Abstract

ABSTRAKGuru pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan garda terdepan dalam pengembangan karakter dan kemampuan anak diusia keemasannya. Sehingga memerlukan guru pendidikan anak usia dini yang berkompeten terutama dibidang proses belajar mengajar. Pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan yakni menambah pemahaman guru terkait pentingnya keterampilan mengajar dan pentingnya studi dijurusan yang linier. Metode pengabdian ini terdiri dari metode ceramah, diskusi, demontrasi dan metode pratik langsung. Pentingnya hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru PAUD terutama saat  perencanaan dan proses belajar mengajar berlangsung. Pentingnya kuliah yang linier untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAUD. Peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan guru paud sangat signifikan berdasarkan dari hasil pre test dan post test yang telah disebar mengalami peningkatan di setiap katagori, seperti katagori kegiatan mengalami peningkatan 24%, katagori Kegiatan inti 23% dan katagori penutup 27%. Serta dapat dilihat juga dengan pertanyaan dan jawaban yang disampaikan oleh guru. Kata kunci: keterampilan; kompetensi; pembelajaran mikro; PAUD ABSTRACTKindergarten teachers are at the forefront of developing the character and abilities of children at their golden age. So that it requires competent early childhood education teachers, especially in the field of teaching and learning processes. This service has the aim of increasing the teacher's understanding of the importance of teaching skills and the importance of linear studies. This service method consists of lectures, discussions, demonstrations and hands-on practical methods. The importance of the results of this service is to improve the skills of kindergarten teachers, especially during the planning and teaching and learning process. The importance of linear lectures to improve the competence of early childhood teachers. The increase in the understanding and ability of paud teachers is very significant based on the results of the pre-test and post-test that have been distributed, which has increased in each category, such as the activity category increased by 24%, the core activity category was 23% and the closing category was 27%. And it can be seen also by the questions and answers submitted by the teacher. Keywords: skills; competencies; microteahing; kindergarten

Abstract

The pandemic Covid-19 has made major changes in almost all aspects of human life, one of which is the education system. Changes in the education system are forced to make it difficult for students to take courageous learning and accept learning materials, especially students at an early age, because learning that is usually done conventionally becomes learning that is free to change, with its implementation inseparable from the role of teachers and technology. This research aims to examine the obstacles and obstacles faced by teachers in carrying out bold learning after Covid-19. The method in this study uses a qualitative method with exploratory characteristics. The results and conclusions in this paper indicate that the obstacles and obstacles when learning courage is that the teacher is not used to it and does not have interesting learning materials to carry out bold learning. The obstacle is the limited information and government, regarding the provision of assistance for school health service facilities.

Abstract

Scouting activities are an educational process in the form of activities for children carried out outside family education that use the basic principles of scouting. The role of scouts in the formation of the character of students is a unique problem to be studied. In this research using qualitative research methods and which will be discussed are Scout raisers. Raising Scouts are students in the scouting movement aged between 11-15 years. activities that are challenging and interesting and contain education that is in accordance with the spiritual and physical development of students in the process of scouting education activities carried out by scout raising at SD Negeri 10 Kesiman there are twelve activities: Formation of New Groups, Red and White Codes, Password Wars, Celebrating the Anniversary of World Scouts , Panorama Sketch, Ribbon Map, Compass, Emergency First Aid Skills, Pioneering Skills, Wandering Activities, Wide Game and Camping. Activities for Raising Scouts must be in accordance with their spiritual and physical conditions and be able to improve their five areas of personal development that are packaged in an interesting, challenging and fun and varied way: Spiritual Development Area, Emotional Development Area, Social Development Area, Intellectual Development Area and Physical Development Area.

Abstract

Understanding the meaning and sanctity of sex as a biological need that has the same position as the need to eat and drink leads humans to their nature to fulfill sexual needs. To find out the understanding of the Hindu community in Lombok about the philosophical value of the discourse of intercourse in the text of Lontar Resi Sembina. This study used a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. In this study, we dissect a literary source in the form of lontar, which will then be linked to data on public perceptions of the teachings in the text of Lontar Resi Sembina. (1) Public understanding of Hindu religious teachings, especially regarding tattwa or the philosophical meaning of intercourse in living the life of Grahasta Asrama or having a household in Pagesangan Village, is still shallow. (2) almost all people in Pagesangan Village do not have literary sources that discuss sexual intercourse or kama tattwa. (3) there is a discrepancy between the public's view of the importance of fulfilling sexual libido as one of the expressions of kama in life, with the fulfillment of sources of information, both primary in the form of lontar literature, books, and other socialization media as well as supporting information sources in the form of the existence of Hindu intellectuals in the dissemination of tattwa teachings contained in the text of Lontar Resi Sembina.

