Abstract

The mining sector, particularly coal mining, has experienced a decline in revenue and share prices over the period 2018-2022. This decline occurred concurrently with the global pandemic. Subsequent to the pandemic, there has been a notable rise in both revenue and share prices. This research aims to examine the connections between the ratios of ROA, ROE, EPS, and PER in relation to the variations in stock prices within the coal mining sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period from 2018 to 2022. A quantitative method was selected as the research approach. The analysis was conducted using multiple regression with the SPSS 27 tool. Data collection involved a mix of documentation, literature study, and literature review methods. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling. Partial results were obtained, ROA has a negative though insignificant impact on stock prices of the coal mining subsector during the period 2018-2022, Furthermore, ROE has a positive though insignificant impact on stock prices. Meanwhile, EPS and PER have a statistically significant yet positive impact on the stock prices of this sector during the same period. Also simultaneous analysis revealed that ROA, ROE, EPS, and PER are collectively associated with a statistically significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Abstract fenomena medication safety yang di catat dan dilaporkan beberapa institusi pelayanan kesehatan sebagai kejadian medication error menjadi fokus utama meningkatkan pasien safety.Persoalan tersebut menarik penulis untuk menyajikan analisa terkait Gap dan issue dilapangan dalam kajian ilmiah, Tujuan penelitian : Menganalisis Kompetensi sdm kesehatan dan Mengembangkan konsep upaya peningkatan komitment medication safety. Paradigma penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif,pendekatan yang digunakan dengan studi kasus,bersifat deskriptif eksploratori.Kompetensi sdm medis tercerminkan dalam oprasional pelayanan medis yang berfokus pada pasein safety,gap dan fenomena dilapangan masih banyak dilaporkan variabel kompetensi tidak maksimal berjalan,perihal ini menyebabkan potensi resiko terjadinya medication error,aspek SDM menjadi fokus persoalannya sehingga komitment madication safety terabaikan.Dapat disimpulkan Kompetensi Petugas medis sangat berperan untuk mewujudkan komitment medication safety. Abstract

This research aims to obtain an analysis regarding the influence of poverty, stunting, and wasting on the special index for stunting management in children aged 0-59 months in Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach, with the population being all toddlers aged 0-59 months in 10 health center areas in Dompu Regency, covering a period of 7 years from 2017 to 2023. The techniques used to collect data are literature study and documentation study, as this research utilizes secondary data. The data processing method in this research employs SPSS version 25. The research results indicate that poverty, stunting, and wasting have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on the special index for stunting management. However, when examined individually, poverty and stunting do not have a significant effect on the special index for stunting management, while wasting does have a positive and significant effect on it. Referring to the results of this research, efforts to maintain and even improve the variables that are still considered lacking in this study are necessary so that the rates of poverty, stunting, and wasting continue to decline, and the index specifically for stunting management increases as a form of the government's successful performance. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of the "POLRI Belajar" program on enhancing the performance of police officers at the Sukoharjo Police Resort. The program aims to improve the knowledge, skills, and work attitudes of officers in addressing the increasingly complex challenges and demands of society. This research employs a quantitative method, with data collected through a survey distributed to 83 program participants. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression. The analysis results indicate that the three independent variables knowledge, skills, and attitude have a significant impact on performance. Specifically, the knowledge variable (X1) shows a significant influence with a coefficient of 0.630 and a significance value of 0.000. In contrast, the skills variable (X2) also has a significant effect, with a regression coefficient of -0.165 and a significance value of 0.013. Additionally, the attitude variable (X3) demonstrates a significant influence with a regression coefficient of 0.282 and a significance value of 0.000. The study concludes that the "POLRI Belajar" program considerably improves police personnel performance, notably by reinforcing knowledge, abilities, and work attitudes. This conclusion emphasizes the need of continual training inside police organizations and suggests the creation and improvement of such programs in the future. Furthermore, this study opens the door to future in-depth investigations into other elements that may impact police performance.

Abstract

Nurses, as one of the human resources in hospitals, play a crucial role as a profession that constantly interacts with patients. Therefore, the performance of nurses, who play a crucial role in the hospital, is influenced by the quality of work life. Quality of work life is a state in which employees can fulfill their essential needs by working within the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of work life of nurses at Ternate Hospital. Data collection was conducted using a total sampling technique, with 80 nurses being the entire population. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate analysis. The overall average score for quality of work life was 157.6 (SD = 11.41). The conclusion of this study is that the overall quality of work life and its individual dimensions are at a moderate level. Quality of work life is important for identifying capacity to meet the needs of society and the workplace.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze workload, service quality and employee recruitment policy at the ITB Bandung Information Technology Directorate. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 31 respondents. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and verification analysis using path analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis of workload, service quality, and employee recruitment policies, respondents gave a fairly good assessment towards good, there were still some shortcomings that must be considered for improvement. The results of the verification analysis showed that workload had a significant effect on employee recruitment policies, both directly and through service quality.

Abstract

The implementation of quality management systems in regional hospitals remains a challenge due to limited resources, lack of structured training, and inconsistent adherence to accreditation standards. This community service program aimed to enhance healthcare service quality by providing education and mentoring on quality management systems. The program was conducted in a regional hospital, involving 15 participants, including management, medical personnel, and administrative staff. It consisted of five key stages: preparation, socialization, training, monitoring and evaluation, and sustainability efforts. Observations indicated improvements in standard operating procedure (SOP) compliance, patient safety awareness, and documentation practices. Despite these positive developments, challenges such as resistance to change, infrastructure constraints, and limited hospital resources were observed. To ensure long-term impact, hospitals should establish quality assurance teams, integrate digital monitoring tools, and provide continuous training for healthcare workers. However, this study is limited in its ability to quantitatively measure long-term patient outcomes and service efficiency. Future research should assess measurable indicators, such as patient safety incidents and hospital performance metrics, to evaluate the broader impact of quality management system implementation in regional hospitals.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve hospital administrative efficiency through training and mentoring in service digitalization. The program began with an initial visit to obtain permission and understand the hospital’s needs, followed by a three-day training session involving 16 participants from the social media, public relations, and administrative teams. The training covered the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), digital queue systems, online scheduling, and digital marketing strategies through SEO and SEA. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in hospital staff’s digital literacy, with the median pre-test score of 40 increasing to 80 in the post-test (p=0.000), demonstrating a substantial enhancement in digital literacy. This improvement positively impacted administrative processes, making them faster and more organized. Additionally, digital marketing optimization increased patient engagement with hospital services through online searches. To ensure the program's long-term benefits, an internal team was established to oversee continuous monitoring and evaluation. This program proves that digitalizing hospital administration can enhance operational effectiveness and provide a better service experience for patients.
