Abstract

This community service program aims to empower Generation Z students at the MODERN IIBS EL-'AZAM Islamic Boarding School to become agents of change oriented towards community service by utilizing information technology. Through the program, students experienced increased digital literacy, communication skills, and social awareness. They were able to design and implement technology-based community service projects that generated positive impacts for the surrounding community. The community expressed appreciation for the programs implemented and hoped that similar initiatives could be sustained. These findings indicate that empowering Generation Z in Islamic boarding schools through the utilization of information technology can be an effective solution to improve community engagement and service. The program not only benefited the students, but also addressed real needs identified in the local community, demonstrating the potential for technology-driven community service to create lasting change. ABSTRAK Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan santri Generasi Z di Pondok Pesantren MODERN IIBS EL-'AZAM untuk menjadi agen perubahan yang berorientasi pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Melalui program ini, santri mengalami peningkatan literasi digital, keterampilan berkomunikasi, dan kepedulian sosial. Mereka mampu merancang dan melaksanakan proyek pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis teknologi yang memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat sekitar. Masyarakat menyampaikan apresiasi atas program yang dilaksanakan dan berharap agar kegiatan serupa dapat berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan Generasi Z di pondok pesantren melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Program ini tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi santri, tetapi juga menjawab kebutuhan nyata yang teridentifikasi di masyarakat setempat, menunjukkan potensi pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis teknologi untuk menciptakan perubahan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Augmented Reality is a technology that combines two-dimensional or three-dimensional virtual objects and projects these virtual objects in real time. One implementation of Augmented Reality in the tourism sector is to educate museum visitors. Museum Pusaka Keraton Kasepuhan Cirebon does not yet have a touch of technology to attract visitors, and the public paradigm is that visiting the museum only sees heirloom objects, nothing interesting or unique. The aim of the research carried out by the author is to apply Augmented Reality with the Object Tracking method and the FAST Corner Detection algorithm to educate museum visitors, so that it can attract visitors' attention. By utilizing these methods and algorithms, it can be easier for visitors to explore heirloom objects to obtain the desired information. So the results obtained from the research conducted by the author are that the response time for objects appearing using the Tracking Object method and the FAST Corner Detection algorithm in environments that use glass is an average of 1.52 seconds to 2.40 seconds and that does not use glass, namely 2.84 seconds to 4.71 seconds with a level of confidence at the 95% level.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the effects of workplace stress and work-life balance on employee performance at the Pematang Siantar District Court. Elevated work stress can adversely impact employee productivity, whereas a favorable work-life balance can improve performance and job satisfaction. This research utilized a quantitative methodology, employing census sampling to incorporate all 50 employees of the Pematang Siantar District Court as participants. Data were gathered via questionnaires and examined using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that work stress adversely affects employee performance, while work-life balance positively influences it. Moreover, work-life balance is the predominant element influencing employee success. These findings underscore the significance of organizational policies in mitigating work stress and facilitating a balanced work-life dynamic to cultivate a healthier and more productive workplace.

Abstract

PT Albany Corona Lestari merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT Indomarco Prismatama yang berfokus pada support toko Indomaret dalam hal kelistrikan, jaringan, perangkat keras, dan pelatihan karyawan toko. PT Albany Corona Lestari memiliki pekerja di kantor dan lapangan. Dalam bekerja, pekerja lapangan berpatokan pada website Complaint Online untuk memeriksa daftar komplain yang masuk, dan ESS (Employe Self Service) untuk absen, input izin, dan cuti. Permasalahan dalam akses ke website Complain Online dan ESS menjadi penghambat dalam bekerja, karena website hanya tersedia dalam jaringan lokal kantor dan jaringan lokal toko Indomaret, sehingga tidak dapat diakses melalui jaringan publik (internet). Masalah tersebut dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan VPN (Virtual Private Network) agar perangkat pekerja lapangan seperti laptop dan smartphone dapat mengaksesjaringan lokal kantor dan membuka website Complaint Online dan ESS (Employe Self Service) dari mana saja dan kapan saja. VPN yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah L2TP (Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol) dengan ditambah IPSec (Internet Protocol Security) sebagai keamanan tambahan. Jaringan VPN L2TP yang telah terpasang dianalisa dengan parameter Quality of Service (Qos) untuk menilai Throuhput, Delay, Jitter, dan Packet Loss. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah koneksi VPN yang stabil dan aman serta mendapatkan nilai Quality of Service yang baik. ABSTRACT PT Albany Corona Lestari is a subsidiary of PT Indomarco Prismatama which focuses on Indomaret store support in terms of electricity, network, hardware, and store employees. PT Albany Corona Lestari has workers in the office and field. In working, field workers rely on the Complaint Online website to check the list of incoming complaints, and ESS (Employe Self Service) for absences, input permits, and leave. Problems in accessing the Complain Online and ESS websites are an obstacle in working, because the website is only available in the local office network and the local Indomaret store network, so it cannot be accessed via the public network (internet). This problem can be overcome by using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) so that field worker devices such as laptops and smartphones can access the local office network and open the Complaint Online and ESS (Employe Self Service) websites from anywhere and anytime. The VPN used in this study is L2TP (Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol) with the addition of IPSec (Internet Protocol Security) as additional security. The installed L2TP VPN network is analyzed with Quality of Service (Qos) parameters to assess Throuhput, Delay, Jitter, and Packet Loss. The results of this study are a stable and secure VPN connection and get a good Quality of Service value.

