Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Talking Stick dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan keterampilan berbicara peserta didik di kelas IV SD Negeri 052 Mammi Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis PTK. Subjek penelitian yaitu 1 guru dan 20 peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 052 Mammi Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siklus I dan II, aktivitas pembelajaran guru dengan kategori baik (B). Sementara itu, aktivitas peserta didik pada siklus I dalam kategori cukup (C), meningkat pada siklus II menjadi kategori baik (B). Peningkatan proses pembelajaran ini diikuti dengan peningkatan keterampilan berbicara peserta didik. Berdasarkan tabel skor pada siklus I, terdapat 13 peserta didik yang mencapai skor keberhasilan keterampilan berbicara atau >76. Sehingga Keterampilan berbicara peserta didik pada siklus I mencapai kualifikasi cukup (C) dengan presentase 65%. Berdasarkan tabel skor pada siklus II, terdapat 17 peserta didik yang mencapai skor keberhasilan keterampilan berbicara atau >76 dengan presentase 80%. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan keterampilan berbicara peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 052 Mammi Kabupaten Polewali Mandar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Survey, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review (SQ4R) yang dapat meningkatkan proses belajar dan meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa Kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 35 Parepare. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek yang diteliti pada penelitian ini berjumlah 29 orang yang terdiri dari 14 laki-laki, 14 perempuan, dan 1 orang guru. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pada siklus I hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses pembe jaran berada pada kategori cukup (C), dan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa berada pada kategori cukup (C) dengan presentase 73%. Adapun pada siklus II menunjukkan proses pembelajaran berada pada kategori baik (B) dan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa dengan presentase 81%. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Survey, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review (SQ4R) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 35 Parepare.

Abstract

Kepala madrasah memiliki peran penting sebagai pemimpin yang berdampak besar pada kinerja guru. Kepemimpinan yang efektif oleh kepala madrasah tidak hanya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, tetapi juga memberikan panduan yang memotivasi guru untuk menunjukkan perilaku yang lebih efektif. Kepemimpinan yang efektif di madrasah berpengaruh pada kinerja guru karena mampu mengambil keputusan, memotivasi, dan bertanggung jawab dalam mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik dalam proses pendidikan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survei untuk memperoleh data melalui kuesioner yang dijawab oleh responden. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kepala madrasah dan guru MI As'adiyah No. 150 Kecamatan Tokadde. Kecamatan Belawa. Wajo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kepemimpinan kepala madrasah mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Peneliti telah menggunakan uji T dan F, uji pra analitik, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, dan masih banyak lagi untuk membuktikannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah MI As'adiyah No. 150 Kecamatan Tokadde. Kecamatan Belawa. Wajo mempunyai skor hipotesis terendah yaitu 70% dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 72,1% yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik. 2) Kinerja guru di MI As'adiyah No. 150 Kecamatan Tokadde. Kecamatan Belawa. Wajo terendah yang dihipotesiskan adalah 75% dengan skor rata-rata 86,2% termasuk dalam kategori baik. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dan Kinerja Guru di MI As'adiyah No.150 Kecamatan Tokkade. Kecamatan Belawa. Wajo, menurut hasil uji hipotesis sig. 0,504 > 0,05 maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 9,4%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 90,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education before and after the implementation of project-based learning. Additionally, it seeks to describe the implementation of project-based learning in Islamic Religious Education and assess whether its application is effective in improving students' learning motivation. The primary research question is whether the implementation of project-based learning effectively enhances the learning motivation of Islamic Religious Education students at SDN 160 Salokalama, Enrekang Regency. This research employs an experimental approach, specifically a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study population consists of 97 students, with a sample of 13 students selected using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques include tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The research instruments comprise pretests, posttests, and questionnaires, while data analysis utilizes descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The findings reveal: (1) The students' learning motivation level before the implementation of project-based learning was categorized as low, with an average pretest score of 30.00. After implementation, motivation increased significantly, with an average posttest score of 84.62. (2) The implementation of project-based learning was effectively applied in the fifth grade of SDN 160 Salokalama, Enrekang Regency. Students actively participated in learning through creative and relevant projects, such as mind mapping, aligned with Islamic Religious Education material. (3) Project based learning proved effective in enhancing students' motivation in Islamic Religious Education, as evidenced by the N-Gain score test, which showed a 0.7654 (76.5%) improvement in learning motivation—classified as effective.

