Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Projek Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar biologi mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Jenis Penelitian adalah Pre-ekperimen dengan One Grou Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa prodi Pendidikan biologi semester II Universitas Muhammadiyan Makassar yang terdiri dari 23 mahasiswa dengan total sampling sama dengan jumlah populasi . Hasil penelitan dengan menggunakan uji Paired Sample Test diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai signifikansi (α) 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Projek Based Learning terhadap mahasiswa belajar biologi mahasiswa

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the effectiveness of learning the concept of Animal Diversity through the application of the think talk write (TTW) cooperative learning model assisted by mind mapping media for biology education students. This type of research is research that is Pre-Experimental Design. The research design used in this study is the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets of learning activities; Observation sheets containing indicators of learning activities are used to assess student learning activities at each meeting, and test questions of learning outcomes; The learning outcomes test is in the form of 30 multiple choice questions with 5 answer choices. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the application of the TTW type cooperative learning model assisted by mind mapping media is effectively applied in biology learning the concept of Animal Diversity in class A students of the 2017 Biology Education FKIP Unismuh Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi eksperimen dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Search, Solve, Create, and Share (SSCS) terhadap kemampuan literasi sains pada Materi Virus Kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Gowa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Gowa yang terdiri dari 4 kelas dengan jumlah 64 siswa. dimana sampel dalam penelitian diperoleh melalui Teknik simple random Sampling yang berjumlah 40 siswa dengan masing-masing kelas eksperimen (X IPA 3) dan control (X IPA 4) terdiri dari 20 orang siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik pengembilan data nonequivalent control group desing. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata pada kelas eksperimen yaitu 84,45 lebih tinggi dari nilai rata-rata pada kelas control yaitu 79,90. Kemudian berdasarkan uji statistic inferensial pada uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji Independent Sampel T-test diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran pembelajaran Search, Solve, Create, and Share (SSCS) terhadap kemampuan literasi sains pada Materi Virus pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Gowa.

Abstract

This research is research and development (R&D) which aims to develop problem based learning (PBL) oriented student worksheets (LKPD) on Excretory System material for Class XI/SMA Negeri 1 Wonomulyo. which is valid and practical. The development model used is the ADDIE model consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stages. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used were qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results of the validity analysis show that the PBL-oriented LKPD on the excretion system material developed by the researcher obtained an average result from media expert validators of 3.70 and material experts 3.80 and the average result obtained from both was 3.75 with a very valid category. . Judging from the practical aspect, the average student response questionnaire was 3.72 in the very practical category. The average response from biology teachers was 3.90, resulting in a very practical category. So it can be concluded that based on the validity of the PBL-oriented LKPD on excretory system material it is valid and based on its practicality it is practical.

Abstract

Overseas students who experience social anxiety will feel anxious when communicating and face to face, so they use smartphones more which can trigger the emergence of nomophobia tendencies. This study aims to determine the relationship between social anxiety and nomophobia tendencies among overseas students in Makassar City. The subjects in this study were overseas students studying in Makassar City aged 18 to 25 years. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Nomophobia tendency is measured using a scaleNomophobia Questionnaire (NMP-Q), social anxiety was measured using the Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents (SAS-A). Hypothesis testing using Rank Spearman correlation analysis. The results of the analysis obtained were p = 0.003 <0.005 or there was a relationship between social anxiety and the tendency of nomophobia among overseas students in the city of Makassar. The correlation coefficient of social anxiety variable with nomophobia tendency is 0.228 or it is classified as weak. The conclusion in this study shows that there is a relationship between social anxiety and nomophobia tendencies in overseas students in Makassar City. The social anxiety possessed by the subjects in this study was moderate, while the tendency of nomophobia possessed by the subjects in this study was high.

Abstract

Domestic wastewater from residential areas is a significant source of environmental pollution. Daily activities such as washing, bathing, and defecating produce wastewater containing organic matter, nutrients, and pathogens. If not properly treated, domestic wastewater can cause environmental pollution, public health problems, and ecosystem damage. Therefore, effective domestic wastewater treatment is necessary to mitigate these negative impacts. Domestic wastewater treatment can be carried out using physical, chemical, and biological methods. This article discusses various domestic wastewater treatment methods, including physical, chemical, and biological treatment, as well as the implementation of effective and efficient domestic wastewater treatment systems to help reduce environmental pollution and improve public health.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Predict–Observe–Explain (POE) terhadap keterampilan proses sains mata pelajaran IPAS pada siswa kelas V UPT SPF SD Inpres Tamamaung III Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experimental tipe posttest-only control group design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 51 siswa, yaitu 26 siswa kelas eksperimen yang mendapatkan pembelajaran menggunakan model POE dan 25 siswa kelas kontrol yang mendapat pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar observasi keterampilan proses sains dan tes pilihan ganda. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan Independent Sample T-Test dengan bantuan SPSS versi 30. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai keterampilan proses sains siswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 91,42, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol sebesar 79,80. Uji normalitas dan homogenitas menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Hasil uji Independent Sample T-Test memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga H₀ ditolak, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan model pembelajaran POE terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa. Dengan demikian, model POE efektif meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains, khususnya pada aspek memprediksi, mengamati, dan menjelaskan hasil pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah dasar.Abstrak ditulis dalam dua bahasa: Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris, diketik dengan 1 spasi dalam 1 paragraf 150-250 kata, yang berisi latar belakang masalah, masalah, tujuan penelitian, metode penelitian, tempat dan waktu penelitian, hasil dan saran.
