Abstract

Keterlibatan dan kepuasan kerja pegawai merupakan faktor penting dalam membangun komitmen organisasi, terutama di lingkungan instansi pemerintah yang menghadapi berbagai tantangan internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh employee engagement dan job satisfaction terhadap komitmen pegawai di lingkungan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Penataan Ruang, dan Perumahan Rakyat Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, melibatkan 121 pegawai sebagai responden. Instrumen penelitian telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik employee engagement maupun job satisfaction secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,139 mengindikasikan bahwa 13,9% variasi komitmen pegawai dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Temuan ini merekomendasikan pentingnya strategi peningkatan keterlibatan dan kepuasan kerja guna memperkuat loyalitas serta komitmen jangka panjang pegawai terhadap organisasi.   Employee engagement and job satisfaction are critical factors in building organizational commitment, especially within public institutions facing various internal challenges. This study aims to evaluate the influence of employee engagement and job satisfaction on employee commitment at the Department of Public Works, Spatial Planning, and Housing of East Kalimantan Province. This study is quantitative using a survey method involving 121 employees as respondents. The research instrument was tested and proven to meet validity and reliability standards. The results indicate that both employee engagement and job satisfaction have a significant influence on organizational commitment, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.139 shows that 13.9% of the variance in employee commitment is explained by the two variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings emphasize the importance of enhancing employee engagement and job satisfaction as strategic efforts to foster loyalty and long-term organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee incentives and work motivation on employee performance at the Samarinda Police Traffic Work Unit.  This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and distributes questionnaires to 92 respondents selected through a total sampling technique from a population of 120 employees. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 27. The results of the study indicate that employee incentives and work motivation each have a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, both also show a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.790, which means that 79% of employee performance variables can be explained by incentives and work motivation.  This study concludes that increasing incentives and work motivation contributes significantly to improving employee performance, and suggests the importance of improving the incentive system and strengthening the motivational aspect in human resource management in the police environment.

Abstract

The uncertain economic conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic caused investors in the capital market to have to think again about investing their funds when buying products on the capital market. This study aims to assess the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on the level of demand for corporate sukuk in Indonesia. This study used a quantitative method with data in the form of time series and data collection techniques using the documentation method and analyzed by paired t test, Wilcoxon signed-ranks test, and sign test. The results show that corporate sukuk are still the most appropriate choice for the public to invest in the Islamic capital market as evidenced by the data on the development of sukuk from 2016 to 2021 which continues to increase, even though the increase during the pandemic was not as high as before the pandemic occurred.

Abstract

Motivation of subordinates is very important because with motivation they are expected to work hard and enthusiastically so that they can achieve high work productivity. Increasing work motivation can be done by providing incentives, social security, creating a good organizational culture and having superior policies that are easy for employees to accept. BPOM Samarinda Center really needs employees who have high work motivation so that they will have high productivity in improving services to the community in the field of drug and food control. The purpose of this research is to analyze various variables that are used as factors that influence employee work motivation at the Samarinda Balai BPOM. The data analyzed came from questionnaires distributed to 96 employees. Data collection uses saturated sampling (population) techniques. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 program. The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables had a significant effect on employee work motivation, while partially only the incentive variable had no significant effect on employee work motivation, whereas social security, organizational culture and policy superiors partially have a significant effect on employee work motivation.

Abstract

Bagi perusahaan, mencapai mutu yang prima dan unggul merupakan hal yang krusial guna menjamin kepuasan pelanggan dan konsumen. Sedangkan bagi nasabah pelayanan yang berkualitas suatu hal yang sangat penting untuk membangun kepercayaan. Terbentuknya kepuasan nasabah menawarkan beberapa keuntungan yang akan memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh tangible, realibity, responssiveness, assurance, dan emphaty sebagai dimensi kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada bank Muamalat Cabang Samarinda. Data yang dianalisis berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada nasabah sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis datamenggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui program SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan semua variabel tangible, realibity, responssiveness, assurance, dan emphaty berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Muamalat Cabang Samarinda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini melibatkan tiga variabel utama, yaitu employee engagement sebagai variabel independen pertama, motivasi kerja sebagai variabel independen kedua, dan kinerja pegawai sebagai variabel dependen. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan memanfaatkan data primer dan sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 173 pegawai, dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling, sehingga diperoleh 121 responden berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi linear berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 21. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, employee engagement memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,017. Demikian pula, motivasi kerja juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,080 di lingkungan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Penataan Ruang, dan Perumahan Rakyat Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen, yaitu employee engagement dan motivasi kerja, memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai F-hitung sebesar 279,978 yang lebih besar dari F-tabel. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R square/R²) sebesar 0,826 menunjukkan bahwa 82,6% variabilitas dalam kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh employee engagement dan motivasi kerja, sementara sisanya sebesar 17,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam penelitian ini, seperti lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, beban kerja, dan faktor eksternal lainnya. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan, dan seluruh hipotesis yang diajukan terbukti valid dan dapat diterima secara empiris.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and employee welfare on worker productivity at PT. Hayyu Pratama Kaltim. Work productivity is a key indicator of company performance, influenced by various internal factors, including leadership style and the level of employee welfare. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of all employees of PT. Hayyu Pratama Kaltim, with the sample determined using the Slovin formula. The sample in this study consisted 48 respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results indicate that both leadership style and employee welfare have a significant influence on worker productivity, both partially and simultaneously. These findings highlight the importance of implementing effective leadership styles and addressing employee welfare to enhance workforce productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and leadership style on worker productivity at PT. Hayyu Pratama Kaltim. The background of this research is based on the importance of productivity as a performance indicator in the construction services sector, as well as the emergence of issues related to motivation and leadership style within the company. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique through the distribution of questionnaires to 48 respondents out of a total of 92 permanent employees, selected using simple random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on productivity, while work motivation has a positive but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on productivity with a contribution of 38.7%, while the remainder is influenced by other factors. These findings indicate that leadership style is the dominant factor in improving worker productivity. The implications of this study highlight the importance of developing effective leadership and improving motivation systems to support enhanced workforce performance in the construction sector.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Work Life Balance on employee job satisfaction at PT Kaltim Diamond Coal. The research is based on the importance of achieving a balance between work and personal life to foster optimal job satisfaction. A quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method was employed. The sample consisted of 40 employees selected using a non-probability saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires that had passed validity and reliability tests and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, indicated by a significance value of 0.025 (< 0.05) and a regression coefficient of 0.968. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.187, suggesting that 18.7% of the variation in job satisfaction is explained by Work Life Balance, while the remaining 81.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings highlight that improving Work Life Balance practices can serve as a strategic measure to enhance employee job satisfaction within the organization.

Abstract

Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya kebutuhan instansi pemerintahan, khususnya Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi berbasis AI dalam rangka meningkatkan produktivitas, efisiensi, dan kualitas kinerja karyawan. Pemanfaatan teknologi ini menjadi penting mengingat kompleksitas tugas administrasi pemerintahan yang menuntut kecepatan, ketepatan, dan akurasi dalam pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi berbasis AI terhadap kinerja karyawan di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 593 populasi yang ada di lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memilih sampel peserta dan mengumpulkan informasi tentang variabel penelitian melalui kuesioner, wawancara, atau observasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi berbasis AI terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai p-value < 0,05 dan koefisien regresi yang bergerak ke arah positif. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berbasis AI, seperti sistem informasi manajemen dan alat komunikasi digital, berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan efisiensi kerja karyawan di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.
