Abstract

This Research Aims To Know The Influence Of Service Quality And Brand Trust On The Life Insurance Purchase Decision Process At Pt Bnilife Insurance (Case Study on Customers of Bank Bni Kk Grand Wisata), The research method used is quantitative method. Data collection techniques used in the form of questionnaires and literature. The population in this research is BNI KK Grand Wisata Bekasi customers who buy BNILIFE life insurance products. Sampling used by using random samples or random samples, taking the sample the researcher "mixed" the subjects in the population so that all subjects are considered the same. The sample consists of 46 samples. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of IBM Statistics software version 26. The results showed that the quality of service with a percentage level of influence of 31.9%. Brand trust with a percentage level of influence of 37.2%. purchase with a significance value of 37.2%. Quality of service and brand trust in the Life Insurance Purchase Decision Process at PT BNILIFE Insurance (a case study on customers of Bank BNI KK Grand Wisata) with a percentage level of influence of 43.3%.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how much influence product innovation andproduct quality had on the purchasing decisions of customized jerseys in Republic Jersey Bekasi. This study employed a quantitative approach by using a survey method. The sample in this study were customers who had ordered customized jerseys at Republic Jersey at least once and obtained as many as 160 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that Product Innovation (X1) partially positively and significantly affected Purchasing Decisions (Y) for customized jerseys in Republic Jersey Bekasi by 29.5%. Product Quality (X2) positively and significantly affected Purchasing Decisions (Y) for customized jerseys in Republic Jersey Bekasi by 46.3%. Taken together, Product Innovation (X1)and Product Quality (X2) had a positive and significant effect on PurchasingDecision (Y) customized jerseys in Republic Jersey Bekasi by 48.5%. Last, the remaining 51.5% was influenced by other variables that were notresearched such as promotion, prices and location

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a positive or pleasant emotional condition resulting from an assessment of one's work or work experience. Without employee satisfaction, the organization will not be able to run well. This research discusses and analyzes the influence of employee empowerment, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction in the Fire Management and Rescue Sector, Kramat Jati District. The research method used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires with a sample size of 52 respondents from a population of 52 people. Based on the results of research using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26.0, it shows that employee empowerment has a positive and significant influence with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.924 (92.4%) on employee job satisfaction, leadership style has a positive and significant influence with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.770 (77.0%) on employee job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.676 (6.76%) on employee job satisfaction. The independent variables employee empowerment, leadership style, and organizational culture were jointly tested using the F test, proving to have a positive and significant influence with an F value of 198.626 on employee job satisfaction and the magnitude of the influence was seen from the value and with a coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.925 (92.5%).

