Abstract

Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan proses klasifikasi Pneumonia Covid-19 (radang paru-paru atau pneumonia yang disebabkan oleh virus corona SARS-CoV-2) dari citra hasil foto rontgen / x-ray paru-paru dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran mesin. Klasifikasi dilakukan untuk menentukan apakah kondisi paru-paru seseorang mengalami Pneumonia Covid-19, Pneumonia biasa, atau Normal / Sehat. Untuk menghasilkan kinerja klasifikasi yang lebih baik, proses optimasi seringkali digunakan pada tahap pelatihan data. Banyak teknik yang digunakan untuk melakukan optimasi tersebut, diantaranya adalah algoritma Root-Mean-Square Propagation (RMSprop) dan Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD). Pada penelitian ini, pengujian dilakukan terhadap kedua metode tersebut untuk mengetahui kinerjanya pada klasifikasi Pneumonia Covid-19. Metode klasifikasi menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) yang menerapkan 5 layer konvolusi dengan nilai filter 16, 32, 64, 128, dan 256. Proses pelatihan menggunakan 3.900 citra yang terdiri atas 1.300 citra pneumonia covid-19, 1.300 citra pneumonia, dan 1.300 citra normal. Sedangkan proses validasi menggunakan 450 citra dan proses pengujian mengunakan 225 citra. Berdasarkan uji coba yang telah dilakukan, implementasi algoritma optimasi RMSprop menghasilkan akurasi 87,99%, presisi 0,88, recall 0,86, dan f1 score 0,87. Sedangkan implementasi algoritma optimasi SGD menghasilkan akurasi 66,22%, presisi 0,69, recall 0,64, dan f1 score 0,67. Hasil ini memberikan informasi penting bahwa algoritma optimasi RMSprop menghasilkan kinerja yang jauh lebih baik daripada SGD pada klasifikasi Pneumonia Covid-19.

Abstract

Healthy and superior sperm is the main requirement for a woman to get pregnant. To find out how the quality of sperm is needed several checks. One of them is a sperm analysis test to see the movement of sperm objects, the analysis is observed using a microscope and calculated manually. The first step in analyzing the scheme is detecting and separating sperm objects. This research is detecting and calculating sperm movements in video data. To detect moving sperm, the background processing of sperm video data is essential for the success of the next process. This research aims to apply and compare some background subtraction algorithms to detect and count moving sperm in microscopic videos of sperm fluid, so we get a background subtraction algorithm that is suitable for the case of sperm detection and sperm count. The research methodology begins with the acquisition of sperm video data. Then, preprocessing using a Gaussian filter, background subtraction, morphological operations that produce foreground masks, and compared with moving sperm ground truth images for validation of the detection results of each background subtraction algorithm. It also shows that the system has been able to detect and count moving sperm. The test results show that the MoG (Mixture of Gaussian) V2 (2 Dimension Variable) algorithm has an f-measure value of 0.9449 and has succeeded in extracting sperm shape close to its original form and is superior compared to other methods. To conclude, the sperm analysis process can be done automatically and efficiently in terms of time.

Abstract

One of the important competencies in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is Computer Network (which includes the development of Information Technology infrastructure and computer network security). One part of competence in the Computer Network scope is the use of Mikrotik equipment that is needed in the practical field. Currently, many agencies and industries whose computer network infrastructure use Mikrotik-based devices. The development of activity program that leads students to the preparation of this competency is clearly necessary. With regard to the competence of Mikrotik's own expertise, the existence of a Mikrotik certificate becomes proof that someone has mastered this competency. To get this certificate, of course, must follow the Mikrotik Certification program which cost is relatively expensive. In addition, this certification program is quite difficult to pass. So anyone who wants to follow this certification needs preparation adequately. The grant program of UPN "Veteran" of East Java (JARIT) which has been implemented aims to direct the Laboratory at the Faculty of Computer Science not only for the activities of the Practicum course, but also as the Center for the preparation of students in improving their competence, especially those related to the Professional Certification, Mikrotik devices. The hope when graduating students will not only have an undergraduate degree but also professional competence through Certification.

