The aim of this research is to investigate the teachers’ competence and work motivation, as well as the students' achievement. It is specific for Islam education teachers (PAI); PAI teachers’ competence and work motivation, and to determine the students’ learning outcomes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah according to KKM of MTs Negeri 1 Serang. The research instrument used are questionnaire, test and documentation. The collected data was analyzed  by using quantitative data with descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis. After the researcher conducted the hypothesis testing, the following conclusions were obtained: First, the teachers’ competence, teachers’ work motivation, and the students’ achievement are classified as medium category. Second, there is a significant influence of PAI teachers’ competence towards the students’ achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah based on  KKM of  MTs Negeri 1 Kabupatten Serang taking up to 5.3%. Third, there is a significant influence of  PAI teachers’ work motivation towards students’ achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah based on KKM of MTs Negeri 1 Serang  as much as 15,5%. Fourth, there is a significant influence of PAI teachers’ competence and work motivation toward students' achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah based on KKM of MTs Negeri 1 Serang at 5.5%. Finally, it can be concluded that the influence of PAI teachers’ competence and work motivation toward students' achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah based on KKM of MTs Negeri 1 Serang is only 5.5%.

Banten, merupakan provinsi termuda yang ke 55, namun geliat pembangunannya, tidak hanya sekedar wacana slogan pembangunan saja, tapi justru Banten sudah sejak lama dikenal dengan wilayah otonomiyang mampu memakmurkan masyarakatnya. Banten, dalam pengalaman sejarahnya sudah mampu mem bentuk kawasan megapolitan (madani) dan mengatur infrastruktur, sehingga jelas ada pembagian-pembagian wilayah yang strategis secara administratif. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis berusaha mengungkapkan dan perbandingan pembangunan megapolitan di DKI Jakarta, dan mengarahkan kepada pembangunan di Banten. Pembelajaran konsep kelangsungan hidup organisme membutuhkan media yang nyata, karena berhubungan dengan perbandingan strukur fisik, fungsi dari ciri makhluk hidup. Media tersebut dapat berupa sebuah kartu bergambar yang disajikan dalam bentuk media permainan edukasi. Diharapkan media permainan edukasi ini dapat menstimulasikan siswa agar lebih memahami konsep kelangsungan hidup organisme. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami penggunaan media permainan edukasi dalam pembelajaran konsep kelangsungan hidup organisme, serta mengetahui respon siswa tentang penggunaan media permainan edukasi dalam pembelajaran konsep kelangsungan hidup organisme. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi eksperimen. Karena dalam penelitian ini terdapat variabel yang tidak dapat dikontrol dengan baik. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Nonrandomized Control Group Pretest-postest design. Dalam desain ini, dua kelompok terlebih dahulu diberikan tes awal (pretest). Lalu pada kelompok eksperimen diberikan perlakuan, kemudian dilakukan pengukuran di akhir pembelajaran (postest).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di SMP Negeri 11 Kota Serang pada kelas IX dengan media permainan edukasi disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media permainan edukasi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif siswa pada konsep kelangsungan hidup organisme, serta respon siswa tentangpenggunaan media permainan edukasi termasuk dalam kriteria sangat berminat dengan hasil 54 %.

Teachers must have good work motivation and organizational climate. However, the reality on the ground is still far from expectations. The results of observations of several educational institutions in Serang Regency, teachers lack a sense of togetherness between teachers, lack of cooperation between teachers, lack of motivation from the headmaster of the madrasa towards teachers and an uncomfortable school environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of the Madrasa Head in teacher work motivation and organizational climate to improve the quality of madrasas in MA Al-Muchlisin and MA Miftahul Ulum Kab. Attacks and constraints faced by Madrasah Heads in managing teacher work motivation and organizational climate to improve the quality of madrasas in MA Al-Muchlisin and MA Miftahul Ulum Kab. Attack. The benefits of this research Contributing and new knowledge to the world of education and enriching existing research and can provide an overview of the Madrasa Principal's Strategy in teacher work motivation and organizational climate to improve the quality of madrasas in MA Al-Muchlisin and MA Miftahul Ulum Kab. Attack. The conclusion of the research shows that the head of the madrasa has carried out several strategies of the head of the madrasa in terms of teacher work motivation and organizational climate to improve the quality of education including improving the quality of teacher and student education, both academic and non-academic education, improving the quality and professionalism of teachers and other school staff, as well as improvement and infrastructure of school infrastructure in the form of education in accordance with their interests. And there are several obstacles faced by madrasa heads in terms of teacher work motivation and organizational climate to improve the quality of education in MA Al-Muchlisin and MA Miftahul Ulum Kab. Serang, in essence, there is a lack of welfare provided so that the teacher is not comfortable and the facilities and infrastructure are inadequate, the teacher feels dissatisfied with the provision of a salary that has not been able to meet the needs of daily life.

