Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dinamika manajemen pendidikan abad ke-21 dengan fokus pada tiga aspek utama, yaitu inovasi, kolaborasi, dan teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian literatur dengan penelaahan sistematis terhadap berbagai sumber pustaka relevan dan kredibel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dalam manajemen pendidikan harus diterapkan secara menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan agar mampu meningkatkan efektivitas proses pembelajaran dan budaya organisasi. Kolaborasi lintas pemangku kepentingan menjadi pilar penting dalam membangun ekosistem pendidikan yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap perubahan zaman. Selain itu, transformasi digital dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berperan strategis dalam mempercepat pengambilan keputusan serta mendukung pembelajaran yang fleksibel dan terintegrasi. Kepemimpinan transformatif dan budaya manajerial baru yang inklusif dan inovatif juga menjadi kunci keberhasilan transformasi manajemen pendidikan. Kesimpulannya, manajemen pendidikan abad ke-21 harus mengalami perubahan paradigma dari sistem birokratis menjadi sistem yang lebih inovatif, kolaboratif, dan berbasis teknologi, sehingga dapat menyiapkan generasi unggul yang siap menghadapi tantangan global. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengambil kebijakan dan praktisi pendidikan dalam mengembangkan manajemen pendidikan yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of active student participation in class and the low learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN 6 Ampenan in Science subjects. Based on the mid-semester exam data of 34 students, only 29.4% (10 students) achieved the minimum mastery criterion (KKM), while the remaining 70.5% (24 students) scored below the required KKM of 75. This issue was caused by limited school facilities and the use of learning models and media that were not yet suitable for the material being taught. In addition, students’ participation during lessons remained low, both in asking and answering questions. To address these problems, the researcher implemented an improvement effort using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Lumio media. The purpose of this study was to improve student activity and Science learning outcomes by applying the Problem-Based Learning model assisted by Lumio media for fifth-grade students at SDN 6 Ampenan. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 34 fifth-grade students of SDN 6 Ampenan, consisting of 15 male and 19 female students. Data were collected through written tests administered at the end of each cycle, while teacher and student activities were assessed through observation sheets. The research results showed an increase in student activity and learning outcomes. In the first cycle, student activeness reached 75%, which increased to 93.75% in the second cycle. Furthermore, students’ average learning scores improved from 80.31 in the first cycle (with a mastery rate of 68.75%) to 86.47 in the second cycle (with a classical mastery rate of 88.23%). Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning model assisted by Lumio media, when carried out optimally, can enhance both student activity and Science learning outcomes among fifth-grade students at SDN 6 Ampenan.

Abstract

Al-Ikhlas Modern Islamic Boarding School and Its Role in the Development of Islam in Lampoko, Campalagian District, Polewali Mandar Regency A Historical Review, which attempts to examine three problems, namely: the history of the establishment of Al-Ikhlas Modern Islamic Boarding School, Efforts made by the Islamic boarding school in the Development of Islam in Lampoko and its influence on the surrounding community. The preparation of this thesis uses qualitative descriptive research, field research and library research, by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation then carrying out a historical approach and processed with inductive and deductive methods and the final stage is presented in the form of historiography. Al-Ikhlas Modern Islamic Boarding School was founded in 1992 and inaugurated one year later. Founded by H. Zikir Sewai with personal money, he donated the land he bought to be used as an Islamic boarding school so that it could become a producer of scholars who would continue the struggle for Islam. This Islamic boarding school consists of RA, MTs, SMP, SMK and SMA. This Islamic boarding school operates in the fields of da'wah, education, and social work, and is expected to make a real contribution to community life in line with Islamic law and the guidance of the Quran. The boarding school consistently teaches its students to always benefit others by enjoining good and forbidding evil. This is inseparable from its role in educating the community on how to practice true Islam without being influenced by polytheism. This is to ensure that the goal of harmonizing knowledge with faith and piety is achieved, the pinnacle of success.

Abstract

Background: Efforts to reduce maternal mortality ratio can be done promotively, preventively, curatively, and rehabilitatively. One of the promotive efforts is to provide education during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester or before the estimated delivery. Childbirth preparation education is essential for pregnant women, husbands and families to improve knowledge and skills, one of which is the prevention and early detection of complications. The World Health Organization strongly recommends strengthening preparedness programs for childbirth and complications to increase utilization of quality care at delivery and to increase the use of health services for obstetric and newborn complications. Purpose: This study aims to identify the implementation of childbirth readiness education to prevent complications of childbirth in independent midwife practices in the DKI Jakarta area. Methods: Qualitative research design was used in this study with an explanatory descriptive design. Informants for this research were 15 midwives in the DKI Jakarta area. Selection of informants using purposive sampling technique. Analysis was done by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion verification. Results: The implementation of labor and childbirth readiness education to prevent labor complications was quite good. Education on physical, psychological, and financial preparation has been carried out adequately, but there were several aspects of education related to cultural preparation related to pregnancy and childbirth that was still not optimal. Conclusion: It is expected that midwives can maintain the education that has been given to pregnant women.  Midwives actively participate in monitoring and educating pregnant women so that they can carry out early detection of complications and appropriate treatment if emergencies occur.

