Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Literacy and Numeracy Ability of Elementary School Students in Solving Mathematical Problems". This study aims to describe how to analyze the literacy and numeracy skills of fourth grade elementary school students in solving mathematical problems. The research that the researchers conducted was a qualitative descriptive study, to obtain the validity of the data the researcher used data triangulation from several techniques, including observation, interviews and documentation. The data source is primary data consisting of fourth grade students and fourth grade teachers. As for secondary data, namely documentation data regarding SD Negeri 2 Gisting Atas. Furthermore, the data were analyzed qualitatively through data reduction techniques (data reduction), data presentation (display) and drawing conclusions. Based on data analysis, it was found that students with good ability criteria from the three indicators were able to apply the three indicators correctly and appropriately. Students with sufficient ability criteria from the three indicators are quite capable of applying the three indicators correctly even though there are a few difficulties.

Abstract

Model Vector Autoregressive (VAR) merupakan salah satu pemodelan dalam statistika yang dapat digunakan untuk pemodelan data multivariat time series yang biasa ditemukan dalam bidang keuangan, manajemen, bisnis dan ekonomi. Model VAR menganalisis data time series secara simultan untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan yang tepat dan dapat menjelaskan perilaku hubungan antar variabel endogeneous maupun antar variabel endegeneous dan eksogeneous secara dinamis.  Selain itu model VAR juga dapat menjelaskan mengenai hubungan antar variabel selain hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor dirinya sendiri dari waktu ke waktu dengan menggunakan Granger Causality.  Pada studi ini, kami akan mendiskusikan dan menentukan model terbaik yang dapat mendeskripsikan  hubungan antar tiga vektor data timeseries yaitu data nilai ekspor komoditas pertanian dengan variabel nilai ekspor biji kopi, biji coklat dan tembakau Indonesia di mana data merupakan data bulanan dari tahun 2007-2018.  Beberapa model diterapkan pada data seperti model VAR(1), VAR(2) ,VAR(3), VAR(4) dan VAR(5) . Hasilnya, model VAR(2) terpilih sebagai model terbaik dengan kriteria pemilihan model AICC, SBC, AIC dan HQC. Perilaku secara dinamis dari ketiga variabel nilai ekspor biji kopi, biji coklat dan tembakau Indonesia dijelaskan oleh Granger Causality. Selanjutnya, forecasting dari data ini dilakukan selama 10 bulan ke depan di mana model VAR(2) yang terpilih sebagai model terbaik hanya cocok digunakan untuk forecasting dalam waktu yang singkat.

Abstract

Waste is a residual material that holds no value if simply discarded. However, waste can become highly valuable if transformed into something beneficial. Just like orange peel waste, which can hold significant benefits if one knows how to process it. Therefore, a team of lecturers and students from UIN Raden Intan Lampung conducted a socialization on the processing of orange peel waste into eco-enzymes for the community of Hajimena Village, Lampung Selatan. The execution method of this community engagement activity employed a persuasive approach through dissemination and direct practice. The existence of this product has provided a solution to the previous problem, namely the lack of activities that produce products in the village. Currently, people are starting to realize the importance of managing organic waste so that it can be converted into high-value goods, avoiding littering which has the potential to pollute the environment. The activity was enthusiastically embraced by the people of Hajimena Village, Lampung Selatan, proceeded smoothly, and succeeded in producing plant fertilizer using easily accessible natural materials. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak dari diterapkannya pendekatan Metacognitive Guidance (MG) terhadap kemampuan penalaran proporsional dan literasi matematis siswa. Kemampuan penalaran proporsional dan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa sangat penting. Kemampuan penalaran proporsional merupakan kemampuan untuk mulai memahami hubungan perkalian dimana sebagian besar konsep aritmatika biasanya berdasarkan penjumlahan atau bisa dilihat dari bagaimana para siswa menyelesaikan dan mengatur strategi. Kemampuan literasi matematis adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk merumuskan, menafsiran, dan menginterpretasi matematika dalam berbagai konteks. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Quasi Eksperiment Design. Adapun populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 36 Bandar Lampung. Cluster Random Sampling digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA). Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metacognitive Guidance (MG) berdampak terhadap kemampuan proporsional dan literasi matematis

The Human Development Index (HDI) is a measure of the success of human development in a region, both between countries and within regions. To identify the factors influencing HDI, regression analysis can be used. Abstract

