Abstract

Abstract

The development of waqf at this time was very rapid and varied, both the waqf property for good and for a certain period of time. This study aims to determine the existence and views of Islamic law on rental rights as waqf property and the implementation of RI Law no. 41 of 2004 concerning waqf. This research is library research in which the collection of information and data is obtained from various literatures, theses and related books. The results of this study indicate that the existence of lease rights as waqf property in order to obtain benefits from the waqf property. The enactment of the waqf law is expected to make the public more aware of waqf and professional management to produce something more tangible. Islamic law allows rental rights as waqf property because there are no legal provisions that explicitly prohibit it and the development of waqf comes from the results of ijtihad. Reviewing the public's understanding of waqf, which may have been a mistake in understanding the implementation of waqf due to the lack of evidence that discusses waqf. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize about waqf both regarding waqf property, the purpose and function of waqf itself by looking at the social conditions of the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas terkait pemberian uang panai di Kelurahan Bonto-Bonto ditinjau berdasarkan tinjauan Fatwa MUI Nomor 2 Tahun 2022. Maka dari itu akhirnya penulis menelusuri bagaimana faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi uang panai yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Kelurahan Bonto-Bonto Kecamatan Ma’rang. Jenis penelitian hukum empiris, sumber data di lapangan seperti hasil observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pemberian uang panai ini menimbulkan dampak-dampak bagi seseorang yang ingin menikah yang berasal dari suku Bugis. Uang panai ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yang dapat menentukan tinggi rendahnya dari jumlah uang panai yang akan jadi syarat berlangsungnya suatu pernikahan suku Bugis, maka dari itu tentu perlu adanya pemahaman mendalam mengenai Fatwa MUI Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Uang Panai. yang memberikan pandangan mengenai bagaimana menyikapi fenomena yang terjadi pada masyarakat khususnya di wilayah Kelurahan Bonto-Bonto

Abstract

Wakaf merupakan aktivitas keislaman yang sangat erat dengan sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Wakaf ajaran nya tidak hanya dilihat dari sudut pandang religi saja melainkan juga dari aspek sosial, sebab wakaf bisa membantu mengatasi persoalan tentang sosial- ekonomi kemasyarakatan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat melalui banyaknya tempat ibadah juga sarana pendidikan yang asalnya dari pengelola wakaf. Maka dari itu wakaf mempunyai bagian penting pada kemajuan peradaban islam jika dikelola dan dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal. Ada dua permasalahan yang dihadapi, yaitu peran KUA dalam pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan benda wakaf di Kecamatan Belopa Utara Kabupaten Luwu dan Faktor apa saja yang menjadi kendala KUA dalam pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan benda wakaf di kecamatan belopa utara kabupaten luwu, Penelitian lapangan (field research) merupakan metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan data primer, yaitu informasi yang diperoleh di lapangan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Data sekunder adalah informasi yang dikumpulkan dari buku dan artikel yang relevan dengan penelitian, dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif adalah metode yang digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Faktor yang menjadi kendala implementasi dalam proses pengawasan tentang penanganan benda wakaf pada Kantor Urusan Agama Kabupaten Belopa Utara secara khusus yakni kurangnya sumber daya pada KUA selaku PPAIW, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana perwakafan, kurangnya pembinaan hukum perwakafan di masyarakat, sehingga nazhir kurang memiliki kepedulian terhadap tugas dan fungsinya selaku pengelola wakaf. 2) peran KUA dalam pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan benda wakaf selaku edukator belum terlaksana dengan baik oleh KUA Kecamatan Belopa Utara sebagai PPAIW. Hal ini terlihat dari lemahnya pelaksanaan pembinaan dan pengawasan nazhir sehingga tidak memungkinkan untuk menilai kinerja nazhir dan menyisakan beberapa nazhir yang meninggal dunia tanpa ada penggantinya.

Abstract

Perpustakaan yang dimiliki SDN Bendungan 01 adalah aset berharga dalam mendukung pembelajaran komprehensif. Meskipun memiliki potensi perpustakaan yang cukup baik. Namun, perpustakaan di SDN Bendungan 01 juga menghadapi sejumlah permasalahan yang memerlukan pengembangan dan perhatian serius. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk pengembangan manajemen perpustakaan sebagai pusat pembelajaran komprehensif di lingkungan SDN Bendungan 01. Metode dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu identifikasi permasalahan, penentuan tujuan, perancangan program, keterlibatan stakeholder, pelaksanaan program, monitoring dan evaluasi, serta pelaporan dan dokumentasi. Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan manajemen perpustakaan melibatkan beberapa tahapan penting, termasuk inventarisasi, katalogisasi, pemeliharaan, dan perawatan. Inventarisasi dan katalogisasi memungkinkan pengelolaan koleksi buku menjadi lebih efisien dengan proses pengumpulan data, klasifikasi, pengindeksan, dan penyimpanan data yang akurat. Pemeliharaan serta perawatan buku bertujuan untuk menjaga koleksi dalam kondisi baik, meningkatkan pelayanan, dan mengurangi kerugian. Hasil dari upaya ini di SDN Bendungan 01 mencakup pembentukan database yang rinci, peningkatan aksesibilitas, koleksi yang terjaga dengan baik, pelayanan yang ditingkatkan, dan efisiensi operasional. Dengan demikian, manajemen perpustakaan yang efektif berperan dalam mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih baik dan relevan, menjadikan perpustakaan di SDN Bendungan 01 sebagai pusat pembelajaran yang komprehensif.

