Abstract

Intense competition in the coffee retail sector has compelled companies to prioritize customer relationship management to foster sustainable loyalty. This research analyzes the influence of CRM on the loyalty of Fore Coffee users in Surabaya, utilizing a quantitative explanatory approach. Drawing from a sample of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling, the data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The findings confirm a positive and significant impact of CRM on customer loyalty, with a contribution of 74.9% ($R^2$ 0.749). This indicates that digital CRM strategies, including loyalty programs and personalized promotions, play a pivotal role in strengthening consumer engagement. Consequently, reinforcing CRM systems serves as a strategic move for coffee shop management to maintain their customer base amidst an increasingly aggressive industrial competition

Abstract

Lamongan Regency is a wingko production center area which shows that many wingko agro-industries are developing. This results in increased competitiveness and market expansion between agro-industry. Therefore, this research aims to identify and analyze internal and external environmental factors and formulate a development strategy for the wingko agroindustry at UD. Bintang Jaya, Babat District, Lamongan Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, including stages of data processing and descriptive data interpretation. The data obtained came from interviews and observations. This research was conducted from December 2023 to March 2024. The analysis used consisted of SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) analysis and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) analysis. The research results show that based on the SWOT analysis, the Wingko UD agro-industry. Bintang Jaya has an IFAS score of 2.89 and an EFAS score of 2.68, placing it in quadrant V (growth) with significant potential for development. The external internal matrix is in the white area, suggesting the implementation of an S-O (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy. The recommended S-O strategy includes increasing production volume and maintaining raw material availability, as well as improving product quality and innovating new products with variations in taste and size. QSPM analysis shows that the priority strategy is improving product quality and new product innovation with a Total Attractiveness Score value of 5.92. Thus, product innovation is expected to improve the performance and productivity of Wingko UD's agro-industry. Bintang Jaya, opens up opportunities to increase the profits and competitiveness of the wingko agro-industry as a whole.Keywords: wingko agroindustry, development strategy, SWOT, QSPM.

Abstract

Program Bina Desa 2025 merupakan bagian dari implementasi Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur, dengan fokus pada kegiatan pendampingan legalitas usaha berupa pengurusan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Kemiri, Kecamatan Puspo, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat kepemilikan legalitas usaha di kalangan UMKM akibat minimnya informasi serta kurangnya pemahaman mengenai pentingnya NIB. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pelaku usaha terhadap pentingnya legalitas serta membantu proses pendaftaran NIB melalui sistem Online Single Submission (OSS). Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas tiga tahapan, yaitu identifikasi pelaku UMKM yang belum memiliki legalitas usaha, pendampingan teknis dalam pendaftaran hak akses OSS, serta proses pengisian data hingga penerbitan NIB. Kegiatan dilakukan secara langsung melalui bimbingan teknis dan pengumpulan data administrasi pelaku UMKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan dampak positif yang signifikan, ditandai dengan keberhasilan sejumlah UMKM dalam memperoleh legalitas usaha. Salah satunya adalah UMKM Sepatu Rajut Naomi yang telah memiliki NIB dan siap mengembangkan usahanya secara legal. Selain itu, pendampingan juga dilakukan kepada BUMDesa Kemiri Lestari yang berhasil memperoleh tiga NIB untuk unit usaha strategisnya, yaitu HIPAM, unit susu, dan kelembagaan induk BUMDesa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of marketing through social media, Instagram, and Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) on purchasing decisions, considering the mediating roles of Brand image and Brand trust at the Fore Coffee branch in Ngagel, Surabaya. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach, where the questionnaire is the primary data collection tool. The obtained data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the assistance of WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results indicate that Instagram and EWOM positively and significantly influence purchasing decisions directly and indirectly through Brand image and Brand trust. Instagram contributes 27.6% to purchasing decisions, while EWOM contributes 14.8%. Additionally, Brand image and Brand trust act as mediators in the influence of Instagram and EWOM on purchasing decisions, with contributions of 22% and 23.1%, respectively. This research provides practical implications for Fore Coffee in optimizing marketing strategies through Instagram and enhancing service quality to maintain customer satisfaction.
