Abstract

Hunting is one of the people’s activities that have become part of peoplefor long time ago. In ancient time, hunting is as the livelihood, which one of the activity that still done until now about hunting is boar hunting. Boar hunting almost has for every place that lived in the rural areas that near from the forest area. The function and purpose boar hunting for Minangkabau’s people is to help the farmers for protecting their agricultural areas. The result of hunting is not for consumption, but just gived to their animals that is dogs.This project was done after several processes and more insipirated fromthe things that writer saw from boar hunting case. It is not only for wipe out the pets but also has other functions. The writer’s desire is this project can be enjoyable and understood by anyone. Furthermore, in making this project with the theme “Boar Hunting as The Idea of Creation Art Graphic Work with Serigraphy Technique” shows the shapes, concepts, steps and media with emphasized on the use of serigraphy technique.The project process was done by using a silk cloth or nylon called by monyl. The pores were left open so that the ink can pass and pores which are not covered by gelanthine/ulano/bremol which sweep the ink or paint by using rubber knife or rakelKata Kunci: Penciptaan Grafis Serigraphy

Abstract

Anger is a feeling of protest, shame insecurity or frustration toward someone or something, which is caused when the ego feels hurt or threatened. The intensity of anger, or lack thereof, is different between one human to another. Anger becomes the dominant flavors in behavioral, cognitive, and physiological when someone makes a conscious decision to take action to immediately stop the threatening behavior of another outside force. Anger can have physical and mental consequences.The purpose in making this thesis is to visualize such a facial expression of anger in the form of graphic art with technique Relief print.Methods in porses of making this work is done through perujutan ideas of art with several steps: Preparation (preparation), Elaboration, Synthesis, Reality Concept, Phase Completion (finishing)These works are created through various processes and experiences in the life of the author himself. As for the work that the author created was entitled: 1. Anger, 2. Ignorant, 3. Do not Want to Know, 4. Need 5. Who Cares, 6. Annoyed, 7. Wrath, 8. Upset, 9. Hurt , 10. Abstract

The creation of this final graphic work aims to visualize the camouflage of chameleons possessed by humans. The authors expose darkside of human trait that utilizes the surrounding environment for its own satisfaction.This final work started with, preparation stage, elaboration, synthesis, concept realization and completion stage. In this final work the author brings up the style in the work. The style that writers apply in this final paper is Cubism style. In the final work that the author makes many displays of rectangular objects that the author stacked scattered. And highlight the main object of chameleon animals.Through this graphic art, writers is developed a form of artwork. Some works of art that have been exclusively presented are, 1) “berburu”, 2) “suap”, 3) “korupsi”, 4) “pengemis kaya”, 5) “serakah”, 6) “seharusnya”, 7) “berlawanan”, 8) “tipu muslihat”, 9) “uang”, 10) “harta, tahta dan wanita”. This is the camouflage nature of chameleons in humans. .Keywords: Chameleon, (serigraphy) type of cliches broken.

Abstract

The word of Calligraphy comes from the French word which calligraphie where as the Greek word meaning called kalligraphia beautiful hand writing. Calligraphy obtain the highest position and is an expression of the spirit of Islam that is very typical. Calligraphy has two main attraction, namely the Al-Quran verses contained there in and the beauty style of letter. Calligraphy that has an appeal that is so high, it is necessary to use the maximum of calligraphy that for a kindness. With so many in this world polytheism Qur'anic verse about oneness of Allah has religious significance as a function to awaken mankind. For this reason, the authors are interested in creating works with the theme "On the Unity of Allah Arabic Calligraphy In serigraphy work". In the process embodiment of this work, the author show pure art work using screen printing graphic art with tools and material preparation phase, stabilization, and the realization and settlement. Writers produce 10 works of the oneness of Allah, among others Surah Al-Ikhlas, Paragraph 1-4), Shock (Az-Zalzalah), the Book of Allah and devotion (Surah Al-Baqharah, Paragraphs 1 and 2), Seawater (Surah Ar-Rahman , Paragraph 19), meeting of 2 water (Surah ar-Rahman, paragraph 20), Deeds (Surah As-Shafaat, Paragraph 96), Revelation and Revenge in the Hereafter (Surah Shaad, verse 66), Revelation and Revenge in the Hereafter (Surah Shaad, Paragraph 67), Revelation and Revenge in the Hereafter (Surah Shaad, verse 68), Faith (Letters Dzaryaat, Verse 20).Keywords: Calligraphy, the unity of Allah, serigraphy

