Abstract

Breast cancer is a disease that is still a major problem in women's health. The disease causes significant physical, emotional, and psychological impacts for sufferers. Palliative care not only focuses on physical treatment, but also includes psychosocial and spiritual aspects that affect the overall well-being of patients. In this context, spiritual intervention has been identified as an approach that can provide significant emotional and psychological support, help patients feel calmer, and accept their condition better. This study aims to synthesize a study on spiritual interventions to improve the welfare of palliative patients with breast cancer. The research method used is a systematic review through data bases, namely PubMed, ProQuest, and Google Scholar, for studies published between 2019 and 2024. The keywords used include "palliative", "spiritual" and "breast cancer". Based on the nine studies listed, the results show that spiritual interventions, such as the Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT), Spiritual Guided Imagery (SGI), prayer practices and faith-based approaches, have a significant impact on reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as improving the quality of life and spiritual well-being of patients. These findings underscore the importance of integrating spiritual support in palliative care to help patients better cope with the challenges of the disease.

Abstract

Abstract

The golden age period is an important phase in forming healthy eating habits in early childhood. In Indonesia, the challenges that often arise are not just food availability, but low nutritional literacy and the tendency of children to reject vegetables due to taste preferences and the phenomenon of food neophobia. This research aims to describe the effectiveness of nutritious hamburgers as an innovative medium for introducing the concept of balanced nutrition to children aged 4-6 years at Walidah Kindergarten. The method used is descriptive qualitative involving students, teachers and parent representatives. Data was obtained through participatory observation during the manufacturing and consumption process, unstructured interviews, and field documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model.Hamburgers are modified with high-fiber wheat bread, patties mixed with meat and chopped vegetables (carrots and spinach) as a camouflage technique, as well as vegetable toppings arranged to resemble interesting characters. The results show that children are more enthusiastic, especially when assembling their own food. Active involvement increases a sense of ownership, reduces resistance to vegetables, and makes it easier to understand nutrition through simple analogies. These findings confirm that modification of popular foods can be an effective strategy for balanced nutrition education and is worthy of being integrated into PAUD programs through collaboration between schools and parents. as well as further mixed-methods-based research to measure the sustainability of the long-term impact on stunting prevention and the formation of healthy eating behavior.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court is authorized to review statutes against the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia,, and its decisions are final and binding. However, the absence of an explicit prohibition against reenacting annulled norms in Law Number 12 of 2011 in conjunction with Law Number 13 of 2022 on the Formation of Legislation creates legal uncertainty and risks weakening the authority of the Court. This study analyzes the legal implications of Constitutional Court decisions for lawmakers in regulating a prohibition on reenacting revoked norms within the framework of the rule of law. Using a normative legal method with statutory, conceptual, and case approaches, the study finds that Constitutional Court decisions are erga omnes and obligate lawmakers to follow up through amendment, revocation, or normative adjustment. The absence of explicit regulation enables the recurrence of unconstitutional norms and undermines constitutional supremacy. Therefore, clear statutory provisions prohibiting the reenactment of annulled norms are necessary to strengthen legal certainty and preserve the authority of Constitutional Court decisions.

Abstract

Early childhood language development is a crucial aspect of holistic growth and development, especially in Dian Harapan Makkio Baji Kindergarten in Takalar, located in an area with a language delay rate of 12–14%. This study aims to examine the effect of play and storytelling methods on the expressive language skills of children aged 5–6 years, analyze development before and after intervention, and assess the effectiveness of the integrated application of both methods. Using a Quasi-Experimental design with 14 subjects divided into experimental and control groups, the study was conducted over six weeks with a Likert-scale pretest and posttest. The results showed a significant increase in the experimental group, with an average score of 67.57 to 86.43, while the control group only increased from 65.29 to 68.43. The Wilcoxon test confirmed a significant effect (p = 0.018) of the play and storytelling method on language development, compared to the insignificant change in the control group (p = 0.310). Thus, this method is proven to be effective in improving the quality of children's language development objectively and measurably.
