Abstract

Competition for the use of natural resources often creates conflict between different communities and can lead to intolerance between them. This study aims to understand the competition for natural resources. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires with various people involved in the competition for natural resources in certain areas. The results of the research show that there has been competition for natural resources; this competition affects relations between communities; competition for natural resources creates intolerance; and intolerant attitudes and behaviors exacerbate resource competition. Intolerance is triggered by dissatisfaction and jealousy due to inequality in access to and utilization of natural resources, lack of participation in decision making, transparency and accountability in natural resource management. The effects of intolerance cause conflict, economic loss, and environmental damage.

Abstract

Entering the world of work in Indonesia is not an easy thing, because Indonesia is still facing a gap between undergraduate graduates and employment which causes the unemployment rate to increase. Apart from that, character education is important to improve a person's skills at work. This lack of knowledge about character education is what caused the writing team to investigate this case, and hope that the generation of researchers can understand the importance of character education. The literature study research method is the research method chosen to explore the problem of unemployment among undergraduate graduates. The importance of character education in higher education is an effort to integrate the character development of undergraduate graduates who are not only professional but also have integrity and have good ethical values. Apart from being able to reduce unemployed graduate graduates, character education will also create a young generation who have a good identity and good manners for the future. Character education is not just something that is needed for life in the world, but in religion, character education is also very necessary. By discussing the importance of character education, it is hoped that Indonesia's young generation will better understand the essence of character education itself.

Abstract

Bhinneka Tunggal Ika adalah semboyan nasional yang sering diterjemahkan sebagai “berbeda-beda tetapi tetap satu”. Semboyan ini dikenal luas dan sering dijadikan sebagai semangat persatuan dan kesatuan dalam berbangsa dan beragama dengan keragaman budaya, agama, etnis, dan suku bangsa yang ada. Namun dengan adanya Bhinneka Tunggal Ika tidak menutup kemungkinan intoleransi tidak terjadi. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, Indonesia telah menjadi saksi perkembangan yang mengkhawatirkan, dimana sentimen intoleransi tampaknya semakin menguat. Intoleransi tersebut tidak terjadi secara tiba-tiba, melainkan adanya beberapa faktor penyebab terjadinya intoleransi di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia, diantaranya; (1) etnosentrisme; (2) kurangnya investigasi terlebih dahulu; (3) rasisme; (4) kebiasaan mengadopsi pendapat orang lain; (5) kecenderungan bergaul dengan orang dari kelompok yang sama; (6) kecenderungan untuk menilai seseorang dengan cepat; (7) kecenderungan untuk menyalahkan orang lain atas masalah yang dihadapi; (8) intoleransi dari politik identitas kedaerahan. Dari kasus intoleransi yang ada di Indonesia diperlukan berbagai solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Masyarakat yang dapat memaklumi dan merangkul berbagai perbedaan menjadi salah satu kunci utama solusi mengatasi intoleransi yang ada

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh krisis keteladanan dimana solusi terbaiknya melalui peserta didik dengan pengembangan karakater kepemimpinan melalui ekstrakurikuler Pramuka. Di era pandemi Covid-19, penelitian akan berfokus pada kontstruksi visi dan misi ekstrakurikuler Pramuka dalam pengembangan karakter kepemimpinan di MTs Negeri 5 Cirebon. Hal tersebut berkaitan dengan moto madrasah, program kerja Pramuka, kegiatan kepramukaan, dan peran pembina sebagai pembimbing dan pelatih disaat pademi Covid-19. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik, ketua Pramuka dan pembina Pramuka MTs Negeri 5 Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu teknik pengumpulan data secara deskriptif.

Abstract

The government has attempted to realize nation and character-building based on Pancasila values through a systemic and planned national education system. However, students' understanding, skills, and actualization of Pancasila values still experience various obstacles, one of which is literacy. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the role of the Pancasila ideology through increasing ideological literacy among students. This research aims to uncover challenges and strengthen the role of the Pancasila ideology through increasing literacy. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a literature review method using inductive and descriptive analysis. The research findings found that the challenges of strengthening the role of Pancasila ideology, namely instilling Pancasila values amidst the onslaught of foreign culture, increasing human resources based on Pancasila values, and efforts to maintain its existence. One way to strengthen the role of Pancasila ideology is to increase the literacy skills of Pancasila ideology among students. Increasing literacy in Pancasila ideology can enable students to understand and apply Pancasila values in everyday life. The implication of this research is to increase Pancasila ideology literacy among students and encourage stakeholders or teachers to increase ideological literacy while at the same time instilling Pancasila values among students.

