was used for sampling. Validity and reliability tests are the instruments used in this research, and multiple linear regression analysis is a data analysis method by testing hypotheses using the t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study, it shows that simultaneously all independent variables “(Influencer Marketing, Price Discount, and Online Customer Review) together have an effect on the dependent variable (purchase intention). The results of the study partially Influencer Marketing, Price Discount, and Online Customer Review variables have a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention variable.” Keywords: Influencer Marketing, Price Discount, Online Customer Review, purchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ende. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil 70% dari total populasi, sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 119 perawat, yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda melalui software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perawat, sedangkan beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perawat. Selain itu, motivasi, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Beban Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Perawat

Abstract

The type of research used is ethnographic research and uses a qualitative and sociological approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Sources of data in this study were obtained from two sources, namely primary data sources from 6 (six) informants and secondary data sources from relevant documents. Then the data analysis technique is carried out in three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Sayyang Pattu'du tradition is a traditional Mandar performance held to appreciate children who have memorized the Koran by parading around the village on a horse and accompanied by tambourine music and Mandar poetry (kalindaqdaq), and there is a passarung as a companion. maintain the balance of the rider and the palangi who is in charge of holding the umbrella so that the rider does not overheat. In preserving the sayyang pattu'du tradition, there is community participation. Forms of community participation include: the planning stage, the implementation stage and the utilization stage. After going through these stages, there are types of participation of the Sidorejo Village community in preserving the sayyang pattu'du tradition, including: 1) Mind participation, 2) Energy participation, 3) Money participation, and 4) Emotional participation. The preservation efforts are: 1) Carrying out the sayyang pattu'du tradition every year, 2) Not changing the procedures for implementation, and 3) Collaborating with all parties.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) What are the views of the Management of student organizations at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University regarding the Covid-19 Pandemic; 2) What is the impact of Covid-19 on the performance of student organizations at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. This study uses a type of qualitative research. The selected informants are general chairmen or administrators who are considered to be able to provide the information sought by the researcher. Researchers collected data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses analytical techniques based on the theory of Cultural Adaptation. The results of this study show: 1) Covid-19 is a biological virus that is very dangerous and can take human lives. Apart from being dangerous to health, this virus also greatly impacts the performance of Student Organizations. 2) The Covid-19 virus greatly impacted the performance of Student Institutions at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University, many activities were carried out online, organizational communication was hampered, institutional regeneration had decreased, administration was experiencing difficulties, and several work programs were hampered or even not implemented .

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa yang belum mencapai SKBM di Kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 33 Parepare. Tujuan dilakukannya Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses penggunaan media audio visual siswa kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 33 Parepare. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 33 Parepare yang berjumlah 16 siswa terdiri dari 9 laki-laki dan 7 perempuan. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian adalah fokus proses dan fokus hasil belajar siswa tentang keberagaman suku bangsa. dengan menerapkan media video pembelajara. Pada siklus I hasil penelitian pada proses pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi baik (B) dan hasil tes belajar berada pada kualifikasi cukup (C), sedangkan pada siklus II hasil penelitian pada proses pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi baik (B) dan hasil tes belajar berada pada kualifikasi baik (B). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media video pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar tentang keberagaman suku bangsa siswa kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 33 Parepare.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and test the effectiveness of a problem-based learning model (Problem Based Learning) using the CapCut application in learning Islamic Cultural History (SKI) for class X students at MAN 1 Majene. The research method used is experimental research. The research instruments used are learning outcomes tests and student response questionnaires. The data obtained was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The main instrument of this research is a test supported by research instruments with data collection in the form of documentation, with a research sample of 53 people divided into 2 groups, namely a sample of 27 people as the control group and 26 people as the experimental group. The sampling technique used is the sampling technique. The research results show that the Problem Based Learning model using the CapCut application is effective in improving student learning outcomes in SKI subjects. This can be seen from the analysis results showing that the value of O1 is smaller than O2, so the X received is (80.00 > 78.00). The experimental class used an Android cellphone with a pre-test score of 80.22 and an average post-test score of 82.22, while the average score of the pre-test control class was 80.00 and the average post-test score was 81.46. Thus, it is proven that the Problem Based Learning Model, Using the CapCut Application in SKI Learning, Improves Class X Student Learning Outcomes. The implication of this research is that the integration of technology in learning can improve the quality of learning and student learning outcomes in the context of SKI learning at MAN 1 Majene.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the recitation method is used to increase learning intensity and student learning outcomes in the Moral Creed subject in Class VII MTs S. Hasan Yamani. The method used in this research is classroom action research or known as classroom action research. Data collection techniques in this research used interview, observation and documentation techniques. The instruments used in this research are observation guidelines and assessment of learning outcomes. Meanwhile, this research uses a descriptive analysis method using a list of students' cognitive values. The results of this research explain that the recitation method is able to increase the intensity of student learning seen from the enthusiasm, motivation, activeness of students in the learning process, and improve student learning outcomes in the Aqidah Akhlak subject. This can be illustrated from the results of the grades achieved by students which can be seen from The increase before the research (pre-cycle) was with an average class score of 63.84, while in the first cycle the class average score was 81.08 and in the second cycle the class average increased to 86.96 with a success percentage reaching 100% above the KKM. 70. After the implementation of cycle I and cycle II, it can be seen that with the use of the Recitation Method, the intensity and results of student learning in the Aqidah AKHlak subject have increased compared to before the implementation of the Recitation method, because by using and utilizing this Recitation Method, each student can pay more attention and be active in learning process and fostering a competitive spirit in learning. The implication of this research is that increasing learning outcomes through the Recitation Method can be used as an alternative teaching and learning activity by teachers and Madrasahs in order to increase the intensity and learning outcomes of students at MTs S. Hasan Yamani in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak.

