Abstract

The rapid progress of the internet and technology continues to unfold, giving rise to innovations in various sectors dependent on these advancements. Financial technology is one such evolving technology in the current landscape. According to the theory, financial technology is defined as the application of technology aimed at enhancing the value of financial services and has the potential to increase customer trust through the development and provision of products. However, specific research on financial technology remains scarce. The focus of this research is to assess the influence of financial technology and service quality on purchasing decisions through customer trust. The research methodology employs a quantitative approach with the distribution of questionnaires. The sample for this study consists of 360 respondents, and the data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that financial technology and customer trust significantly and positively impact purchasing decisions. Service quality also has a positive and significant effect on customer trust and purchasing decisions. However, financial technology and purchasing decisions do not exhibit a significant positive impact. The inclusion of the customer trust variable is considered crucial as it can mediate relationships with other variables.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to provide understanding to cooperative administrators and students at the Sukamiskin Islamic Boarding School regarding the benefits and effective management strategies of cooperatives. The method used in this research is interviews and direct observation of cooperative administrators and students involved in cooperative activities. The research results show that counseling about cooperative management is very important to increase the understanding and skills of cooperative administrators and students in managing cooperatives. In this outreach, information and training is provided regarding the basic principles of cooperative management, financial planning, risk management and marketing of cooperative products. With this outreach, it is hoped that cooperative management at the Sukamiskin Islamic Boarding School can become more effective and have a positive impact on community economic empowerment. Cooperative administrators and students will become more competent in managing cooperatives, so that they can generate better income for their members. Counseling on cooperative management as a driving force for economic empowerment at the Sukamiskin Islamic Boarding School, Bandung City is very important to increase the understanding and skills of cooperative administrators and students in managing cooperatives. It is hoped that this counseling can provide significant benefits in increasing the income and welfare of cooperative members.

Abstract

This study discusses the prioritization of D'Cetak Web Application attributes using the Kano method. The Kano model is used to categorize service feature attributes based on customer satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative approach with the Kano method data analysis technique. The Kano method is a method used to categorize service attributes based on customer satisfaction. The steps in using the Kano method include identifying need attributes, developing Kano questionnaires, distributing questionnaires, and interpreting results. The subjects of this study are Telkom University students who meet the criteria specified by the researcher. Data collection techniques include the use of questionnaires and literature studies. The data validity technique used in this study is the adequacy of references. The results of the study show that there are 10 attributes that fall into the attractive category and 8 attributes that fall into the one dimensional or performance category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price and product quality on the purchase decision of Chatime and Koi The in Bandung City. The type of research used is quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with a type of purposive sampling. A total of 100 questionnaires were collected and analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 26. The results of the study showed that price and product quality partially or simultaneously had a significant effect on Chatime's purchase decision, while product quality had a significant effect on the purchase decision of Koi The, products while price had no effect. But simultaneously the price and quality of the product have a significant effect on the purchase decision of Koi The in the city of Bandung.

Abstract

The Russia-Ukraine conflict has significantly impacted Indonesian commodity stocks, as revealed by a comprehensive literature review. The conflict has introduced volatility in global markets, directly affecting Indonesian stock commodity-based prices, exchange rates, and investor sentiment. While initial commodity price rises benefited Indonesian stocks, persistent volatility and market interconnectedness pose challenges. This paper employs a systematic literature review methodology, collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing numerous papers published in the last decade on a variety of topics closely related to volatility transmission issues. Based on our review of twenty-seven articles, the result of this paper's analysis underscores the importance of diversifying investments and enhancing resilience against global disruptions. The GARCH models and the Geopolitical Risk Index further emphasize Indonesian commodity stocks' susceptibility to global price fluctuations and geopolitical risks. The research concludes that the Russia-Ukraine conflict has far-reaching consequences for Indonesian stock commodity-based markets, underscoring the need for risk mitigation strategies and enhanced resilience against future geopolitical shocks.

Abstract

Aviation companies are a service industry that drives the national economy through air transportation services. This industry is the third most affected by Covid-19 in the transportation sector. The decline in demand, travel restrictions, and state regulations have changed passengers' perceptions or perspectives regarding air transportation through service quality, brand image, brand trust, and usage decisions of airline passengers. This research aims to determine the response and influence of changes in passenger perceptions or perspectives regarding air transportation through service quality, brand image and brand trust on the decision to use Citilink airline in Indonesia after the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach involving 420 airplane passengers who used Citilink in Indonesia after the pandemic. The sampling technique in this research uses non-probability sampling, which is processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 This research proves that service quality, brand image and brand trust have a positive and significant influence at various levels on the decision to use Citilink airline in Indonesia with consumer perceptions which can be categorized as good.

