In the current era of digitalization, it is very important for entrepreneurs to be adaptive and creative in attracting customer purchases to increase sales results. Sales can increase by implementing various marketing strategies, such as online marketing, promotions, and so on. CV Hj. Mbok Sri Palu is a business engaged in souvenirs typical of the Palu region. This study aims to analyze marketing strategies in order to increase sales on CV Hj. Mbok Sri Palu. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data with data collection methods using observation, interview and literature studies or literature reviews. The results of this study prove that CV Hj. Mbok Sri Palu implements marketing strategies, including providing offline and online purchase services, looking for quality material suppliers, providing friendly and polite service to customers, holding promotions through social media and marketplaces, providing discounts to customers who make purchases in large quantities, providing a comfortable and clean rest area so that buyers who visit the center CV Hj. Mbok Sri Palu souvenirs can enjoy a break from travel as well as shopping for souvenirs.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang datanya berupa angka-angka. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan jenis penelitian korelasional karena hubungan antara variabel. Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara variabel yang diamati, data yang digunakan yakni angket atau kuesioner sebanyak 391 responden guru sebagai sampel dari populasi 1.790 orang guru tersebar di seluruh Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Sulawesi Selatan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program Excel SPSS versi 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dibuktikan oleh besarnya sumbangannya melalui nilai kontribusi (3₁) = 0,469 atau 46,90% dan diperlihatkan melalui hasil signifikansinya, yakni thitung = 8.609 dengan probabilitas = 0,000 < 0,05. Memberikan indikasi bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y), yang dapat ditunjukkan melalui nilai Fhitung = 30.872 dan Probability (sig) = 0.000 < α = 0.05, dan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel bebas relatif besar terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Sulawesi Selatan ditunjukkan melalui nilai indeks determinasi (R2) = 0.637 atau 63.70% variasi kinerja guru, dan terdapat 0.363 atau 36.30% kinerja guru yang ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang belum termasuk dalam penelitian ini

This study is a quantitative study with a correlational type that aims to describe use of gadget and learning achievement of high students in high grades, as well as to find out the significant relationship use of gadget with learning achievement high grade students of SD Inpres 7/83 Manurunge Ulaweng Subdistrict Bone Regency. The samples used in this study were grade IV, V and VI students of SD Inpres 7/83 Manurunge totaling 21 students, with non probability sampling technique. Research data were obtained through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, it was obtained that the use of gadget were in the good category (76,73%). Meanwhile, students' learning achievement was in the good category with a percentage of 74,57%. The results of inferential statistical analysis show that there is a significant relationship between use of gadget and students' learning achievement with a correlation coefficient of 0,493 which is included in the medium category. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the use of gadget and the learning achievement of high grade students of SD Inpres 7/83 Manurunge Ulaweng District Bone Regency. This research was motivated by the students’ low ability in communication. Considering the small number of students, it seemed appropriate to apply Everyone is a Teacher Here learning strategy so that students became active in learning process, especially in speaking. This research was a classroom action research conducted to sixth grade students at SDN 020 Karya Tani, Kecamatan Kempas. There were 7 students consisting of 2 male students and 5 female students. The instruments used in this research were observation sheets and the speaking ability. The results showed that the average score of the students' speaking ability in cycle I was 69.71% which was in the medium category. Then, in the second cycle, it increased to 82.85% which was in the high category. Based on the research results, it was concluded that Everyone is a Teacher Here learning strategy improved students' speaking skills.

This research discusses Derrida's deconstruction theory which focuses on texts that build new meanings and reinforce existing meanings. The object of this research uses a novel entitled "Azab and Sengsara" by Merari Siregar. The novel "Azab and Sengsara" is studied using Derrida's deconstruction theory with qualitative research methods sourced from literature review. The results of the research obtained are that there are new meanings and confirmation of meaning in the texts of the novel Azab and Sengsara, namely 1) Aminuddin's punishment for helping a friend, 2) Aminuddin's attitude of helping others, 3) Restriction of women's space by Sutan laying on his wife, 4) Strong disclosure of men's identity, 5) Women who were blessed by God to become men through the angel Gabriel, 6) Divorce became a common practice, 7) High belief in shamans, 8) Mariamin refused to have sexual relations with her husband, and 9) Women are bought to fulfill men's desires. This research then obtained results using Post-structuralism theory, namely the theory of deconstruction by Jacques Derrida.