Abstract

Pigeon is a pet that has a uniqueness and beauty of shape, color, nature and activities, faithful to her lover. Characterishes Pigeons used as inspiration in creating works of art in the field of graphic relief print. Method for creating this finals worksof art using the five phases of preparation, elaboration, synthesis, andrealization of the concept began sketching move sketch, preparation of tools and materials, working and finishing processes. The last stage is the completion of up to exhibit. Title of the work in accordance with the theme of which: 1) happiness,2) Waiting Attendance, 3) Successor Generation, 4) Remember back home 5) Protect, 6) Looking for Directions, 7) Alone, 8) Responsibility, 9) Romantic, 10) Life Survivor. Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Describe the meaning of the Tabuik Pariaman motif shape 2) Describe the meaning of the colors in the Tabuik Pariaman motif 3) Describe the meaning of the placement of the motifs in Tabuik Pariaman.This type of research is qualitative using a descriptive approach. The author conducted this research in Pariaman, West Sumatra. Data collection procedures are carried out by 1) observation or going to the field, 2) interviews, and documentation in the form of recordings and photos 3). Data processing, 4) data analysis, 5) conclusion of the results. The conclusions of the study are: 1) The meaning of the shape of the motif in Tabuik Pariaman has a meaning as a rule in the life order of the Minangkabau community that upholds customs and religion. 2) The meaning of color in Tabuik has the meaning of decorations that beautify Tabuik in order to attract the appeal of the community and tourists. 3) Meaning The placement of motifs in Tabuik is a symbol of religion, customs, and life.Kata Kunci: Makna Motif, Bentuk, Warna, Penempatan, Tabuik Pariaman.

Abstract

The purpose of work is to visualize the object of ants into works of art with graphics screen-printed technique (serigraphy). Create a masterpiece there are several stages: Preparation (tools and materials), phase of elaboration, sistensis, realization of the concept, and settlement. Several stages in the process of creating ten works of art have finished.This final paper more describing about appropriate behaviour and activity of many leading to human life from the way ants living a lot applying the behavior and social attitudes among them. Visual form of packaged with the title: sharing, Not easily surrender, discipline, teamwork, trying, admonished the sapa, helping without being asked, the hard work, work for the common good, care.Key words: ants, ideas, graphics

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the Welcome Statue at Air Tawar Area in Padang. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Sources of data in this study of foam welcome statue (primary data), informants and literature(secondary data). Data collection procedures done through observation, interviews and documentation study. Based on the results of the study, concluded the following. The conclusions of the study: Welcome Statue at Air Tawar Area in Padang is asclupture that serve as icon that serves as a symbol of welcoming guests who enter the city of Padang, especially at Air Tawar area. Advice to future researchers to investigate further, so that the information about Welcome Statue at Air Tawar Area in Padang more complete.Keyword: welcome statue, foam, function

Abstract

Forest destuction is a complex problem in our life, the writer often hear about the efforts to promote forest conservation,however forest destruction is still happened until now. Thefore, the purpose of this thesis is to create an atmosphre of forest destruction in indonesian into graphic art that is able to give criticism and emphaty toward the people about how the importance of forest conservation. From the abpove explanation, the writers are interested to express it into the form of graphic art by using a printing technique ( intaglio print). The writer create into the medium of paper with displaying object of the fallen trees and tree trunk and also the various object on the destruction of forest by printing technique in dry point. The Creation of an idea to be a work of art, through a lengthy process and through a lot of observations. Of the main ideas or underlying ideas will be developed into ten titles work of Graphic Art, namely: 1) "Save Me", 2) the "Jungle irreplaceable", 3) "Illegal Logging" 4) "Save us" 5) "Pollution air", 6) "landslide" , 7)" Hutan ku ditangan ku", 8) “Hutanku Indonesiaku", 9)"dimana hutanku" and 10) "hutan melawan besi”.From the writers work with the theme "Forest Destruction as a Source of Inspiration in Art Graphic". It can be deduced that the writers seeks to give criticism and empathy to the public about the importance of forest conservation for life.Keywords : forest destruction, critics, art graphic

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to : 1) increase student’s interest and learning outcomes on ilustration drawing lesson at VIIIE class in SMP Negeri 1 Padang, using the instructional media Youtube. The research was done by using The Class Action Research. The data were gathered by using observation student’s interest format, teacher’s observation, student’s interest questionnare and student’s assignment. Based on research was finding, the student’s interest in ciycle I was 80.15% and in cycle II increased becoming 92.06%. While the student’s average learning outcomes in cycle I was 81.00 and in cycle II increased becoming 91.00.Keywords:Media Video, YouTube. Interest, Learning Outcomes
