Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dalam seleksi penerimaan guru dengan menggunakan metode SAW, sehingga hasil seleksi penerimaan guru lebih relevan dan efektif karena menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam proses penerimaa guru. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa metode SAW dapat diimplementasikan dalam seleksi penerimaan calon guru dengan menggunakan kriteria Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif, Kemampuan Pedagogik, Profesional, Kepribadian, dan Kedisiplinan dari masing-masing calon guru. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan SAW dalam seleksi penerimaan calon guru, Peringkat 1 dalam seleksi penerimaan calon guru adalah Joni Fernando dengan skor 0,95. Peringkat 2 dalam seleksi penerimaan calon guru adalah Komala Puspa Rini dengan skor 0,94. Serta Peringkat 3 dalam seleksi penerimaan calon guru adalah Dwi Cahya Ningrum dengan skor 0,9.

Abstract

The current use of Construct 3 is not only used as a tool for developing games but can also be developed to create applications that can run on platforms that support HTML5. However, the superiority of construct 3, which only requires logic without using program code, sometimes its rather difficult to develop when we need construct 3 to calculate mathematical algorithms such as Dijkstra or fuzzy. The problem that I found in this study is how to make Construct 3 can do some calculations using logic without program code to produce the required mathematical algorithm. The main purpose of this research is to find out the best way to be able to run Non-Linear equations into game engine Construct 3. The conclusion in this study is by using linear equations we can calculate the formula into the logic board in Construct 3, so the development of applications that require algorithms can be done in construct 3 without using programming code. Another conclusion is, the application development time is getting faster and more effective. This is proven by the fact that there is no need for program codes which are usually long and have different forms from the formulas that have been prepared.

Abstract

Determining the location for a new café involves careful and strategic considerations to ensure the success of the business. Geographical aspects such as local population, demographics, and level of competition in the area are the main factors considered. The combination of careful analysis of geographical factors, markets, as well as branding and business concepts, will help in determining the optimal location to open a successful new café. This study aims to provide recommendations for new café locations by applying a decision support system model, namely the reciprocal rank method to determine the weight of criteria and MABAC to assess the location of new cafes so that it will produce ranking recommendations for new locations. The application of reciprocal rank and MABAC methods in determining the location of new businesses gets the final results and provides recommendations for rank 1 with a final value of 0.4792 obtained by Location A, rank 2 with a final value of 0.2552 obtained by Location T, and rank 3 with a final value of 0.1512 obtained by Location D.

Abstract

Salesperson is an important part in a company that is responsible for selling products or services to potential customers. A salesperson's job is not only limited to selling, but also includes building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. The best salespeople are those who have a combination of strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the product or service they sell, and a dedication to providing the best service to customers. One of the main problems in choosing the best salesperson is finding a balance between technical skills and interpersonal skills. While having a solid knowledge of the products or services they sell is crucial, the ability to communicate effectively and build good relationships with customers is also crucial. The Preference Selection Index (PSI) method is an approach that allows evaluation and ranking of alternatives based on preferences relative to established criteria. The PSI method of selecting the best sales can be used to evaluate sales performance based on a number of predetermined criteria. By applying the PSI method, this study seeks to provide a more systematic and structured approach in assessing and selecting the best sales, which is expected to produce more accurate and objective recommendations. The ranking results show, for the first rank with a final PSI value of 0.912 obtained by Sales GS, the second rank with a final PSI value of 0.901 obtained by Sales HR, the third rank with a final PSI value of 0.888 obtained by Sales YP.