Penelitian ini Menganalisis Pengaruh Twin Date Dan Shopping Lifestyle Terhadap Impulsive Buying dengan Fear of Missing Out (Fomo) berperan sebagai variabel mediasi pada generasi Z pengguna shopee di kota Palu Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) terhadap 100 responden yang memmenuhi kriteria Generasi Z (lahir 1997-2012) yang telah bertransaksi minimal dua kali di Shopee dan tinggal di Kota Palu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik Twin Date maupun Shopping Lifestyle mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Fear of Missing Out (Fomo) serta Impulsive Buying . Selain itu, dengan memediasi Fear of Missing Out (Fomo) secara parsial komplementer kedua jalur. Temuan ini menandakan strategi promosi Twin Date dan gaya hidup belanja memperkuat dorongan emosional konsumen, sehingga Platform e-commerce seperti Shopee dapat memanfaatkannya untuk meningkatkan penjualan spontan pada Generasi Z.

New things are starting to emerge that were not previously considered due to the COVID-19 pandemic, one of which is the shift to online learning. The low level of student participation during the pandemic is a global issue, not limited to Indonesia. One approach that can be used to address this issue is the gamification of online learning. The learning outcomes are essentially the measurement of students' success and achievements in the learning process. Therefore, the relationship between the gamification approach and learning outcomes in online education is a phenomenon that we can understand and further examine. This research is of a quantitative nature with a descriptive research design (data collection, analysis, and presentation). The population and sample are active enrolled students, and the data is collected widely online. The instrument used is a research questionnaire with the data collection technique involving the analysis of questionnaire responses distributed through Google Forms, using a Likert scale model ranging from very positive to very negative. Descriptive techniques involve statistical and correlational methods. The abundance of responses from students indicates that gamified online learning has the potential to significantly influence students' learning outcomes.

Gamifikasi merupakan perangkat pembelajaran di abad 21 yang menerapkan dan memanfaatkan elemen-elemen game dalam proses pembelajaran. Mengaplikasikan model hybrid learning berbasis gamifikasi dalam proses pembelajaran menghadirkan pengalaman bagi peserta didik untuk bisa merasakan proses belajar yang menyenangkan. Saat ini, model ini semakin banyak dilirik untuk terus dikembangkan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti memiliki ketertarikan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam terkait dengan eksistensi model pembelajaran gamification dikalangan mahasiswa khususnya dalam lingkup Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain expost de facto. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam bentuk angket (kuesioner) yang disebarluaskan kepada responden melalui forum online google form. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 97 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan mahasiswa yang telah mempelajari mata kuliah Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak. Seluruh data yang diperoleh dari penyebaran angket dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menjelaskan hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model hybrid learning berbasis gamifikasi memiliki eksistensi yang baik di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Makassar.

Kayu damar putih (Agathis Labilladeri Warb) sering digunakan sebagai bahan konstruksi di Papua, khususnya di Kampung Bariat, untuk pembuatan papan dan balok. Papan berfungsi sebagai dinding dan lantai, sementara balok berperan sebagai tiang, pintu, dan jendela dalam struktur bangunan. Sifat fisik dan mekanik kayu menjadi faktor kunci dalam desain konstruksi kayu. Fokus Penelitian ini pada pengujian kuat tekan sejajar serat kayu dan klasifikasi berdasarkan SNI 7973: 2013. Pengujian melibatkan variasi kering udara dan kering oven. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kuat tekan sejajar serat kayu damar putih pada variasi kering udara di TPK Bintang Tiurma adalah 41,84 MPa dengan Nilai Desain Acuan 17,44 MPa dan Kode Mutu E20. Pada variasi kering oven, TPK Bintang Tiurma memiliki nilai kuat tekan sejajar serat rata-rata 44,63 MPa dengan Nilai Desain Acuan 18,60 MPa dan Kode Mutu E20. Studi ini memberikan wawasan tentang karakteristik mekanik kayu damar putih dan mendukung penggunaannya sebagai bahan konstruksi di Papua.

Kota Sorong memiliki risiko gempa tinggi karena berada di jalur tektonik aktif, namun penerapan struktur rangka baja masih rendah. Mengingat kekuatan dan fleksibilitasnya, struktur baja berpotensi menjadi solusi bangunan tahan gempa, khususnya untuk fasilitas vital seperti rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan kinerja struktur portal rangka baja lima lantai terhadap beban gempa menggunakan tiga skenario analisis: (1) gabungan Response Spectrum dan Time History dengan spectrum matching, (2) Response Spectrum, dan (3) Time History. Pemodelan dilakukan di Software ETABS dengan beban gempa dari data lokal dan gempa Chi-Chi Taiwan yang telah disesuaikan. Hasil menunjukkan metode gabungan menghasilkan base shear lebih rendah dibandingkan metode terpisah, semua metode memenuhi partisipasi massa ≥90%, dan story drift terbesar terjadi pada Time History arah X (264,82 mm), melebihi batas izin 40 mm. Bracing menjadi elemen paling kritis dengan stress ratio >6 (Response Spectrum) dan >11 (Time History), sedangkan kolom dan balok umumnya aman. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pemilihan metode analisis gempa yang tepat untuk efisiensi dan keamanan bangunan vital di wilayah rawan gempa.
