Abstract

This research explores the pivotal influence of the Teacher Activator program in developing the Pancasila Student Profile and enhancing school culture. Conducted over six months in five Jakarta elementary schools, the study uses a qualitative Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with 15 teacher activators, 30 students, and five principals, and document analysis. The CAR method’s planning, action, observation, and reflection phases facilitated a structured analysis of Pancasila values integrated into educational activities. Results indicated a 25% improvement in students' understanding of Pancasila values. Despite insufficient facilities, teacher-led workshops and community support addressed these issues. Recommendations include improved teacher training on Pancasila values and better resources. This study highlights the Teacher Mobilization program’s success and suggests enhancements for broader educational impact in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan transformasi drastis dalam sistem pendidikan global, termasuk di Indonesia, dengan peralihan mendadak ke pembelajaran daring. Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar direspons sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pendidikan selama pandemi, meskipun menghadapi kritik terkait kesiapan dan implementasinya yang belum matang.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMK Muhammadiyah Pacitan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan pemahaman menyeluruh tentang pengalaman dan persepsi guru serta siswa terhadap kurikulum baru ini.Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di SMK Muhammadiyah Pacitan menunjukkan perubahan signifikan dalam pendekatan pembelajaran PAI. Guru berperan sebagai fasilitator yang mendorong siswa untuk belajar mandiri melalui proyek-proyek dan evaluasi berbasis komputer. Meskipun menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan infrastruktur, sekolah ini berhasil mengatasi dengan strategi adaptif dan dukungan penuh dari pihak terkait.Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar telah membawa perubahan positif dalam pendidikan PAI di SMK Muhammadiyah Pacitan, meningkatkan interaksi siswa dengan materi agama dan keterlibatan mereka dalam proses pembelajaran. Meskipun tantangan yang masih ada, implementasi ini menunjukkan potensi untuk meningkatkan relevansi pendidikan dengan dunia nyata dan memperkuat nilai-nilai agama dalam konteks modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena putus sekolah di kalangan remaja SMP di Dusun Saren, Desa Bandar, Kecamatan Bandar, Kabupaten Pacitan. Pendidikan adalah aspek krusial yang memengaruhi perkembangan individu dan masyarakat, sehingga masalah putus sekolah menjadi perhatian serius. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan putus sekolah dan dampaknya terhadap remaja. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan fokus pada remaja usia SMP yang mengalami putus sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor ekonomi, kurangnya motivasi dari keluarga, serta pengaruh lingkungan menjadi penyebab utama putus sekolah. Selain itu, minimnya pendidikan orang tua juga berkontribusi terhadap rendahnya motivasi belajar anak. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sekitar 30% remaja putus sekolah karena alasan ekonomi, 60% karena kurangnya minat melanjutkan pendidikan, dan 10% karena kasus-kasus khusus seperti kehamilan di luar nikah atau pelanggaran aturan sekolah. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi peningkatan peran serta orang tua dalam mendukung pendidikan anak, pemberian beasiswa bagi siswa berprestasi dan kurang mampu, serta peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam menyusun strategi untuk mengurangi angka putus sekolah dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Dusun Saren, serta menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Pelatihan Bahasa Arab Dasar dengan Metode Total Physical Response Sebaga Upaya untuk Meningkatkan Keimanan Anggota PKK Desa Sobo Kecamatan Pringkuku merupakan sebuah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan bahasa Arab di kalangan anggota PKK Desa Sobo. Mengingat pentingnya bahasa Arab dalam menjalankan ibadah sehari-hari, pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan dasar-dasar penguasaan bahasa Arab, termasuk pengenalan huruf hijaiyah, tata cara melafalkan doa-doa harian, serta pemahaman makna bacaan-bacaan dalam salat dan Al-Qur'an. Pelatihan berlangsung selama empat minggu dengan empat sesi yang mencakup materi dasar bahasa Arab, kosakata keagamaan, dan struktur kalimat sederhana yang sering digunakan dalam kehidupan spiritual. Peserta pelatihan, yang mayoritas merupakan anggota Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga diberikan kesempatan untuk belajar melalui metode yang interaktif dan aplikatif, dengan harapan dapat memperdalam pemahaman mereka terhadap bacaan-bacaan agama. Hasil dari pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas ibadah dan ketakwaan peserta, serta memberikan dampak positif dalam kehidupan spiritual mereka. Dengan penguasaan bahasa Arab yang lebih baik, anggota PKK Desa Sobo dapat lebih khusyuk dalam beribadah dan lebih memahami makna doa-doa yang mereka lafalkan setiap hari.