Abstract

 ABSTRACT   Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a company’s commitment to supporting sustainable development through integrated efforts in the social, economic, and environmental sectors. In Indonesia, CSR has been legally regulated and is mandatory for certain companies, particularly those operating in natural resource–based industries, through the Limited Liability Company Law and Government Regulation No. 47 of 2012 as the main legal framework. CSR programs are designed based on the needs of communities surrounding the company’s operational areas, with the aim of creating sustainable positive impacts through an empowerment-based approach. One implementation of CSR is carried out in Harapan Jaya Sub-district, Bekasi City, by PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia in collaboration with Institut STIAMI, focusing on household waste management. This community empowerment activity is divided into several stages. First, program planning and socialization. Second, joint program formulation with the community. Third, training on waste management using composters. Fourth, development of composter outputs through greening training. Fifth, to strengthen understanding and provide a real environmental perspective, a comparative study visit was conducted to a location that has successfully implemented waste management in Sunter Sub-district, Jakarta. Sixth, the launching of the Kampung Komposter program and a Fashion Show Competition themed Creative Waste Recycling. The results of this activity indicate that CSR, particularly community empowerment programs themed around waste management using composters implemented by PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia, directly contributes to the community through environmental improvement. Environmental benefits are reflected in the reduction of waste generation in RW 16, Harapan Jaya Sub-district, Bekasi City, resulting in a cleaner and healthier environment. Meanwhile, other empowerment benefits are seen in economic value, as composter outputs in the form of solid compost and liquid processed products (Liquid Organic Fertilizer) contribute to community empowerment through economic improvement.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyse improvements in employee productivity through the application of the Blue Ocean Leadership method in an automotive manufacturing company. Research Methodology: This research employs a qualitative case study approach based on the Blue Ocean Leadership framework. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, analysis of productivity performance indicators, descriptive statistical analysis, and mapping of management practices implemented at PT Enkei Marutoyo Painting Indonesia. Result: The findings indicate an increase in labour productivity, clearer role alignment, a reduction in non-value-adding managerial activities, higher levels of employee engagement, and more effective leadership practices following the implementation of Blue Ocean Leadership principles. Conclusions: The results demonstrate that Blue Ocean Leadership implementation across all leadership levels effectively bridges the gap between employees' potential and their actual performance, resulting in improved labor productivity, enhanced role clarity, increased employee engagement, and more effective leadership practices within the automotive manufacturing sector. Limitations: This study is limited to a single company, one specific department, and a defined observation period, which may restrict the generalizability of the findings. Contributions: This research contributes to studies on leadership, operational management, and human resource development by providing empirical evidence on the effectiveness of Blue Ocean Leadership in enhancing productivity within the automotive manufacturing sector.

Abstract

Employee performance is the most important part in the development and survival of an organization. An organization will survive and continue to develop if the organization's goals are achieved. This research discusses and analyzes the influence of work discipline, skills training, and teamwork on employee performance in the Fire Management and Rescue Sector, Pesanggrahan District. The research method used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires with a sample size of 48 respondents from a population of 48 people. Based on the results of research using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26.0, it shows that work discipline has a positive and significant influence with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.720 (72.0%) on employee performance, skills training has a positive and significant influence with coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.999 (99.9%) on employee performance. Teamwork has a positive and significant influence with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.790 (79.0%) on employee performance. The independent variables work discipline, skills training and teamwork were jointly tested using the F test, proving that they have a positive and significant influence with an F value of 10,798.209 on employee performance and the magnitude of the influence is seen from the value and with a coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.999 (99.9%).

Abstract

Abstract. This research examined the crucial role of digital payments, particularly through QRIS, and product innovation in increasing the revenue of culinary Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on Jalan Pangkalan Asem Raya, Jakarta. MSMEs contributed significantly to the Indonesian economy but still faced challenges in adopting digital technology and implementing innovation effectively. This research aimed to analyze how much impact digital payment and product innovation, both partially and simultaneously, had on increasing MSME income. Using a quantitative approach, this research involved the variables of digital payment (X1), product innovation (X2), and increased MSMEs income (Y). Data were collected and analyzed using methods such as analysis of the average respondents’ responses, data quality tests (validity and reliability), hypothesis testing, correlation and determination coefficient analysis, and partial (T-test) and simultaneous (F-test) significance tests. The results showed that digital payments and product innovation significantly influenced the increase in MSMEs’ income. Digital payments, particularly QRIS, were proven to ease transactions and expand market reach, creating a foundation for efficient operations. MSMEs also showed high adaptive capabilities in innovating, especially in responding to market tastes. Simultaneously, these two variables had a strong influence, where 74.7% of the variation in MSMEs’ income increase could be explained by digital payments and product innovation, while the remaining 25.3% was influenced by other factors outside the model. Nonetheless, challenges related to budget allocation and time for research and innovation development still need to be improved for long-term sustainability. In conclusion, the synergy between advances in payment technology and the spirit of product innovation was key to the growth strategy of MSMEs in urban areas such as on Jalan Pangkalan Asem Raya Jakarta. This research recommended the optimization of digital transaction recording, special budget allocation for product innovation, and improved income target planning strategies to promote sustainable growth.
