Abstract

This study aims to find out in general the process of inculcating morals in elementary school age children in the Kriyan localization area, Ngadiluwih, Kediri. The type of research used is a qualitative study with a case study research design. The sample in this study was six resource persons consisting of three parents and three students. Research data were collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. Based on the results of study, it is shown that parents instill moral values ​​in their children from the age of 5-10 years with simple activities such as studying hard, not lying, not swearing, dressing neatly, speaking well, and learning to respect each other. By inculcating morals from elementary school age, it will make children easy to be accepted in society.

Abstract

This study raises the issue of the lack of tolerance in fourth grade students at SDN Kedawong Diwek Jombang. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of inculcating an attitude of tolerance in students through social studies material Theme 7 Subtheme 1 Class IV SDN Kedawong Diwek Jombang. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The subjects of this study were school principals, fourth grade teachers and fourth grade students. The data collection method used is the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data was obtained by using source triangulation, time triangulation and technical triangulation. The results showed that; 1) Inculcating an attitude of tolerance in students through Social Studies material Theme 7 Sub-theme 1 is not only done once in teaching and learning activities but must be made habituation during the process of daily teaching and learning activities. 2) In an effort to cultivate an attitude of tolerance, school principals and teachers instill an attitude of tolerance through school policies, namely by formulating a vision, mission, and goals. In addition, school regulations related to tolerance, through routine activities, example, and spontaneous activities. 3) The results reflected in the cultivation of an attitude of tolerance at SDN Kedawong are mutual respect and know each other whoever they are, be it teachers, other employees and also their own students, say greetings or shake hands when meeting teachers, enthusiasm for cooperation, mutual help, and mutual support. help in the school environment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems that exist in the field, namely the lack of preparation of students in accepting the new curriculum where subjects are combined into one. Besides, there is a lack of applicable learning that can be applied with media-based learning. Through this research, it is hoped that the research objective can be achieved, namely the development of crossword puzzles (TTS) media to increase the learning motivation of SDIT Darul Falah students, especially grade IV. This study aims to develop a valid, interesting, and effective crossword puzzle (TTS) learning media in learning at SDIT Darul Falah Cukir. The research subjects were 19 students of SDIT Darul Falah Cukir in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. This development research uses the ADDIE development model. The results of this study indicate that: the results of the validity of several experts obtained are media experts in the first stage media experts get an average of 2.7 with sufficient categories, in the second stage they get 3.5 in other words get good categories, and all three media experts scored. a score of 4.4 in other words got a very good score. While the score of 4.5 is in the very good category, from RPP experts 4.5 is in the very good category and the test for educators gets a score of 4.4 in the very good category, from the media trial on limited students getting a score of 4.4 in the very good category, and in the media test the students of one class got a score of 4.4 in the very good category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the crossword puzzle learning media developed is valid, interesting, and effective so that it is suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

Technological advances in the form of smartphones are currently an example of how technical sophistication can be used to support learning activities. The use of gadgets, especially android operated by children, includes games. One alternative learning media that is considered capable of overcoming problems in the learning process is an android-based quiz game using kahoot, because this quiz game learning media students are able to play, learn, and be active in learning so that students' understanding in learning thematic material becomes better and memory students become more refined. The android-based quiz game using kahoot has a purpose, namely to determine the design of android-based quiz game development using kahoot, the quality of android-based quiz game products using kahoot, and the effectiveness of android-based quiz games using thematic subjects. This research procedure uses a 4D model, namely define, design, development, and dissemination. SDIT Darul Falah Jombang is the location chosen to carry out research on a large scale, with 18 students enrolled in the 2021/2022 academic year. Based on this research, it was found that the application of android-based quiz game media using Kahoot was included in the very good category with a total score of 89% according to three expert experts, including media experts with a percentage of 94% in the very good category, material experts with a percentage of 86% in the very good category, and RPP experts with a percentage of 88% in the very good category. While the effectiveness through the results of the student response questionnaire obtained a score of 88% including the very good category. Thus, it can be concluded that the android-based quiz game media using kahoot is feasible and effective in the learning process of the fifth grade students of SDIT Darul Falah Jombang.

Abstract

Nowadays, there are many phenomena that show that the Indonesian nation is experiencing a moral decline, where politeness to parents is expensive and covered by a sense of mutual indifference. This is caused by several factors, one of which is the entry of foreign cultures into the Indonesian nation. The use of media is also very influential on the enthusiasm of students in participating in learning. It is hoped that the selection of media can encourage students and can cultivate good characters for the students of SDIT Darul Falah Cukir Jombang..This type of research is a mixed method research. This study uses one class. The subjects were fourth grade teachers and fourth grade students at SDIT Darul Falah Cukir. And the object is character education. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis in this study was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. While the validity of the data using triangulation, namely sources, techniques and time, and peer discussion. The results showed: Planning to make lesson plans and prepare learning media, The implementation is carried out in two stages, These results can be seen from the Pop Up Book media trial through student response questionnaires, showing that an average of 37.5 proves that the character of students has increased, The inhibiting factors for the Pop Up Book media include the program, infrastructure, character building, and time for making media, Supporting factors for Pop Up Book media include the existence of discipline, good cooperation and interaction between school residents and students, and support from parents.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap keterampilan mahasiswa PGSD dalam mengajar siswa sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest posttest. Populasi pada riset ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester IV Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling yaitu mahasiswa semester IV-B. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar penilaian kemampuan dasar mengajar. Tujuan dari riset ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap keterampilan mahasiswa dalam mengajar. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perolehan nilai sig 0.000 < 0.05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari Tebuireng Jombang.

