Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan strategi yang diterapkan oleh BUMDes Gajah Mada dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADes) di Desa Kebontunggul, Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Fokus penelitian ini adalah tahapan manajemen strategi oleh Fred. R David (2019) yang meliputi formulasi strategi, implementasi strategi, dan evaluasi strategi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi langsung ke lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BUMDes Gajah Mada telah merumuskan strategi inovasi untuk pengembangan unit wisata sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan desa. Implementasi strategi dilakukan melalui perumusan tujuan tahunan, kebijakan motivasi karyawan, dan pengalokasian sumber daya yang efektif. Evaluasi strategi dilakukan secara terus-menerus untuk mengidentifikasi kendala dan memastikan keberlanjutan strategi. Meskipun menghadapi beberapa tantangan, BUMDes Gajah Mada berhasil meningkatkan PADes dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap ekonomi lokal serta kesejahteraan masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses co-production dalam Program RT Keren (Rukun Tetangga Keberagaman, Religius, dan Nasionalis) di Kelurahan Blitar. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi empat tahap co-production, yaitu co-commissioning, co-designing, co-delivery, dan co-assessment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam co-commissioning berjalan baik, di mana masyarakat aktif mengidentifikasi potensi lokal yang menjadi dasar perencanaan program. Pada tahap co-designing, keterlibatan masyarakat dan komunitas kebudayaan dalam merancang kegiatan terbukti efektif, menjadikan mereka sebagai aktor kunci dalam pembangunan kegiatan Kampung Budaya. Proses co-delivery menunjukkan kolaborasi yang baik antara pemerintah dan masyarakat, yang berhasil mengubah masyarakat dari penerima pasif menjadi pelaku aktif dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan. Namun, pada tahap co-assessment, keterlibatan masyarakat masih minim, dengan pemerintah cenderung melakukan penilaian dari sudut pandang mereka sendiri, sehingga mengurangi optimalisasi partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program, penting bagi pemerintah untuk melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam seluruh tahapan co-production, terutama dalam proses monitoring dan evaluasi. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan administrasi publik dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program-program serupa di masa depan.

Abstract

Community empowerment is one of the steps that can be taken as an effort to improve community welfare, make the community independent and raise the dignity of the community. The same thing is done by BUMDes Mangga Klonal 21 by organizing a community empowerment program in the form of training and processing mango-based products. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The theory used in this research is the theory of stages of community empowerment by the Delivery Team quoted by (Mardikanto & Soebiato, 2019), namely location selection, socialization of community empowerment, community empowerment process and also community self-reliance. The research results show that the community empowerment stages carried out by BUMDes Mangga Klonal 21 have gone well. It is proven that 3 of the 4 stages of empowerment have gone well, namely location selection, community empowerment outreach, community empowerment process. However, at the stage of self-reliance, society is still running quite well. This is proven by the fact that there are still a number of people who have not been able to run their businesses well and have been forced to close due to various factors, so community empowerment program organizers need to carry out more evaluations so that innovations emerge in further empowerment programs and also community empowerment program organizers need to carry out reviews regarding community businesses that are no longer running so that in the future no more community businesses will go bankrupt.

Abstract

Sidoarjo Regency is one of the districts in East Java Province that continues to strive to develop and develop village potential through the establishment of BUMDes. The government continues to encourage that every village has BUMDes which can later be a driver in increasing the potential of the village. BUMDes in Kabupaten Sidoarjo has three categories, namely advanced, developing, and beginner categories. One of the advanced category BUMDes in Sidoarjo Regency is BUMDes Surya Sejahtera which is located in Kedungturi Village, Taman District. In the success of its management, it can be known the positive impact for the government and the people of Kedungturi Village. The purpose of this research is to describe the capacity development of BUMDes in increasing the potential of Kedungturi village, Taman District. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis in this study through data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the capacity development carried out by BUMDes Surya Sejahtera in the aspects of resources and managerial has been running well and in accordance with the existing theory, but further capacity development is still needed from the aspect of technological resources and cooperation relations.

Abstract

The delegation of authority that was originally handled by the central government and then transferred to the local government resulted in an increase in the authority of the local government when regional autonomy was implemented. Among these authorities is the management of regional property. The government has issued a number of regulations relating to the management of regional property to improve the way state or regional property is managed to facilitate the realization of good governance in the implementation of regional autonomy. The General Section is a government organization under the auspices of the General Administration Section of the Regional Secretariat of Jombang Regency. Its duties include assisting the General Administration Assistant in planning work programs, organizing and repairing household goods, and organizing leadership and regional equipment arrangement programs. Most of the assets owned and supervised by the General Section are assets used to support significant operational activities in other Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD). Knowing how well asset management in the General and Regional Assets Section of the Regional Secretariat of Jombang Regency is the purpose of this research. Documentation is the data collection method used in this study. The analysis of this study used an effectiveness scale and descriptive statistics. Planning and budgeting for the needs, purchases, and use of the General Section are the results of this study, and are carried out administratively in accordance with applicable laws. However, from the results of the analysis, asset management in the General Section is still not effective.