Abstract

Belihape.id salah satu perusahaan yang berkecimpung di dunia media digital, yang fokus memberikan informasi terkini mengenai teknologi gawai. Salah satu permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya alat presentasi yang efektif untuk menyampaikan nilai bisnis dan potensi pasar kepada calon pemangku kepentingan. Dalam konteks ini, kebutuhan akan pitch deck yang komprehensif dan menarik menjadi sangat krusial. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendesain ulang pitch deck dengan konsep yang baru ini dapat membuat Belihape.Id memperluas jangkauan target audience di seluruh wilayah Jakarta (khususnya) bahkan hingga seluruh Indonesia. Pitch deck adalah presentasi singkat yang dirancang untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang bisnis atau proyek kepada calon investor atau mitra (Sugiyono, 2019). Metode yang digunakan pada merancang ulang pitch deck untuk Belihape.id ini terbagi 3 tahapan yaitu tahap 1 perencanaan yang berisikan observasi, wawancara dan pengamatan, tahap 2 persiapan dimana tim mempersiapkan untuk merancang dengan membuat sketsa layout, tight tissue dan merancang. Tahap 3 adalah pelaksanaan dimana desain pitch deck yang baru dengan konsep baru telah selesai dan diserahkan pada Belihape.id. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ini menghasilkan bentuk desain ulang pitch deck perusahaan Belihape.id yang digunakan untuk menarik investor pada saat pitching.

Abstract

Teknologi yang makin maju di sektor industri keuangan memberi tawaran manfaat yang signifikan kepada mahasiswa misalnya adanya pinjaman online. Hal ini memudahkan mahasiswa dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, guna menyelidiki bagaimana cara mahasiswa mengelola keuangan dan apa pengaruh pinjaman online terhadap gaya hidup mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 90 responden. Data yang dipergunakan didapat lewat kuesioner digital yaitu Gform. Metode analisis datanya mempergunakan aplikasi SPSS 20. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan, gaya hidup, literasi keuangan memengaruhi positif terhadap pengelolaan keuangan dan pinjaman online memengaruhi negatif terhadap pengelolaan keuangan.

