Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan remaja masjid dalam membangun model bisnis yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah Islam. Melalui program pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif, para remaja Masjid Al-Mukhlisin Desa Tembung diberikan pemahaman tentang konsep dasar wirausaha syariah, etika bisnis Islami, dan cara mengembangkan usaha tanpa melanggar ketentuan syariah. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, simulasi bisnis, dan pendampingan lapangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan peserta mengenai prinsip bisnis syariah serta munculnya ide-ide usaha halal yang siap dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial values ??on business success in UKM Tembung Bersatu, Percut Sei Tuan District. The research method used is exploratory research, where variables are measured using a Likert scale. Methods of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of statements (Questioner) and study documentation. The population in this study were all Tembung Bersatu UKM. totaling 40 SMEs. Sampling using saturated sampling method or better known as a census. In this study, the population was relatively small, namely 40 people. Processing data using SPSS software version 23, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially or simultaneously the variables of entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial value had a positive and significant effect on business success in Tembung Bersatu SMEs, Percut Sei Tuan sub-district

Abstract

At present, the coffee shop business continues to experience rapid development. The need for coffee changes the lifestyle of a consumer. The main objective of this research is to determine the direct and indirect effect of lifestyle variables and product attributes on purchasing decisions through brand image. This research was conducted at Keude Kupie Ulee Kareng & Gayo II in Medan City. The main target population and sample in this study were the loyal visitors at Keude Kupie Ulee Kareng & Gayo II. Where 175 respondents were selected to be the research sample. The results of the analysis show that the lifestyle and product attributes directly have a significant effect on brand image. Then, indirectly, lifestyle has an indirect effect on purchasing decisions through brand image. Product attributes have an indirect effect on purchasing decisions through brand image.

Abstract

This study explores the role of the Mandailing community in Medan in supporting the Islamic economy through ethical and sustainable sharia-based practices. Using a qualitative approach, the study involved 35 informants from various backgrounds to explore their understanding, involvement, and challenges in implementing sharia economic principles. The results indicate that the Mandailing community has a high level of acceptance of sharia values, solidarity, and kinship relations, which serve as a social network that supports business management. Education and training focused on sharia financial literacy have proven effective in increasing understanding and trust in sharia financing products. However, limited access to sharia financial institutions remains a major obstacle to the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study emphasizes the need for collaboration between the government and financial institutions to improve access to financing and demonstrates that a sharia-based economic approach among the Mandailing community can create equitable and sustainable prosperity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived ease of use dan Perceived security terhadap minat penggunaan dompet digital DANA pada Mahasiswa Program studi Manajemen Universitas Sumatera Utara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yang terdiri dari 86 responden yang menggunakan dompet digital DANA pada Mahasiswa Program studi Manajemen Universitas Sumatera Utara.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis statistik Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, daftar pernyataan, dan studi dokumentasi. Pada hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Perceived ease of use dan Perceived security terhadap minat penggunaan dompet digital DANA pada Mahasiswa Program studi Manajemen Universitas Sumatera Utara secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan dengan nilai Fhitung 154.920  > nilai Ftabel 3.09. Uji yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Perceived ease of use dan Perceived security secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan dompet digital DANA pada Mahasiswa Program studi Manajemen Universitas Sumatera Utara. Nilai Adjusted R Square yang didapat dari hasil pengujian Koefisien Determinasi (R2) terhadap minat penggunaan sebesar 0,784 berarti 78,4% dapat di jelaskan oleh Perceived ease of use dan Perceived security. Sedangkan sisanya 21,6% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is increasingly recognized as a driver of economic resilience and competitiveness, particularly in emerging economies such as Indonesia. Despite government initiatives, the national entrepreneurship ratio remains below regional benchmarks, underscoring the need for effective mechanisms to nurture student entrepreneurship. Universities play a critical role through incubation programs, yet empirical evidence on their effectiveness remains limited in the Indonesian context. This study develops and empirically tests a comprehensive incubation model that integrates three dimensions—resources, services, and institutional support—while examining the mediating role of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Using survey data from 200 Indonesian university students who participated in incubation or entrepreneurship development programs, the analysis employs baseline Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression and mediation testing with bootstrapping. The findings reveal that services exert both direct and indirect effects on entrepreneurial outcomes, while resources and institutional support influence outcomes only indirectly through the ecosystem. The entrepreneurial ecosystem itself emerges as the strongest predictor, consolidating incubation inputs into enhanced entrepreneurial intention, competence, and behavior. Theoretically, the results extend the Resource-Based View (RBV) and social capital theory by showing that incubation inputs must be embedded in an ecosystem of networks and culture to generate impact. Practically, the study underscores the need for Indonesian universities and policymakers to strengthen incubation services, transform resources and institutional support into ecosystem-building mechanisms, and adopt ecosystem-oriented strategies in higher education policy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality and price perception on thrifting purchasing decisions among Pajak Melati consumers in Medan city. This study used a quantitative method with an associative approach, aiming to analyze the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The sample size was 100 respondents, who were Pajak Melati consumers who had visited more than three times. This data was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 25, using partial (t) tests, simultaneous (F) tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) test. The results showed that the independent variables, product quality and price perception, each had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, purchase decisions. Both variables simultaneously also had a significant effect on purchase decisions. The adjusted R² value of 71.9% indicates that thrifting purchasing decisions among Pajak Melati consumers in Medan city ,can be explained by the influence of product quality and price perception, while the remaining 28.1% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The results of this study identified that the better the quality of thrifting products and their price perceptions, the more purchasing decisions of jasmine tax consumers in Medan City.