Abstract

Currently, Face Recognition Technology has been widely implemented in various fields of life. One of them is to verify someone's identity. In this research, an application system has been developed related to the process of recording student attendance in a lecture class, where student attendance is obtained from faces data taken from image acquisition in a classroom. Automatically, face recognition results are inputed into the presence system. In this system, the lecturer can verify the results of the automatic attendance made by the system. This verification process is needed because the face recognition process carried out by the system cannot reach 100% accuracy. So, the student attendance record in class can be valid.

Abstract

Kampunganyar is one of the villages located in Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency. In this village the internet is connected smoothly that can be accessed by anyone. So it has called "Smart Kampung". This village has a lot of potential including tourism, plantations, agriculture, Micro Small and Medium Enterprises or known as UMKM. Many people do not know about the potential of this village. Therefore, in community service activities we built a mapping area system in Kampunganyar village that covers all potential areas with Android-based. In this system there is all information about the potential of the village in each region and its location. So that the general public can access the information through mobile devices freely. The public can find out what the tourism potential is and the location and photos of the tour. In addition, there are data on plantations and agriculture in several locations that can be known from this system. This system is very useful for marketing the potential of villages in the village of Kampunganyar so that it can be known by the general public.

Abstract

The research is related to face recognition which is influenced by illumination factor. The method used is the Robust Regression, which has a better performance than many other methods. The empirical experiment, which uses Yale Face Database B Cropped, is conducted to determine the effect of number of face images in the training process on face recognition perfomance. The hypothesis proposed in this research is the greater number of face images will result in higher facial recognition performance. The empirical experiment was conducted on this research to prove the hypothesis. Based on experiments that have been done, in general, the process of data training with many images will result in high performance of face recognition. But, this trend only occurs in images in the similar illumination condition. Illumination variation of face images also have significant impact on face recognition results. The process of training data with images of illumination variations (from several subsets of the face database) results in better face recognition performance than the process of training data with images of similar illumination conditions (from a subset of the face database). By using 19 images from subset 5 of the face database, face recognition accuracy is obtained at 95.11%. Whereas by only using 5 images from several subsets, obtained face recognition accuracy up to 96.10%. Even by using 7 images from several subsets, the accuracy obtained is up to 99.47%.Keywords: Face Recognition Performance, Robust Regression, Data Training

Abstract

Kualitas pH air yang ada pada akuarium umumnya akan selalu berubah, sehingga diperlukannya sebuah cara untuk mengatur tingkat keasaman atau kebasaan hingga ke titik tertentu agar aman dalam memelihara ikan, baik hias maupun konsumsi. Oleh karena itu, penulis menciptakan sebuah sistem kontrol pH up-down berbasis NodeMCU32 dengan metode on-off controller, sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. On-off controller merupakan metode dalam pengontrolan sistem yang paling sederhana : hidup (1) dan mati (0). Mode on-off controller terbagi menjadi dua macam yaitu statis dan dinamis. Pada kondisi mode statis, device akan terus menyala atau terus mati sampai menerima perintah yang baru. Pada kondisi mode dinamis, device biasanya mempunyai pengaturan delay waktu untuk menyala atau mati, sehingga sangat memungkinkan device dapat menyala atau mati dengan sendirinya tanpa harus di perintah lagi. Metodologi yang dipakai oleh penulis yaitu RAD (Rapid Application Development) yang sangat singkat dalam proses pembangunannya. Device yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, meliputi pneumatic solenoid valve, relay 2 channel, NodeMCU32, expansion board NodeMCU32, dan switching power supply. Implementasi on-off controller pada penelitian ini meliputi: all pH on, all pH off, pH up on, pH up off, pH down on, dan pH down off. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem ini dapat berjalan dengan baik, sehingga dapat dinyatakan valid.