Analisis komponen utama (AKU) merupakan salah satu teknik analisis dalam peubah ganda yang digunakan untuk menyederhanakan suatu data, dengan cara mentransformasi data secara linier sehingga terbentuk sistem koordinat baru dengan varians maksimum, mereduksi dimensi suatu data tanpa mengurangi karakteristik data tersebut secara signifikan dan juga sering digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah multikolinearitas antar peubah bebas dalam model regresi berganda. Namun AKU mengalami kesulitan dalam menganalisis data fungsional seperti data Spektroskopi karena jumlah dimensi yang terlalu besar. Untuk mengatasi kesulitan ini, AKUF menyediakan cara yang jauh lebih informatif memeriksa struktur sampel kovarian dari AKU, dan juga dapat melengkapi pemeriksaan langsung dari varians-kovarians struktur. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah menerapkan dan membandingkan metode AKU dan AKUF pada data berbentuk Spektroskopi. Pada data tekator yang ada di software R ini setipe dengan data spektroscopi dapat dilihat bahwa penerapan AKUF lebih baik dibandingkan dengan AKU ini terlihat dari nilai RMSEP pada hasil AKUF lebih kecil dibanding AKU. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk menganalisis data spectroskopi akan lebih baik menggunakan AKUF pada studi kasus untuk data Tekator yang ada di software.

Abstract

Soap is an essential ingredient used to wash kitchen utensils, clothes, household furniture, the body, and so on. Soap is made from a mixture of alkali and triglycerides from fat. Dish washing soap is a necessity in the household which functions as a remover of dirt and grease on eating and cooking utensils. This article contains information and explanation regarding the work program for making dishwashing soap. The complete description of this article includes the provision of materials, processes or manufacturing steps to the results and implementation of the results to the community. The approach used is qualitative-descriptive. The output from carrying out this activity is increasing the capability of Ummahat women in Way Kandis Village in making economically valuable dishwashing soap. Keywords: Soap, Dish Soap, Training

Abstract

Teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan pada dunia pendidikan, e-modul merupakan salah satu jenis teknologi yang digunakan dalam pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah guna mengatasi masalah pemahaman peserta didik pada pelajaran matematika dengan membuat e-modul matematika berbasis nilai keislaman dan situation based learning pada materi koordinat kartesius. Subjek penelitian pengembang adalalah peserta didik kelas VIII MTs Al Hikmah Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development, model ADDIE ialah model pengembangan yang diterapkan. Metode yang diterapkan untuk mendapatkan data ialah wawancara, tes, angket validasi, dan angket kemenarikan. Hasil uji kelayakan validator ahli materi senilai 3,62, ahli media senilai 3,48, dan ahli agama senilai 3,58. Pada tes kelompok kecil respon peserta didik senilai 3,53 dan pada tes kelompok besar senilai 3,44 dengan kriteria sangat menarik. Hasil uji efektivitas memperoleh skor effect size senilai 0,67 dengan kategori sedang. Maka dapat dinyatakan e-modul matematika berbasis nilai keislaman dan situation based learning layak, sangat menarik, dan cukup efektif diterapkan ketika pembelajaran.

Abstract

The ability to solve mathematical problems can be interpreted as a potential possessed by students so that they can solve mathematical problems in solving mathematical problems. This quantitative research explains the mathematical problem-solving ability of students by implementing the SOLE (Self Organized Learning Environments) learning model and self-regulated learning of students as a controller. This study aims to determine the effect of the SOLE learning model on students' mathematical problem solving abilities by controlling self-regulated learning and the effect of self-regulated learning covariate variables on students' mathematical problem solving abilities, as well as the simultaneous effect of the SOLE learning model and self-regulated learning on students' mathematical problem solving abilities. Participants in this study totaled 61 students in junior high school, with details of 30 students studying using the SOLE model and 31 students studying with the conventional model. The tools used to collect data are questionnaires and essay tests. The hypothesis test uses the one-way ancova test, the result of the hypothesis test is that there is an influence of the SOLE learning model on students' mathematical problem-solving ability by controlling self-regulated learning and there is an influence of self-regulated learning covariate variables on students' mathematical problem-solving ability, and there is a simultaneous influence of the SOLE learning model and self-regulated learning on mathematical problem-solving ability.

Abstract

The ability that can support success in the learning process and can solve various mathematical problems is the ability to solve mathematical problems. This research is related to quantitative research which examines students' mathematical problem solving abilities using the HLT model and mathematical disposition as covariate variables. This research aims to determine the effect of the HLT model on mathematical problem solving abilities by controlling students' mathematical dispositions, and the influence of mathematical dispositions on students' mathematical problem solving abilities, as well as the simultaneous influence of the HLT model and mathematical disposition on students' mathematical problem solving abilities. 70 junior high school students using cluster random sampling, where 35 students studied using the HLT model and 35 students studied using the direct instruction model. The tools used to collect data are a mathematical disposition questionnaire and a description test of mathematical problem solving abilities. This data analysis uses analysis of covariance (one-way ANCOVA). The results of the hypothesis test show that there is an influence of the mathematical disposition covariate variable by controlling students' mathematical disposition and there is an influence of the mathematical disposition covariate variable on students' mathematical problem solving abilities, and there is a simultaneous influence of the HLT model and mathematical disposition on students' mathematical problem solving abilities