Abstract

Community service is one part of the tri dharma of higher education that must be carried out by a lecturer, community service this time has the theme of Development of Independent Learning as a Media for Realizing Early Childhood Learning Based on Tri Kaya Parisudha which is carried out by the Study Program Community Service Team S1 PG-PAUD at Teratai PAUD, Prince Sangupati Foundation, Leneng Village, Praya District, Central Lombok Regency with an implementation time of 5 (five) days from 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 September 2021, through sradha bhakti coaching activities with Dharmagita, coaching Traditional Balinese dances, coaching learning strategies, coaching yoga, coaching spiritual songs with Hindu nuances, coaching memorizing mantra verse, coaching creative/modern dances, coaching health protocols and a clean and healthy lifestyle. All of the activities carried out involve the community, especially early childhood students, parents, adn young Hindus who live in the Leneng village area so later it can be expected that a synergistic relationship will occur between the community and the Gde Pudja Mataram State Hindu Institute for the realization of the Vision and Mission of the institution in general.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic in July 2021 was in its highest chart phase, so policymakers made rules for the implementation of restrictions on emergency community activities. This study aims to determine the positive impact of the Covid-19 pandemic for lecturers at IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram. By used a descriptive research type method with a qualitative approach, which examines the positive impact of the Covid-19 pandemic to improve the quality of lecturers. Lecturers develop the potential of knowledge by renewing self-understanding and participating in webinars that are suitable for the teaching and learning process. Potential skills by learning the use and benefit of applications suitable for the implementation of learning and research. The potential for affection is to increase vigilance and continue to use health protocols as long as the Covid-19 pandemic is not over and foster an interest in learning that remains enthusiastic.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the process of introducing Balinese script to early childhood at PAUD Mutiara Rinjani in Selelos Village. Balinese script is part of Balinese culture and an essential part of Hindu religious rituals. Still, in reality, not all children can get to know and learn Balinese script, especially Balinese children outside the island of Bali. This makes it essential to introduce the Balinese script early so that community service activities become a necessary learning process. This community service activity is carried out with a community-based approach which is carried out with the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Based on the results of data during the activity, it can be concluded that quite essential things are the introduction of Balinese script activities carried out through the media of coloring books compiled by the activity coach, the emphasis of learning is only on the realm of knowing, the training runs smoothly. The children are enthusiastic about the introduction process, which is carried out pleasantly through the media of images. It is hoped that similar activities can be carried out again so that the training context is sustainable. It is expected that the description of this activity can be important information and a reference in planning a service program related to the introduction and learning of Balinese script for early childhood.

Abstract

Cognitive development is a person's ability to think more complexly in reasoning and problem solving. The usual activities carried out at TK Dwijendra Mataram are cutting and pasting. These activities not only stimulate children's cognitive development but fine motor skills and emotions are also well stimulated. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study found that in terms of physical development these skills are important for the development of fine motor skills, cutting and pasting activities also aim to train motor skills, hand and eye coordination and concentration for children.

Abstract

Ethics is the basic framework of learning Hinduism. The decline in the ethics of the Hindu youth generation can be overcome from an educational aspect. The purpose of this research to determine the teacher's strategy in implementing Hindu Ethics in Hindu Religion learning. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection methods used in this research are methods such as (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) documentation. After the data is collected, the data is processed with descriptive data in the following steps: 1) argumentative inductive technique through the description process - categorization - specifications (details of classification) then go from the specific facts inductively to conclusions, (2) Classification and (3) Interpretation. Data description is done through interviews, observations, and documents in writing. This research was conducted in class XI as many as 12 classes and the number of students consisted of 450 people, but the focus of this research was in class XI IPS 3, where IPS students were known for their lack of good ethics towards teachers in the teaching and learning process which consisted of 39 students. The Hindu Ethics Learning Strategy in class XI SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar is carried out in a structured manner, starting from preliminary activities including apperception which is a stepping stone given to the teacher to motivate students in the Hindu Ethics learning process so that students have attitudes by the teachings of Ahimsa and Satya. The core activities include observing, questioning, gathering, associating, or processing information and communicating the results. The final activity, namely the teacher provides an assessment of students to determine the level of student understanding of the material given.

Abstract

The research intend to analysis and find out the application of hypnoteaching method increas of student learning activities in Hindu learning at SMAN 7 Denpasar which will be a hope in improve the quality of education. This study use qualitative research method whose research characteristic adjective in the focus of the research function to find hypotheses in certain cases or limited samples. Hypnoteacing method is part of the application of hypnotic science that can bring students to an atmosphere of relaxation in receive subject matter. The work system of hypnoteaching method is the teacher communicating to students' subconscious by change brain waves from beta to alpha. Hypnosis in learning is not a model of hypnosis that is perceived in television show hypnosis in learning is only try to build conducive and pleasant conditions in the learning process of students not made asleep. In alpha conditions, the concentration of students will be focused, when relaxed the learning process will become more meaningful. Hypnoteaching method is a learning that is suitable to be applied as the development of students' potential in modern times. It can be concluded that the implementation of hypnoteaching method at SMAN 7 Denpasar is very effective in increas student learning activity