Abstract

Gangguan layanan IndiHome sering terjadi dan memerlukan penanganan cepat. Namun, keterbatasan akses langsung ke teknisi menyebabkan pelanggan mengalami keterlambatan dalam mendapatkan solusi. Sistem pakar berbasis Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) dapat menjadi solusi untuk membantu pelanggan mengidentifikasi jenis gangguan secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem pakar diagnosis gangguan IndiHome menggunakan metode CBR yang mampu merekomendasikan solusi berdasarkan kemiripan kasus sebelumnya.  Sistem dirancang menggunakan pendekatan CBR dengan empat tahapan utama: Retrieve, Reuse, Revise, dan Retain. Penghitungan kemiripan (similarity) dilakukan menggunakan metrik Jaccard Coefficient, dengan bobot atribut berdasarkan kepentingan gejala. Sistem diimplementasikan berbasis web menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Validasi dilakukan melalui pengujian terhadap 50 kasus gangguan nyata dari Witel Cirebon.  Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu mengidentifikasi jenis gangguan dengan akurasi rata-rata 86%. Kasus dengan nilai similarity tertinggi digunakan sebagai dasar rekomendasi solusi, seperti pemeriksaan kabel fiber, restart modem, atau kontak ke 147. Sistem pakar berbasis CBR terbukti efektif sebagai alat bantu diagnosis awal gangguan IndiHome, memberikan solusi cepat dan akurat bagi pelanggan, serta mengurangi beban layanan pelanggan. Abstract IndiHome service disruptions frequently occur and require prompt handling. However, limited direct access to technicians causes customers to experience delays in obtaining solutions. A Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) expert system can be a solution to help customers independently identify the type of disruption. This study aims to build an expert system for diagnosing IndiHome disruptions using the CBR method that is able to recommend solutions based on the similarity of previous cases. The system is designed using the CBR approach with four main stages: Retrieve, Reuse, Revise, and Retain. Similarity calculations are performed using the Jaccard Coefficient metric, with attribute weights based on the importance of symptoms. The system is implemented web-based using PHP and MySQL. Validation was carried out through testing on 50 real disruption cases from Witel Cirebon. The test results showed the system was able to identify the type of disruption with an average accuracy of 86%. Cases with the highest similarity value were used as the basis for solution recommendations, such as checking the fiber cable, restarting the modem, or contacting 147. The CBR-based expert system has proven effective as an early diagnosis tool for IndiHome disruptions, providing fast and accurate solutions for customers, and reducing the burden on customer service..

Abstract

His study examines the role of guidance and counseling teachers in shaping and improving student values and morals in school. The study aims to investigate the impact of guidance and counseling on students' moral development and the strategies used by teachers to promote moral values. The research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods. The results show that guidance and counseling teachers play a significant role in fostering moral values and ethics among students. The study highlights the importance of teacher-student relationships, classroom management, and the use of various teaching strategies in promoting moral development. The findings also suggest that guidance and counseling teachers should be equipped with the necessary skills and resources to effectively address the moral needs of students. The study concludes that the role of guidance and counseling teachers in forming and enhancing student values and morals is crucial in creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Abstract

This research aimed to design and reconstruct a business model for an augmented reality (AR) camera mobile application for historical tourism at Keraton Kasepuhan Cirebon. The goal was to utilize AR technology to provide an immersive and informative experience for tourists. The research addressed several main problems, including navigation and historical information through object tracking, by implementing an online application with features such as Indonesian and English language instructions to better serve domestic and foreign tourists. The research also aimed to investigate the benefits of using AR technology for object tracking and navigation and to explore how these aspects could be related to creating a formula that supports each other in addressing the formulated problems. Through the development of the GWIDO application, a positive impact on the development of historical tourist attractions was observed. This can be seen from the usefulness of its features such as AR navigation, which can be used as a virtual guide. The data collected was used to design and reconstruct the business model, which was implemented and tested to collect additional data for analysis. The final results of the research showed that the AR camera mobile application was effective in providing an immersive and informative experience for tourists. The redesigned business model improved the utilization of AR technology in the tourism industry. Based on the test results, the average response time for object distance between 0.1 meters to 0.5 meters was between 1.45 to 2.07 seconds, and the average time for object distance from visitors was between 3.15 to 4.71 seconds with a confidence level of 95%. Meanwhile, testing for navigation features using augmented reality is very dependent on the internet signal used on the user's device. The level of accuracy of objects that have been placed at certain coordinates is determined by how well the internet network performs, allowing objects to appear precisely according to their coordinates.

Abstract

Companies have realized how important it is to have a database to face business competition, namely a database system that is reliable and integrated with all parts of the company. One of the data that plays an important role in supporting product analysis, namely customer purchasing patterns. Customer purchasing patterns are important to be able to know the relationship between one product and another. If this pattern has been formed and known, it will greatly help business managers to maintain stocks of goods that are selling well so that they remain available and not empty which can result in the company losing sales opportunities. Transaction data becomes an object to be processed using data mining applications. The data mining method used is association rule mining to find patterns of interrelationships between items, while the algorithm used is the Frequent Pattern Growth (FP-Growth) algorithm. This algorithm applies a tree data structure to determine purchase patterns. The pattern is determined by two parameters, namely support and confidence. The result is a support value obtained of 25% and a confidence value of 100% if the consumer has Pulpy orange 300 ml, the consumer will buy Hydro coco ori. In addition, the support value is 17% and the confidence value is 100% if consumers buy other drinks. The application of the FP-Growth algorithm can help determine what products must be available and assist in managing stock items
