One way to do this is by registering company shares on the capital market and then selling shares to investors. This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) on stock prices in companies in the trading, services, and investment sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The research method used is quantitative, with purposive sampling. From the results of the study, the ROA variable partially does not affect stock prices. The DER variable partially affects stock prices. The partial test result (t) of the DER variable (X2) shows a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a calculated t value of -5.520> t table -1.67252. The TATO variable partially influences stock prices. The calculated result of the TATO variable (X3) shows a significance value of 0.012 <0.05 and a calculated t value of 2.612> t table 1.67252. The ROA, DER, and TATO variables simultaneously influence stock prices. The results of the Simultaneous Test (F) show a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a calculated f value of 15.843> 2.78 f table..

Abstract

Sixty-eight people were included in the sample. Interviews and questionnaires as methods of gathering information. SEM-PLS is used for data processing and analysis. In light of the data, it may be concluded that (1) workload significantly affects burnout. (2) There is no correlation between pay and job satisfaction or burnout. (3) there is no correlation between work load and a person's purpose to leave their current job. (4) There is no correlation between pay and desire to leave the company. (5) Burnout significantly affects intentions to leave a company. (6) Burnout mediates well since it has been shown that burnout and workload have a substantial impact on turnover intention. (7) There is no statistically significant mediation impact of burnout on the connection between pay and desire to leave the organization. The goal of PT KGM is to limit the number of workers who want to leave the company by improving working conditions and paying them a competitive wage.

Abstract

Collision accidents at sea remain a serious threat to commercial shipping, particularly in high-traffic waters. Although navigation technologies such as ARPA (Automatic Radar Plotting Aid) can provide predictions on vessel positions, speed, and safe distances between ships, human error, miscommunication, and suboptimal use of the system still frequently occur in practice. This article examines the integration of ARPA with Bridge Resource Management (BRM) in the context of merchant vessels, as a strategy to strengthen collision prevention. The method employed is a comprehensive literature review, case study analysis, and the proposal of an integrative model. The findings indicate that the ARPA–BRM integration enhances situational awareness, bridge team coordination, collective decision-making, and proactive risk mitigation capabilities. It is recommended that vessel training (including ARPA & BRM simulators) and operational policies strengthen this synergy to ensure safer navigation.