Abstract

Background: Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a common compression neuropathy with symptoms of pain, tingling, and numbness in the hands. Perineural injections of steroids and mecobalamin have been shown to be effective in relieving CTS symptoms. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of the perineural injection of mecobalamin and 5% dextrose on clinical changes and electrophysiological features in CTS sufferers. Methods: This research is a pilot study open-label randomized controlled trial conducted at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin General Hospital Palembang. A total of 24 CTS patients were randomly divided into two groups: the mecobalamin group (n=12) and the 5% dextrose group (n=12). Patients in both groups received a single perineural injection. Results: In the mecobalamin group, there were significant improvements in pain scores (NPRS), Boston carpal tunnel questionnaire (BCTQ) - symptom severity scale (SSS), and functional status scale (FSS) after 2 weeks. In the 5% dextrose group, there were also significant improvements in pain scores and BCTQ-SSS and BCTQ-FSS scores. However, the electrophysiological picture did not change significantly after 2 weeks of perineural injection. Comparison between groups showed significant differences in NPRS, BCTQ-FSS, and sensory amplitude. Conclusion: Perineural injection of mecobalamin and 5% dextrose is effective in improving clinical symptoms of CTS. Mecobalamin showed better effects on improving NPRS, BCTQ-SSS, and sensory conduction amplitude than 5% dextrose.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan menggunakan media leaflet dan pendekatan Benner terhadap tingkat pengetahuan tentang penyakit TB paru dan hipertensi pada lansia di wilayah kerja Posyandu Anggrek Desa Labuan Lelea, Kabupaten Donggala. Penyuluhan kesehatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 Januari 2023 dengan Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi-eksperimental dengan desain pre-test dan post-test dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah lansia yang terdaftar di Posyandu Anggrek Desa Labuan Lelea, Kabupaten Donggala sebanyak 40 peserta. Dari hasil penelitian Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemberikan edukasi Kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan lansia tentang penyakit Tbc di posyandu Anggrek desa Labuan Lelea dengan nilai Sig = 0,538. Karena nilai sig lebih besar dari ? (0,05) maka dapat di simpulkan tidak ada pengaruh pemberian edukasi Kesehatan terhadap lansia namun, terjadi peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan lansia setelah di berikan edukasi Kesehatan beruba penyuluhan mengenai penyakit Tbc. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemberikan edukasi Kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan lansia tentang penyakit Hipertensi di posyandu Anggrek desa Labuan Lelea dengan nilai Sig = 0,103. Karena nilai sig lebih besar dari ? (0,05) maka dapat di simpulkan tidak ada pengaruh pemberian edukasi Kesehatan terhadap lansia namun, terjadi peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan lansia setelah di berikan edukasi Kesehatan beruba penyuluhan mengenai penyakit Hipertensi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit TB paru dan hipertensi pada lansia. Disarankan agar pendekatan ini dapat diterapkan secara luas dalam program penyuluhan kesehatan di tingkat masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan lansia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the supply chain model in the moringa product business in Banua Zahra Kelor, Palu City. This research was conducted over one month. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method using a survey approach. The study took place in Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province. Data collection involved interviewing informants who served as sources for this study. Data were analyzed using descriptive methods in NVivo 12, with a focus on supply chain analysis. The results revealed that the Banua Zahra Moringa business has two supply chain models. The first model begins with moringa farmers, followed by Banua Zahra Kelor, and then consumers. The second model starts with moringa farmers, proceeds through Banua Zahra Kelor, then resellers, and finally to consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam implementasi model pembelajaran kontekstual dalam pendidikan Agama Islam di Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikmah Kota Bima. Latar belakang penelitian ini dilandasi oleh pentingnya pendekatan pedagogis yang mampu mengintegrasikan pemahaman konseptual keagamaan dengan konteks kehidupan nyata, sehingga nilainilai Islam tidak hanya dipahami sebagai teori semata, melainkan terinternalisasi dalam sikap dan perilaku peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan tenaga pendidik dan pengasuh pesantren, serta dokumentasi terhadap aktivitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran kontekstual dilakukan melalui tujuh komponen utama, yaitu konstruktivisme, bertanya, menemukan, masyarakat belajar, pemodelan, refleksi, dan penilaian autentik. Penerapan model ini terwujud dalam praktik pembelajaran yang mengaitkan materi ajar dengan pengalaman empiris santri, seperti diskusi berbasis peristiwa aktual, praktik langsung ibadah, serta keterlibatan dalam kegiatan sosial keagamaan. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa pembelajaran kontekstual berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman substantif, partisipasi aktif santri dalam proses pembelajaran, serta penguatan karakter religius dan sosial. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran kontekstual terbukti relevan dan efektif untuk diterapkan dalam sistem pendidikan pesantren yang berorientasi pada pembentukan insan berkarakter, holistik, dan transformatif.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the dominance of students' fixed mindsets in Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh) learning, which are dogmatic and focused solely on numerical values. The aim of the research is to explore the implementation of descriptive feedback to develop students' growth mindsets in the Hudud (Islamic Law) material. Using a qualitative case study method, data was collected through participant observation, document analysis, and semi-structured interviews in class XI IPAS 3 of MAN 2 Kota Bima. The results show that providing narratives to improve students' thought processes significantly reduces cognitive anxiety and increases students' confidence in expressing their opinions. In conclusion, descriptive feedback effectively shifts the learning paradigm from merely memorizing legal status to understanding logical-analytical reasoning. This research recommends a shift from absolute numerical assessment to constructive narrative guidance.
