Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) What are the views of the Management of student organizations at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University regarding the Covid-19 Pandemic; 2) What is the impact of Covid-19 on the performance of student organizations at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. This study uses a type of qualitative research. The selected informants are general chairmen or administrators who are considered to be able to provide the information sought by the researcher. Researchers collected data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses analytical techniques based on the theory of Cultural Adaptation. The results of this study show: 1) Covid-19 is a biological virus that is very dangerous and can take human lives. Apart from being dangerous to health, this virus also greatly impacts the performance of Student Organizations. 2) The Covid-19 virus greatly impacted the performance of Student Institutions at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University, many activities were carried out online, organizational communication was hampered, institutional regeneration had decreased, administration was experiencing difficulties, and several work programs were hampered or even not implemented .

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa yang belum mencapai SKBM di Kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 33 Parepare. Tujuan dilakukannya Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses penggunaan media audio visual siswa kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 33 Parepare. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 33 Parepare yang berjumlah 16 siswa terdiri dari 9 laki-laki dan 7 perempuan. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian adalah fokus proses dan fokus hasil belajar siswa tentang keberagaman suku bangsa. dengan menerapkan media video pembelajara. Pada siklus I hasil penelitian pada proses pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi baik (B) dan hasil tes belajar berada pada kualifikasi cukup (C), sedangkan pada siklus II hasil penelitian pada proses pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi baik (B) dan hasil tes belajar berada pada kualifikasi baik (B). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media video pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar tentang keberagaman suku bangsa siswa kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 33 Parepare.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and test the effectiveness of a problem-based learning model (Problem Based Learning) using the CapCut application in learning Islamic Cultural History (SKI) for class X students at MAN 1 Majene. The research method used is experimental research. The research instruments used are learning outcomes tests and student response questionnaires. The data obtained was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The main instrument of this research is a test supported by research instruments with data collection in the form of documentation, with a research sample of 53 people divided into 2 groups, namely a sample of 27 people as the control group and 26 people as the experimental group. The sampling technique used is the sampling technique. The research results show that the Problem Based Learning model using the CapCut application is effective in improving student learning outcomes in SKI subjects. This can be seen from the analysis results showing that the value of O1 is smaller than O2, so the X received is (80.00 > 78.00). The experimental class used an Android cellphone with a pre-test score of 80.22 and an average post-test score of 82.22, while the average score of the pre-test control class was 80.00 and the average post-test score was 81.46. Thus, it is proven that the Problem Based Learning Model, Using the CapCut Application in SKI Learning, Improves Class X Student Learning Outcomes. The implication of this research is that the integration of technology in learning can improve the quality of learning and student learning outcomes in the context of SKI learning at MAN 1 Majene.

