Abstract

Kebersihan perorangan adalah suatu tindakan yang dilakukan untuk memelihara kebersihan dan kesehatan seseorang untuk kesejahteraan fisik dan psikis. Salah satu upaya persona hygine adalah merawat kebersihan kulit karena kulit berfungsi untuk melindungi permukaan tubuh, memelihara suhu tubuh dan mengeluarkan kotoran-kotoran tertentu. Hygine yang rendah dapat menjadi faktor penunjang berkembangnya penyakit kulit seperti scabies,Skabies/kudis adalah penyakit infeksi menular yang disebabkan oleh infeksi dan sensitiasi oleh tungau sarcoptes scabei var hominis (sarcoptes sp.) Penyakit skabies mudah menular dari manusia kemanusia, dari hewan ke manusia dan sebaliknya. Penyakit skabies sering ditularkan melalui kontak langsung dari kulit penderita yang berlangsung lama berkepanjangan, Transmisi skabies dari penderita ke orang lain dibutuhkan 15-20 menit dari kontak langsung. Skabies dapat ditularkan secara langsung (kontak kulit dengan kulit) misalnya berjabat tangan,tidur bersama dan melalui hubungan seksual. Penularan secara tidak langsung (melalui benda), misalnya pakaian handuk,sprei, bantal dan selimut yang dipakai secara bersamaan. pentingnya masyarakat mengetahui tentang bagaimana cara pencegahan dan penularan scabies oleh karna itu kita memberikan penyuluhan Kesehatan kepada masyrakat agar masyarakat tau tentang apa itu penyakit scabies. Abstract

Fractures are fractures usually caused by trauma or physical exertion, accidents, both work accidents and traffic accidents Fractures are a potential or actual threat to a person's integrity, so they will experience physiological and psychological disorders that can cause a response in the form of pain. , Indonesia is the country that experiences the most fracture events 1.3 million per year from its population, which is around 238 million, and the most results are found at the age in the late adolescent category 17-25 (28.6%) because age is the productive age in carrying out activities, male sex (63.5%) the location of the Os fracture. Humerus (27.0%) location on bone 1\3 distal (50.8%) type of closed fracture (68.8%) and the cause of the fracture trauma (96.8%) However, the majority of adolescents do not understand well how to handle early fracture injuries. Incorrect initial handling can have an impact on complications for fracture sufferers Objective: This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of adolescents in the early handling of fracture injuries Especially Students of SMK Kesehatan Letris Indonesia 1.

Abstract

The prevalence of stroke every year has increased significantly, and has become the third leading cause of disability and also the third cause of death in the world. In 2015, the World Health Organization (WHO) stated that every year there are 15 million people affected by stroke and become the leading cause of death after ischemic heart Stroke is a functional brain disorder disease in the form of paralysis of the nerves (neurological deficit) Stroke is the third cause of disability in the world due to impaired nerve function that occurs such as visual impairment, pelo speech, impaired mobility, as well as paralysis of the face and extremities. Conditions like this that cause stroke sufferers to have a high dependence on carrying out daily activities on others. (Oktarina &; Mulyani, 2020)Service activities will be carried out on October 22, 2023 in Pulo Mosquito Village Stroke health education activities are carried out at the homes of residents of Pulo Mosquito Village. The number of participants who attended was 22 people, this form of activity was carried out by the lecture method. Before starting health education activities, the community is given pre-test questions to find out the knowledge of the community about stroke. The material is delivered by lecture method using Leaflet media. Stroke health education activities are carried out at the homes of residents of Pulo Mosquito Village. The results of the post test given regarding knowledge about stroke found that the knowledge of the people of Kampung Pulo Nyamuk increased after being given counseling materials with the results of the post test value greater than the pre-test value. But it does not rule out the possibility that there are some people who have post-test values