Abstract

The tourism sector is a major contributor to the country"™s foreign exchange which is mainstay of the Government of the Republic Indonesia. One of which is The Ponorogo Regency itself is known for its Ngebel Lake, which has been designated as a leading natural tourism destination. This research focuses on the implementation of the Ponorogo Regency Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2021 on Tourism Villages for the development and management of Ngebel Lake as a leading natural tourism destination in Ponorogo. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative method and the theory of public policy implementation according to George C. Edward III. The informants of this study were elements of the Ngebel Sub-District Government, elements of the Ponorogo Youth and Sports Culture Tourism Office and business actors around the Ngebel Lake tourist area. Data collection in this study used interview, observation and documentation techniques with data validity using triangulation to obtain valid data. The results of the research show that there is well established and continuous communication, arrangements that are carried out according to their functions and responsibilities, resources that are clearly used as they should be, and an appropriate bureaucratic structure. The results of the research show that the Ponorogo Regency Regulation No. 4 of 2021 on Tourism Villages is well implemented in the management and development of the Ngebel Lake Tourist Area, with the caveat that the government, through relevant agencies, must continue to pay attention to aspects of accessibility to and from tourist areas.

Abstract

Coordination of actors allows companies to implement cohesive and integrated strategies. Through collaboration and effective communication between internal actors, companies can reach mutual agreement on strategic direction, resource allocation, and action priorities. Actor coordination plays a crucial role in company development through collaboration with external parties. As is the case at PT Pratama Jatim Lestari. PT. Pratama Jatim Lestari is a new company operating in the field of hazardous and toxic waste management. Because PT Pratama Jatim Lestari is still at the factory construction stage, it is certain that the company cannot build the factory alone and/or without assistance from other parties. Therefore, collaborating with other companies to carry out factory construction is something that must be done by PT Pratama Jatim Lestari. The aim of this research is to create an actor coordinator in company development in collaboration with external parties. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Primary data sources are the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The data collection technique uses in-depth interviews, this technique is used to dig up more information that will be used for research results. The research results show that the actor coordinator in company development is categorized as good. This process is going well with the aim of achieving the goals that have been set in accordance with what Hasibuan, also said that coordination is an activity of directing, integrating and coordinating management elements and the work of subordinates in achieving goals. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan aplikasi SEPASI (Sistem Elektronik Pengelolaan Arsip Surat Internal) dalam mengoptimalkan peminjaman ruang rapat dan kegiatan lainnya di Kabupaten Tuban. Aplikasi SEPASI yang sebelumnya difokuskan untuk pengelolaan arsip surat internal kini diperluas penggunaannya untuk mencakup manajemen peminjaman ruang rapat dan kegiatan administratif lainnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi terhadap pengguna aplikasi di lingkungan pemerintah daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi SEPASI dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses peminjaman ruang rapat, meminimalisir terjadinya bentrokan jadwal, serta mempermudah koordinasi antar bagian dalam Pemerintahan Kabupaten Tuban. Aplikasi ini juga memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan kegiatan lainnya yang memerlukan ruang, dengan sistem yang terintegrasi dan mudah diakses oleh pengguna. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi SEPASI terbukti efektif dalam mendukung optimalisasi peminjaman ruang rapat dan kegiatan lainnya, serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan administrasi pemerintahan di Kabupaten Tuban.Kata Kunci: SEPASI, peminjaman ruang rapat, efisiensi, pemerintahan daerah, Kabupaten Tuban.

Abstract

Program KKN merupakan program yang wajib diikuti oleh mahasiswa. Melalui KKNT MBKM dengan skema desa wisata, mahasiswa dituntut untuk membantu masyarakat untuk menggali potensi wisata di lingkungannya sehingga lebih bermanfaat untuk masyarakat sekitarnya. Potensi desa wisata yang ada di Kelurahan Gading adalah Kampung Sayur dimana mahasiswa diwajibkan membantu menggali potensi Kampung Sayur dengan mengembangkan Teknologi Tepat Guna hidroponik dan aeroponik yang sesuai dengan kondisi masyarakat dan lingkungan Kelurahan Gading secara spesifik. Beberapa program kerja yang digagas oleh mahasiswa terdiri dari tahapan- tahapan mulai dari survei, implementasi, dan evaluasi sehingga hasil luaran dapat terpantau dengan maksimal dan dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat Kelurahan Gading

Abstract

Abstract The “Beasiswa Pemuda Tangguh” (Resilient Youth Scholarship) program by the Surabaya City Government aims to provide fair access to education for high-achieving students—both academically and in extracurricular activities—as well as students from underprivileged families. The objective of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the Beasiswa Pemuda Tangguh program in schools in fostering outstanding students. This study uses a descriptive method and a qualitative approach to collect data through observation. Based on several success factors, including goal achievement, socialization, program monitoring, and target accuracy, the research findings show that the program has been successful. It has effectively provided pocket money and school supplies to students, increased their motivation to study, and reduced the financial burden on families. Despite the program’s positive impact, issues such as students’ awareness of the need for regular digital reporting and reviewing efficiency remain concerns. Therefore, adjustments in guidance and supervision are needed to make the program more effective in producing a competitive and high-quality younger generation.