Abstract

This research was conducted because there were problems among some of the class I students at subsidized elementary schools Tarbiyatul Islam Sambas is less enthusiastic when learning, there are students who are sleepy and there are also students who look passive and pay little attention to the teacher when explainin the lesson material, this is because students prefer to be in their own world such as drawing, talking and playing with his des mates, joking and making noise, these problems indicate weakness student’s motivation to study. Therefore, the class I teacher tries to create a pleasant class atmosphere by using the ice breaker game. The aim of this research is to reveal the types, impact and supporting and inhibiting factors carried out by class I teachers in using ice breaking. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The results of the research are the type of ice breaking waht wase done was ice breaking, applause, shouts, songs, body movements and games. Impact of implementation ice breaking students are happy when the ice breaking is done, students are enthusiastic and more active in learning. Supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing ice breaking, supporting factors for students being happy when ice breaking is carried out, students become enthusiastic and more active in learning, the inhibiting factors are: different student characteristics and time constraints.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and find out about: 1) instilling religious character education values ​​in Baitul Izza mosque teenagers, 2) strategies for instilling religious character education values ​​in Baitul Izza mosque teenagers, 3) methods of instilling religious character education values ​​in Baitul mosque teenagers Izza. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research used is phenomenology. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data display/data presentation and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the technique for checking the validity of the researcher's data uses: triangulation and member check. The results of this research show that: 1) instilling religious character education values ​​in Baitul Izza mosque teenagers are a) honest values, b) trustworthy values, c) patient values, d) sincere values, e) polite values, f) responsible values answer, g) tolerance value. 2) strategy for instilling religious character education values ​​in Baitul Izza mosque teenagers is a) strategy for choosing the right time, b) strategy for speaking according to what is being done, c) strategy for taming the heart, d) strategy for preparing facilities and infrastructure. 3) the method of instilling religious character education values ​​in Baitul Izza mosque teenagers is a) the personal approach method, b) the lecture method, c) the example method, d) the habituation method, e) the Advice method.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) has an important role in forming a child's foundation before entering elementary school (SD). The transition from PAUD to SD requires deep understanding from teachers and the government. The implementation of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) is considered as a potential implementation to increase this understanding. This research aims to explore efforts to increase understanding of the PAUD-SD transition through PMM implementation and its impact on the various parties involved. Using a qualitative approach, data collection techniques use observation, interviews, documentation. This research involved partners such as IGTKI, HIMPAUDI, PKG, teachers, supervisors and the South Tangerang city education office. Intensive training is given to teachers, while PMM is implemented in PAUD learning. Results show increased understanding and positive collaboration. PMM implementation is effective in creating a pleasant PAUD-SD transition experience. Recommendations include continued training, and regular evaluation. This study contributes to understanding the application of PAUD-SD Transition technology in early childhood education. The results of this research show that there are efforts to make the PAUD-SD transition enjoyable, as evidenced by three targets for change, namely: (1) PPDB does not use calistung tests but uses assessments. (2) MPLS activities have been implemented for 2 weeks. (3) The learning process in developing children's foundational abilities has been carried out in a fun way

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of the premarital course in preparing prospective brides and grooms from the perspective of maslahah mursalah (a case study at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Bantaeng Subdistrict, Bantaeng Regency). The main focus of this research includes: 1) the effective is the implementation of the premarital course at the KUA of Bantaeng Subdistrict, and the contribution of this course to the readiness of prospective couples from the perspective of maslahah mursalah. This study employs a qualitative approach with field research as its methodology. The primary data sources are the KUA officers and participants of the premarital course (Suscatin). Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the premarital course at the KUA of Bantaeng Subdistrict is effective, as evidenced by the positive responses of Suscatin participants and the absence of divorce cases among couples who attended the course. This study recommends that Suscatin be established as a substantive and administrative requirement, rather than a mere formality. Additionally, the KUA should enhance the socialization of the Suscatin program to the community and strengthen collaboration with relevant experts to support the implementation of the premarital course.

Abstract

Determination of the burden of income by the husband on the wife When a divorce occurs, it is the authority of the judge in determining the amount, and in practice it varies because there are no special rules governing in detail for the judge in determining the amount of income for the wife This article tries to explain the judge's considerations or interpretations in determining the amount of maintenance for a wife after divorce which is based on the decision of the Pangkajene Religious Court with case number: 248/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Pkj regarding how the judge then tries to protect women's rights. . This article will analyze the judge's decision which imposes an obligation on the husband to fulfill obligations to his wife in the form of payment of iddah living, madliyyah living, and mut'ah.