Abstract

Online learning that is applied to the Citizenship Education course as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic presents quite a challenge for the character development of students. With this, of course, raises a question, how can student character development be carried out only through online learning? By using the Research and Development (R&D) research design, this study seeks to reveal an effort to develop student character so that they can become digital citizens in the midst of the Covid-19 virus pandemic through Citizenship Education learning. The results show that the development of student character through the application of the concept of digital citizenship in online learning of the student-centered Citizenship Education course can be carried out effectively. This is because learning Citizenship Education which is implemented effectively is able to direct students to think critically about contextual problems that occur, so that students can show their character as digital citizens by instilling basic religious and cultural values in applying and mastering science and technology and the arts. with great responsibility.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kesadaran mengenai ancaman keracunan dari bahan tambahan dan kesehatan tubuh agar tetap sehat dan kuat untuk melaksanakan pembangunan bangsa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner yang dipaparkan secara naratif. Dengan kriteria pedagang adalah seorang pedagang cilor yang ada di daerah Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dan ramai dikunjungi. Hasil wawancara terkait zat adiktif pada jajanan kaki lima, pedagang cilor dalam proses pembuatan cilor, menggunakan berbagai jenis bumbu seperti bumbu balado, asin, pedas, dan saus. Selanjutnya, hasil kuesioner responden secara keseluruhan juga mengetahui jika terlalu banyak mengonsumsi zat aditif dapat berisiko tinggi terutama pada kesehatan tubuh. Oleh karena itu, upaya lebih lanjut dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan perilaku masyarakat terkait konsumsi makanan yang sehat.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji fenomena mahasiswa penerima beasiswa LPDP yang memilih untuk tidak kembali ke Indonesia setelah menyelesaikan studinya di luar negeri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei tanggapan dan kajian literatur. Survei tanggapan dilakukan terhadap 30 orang termasuk mahasiswa dan masyarakat umum, sedangkan studi literatur dilakukan dengan menganalisis artikel terkait yang diterbitkan di berbagai jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa untuk tidak kembali ke Indonesia antara lain kesempatan kerja yang lebih baik di negara tempat mereka menyelesaikan studinya, ketidakpuasan terhadap kondisi sosial dan politik di Indonesia dan keinginan untuk melanjutkan studi. di negara Lain. Namun, sebagian besar mahasiswa masih merasa memiliki kewajiban untuk berkontribusi dalam pembangunan Indonesia. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengambil kebijakan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program beasiswa LPDP dan menyusun strategi untuk meningkatkan persentase penerima beasiswa yang kembali ke Indonesia setelah menyelesaikan studinya.Abstract: This study examines the phenomenon of LPDP scholarship recipients who choose not to return to Indonesia after completing their studies abroad. The research methods used are response surveys and literature reviews. The response survey was conducted on 30 people including students and the general public, while the literature study was conducted by analyzing related articles published in various journals. The results showed that factors influencing students' decision not to return to Indonesia include better job opportunities in the country where they completed their studies, dissatisfaction with social and political conditions in Indonesia and desire to continue their studies. in other countries. However, most students still feel an obligation to contribute to Indonesia's development. This study is expected to help policy makers to evaluate the effectiveness of the LPDP scholarship program and develop strategies to increase the percentage of scholarship recipients who return to Indonesia after completing their studies.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze student understanding regarding the material for the Pancasila Education course. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive type to analyze students’ level of understanding. The study results showed that as many as 76.6 percent of students had understood the legal basis of the Pancasila Education course. As many as 86.3 percent of students had understood the civilizing of Pancasila values during the New Order era. As many as 91.8 percent of students understood the basic Indonesian state law as the rule of law. Students with a percentage of 86.9 percent understood the concept of staatsfundamentalnorm, 75.1 percent of students understood Pancasila as the source of all sources of law, 72.6 percent of students understood the concept of Pancasila as a juridical source, and 81.5 percent of students understood the juridical sources of Pancasila as a philosophical system. As many as 41 percent of students understood the concept of Pancasila as the basis of the state, 57.8 percent of students got the juridical sources of Pancasila as the basis of the state correctly, and 88.8 percent of students understood Pancasila as the imperative of the state.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan lunturnya nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kewarganegaraan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan memilih beberapa Siswa mulai dari Sekolah Menengah Pertama, Sekolah Menengah Atas hingga Mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia yang kompeten pada bidang Pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Melalui tinjauan literatur, studi kasus, dan observasi, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap fenomena ini. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu nilai yang terdapat dalam Pancasila sudah luntur atau bahkan dilupakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia, apabila masyarakat Indonesia tidak segera berbenah diri dan mulai untuk mengimplementasikan nilai nilai yang ada didalam Pancasila kedalam kehidupan pribadi dan bernegara, maka bukan tidak mungkin bangsa kita akan menjadi bangsa yang tidak memiliki identitas, baik identitas ideologi ataupun identitas lainnya.
