Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a negative impact on the economy. In this service, we help a teacher to develop his small business by empowering several housewives. We contributed to the development of product variations by conducting surveys on snacks desired by the community and promotions during the Covid-19 pandemic. Through this service, Nona.Nyinyir business was able to provide additional income for housewives of IDR 150,000 per week.

Abstract

Depok is the smallest in west Java with such problems as garbage that pollutes several large rivers such as ciliwung and cisadane trash from small industries and communities, which can be reduced by umkm as the donor of 65% of the regional product.Public service activities for umkm city depok endeavor to help umkm's doers to be more conscious of the environment by adopting green business.It is known that most of the people involved in the depok city have low environmental awareness. Socializing can open up the insights of umkm doers to applyGreen business is his small business. By implementing green business, umkm perpetrators can alsoSaves operating costs or production costs even promotional costs.The reuse of reusable containers or the use of banana leaves in place of plastic containers adds to the traditional and unique value and to the culinary siri typical of depok cuisine. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia created instability and a crisis in the economic sector, especially the household sector.  As the main support for the economy, household consumption slowed down significantly, which greatly affected the performance of industry and UMKM businesses.  Household financial management is one of the solutions so that the use of economic resources, especially finance, can be planned, implemented, monitored, evaluated and controlled to ensure the stability and economic growth of the family.  The lack of knowledge of housewives, difficulty in determining priorities for daily needs, and the lack of ability to use savings money are factors that cause economic difficulties in the household.  An introduction to knowledge about household financial management is needed through extension activities. The method of this activity is through a direct communication model with discussion and question and answer sessions.  The aim is to provide understanding, knowledge and skills of the At-taqwa At-taqwa Buaran Cakung Village Group of mothers in managing household finances.  The result of this counseling is that the participants have the knowledge and ability to manage household finances and can apply financial management properly to maintain household economic stability.

Abstract

The phenomenon in this study is consumer behavior in purchasing environmentally friendly packaged food in Depok City. Depok was chosen as the research location because Depok is a buffer city for Jakarta. The purpose of the study is to determine the behavior of environmentally friendly consumers in small culinary-based businesses so that they can develop policies to overcome environmental problems by utilizing the local wisdom of Depok City. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach using structural equation modeling. The population in this study is the consumer of culinary-based small businesses whose numbers cannot be known. Samples were taken as many as 120 consumers who were determined by the purposive sampling technique. The results of data analysis concluded that subjective norms have a strong and significant influence on the purchase intention of environmentally friendly packaged food. In addition, the variables of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control have an effect of 78% on the intention to buy environmentally friendly packaged food in Depok City. The subjective norm variable has the strongest and most significant influence on the intention to buy food in environmentally friendly packaging in Depok City. It is hoped that the written suggestions can provide input to the Depok city government to make Depok a Zero Waste city.Fenomena masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu perilaku konsumen dalam niat beli makanan berkemasan ramah lingkungan di Kota Depok. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumen ramah lingkungan pada usaha kecil berbasis kuliner sehingga dapat mengembangkan kebijakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan structural equation modelling. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu konsumen usaha kecil berbasis kuliner yang tidak dapat diketahui jumlahnya. Sampel diambil sebanyak 120 konsumen yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa subjective norm memiliki pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap niat beli makanan berkemasan ramah lingkungan. Selain itu variabel attitude, subjective norm dan perceived behavioral control berpengaruh sebesar 78% terhadap niat beli makanan berkemasan ramah lingkungan di Kota Depok. Variabel subjective norm memiliki pengaruh yang paling kuat dan signifikan terhadakanp niat beli makanan dalam kemasan ramah lingkungan di Kota Depok. Diharapkan saran yang ditulis dapat memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah kota Depok untuk menjadikan kota Depok sebagai kota yang Zero Waste.