Abstract

This study examines the cultural and social dynamics influencing Arabic language education in urban and rural settings. It investigates how environmental factors, cultural values, and social interactions shape language acquisition and teaching methodologies. The research employs a comparative qualitative approach, incorporating observations, interviews with educators and learners, and an analysis of educational practices in both contexts. Findings reveal significant differences between urban and rural settings: urban environments benefit from diverse populations, access to advanced technology, and collaborative learning opportunities, while rural areas face challenges such as limited resources but leverage strong community involvement and cultural continuity. The study concludes that contextually responsive strategies, culturally aligned curricula, teacher training programs, and integrating modern tools with traditional practices are essential for effective and sustainable Arabic language education. These results provide actionable insights for policymakers and educators aiming to enhance the accessibility and relevance of Arabic language programs across diverse learning environments.

Abstract

The declining ability to read the Qur’an and the limited understanding of basic Arabic among Muslim communities indicate the need for a more participatory and educational approach to da‘wah. This community service program was initiated by the Lembaga Pengembangan Cabang dan Ranting (LPCR) of the Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah (PDM) Pacitan as an effort to foster synergy between Islamic outreach (da‘wah), education, and community empowerment. The program aimed to revitalize Qur’anic reading and basic Arabic learning for beginners through training in Qur’anic recitation (tajwīd), introduction to basic Arabic vocabulary and structures, and continuous mentoring using simple digital media. The implementation involved several stages, including need assessment, classical and peer tutoring sessions, and mosque-based monitoring. The results revealed significant improvement in participants’ ability to read the Qur’an correctly, their mastery of elementary Arabic vocabulary, and their motivation to sustain learning as part of daily worship. This initiative demonstrates an effective model of collaboration between LPCR Muhammadiyah and local communities in developing contextual Islamic literacy that is sustainable, inclusive, and transformative.

Abstract

This study aims to examine teachers' strategies in developing differentiated instruction for slow learner students in elementary schools, particularly at MI Adab and Tahfidz Baleharjo, Pacitan. The research is grounded in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes inclusive and responsive learning tailored to the diverse needs of students. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included the principal and a fifth-grade teacher. The findings reveal that while the teacher has a basic understanding of slow learner characteristics, the implementation of differentiated instruction strategies is not yet optimal. Adjustments in instructional time, content, and learning processes have begun but remain general and unstructured. Continuous training and mentoring are needed to enable teachers to design more adaptive, effective, and individualized learning services for slow learner students. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi pemasaran dan pengelolaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui media sosial di Kabupaten Pacitan dalam menghadapi Era Society 5.0. Fokusnya adalah pada tantangan strategis UMKM, termasuk kurangnya penetrasi pasar digital, keterbatasan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan media sosial, dan ketidakmampuan mengikuti perubahan perilaku konsumen.Melalui pendekatan campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menghasilkan panduan praktis untuk pelaku UMKM. Panduan ini mencakup langkah-langkah konkrit untuk meningkatkan visibilitas online, meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen, dan memperkuat keberlanjutan bisnis. Abstract

This study is motivated by the limited research on The influence of role-playing methods on the social and emotional development of early childhood, despite its significant impact on social emotional development of early childhood. The study aims to to determine the influence of children's social emotional development before and after using the role play method. Design, with a sample of [number of participants/cases/regions] selected through qualitative method with descriptive research type, with a sample of 20 children in group B at RA Qurrota A'yun Giritontro selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected using interviews, observations, documentation and analytical using regression analysis techniques. The findings reveal that the role play method has a positive relationship with the social emotional development of group B children at RA Qurrota A'yun Giritontro. This finding is in line with the research objectives and strengthens the humanistic theory (internal factors inherent in humans themselves) and the psychosocial theory (external factors, namely the surrounding environment). The study concludes that the importance of the role of the role-playing method in the social emotional development of children to foster self-confidence, curiosity and empathy in children in group B RA Qurrota A'yun Giritontro. The implications encompass theoretical contributions, such as advancing the literature on The influence of role-playing methods on the social and emotional development of early childhood, and practical recommendations for RA Qurrota A'yun Giritontro to be able to improve learning with the role-playing method once every two weeks with different role-playing themes to further hone children's social emotional abilities and to anticipate so that children do not get bored in the learning process. Additionally, this study identifies future research opportunities on The Effectiveness of Role Playing Methods on the Development of Children's Emotional Intelligence.

Abstract

In this day and age, one's expertise is needed according to one's talents, especially soft skill development. Soft skills have a role in a person in acting and innovating. The ISIMU Pacitan student organization teaches various competencies and trains skills in being creative and innovating in solving problems. The campus provides ample space for organizations to develop students' talents and interests in training personal soft skills. Students with bad habits such as geam, touring, hanging out can be diverted to participate in student organization activities that have a positive charge on self-development. This research analyzes the data using data presentation, data reduction to drawing conclusions. If valid, this research has a correlation with the soft skills of students who have contributed to self-development