The relationship between regional autonomy policy and autonomy in the field of education is very significant. The autonomy granted to regions in the field of education provides freedom for regions to make changes that ensure excellence in education. The purpose of this study was to comprehensively describe the implementation of regional autonomy in the field of education. The research method used is literature review by collecting information from sources, reading, recording, and managing material critically and analytically related to research. In this regard, educational autonomy must certainly receive significant support from a number of groups, including all aspects that include in the management of institutions to help learners develop the abilities, knowledge, and attitudes necessary in order to contribute to society at large. Some of the elements that hinder the implementation of a policy, namely interpretations that cause disputes between individuals due to lack of support for human resources and non-human resources and community understanding are not adequate in the tiered socialization system carried out by the Education Office.

The success of an educational leader is to create an effective and efficient organization. A leader in a school is also called a school principal, where the principal has important duties and responsibilities in managing and managing the conditions and conditions of the school so that it can run with the goals that have been set. An effective leader is a leader who has good interpersonal communication between teachers and other staff. Interpersonal communication is needed by a teacher and a principal in order to create a good situation. A teacher should not be allowed to work in the absence of communication with the principal or his leader. Educators in the educational process have a strategic role, especially in efforts to shape national character through developing character, personality and expected values. Development is given to educators as human resources who have an important role in achieving the goals of educational institutions or schools. Development is carried out with the aim that educators as human resources have competencies that can compete amidst developments in science and technology. The urgency of educators in the learning process (the application of methods is more important than the material. The development of educational resources in education is influenced by various aspects, including: the need to increase the competence of educators, both theoretical and practical knowledge, the independence of educators to carry out professional development, supporting resources to carry out the development of educational resources, professional development, the willingness of educators as learners, and the ability of educators to realize the results of professional development as demonstrated through the performance of educators and the effectiveness of educators in carrying out their duties.Increasing and developing educational resources begins with the acceptance of new prospective educators.The process The selection of prospective educators needs to be carried out strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions that have been determined. Apart from that, the development of educators as human resources is seen from developments in science and technology. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami konsep pengembangan kecerdasan Spiritual dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada anak pra sekolah usia 4-6 tahun di TK Al-Azhar 10 dan TK Al-Izzah Kota Serang. Penelitianini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi kasus dengan cara menguraikan, menggambarkan dan menelaah suatu kasus secara mendalam terhadap pengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual anak usia 4-6 tahun dalam pembelajaran PAI di TK Al-Azhar dan TK IT Al-Izzah Kota Serang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual dalam pembelajaran PAI pada anak pra sekolah di TK Al-Azhar 10 dan TK Al-Izzah Kota Serang dengan membiasakan anak untuk berdoa dengan tertib ketika memulai dan selesai pelajaran serta pada waktu makan bersama,membiasakan anak untuk bertingkah laku dan tutur kata yang baik, membiasakan anak berdoa, mengajarkan anak untuk lebih dekat kepada penciptanya, mengajarkan anak untuk tolong menolong terhadap sesama, mengajarkan anak untuk mengucapkan terima kasih, mengajarkan anak mengucapkan permisi ketika pamit, mengajarkan anak untuk memiliki rasa hormat, mengajarkan anak untuk tidak berkata kasar, serta membiasakan anak menerima sesuatu dengan tangan kanan.

Pondok pesantren Muhammadiyah bercirikan mengintegrasikan pendidikan sekolah umum dengan pendidikan pesantren. Mencapai mutu pendidikan diperlukan kepemimpinan, kemampuan, kepercayaan dan kebijakan strategis mengelola lembaga pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis kepemimpinan dan kebijakan strategis terhadap mutu pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Kota Serang. Data bersumber dari observasi, wawancara dan kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan strategis yang tepat diterapkan MBS Kota Serang adalah memanfaatkan khususnya strategi kekuatan dan peluang untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan, kebijakan strategis dan mutu pendidikan progresif dari periode sebelumnya. Adanya kebijakan strategi dengan kekuatan dan peluang menunjukkan bahwa MBS Kota Serang mengambil langkah-langkah untuk penguatan strategi dengan mencarikan sumber pendanaan yang baru, meningkatkan kepercayaan kepada masyarakat dengan sosialisasi yang lebih luas, meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan dan anggaran serta meningkatkan sumber daya dan insentif yang perlu di fokuskan pada lima tahun ke depan sebagai penguatan visi dan misi pesantren. Implikasi penelitian dengan kepemimpinan dan kebijakan strategis yang tepat akan mencapai mutu pendidikan.