The objectives of this study were 1) To test and analyze the significant effect of brand image on customer satisfaction of generation Z PT. Indomarco Sampang Region . 2) To test and analyze the significant effect of product purchasing decisions have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of generation Z PT. Indomarco Sampang Region. 3) To test and analyze the significant effect of brand image has a significant effect on customer value of PT. Indomarco Sampang Region. 4) To test and analyze the significant effect of product purchasing decisions on customer value of PT. Indomarco Sampang Region with an original sample value of 0.428 . 4) product purchasing decisions have a significant positive effect on customer value of PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of environmental quality and sustainability on visit intention at the Mangrove Wonorejo tourism site in Surabaya, with tourist recommendation as a mediating variable. The background of this research is based on the high tourism potential of mangrove areas in coastal Surabaya, which still faces challenges in maintaining environmental quality and consistently applying sustainability principles. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who had visited Mangrove Wonorejo, and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that both environmental quality and sustainability have a significant influence on visit intention. Additionally, these two variables also significantly affect tourist recommendations. Tourist recommendation is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between environmental quality and sustainability toward visit intention. These findings indicate that positive visitor experiences encourage tourists to recommend the destination to others, which in turn strengthens the intention to revisit. This research offers theoretical contributions to sustainable tourism marketing and practical recommendations for ecotourism managers to integrate conservation strategies with experience-based promotion.

Abstract

Latar belakang kajian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya penguatan nilai-nilai Islam wasathiyah sebagai respon terhadap dinamika keberagaman dan potensi disorientasi beragama di kalangan pelajar. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada tiga aspek pokok, yaitu: (1) konsep dan kebijakan moderasi beragama dalam konteks kelembagaan, (2) implementasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam praktik pendidikan, baik secara kurikuler, kokurikuler, maupun ekstrakurikuler, serta (3) implikasi aktualisasi moderasi beragama terhadap perilaku peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Pendekatan teologis digunakan untuk mengkaji prinsip-prinsip Islam wasathiyah sebagai dasar normatif dari konsep moderasi beragama, sekaligus sebagai pisau analisis terhadap praktik pendidikan di lembaga yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembaga pendidikan Muhammadiyah di Kota Parepare telah mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama secara sistematis dalam kebijakan dan praktik pendidikan, meskipun pada tataran implementasi di lapangan masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang belum berjalan secara optimal. Nilai-nilai seperti toleransi, keterbukaan terhadap perbedaan, serta cinta tanah air diinternalisasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan kehidupan sekolah sehari-hari. Implementasi moderasi beragama berdampak positif terhadap peserta didik dalam tiga ranah utama: kognitif (pemahaman keagamaan yang moderat), afektif (sikap inklusif dan empatik), dan psikomotorik (perilaku sosial yang harmonis dan toleran). Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran lembaga pendidikan dalam membentuk karakter generasi muda yang religius, moderat, dan berwawasan kebangsaan.

Abstract

The future progress of the Indonesian nation depends heavily on the quality of its human resources, characterized by physical and spiritual well-being, as well as talent and work skills. The primary emphasis in national development efforts is on human resource development. This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, leadership, and organizational culture on employee performance at the BAPENDA Lampung Province. The sample size for this study was 65 employees. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. This study used a questionnaire to collect data. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study revealed an influence between work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance, but no influence between leadership and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between recruitment, training, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee productivity. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees within the relevant sector. The results reveal that selective recruitment, effective training programs, and high levels of organizational commitment positively influence job satisfaction and significantly enhance employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational communication, career development, motivation, and work environment on employee retention in companies operating in Bandar Lampung City. The background of this study is based on the high employee turnover rate that can disrupt organizational stability and productivity. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive associative research type. The study population is employees of companies operating in Bandar Lampung Regency with a minimum of one year of service. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique of 65 respondents. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of statistical software. The results of the study indicate that organizational communication, career development, motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee retention. Organizational communication and work environment factors are the main determinants in employee retention. This study recommends that companies in Bandar Lampung Regency strengthen internal communication, provide clear career development programs, increase motivation through incentives and rewards, and create a conducive work environment to improve employee retention.