Abstract

Tarumajaya adalah desa di kecamatan Kertasari, Bandung, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Desa ini dikenal menjadi hulu sungai Citarum, menjadi pusat dari kegiatan Citarum Harum dan memiliki perkebunan teh & kopi yang luas. Potensi Desa Tarumajaya memiliki Objek Wisata : Bukit Paesan Desa Tarumajaya Situ Cisanti Taman Wisata Edukasi Desa di wilayah Kabupaten Bandung. Indonesia memiliki 83.820 Desa, Provinsi Jawa Barat sebanyak 5.957 Desa, dan Kabupaten Bandung memiliki 270 Desa. Wilayah Desa merupakan sokoguru pembangunan. Sehingga Pemerintah mencanangkan Gerakan 1000 Kampung. Badan usaha milik desa merupakan usaha desa yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah Desa, dan berbadan hukum. Pemerintah Desa dapat mendirikan BUM Desa sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan potensi Desa. Pembentukan BUM Desa ditetapkan dengan Peraturan Desa. Kepengurusan BUM Desa terdiri dari Pemerintah Desa dan masyarakat desa setempat. Peran BUMDes untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan potensi ekonomi lokal dalam berbagai jenis bisnis. Tujuan utamanya adalah meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi penduduk desa melalui pengembangan usaha ekonomi. Selain itu, keberadaan BUMDes juga memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan pendapatan asli desa sehingga desa dapat melaksanakan pembangunan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan lebih optimal. Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDesa) atau BUMDes Wa Hyang Tarumajaya https://www.tarumajaya.id/ Jln. Raya Pajaten-Situ Cisanti RT. 003 RW Tarumajaya, Kertasari, Bandung, Jawa Barat. Desa Tarumajaya yang terletak dipegunungan membuat masyarakat kesulitan mengakses jaringan internet. Meskipun Bumdes Tarumajaya memiliki unit Internet dan unit Pengelolaan air bersih namun masyarakat Desa Tarumajaya saat ini dinilai telah maju, belum merasakan kehadiran Bumdes Tarumajaya. BUMDesa memiliki enam unit Bisnis/Usaha, meliputi: 1. Unit Bisnis Pengelolaan Air Bersih; 2. Unit Bisnis TIK Multimedia; 3. Unit Bisnis Jasa Perdagangan; 4. Unit Bsinis Wisata; 5. Unit Bisnis Jasa keuangan; dan 6. Unit Bisnis Pertanian & Peternakan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pemasaran menjadi aktivitas utama selain produksi yang menentukan kesuksesan serta kelangsungan usaha UMKM. Tanpa melakukan inovasi pemasaran, UMKM harus siap kalah dengan pesaingnya. Terlebih saat ini mereka dihadapkan dengan pasar global yang telah memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk mendukung kegiatan pemasaran. Selain itu, untuk menarik minat beli konsumen, UMKM juga harus memperhatikan kualitas kemasan pada produk yang dijualnya. Untuk membantu meningkatkan pemahaman dan wawasan UMKM di lingkungan Kecamatan Pangalengan Kabupaten Bandung, Universitas Telkom bekerja sama dengan Sentra Kreasi Bandung memberikan penyuluhan yang dapat membantu pelaku usaha dalam membuat konten pada media sosial Instagram serta membuat pembaruan desain kemasan. Untuk memberikan studi kasus yang riil, diserahkan konten-konten digital dan desain kemasan yang baru kepada UMKM Barokah. Kegiatan yang diikuti oleh 16 UMKM tersebut mendapatkan respon yang positif dari peserta. Mereka merasakan manfaat langsung dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan dan berharap kegiatan yang serupa dapat kembali dilaksanakan sehingga dapat menjangkau UMKM yang lebih banyak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi bisnis pada startup D'Cetak, sebuah layanan percetakan yang ditujukan untuk mahasiswa dan organisasi kemahasiswaan di sekitar Telkom University. Pendekatan metodologi penelitian yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu melibatkan wawancara mendalam, penelitian langsung, dan observasi untuk memahami kebutuhan dan harapan pelanggan, sekaligus mendeskripsikan konteks percetakan di lingkungan kampus. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas narasumber terlibat aktif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan.       Dari hasil wawancara terungkap bahwa mahasiswa menginginkan proses pencetakan yang mudah dengan harga yang terjangkau, kualitas cetak yang tinggi, dan pelayanan yang efisien. Dalam struktur Business Model Canvas D'Cetak ditekankan pada value proposition yang meliputi kemudahan proses pencetakan, harga bersaing, dan kualitas cetak optimal. Melalui penerapan metode Business Model Canvas, peneliti merancang strategi bisnis yang berfokus pada pelayanan yang baik dengan harga yang lebih terjangkau dan proses yang lebih mudah. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat lebih memenuhi kebutuhan pasar dan meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap jasa percetakan yang diberikan D'Cetak.