Abstract

Ethnopedagogy is an educational approach that integrates local values, traditions and cultures in the teaching and learning process. It aims to make education more relevant to people's lives and strengthen learners' cultural identity. Relevance to Islamic Education In Islamic education, ethnopedagogy helps connect local cultural values with Islamic teachings. Shaping learners' Islamic character through local traditions, such as gotong royong and deliberation. Instilling spiritual and moral values in the cultural context of the community. Contributions to ethnopedagogy character building in Islamic education are increasing awareness of cultural and Islamic identity. Integrating local wisdom that is in line with Islamic principles, such as harmony with nature and manners. Strengthening Islamic character through cultural and religious role models. Implementation Challenges Indonesia's cultural diversity is complex and diverse. Lack of teacher understanding of the concept of ethnopedagogy. The dominance of the national curriculum which lacks flexibility for local content. Conflict between certain local traditions and Islamic values. Community resistance to the integration of local culture in education. Research Methods This research uses a qualitative approach and literature review, relying on observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and local culture-based data analysis in Islamic education. Conclusion Ethnopedagogy and the philosophy of science of Islamic education complement each other in shaping education that: Values cultural diversity. Build learners' identity based on Islamic values and local culture. Make education more relevant, meaningful and contextual. This approach requires policy support, teacher training, local culture-based teaching materials, and collaboration between stakeholders.

Abstract

Banks play a basic role in economic improvement as well as contribute various cash related organizations to clients. Telemarketing is a commonly applied exchange method inside banks to offer and develop unused organizations to their clients. This kind of campaign generates a vast collection of data, A suitable examination of this data can support banks in organizing future strategies. Furthermore, it considera proposed data mining approach, to analyze and predict using atelemarketing campaign dataset. This dataset is composed based on demonstration pieces collected from clients, amid live call sessions organized by the bank. To execute the proposed view. The results show that the calculated backslide gives the best precision among the three models, recorded at 91.48%.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of menu variations, Service Quality and location on consumer purchasing decisions at Ramen Master Merr Branch Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. The sample used was 100 respondents who had purchased Ramen Master at the Merr Surabaya branch. Data collected through a questionnaire with a Likert Scale as a measurement instrument. Data analysis techniques were carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, as well as t tests (partial) and F tests (simultaneous) to evaluate the effect of Menu Variations, Service Quality. And Location on Purchasing Decisions.The results of this research show that all indicators are valid and reliable. Based on the Multiple Linear Regression test, the Menu Variation variable has a more dominant influence, while the Location variable has a lower influence. The results of the t test state that Menu Variation partially has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, Service Quality partially has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, and Location partially has an influence but is not significant on purchasing decisions at Ramen Master Merr Surabaya branch. The F test states that Menu Variation, Service Quality and Location simultaneously have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions at Ramen Master Merr Surabaya branch. Meanwhile, the results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) test show that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 71.9%, while the remaining 28.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research model.