Abstract

Flexing adalah tindakan pamer yang dilakukan secara individual atau kelompok melalui media sosial. Terkadang pelaku flexing sering memamerkan yang melebihi batas, seperti pamer kendaraan dan barang mewah, sampai pamer tindakan yang tidak pantas atau berlawanan dengan moral. Dikarenakan tindakan flexing ini bermuatan negatif maka diperlukan pendidikan yang mampu untuk menghadapi fenomena tersebut, salah satunya adalah pendidikan karakter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran pendidikan karakter berbasis teori Lickona untuk menghadapi tren tindakan flexing pada era teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan menelusuri sumber-sumber hasil penelitian terkait pendidikan karakter dalam kerangka teori Lickona dan tindakan flexing. Dengan melakukan penelusuran secara deskriptif, komparatif, dan analitik maka diharapkan mampu menjelaskan peran pendidikan karakter guna menghadapi tren hidup pamer atau flexing. Hasil dari penelitian pustaka ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter memberikan alternatif pendidikan yang komprehensif di dalam diri individu. Hal ini dikarenakan dalam pendidikan karakter memerhatikan tiga dimensi, yakni moral knowing yang berperan memberikan dimensi pengetahuan untuk menentukan mana yang baik dan buruk, sehingga dalam konteks ini memberikan kerangka kognitif bagi individu untuk menilai tindakan flexing. Moral feeling berperan menggugah dan melatih hati nurani dalam diri individu, sehingga melatih sisi emosional individu untuk peka sosial atas tindakan flexing. Moral action berperan pada psikomotor individual yang dilandaskan pada pengetahuan dan afeksi, sehingga memberikan kecenderungan bertindak baik pada individu. Manfaat penelitian untuk masyarakat adalah memberikan gambaran konseptual yang berdasarkan studi literatur terkait peran penting pendidikan karakter untuk mengahadapi tren flexing.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan salah satu problem serius bagi berkembangnya suatu bangsa yang maju. Indeks survei dunia telah memberikan hasil bahwa negara Indonesia telah memasuki peringkat kedua setelah China dalam menghasilkan sampah plastik yang mencapai 187,2 ton per hari. Sebagai wujud strategis di dalam mengurangi dampak sampah yang berlebih, maka dibutuhkan adanya startegi konkret dalam pengelolaan sampah agar berdaya guna kreatif dan membangun karakter masyarakat sekolah. Sebagai wujud kegiatan konkret maka dibutuhkan sebuah teknik yang efektif dan efisien dalam pengelolaan sampah. Salah satu teknik yang relevan digalakkan di masyarakat adalah ecobrik. Pelatihan pemanfaatan limbah sampah menjadi ecobrik diharapkan mampu membangun karakter dan kreativitas siswa dalam jangka panjang yang berdampak positif. Adapun tahapan di dalam kegiatan pengelolaan limbah sampah plastik meliputi tahap sosialisasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pemanfaatan. Hasil dari sinergi antara Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari Jombang dan SDN Jombatan 6 Jombang memberikan sebuah hasil yang positif bahwa dengan adanya kegiatan pengelolaan sampah menjadi ecobrik dapat menjadi wujud kegiatan positif antar lembaga pendidikan. Luaran proyek dari kegiatan ini adalah mengumpulkan limbah sampah dengan bahan dasar botol plastik diolah menjadi meja dan kursi yang dapat difungsikan dalam memperindah lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

ASWAJA (Ahlusunnah Wal Jama'ah) is a belief of the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) with the characteristic of prioritizing three main teachings of Islam, namely understanding fiqh, aqidah, and tasawuf. In the context of education, ASWAJA is a program to improve religious character in students. The ASWAJA program is one of the interesting programs to be implemented in elementary school students so that students become a generation that is Qur'anic and has good morals. The aim of the research is to describe the ASWAJA program in improving the religious character of elementary school students comprehensively. This research was conducted at SD Islam Al Huda, Kediri City as one of the schools implementing the ASWAJA program. The research method used is a qualitative study with a case study design. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is known that the ASWAJA program is very relevant in instilling religious character values ​​in students. This can be shown through activities in the ASWAJA program which are based on the principles of tasamuh (tolerance), i'tidal (perpendicular), and tawazun (maintaining balance). These three principles have a concretization of very implementative religious activities that are routinely carried out in daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities. So it can be concluded that the ASWAJA program is very suitable to be implemented in elementary schools in building students' religious character.

Abstract

This research is a typeof development research using the ADDIE model which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. This model is used to solve the problem of developing the "Nusantara Card" learning media on class IV ethnic diversity material at SDN Rejoagung 3 Ngoro Jombang. The subjects of this research were fourth grade students with a total of 18 students. Data analysis techniques using field notes, validator questionnaires and student response questionnaires. Recapitulation of Media and Material Validation. The researcher concluded that the feasibility of the "NUSANTARA KARTU" a score of 98.17 with very valid criteria. Quantitative data from the questionnaire obtained a total score of 1080 on the maximum score and an average of 60, a score of 1031 on the obtained score with an average of 57.2, and a score of 1718.1% on the percentage with an average of 95.45%. With these values, a large-scale trial using the Nusantara Card learning media, material on ethnic diversity, obtained very interesting criteria. it can be concluded that the Nusantara Card media can be well received and applied to material on ethnic diversity.