Abstract

Kemampuan sistem fuzzy dalam menangani hal-hal yang bersifat ambiguitas tinggi, seperti perubahan ekstrem pada pH air sangat diperlukan di era modern saat ini. Sebab, tingginya ambiguitas dapat mengakibatkan alat pengendali pH tidak berfungsi dengan baik, sehingga akan berakibat fatal khususnya pada sektor pertanian. Tipe algoritma fuzzy sangat menentukan keberhasilan dalam penanganan ambiguitas. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penulis mengusulkan metode IT2FL Sugeno Orde-Nol untuk digunakan sebagai pembelajaran dalam sistem pengendalian pH air yang merupakan inovasi baru yang layak untuk diperdalam lagi kedepannya. Fuzzy logic type-2 mempunyai 4 tahapan dalam penyelesaiannya yaitu meliputi: fuzzifikasi, inferensi, reduksi tipe, dan defuzzifikasi. Fuzzy memiliki beberapa komponen penting didalamnya yang meliputi: variabel, himpunan, domain, fungsi keanggotaan, representasi kurva, dan operator. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memberikan gambaran sederhana dalam menerapkan algoritma IT2FL Sugeno sebagai sarana pengembangan IPTEK dalam ranah teknologi pertanian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SPK 0 untuk aksi pH up on: 25 detik, SPK 1 untuk aksi pH up on: 10 detik, SPK 2 untuk aksi all pH off: 0 detik, SPK 3 untuk aksi pH down on: 10 detik, dan SPK 4 untuk aksi pH down on: 25 detik. Pengkategorian pH dibagi menjadi 5 macam yaitu: Asam Kuat (0-3), Asam Lemah (4-6), Netral (7), Basa Lemah (8-10), dan Basa Kuat (11-14). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem memenuhi syarat dan dinyatakan valid dengan standarisasi perhitungan pada sensor : akurasi rata-rata sebesar 91.8%; galat selisih rata-rata sebesar 0.6; dan juga galat sistematis rata-rata sebesar 8.2%.

Abstract

Pengelompokan data adalah teknik pengambilan data yang penting dengan banyak aplikasi dalam penambangan data. K-means adalah salah satu metode penambangan data yang paling terkenal, yang membagi kumpulan data menjadi kelompok-kelompok sampel, yang disebut kelipatan. Metode telah diusulkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi algoritma K-Means. Standarisasi adalah kuncinya langkah preprocessing dalam data mining untuk membakukan fitur atau nilai atribut dari rentang dinamis yang berbeda dan terdapat di area spesifik. Pada artikel ini, kami menganalisis kinerja metode standardisasi algoritma K-means tradisional. Membandingkan hasil dataset film, ditemukan bahwa hasil yang diperoleh dengan metode elbow.

Abstract

Agripina Kindergarten Surabaya, located in Rungkut District, Surabaya City, is an educational institution for pre-school education for early childhood and kindergarten. Agripina Kindergarten as an educational institution must be active in advancing the institution. The progress of educational institutions can be seen from the effectiveness in promoting schools to the community so that they can attract public interest in schools to these educational institutions. The rapid development of technology can be utilized by institutions in building relationships with the community and providing various information and facilities related to schools. This can be realized through the school website. The school website serves as a school profiling media. for that required the ability of human resources or teachers there in creating and managing web applications. Through the website as a school profiling medium, the identity of the school, the school's vision and mission, curriculum, teachers, student activities, and school facilities and infrastructure can be displayed. Through community service activities carried out by a team of lecturers from UPN veterans of East Java, they will provide training in the field of web creation and management for teachers there. Creating a basic school website through WordPress is taught through this activity, which serves as a type of training. WordPress is a website-based Content Management System (CMS) platform that can be operated by the public, without having special skills in the field of information technology such as programming. This community service activity aims to provide training to Agripina Kindergarten teachers to have the insight and skills to build a simple school website, it is hoped that teachers can use the website to build school profiling media to present themselves in the world of online portals.