Abstract

Ethnopedagogy is an educational approach that integrates local values, traditions and cultures in the teaching and learning process. It aims to make education more relevant to people's lives and strengthen learners' cultural identity. Relevance to Islamic Education In Islamic education, ethnopedagogy helps connect local cultural values with Islamic teachings. Shaping learners' Islamic character through local traditions, such as gotong royong and deliberation. Instilling spiritual and moral values in the cultural context of the community. Contributions to ethnopedagogy character building in Islamic education are increasing awareness of cultural and Islamic identity. Integrating local wisdom that is in line with Islamic principles, such as harmony with nature and manners. Strengthening Islamic character through cultural and religious role models. Implementation Challenges Indonesia's cultural diversity is complex and diverse. Lack of teacher understanding of the concept of ethnopedagogy. The dominance of the national curriculum which lacks flexibility for local content. Conflict between certain local traditions and Islamic values. Community resistance to the integration of local culture in education. Research Methods This research uses a qualitative approach and literature review, relying on observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and local culture-based data analysis in Islamic education. Conclusion Ethnopedagogy and the philosophy of science of Islamic education complement each other in shaping education that: Values cultural diversity. Build learners' identity based on Islamic values and local culture. Make education more relevant, meaningful and contextual. This approach requires policy support, teacher training, local culture-based teaching materials, and collaboration between stakeholders.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of menu variations, Service Quality and location on consumer purchasing decisions at Ramen Master Merr Branch Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. The sample used was 100 respondents who had purchased Ramen Master at the Merr Surabaya branch. Data collected through a questionnaire with a Likert Scale as a measurement instrument. Data analysis techniques were carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, as well as t tests (partial) and F tests (simultaneous) to evaluate the effect of Menu Variations, Service Quality. And Location on Purchasing Decisions.The results of this research show that all indicators are valid and reliable. Based on the Multiple Linear Regression test, the Menu Variation variable has a more dominant influence, while the Location variable has a lower influence. The results of the t test state that Menu Variation partially has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, Service Quality partially has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, and Location partially has an influence but is not significant on purchasing decisions at Ramen Master Merr Surabaya branch. The F test states that Menu Variation, Service Quality and Location simultaneously have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions at Ramen Master Merr Surabaya branch. Meanwhile, the results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) test show that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 71.9%, while the remaining 28.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Trust, Product Warranty, and Electronic Word of Mouth on Purchase Decisions for Gama brand tires in Surabaya. The research adopts a quantitative method, involving a sample of 100 respondents who purchased Gama brand tires at CV BanQ Tangguh Perkasa. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques include Instrument Testing, Classical Assumption Testing, and Hypothesis Testing. The results show that all research indicators are valid and reliable. Based on Multiple Linear Regression analysis, Product Warranty exerts the most dominant influence on Purchase Decisions, while Brand Trust has the lowest impact. The T-test indicates that Product Warranty significantly affects Purchase Decisions, whereas Brand Trust and Electronic Word of Mouth do not have significant effects. Simultaneously, all three variables influence Purchase Decisions with an R² value of 48.2%, meaning 52.8% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. This research recommends future studies adopt qualitative methods to explore consumers' reasons behind purchase decisions. Additionally, including variables such as product quality, price, or promotion is suggested to broaden the study. Expanding the sample size is also advised to enhance the validity and generalizability of the findings. Keywords: Brand Trust, Product Warranty, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah, inflasi, suku bunga, dan investasi terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Indonesia selama periode 2005-2023, dengan daya beli masyarakat sebagai variabel intervensi. Ketidakstabilan ekonomi yang ditandai oleh peningkatan pengangguran memerlukan pemahaman mendalam tentang hubungan antar variabel ekonomi ini. Metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengolah data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan sumber ekonomi lainnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengeluaran pemerintah dan inflasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran, sementara suku bunga dan investasi memiliki pengaruh positif. Daya beli masyarakat berfungsi sebagai mediator yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut dan pengangguran. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengambil kebijakan untuk merumuskan strategi yang efektif dalam mengurangi pengangguran dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada pentingnya implementasi Green HRM dalam mendukung strategi green economy di Indonesia. Green HRM, yang mengintegrasikan prinsip keberlanjutan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, menjadi salah satu cara perusahaan untuk mencapai efisiensi operasional dan kesejahteraan karyawan, sekaligus mendukung pelestarian lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan Green HRM dalam perusahaan Indonesia dan dampaknya terhadap keberlanjutan organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola SDM, manajer, dan karyawan di berbagai sektor industri di Indonesia. Data yang dikumpulkan juga dianalisis dengan studi kasus pada beberapa perusahaan yang telah mengimplementasikan Green HRM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor manufaktur dan jasa lebih siap dalam mengimplementasikan Green HRM, dengan fokus pada pengelolaan energi dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Namun, sektor perdagangan dan teknologi informasi masih menghadapi tantangan dalam penerapannya. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa Green HRM memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap efisiensi dan kesejahteraan, namun masih memerlukan sistem evaluasi yang lebih baik dan dukungan manajemen yang kuat untuk mencapai keberlanjutan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Transformasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis digital menjadi kebutuhan strategis dalam merespons tantangan era revolusi industri 4.0 dan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konstruksi teori dan konsep pengorganisasian pembelajaran PAI berbasis digital melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kepustakaan (library research). Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi terhadap sumber-sumber tertulis yang relevan, termasuk jurnal nasional dan internasional, buku referensi akademik, serta dokumen kebijakan pendidikan terkait digitalisasi pembelajaran. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis) untuk mengidentifikasi tema utama, mengkaji relevansi teori pendidikan—seperti konstruktivisme, desain instruksional, dan blended learning—dengan konteks PAI, serta menyusun sintesis konseptual terkait strategi dan tantangan implementasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengorganisasian pembelajaran PAI digital dapat dilakukan melalui integrasi teknologi dalam kurikulum, pemanfaatan e-learning, gamifikasi, kelas virtual, serta asesmen berbasis teknologi. Kendati demikian, implementasinya menghadapi tantangan seperti kesiapan pendidik dan peserta didik, keterbatasan infrastruktur, serta persoalan etika digital. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan strategi komprehensif yang mencakup penguatan kebijakan, peningkatan literasi digital pendidik, dan penciptaan ekosistem pembelajaran yang inklusif dan interaktif. Kajian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dalam pengembangan pembelajaran PAI yang inovatif, adaptif, dan kontekstual di era digital.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low reading comprehension ability of fifth grade students of UPTD SDN 229 Pinrang, especially in the subject of Indonesian. This study aims to determine the improvement of the learning process and students' reading comprehension ability through the application of the Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review (PQ4R) Learning Method. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with the type of research, namely classroom action research (PTK). Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, tests and documentation. The subjects of the study were teachers and fifth grade students totaling 12 students consisting of 8 female students and 4 male students. The study was conducted in two cycles, in cycle I the results of the study on the learning process were in sufficient qualification (C) and the results of the evaluation test were in sufficient qualification (C). Cycle II the results of the study on the learning process were in good qualification (B) and the results of the evaluation test were in good qualification (B). The conclusion in this study is that the application of the Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review (PQ4R) learning method can improve the learning process and reading comprehension ability of fifth grade students of UPTD SDN 229 Pinrang.