Abstract

Kota Tua, also known as old Batavia (Old Batavia) was inaugurated as a cultural heritage site by the governor of Jakarta, Ali Sadikin, in 1972. In order to improve Jakarta's Old City area, the government is currently strengthening the revitalization and adaptive reuse process as a goal in increasing long-term investment, as a tourism area for the tourism sector, and as a promotion of cultural diversity while maintaining the character and value of the historical value of the Old City area. The type of research used in this study is a type of descriptive research with quantitative approach method. Which method of data collection in the form of observation, distribution of questionnaires, and literature study. The population in this study is visitors to the Old City area of Jakarta and the sample size of 261 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, that is, those who have ever visited the Old City area of Jakarta. The results showed that perceived price has a positive influence on social influence, social influence has a positive influence on revisit intention, perceived price has a positive influence on revisit intention, and social influence is also a mediation between perceived price and revisit intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of each variable Product Quality, Service Quality, and Customer Experience on Customer Satisfaction in Sofyan Frozen on the Shopee platform. This research uses SPSS 20 program. The analysis technique uses validity, reliability, classical assumptions with hypotheses, and multiple linear analysis. The results showed that the variables of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Customer Experience had a significant effect on Sofyan Frozen's customer satisfaction. Product Quality, Service Quality, and Customer Experience simultaneously have a significant effect on Sofyan Frozen's customer satisfaction. The three independent variables greatly affect Sofyan Frozen's customer satisfaction. The Adjusted R square figure of 0.913 indicates that 91.3% of customer satisfaction can be explained by the three independent variables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 8.7% is explained by other variables not included in this research model

Abstract

The main problem in this study is green consumer behavior for buying green packaged food in Depok City. Depok was chosen as the research location because Depok is near city from Jakarta. The purpose and urgency of the research is to determine the green behavior of consumers in culinary-based small businesses so that they can develop policies to overcome environmental problems by utilizing local wisdom of Depok City. The approach study is a quantitative approach using structural equation modeling. There are 120 consumers who are determined by purposive sampling technique. The results of data analysis concluded that subjective norms have a strong and significant influence on the purchase intention of buying green packaged food. In addition, the variables of attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control have an effect of 78% on the intention to buy green packaged food in Depok City. Some conclusions and suggestions are described at the end of the paragraph. It is hoped that the written suggestions can provide input to the Depok city government to make Depok a Zero Waste city.

Abstract

The diversity of people who live in big cities like Jakarta makes consumer demand and tastes always change. This makes the culinary business more enthusiastic to meet market demand and compete with other culinary business owners. In an effort to maintain market share and competitiveness, culinary and restaurant business actors can focus on the experience gained by customers during consumption rather than just selling products or services. Loyal visitors are very impactful for restaurant business managers. They will come back again to visit, write positive reviews on social media or blogs and even recommend to relatives, friends, friends to visit a certain restaurant that is considered good and interesting and worth visiting. Therefore, business owners or restaurant managers must be able to build a positive image of the restaurant. One of the efforts to build a positive image is through the brand.One of them is Café Batavia which has a building dating from the Dutch colonial period. Previously this building was the official residence of the Dutch Governor. The building is a cultural heritage that is very well preserved. The interior design is intentionally made in accordance with the Dutch colonial period so that visitors feel they are in the past. This uniqueness is not easily obtained in other places so that this can be a differentiator for culinary lovers and make Café Batavia have its own brand image in the minds of its consumers. However, local tourists' interest in visiting Cafe Batavia (20%) is only slightly due to the price of food which tends to be expensive and mostly western and chinese food. Cafe Batavia serves many menus such as wine, cocktails, or other menus that are difficult to accept or may only be enjoyed by certain circles of the local community. This study uses a quantitative approach, has an unknown population of customers of Café Batavia Jakarta. The sample size was obtained by 5x24 indicators, namely 120 consumers with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The final conclusion is that customer experience and brand image have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. It is also recommended several things related to repeated visits for future research purposes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel destination website quality, sensory online destination brand experience, cognitive online destination brand experience, attitude toward the website dan intention to visit yang diaplikasikan pada website wisata Kota Tua Jakarta dan Kepulauan Seribu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan data primer berupa kuisioner yang dikumpulkan selama bulan Agustus sampai dengan Oktober 2023. Kuisioner disebarkan kepada pengunjung website wisata Kota Tua Jakarta dan Kepulauan Seribu. Sebanyak 221 data kuisioner dapat dikumpulkan dan kemudian diolah lebih lanjut menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling dengan memanfaatkan software SmartPLS. Hasil olah data menunjukan bahwa tidak seluruh hipotesis dapat diterima. Beberapa saran diberikan untuk pengembangan studi lebih lanjut serta pengembangan strategi pengelolaan website demi mencapai peningkatan kunjungan wisata ke Kota Tua Jakarta dan Kepulauan Seribu.
