Abstract

Abstract This community service project focused on enhancing teachers' competencies through a workshop on lesson design and scientific article writing based on the Merdeka Curriculum. The objectives were to improve the teachers' ability to create differentiated learning designs and write structured scientific articles. The method used was a service-learning approach involving a series of workshops and follow-up mentoring. The results indicated a significant increase in participants' understanding and ability to implement the Merdeka Curriculum and produce scientific articles. The project contributed positively to the professional development of teachers, particularly in educational design and academic writing. Abstrak Proyek pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui workshop tentang perancangan pembelajaran dan penulisan artikel ilmiah berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka. Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat desain pembelajaran yang terfokus dan menulis artikel ilmiah yang terstruktur. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan service-learning yang melibatkan serangkaian workshop dan pendampingan lanjutan. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta untuk mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka serta menghasilkan artikel ilmiah. Proyek ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan profesional guru, khususnya dalam desain pendidikan dan penulisan artikel ilmiah. Kata kunci: Kompetensi Guru, Desain Pembelajaran, Penulisan Artikel Ilmiah, Kurikulum Merdeka, Pengembangan Profesional.

Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan tidak hanya bergantung pada sistem dan kurikulum, tetapi juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan di dunia pendidikan. Kepemimpinan pendidikan memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk visi, mengatur proses pembelajaran, dan mengarahkan perkembangan institusi Pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi konsep kepemimpinan pendidikan dengan fokus pada Model Kepemimpinan Direktif dan Intruksional Dalam Lembaga Pendidikan. Melalui kajian pustaka, penelitian ini menyelidiki esensi dan karakteristik kedua model kepemimpinan tersebut. Pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap kepemimpinan direktif dan intruksional diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan praktik kepemimpinan di bidang pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka yang melibatkan analisis literatur terkini dan relevan mengenai kepemimpinan pendidikan, khususnya dalam konteks Model Kepemimpinan Direktif dan Intruksional Dalam Lembaga Pendidikan. Hasil analisis tersebut akan diintegrasikan untuk membentuk pemahaman komprehensif mengenai aspek-aspek kunci dari kedua model kepemimpinan tersebut. Temuan penelitian ini Kepemimpinan Direktif, yaitu kepemimpinan memberi kesempatan pada pengikutnya untuk mengetahui apa yang diharapkan dari mereka, menjadwalkan pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan dan memberi pedoman yang spesifik mengenai cara menyelesaikan tugas. Sedangkan kepemimpinan instruksional adalah kepemimpinan yang fokus pada proses dan hasil belajar siswa melalui pemberdayaan guru secara professional.

Abstract

Islamic Education Management is an effort to achieve a disciplined and directed education that is based on Islamic values and principles. However, not all Islamic educational institutions understand the management of Islamic education that is based on Islamic principles. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the form of actualization of the principles of Islamic education management in Daarul Hikmah Islamic boarding school in Bogor Regency. The method used in this research uses qualitative case studies (Field Research). The technique of collecting data sources obtained through observation and interviews to obtain relevant data about the actualization of the principles of Islamic education management. The data analysis technique process uses a data reduction process. The results of this study indicate that the form of actualization of the principles of Islamic education management is fair and efficient in planning management, responsible and dynamic in organizing management, sincere, trustworthy and responsible in implementation management, honest and fair in supervision and evaluation. This research seeks to contribute a strong theoretical basis in improving the quality of Islamic education management.

Abstract

The influence of the era of globalization on current Islamic education has a strong impact as a driving force in the development of education in the modern era. and provides major changes in all aspects of life which include technology and information, the influence of western culture and changes in the paradigm of education. but not all the impacts of the era of globalization are felt by every Islamic education in Indonesia because the education system in Indonesia is still uneven when viewed from its geological aspects so that it needs further research. So this research aims to find out what are the effects of the Era of globalization on Islamic education, especially in children's education parks. This research uses qualitative case study research conducted at the Ciampea Children's Education Park, Bogor Regency. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews with several teachers and students. The findings show that the era of globalization has a positive and negative impact on the development of Islamic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan secara parsial terhadap disiplin kerja guru di SMPN 2 Pasarkemis 2) menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial, motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja guru, 3) mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja guru, serta 4) menentukan variabel manakah yang berpengaruh secara dominan terhadap disiplin kerja guru di SMP Negeri 2 Pasarkemis Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru SMP Negeri 2 Pasarkemis baik yang bersetatus PNS maupun Non PNS sebanyak 42 Guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 17, dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin dan kinerja guru dengan koefisin regresi dan korelasi sebesarbesar 0,721, 2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap disiplin dan kinerja guru dengan koefisin regresi dan korelasi sebesar 0,520, 3) kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja guru di SMP Negeri 2 Pasarkemis Tangerang; serta 4) Variabel kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap tingkat kedisiplinan guru di SMP Negeri 2 Pasarkemis Tangerang. Hal ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa disiplin kerja pegawai akan selalu meningkat pada saat pimpinan lebih tegas dalam melaksanakan kepemimpinannya guna meningkatkan etos kerja yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Teachers and lecturers are educational personnel who have an important role in improving quality in the world of education. Although both have differences in carrying out their duties at the educational level. However, they have the same goal of improving and educating the nation's children through their role as educators. This research uses a qualitative research method based on a systematic literature review known as a literature review. With this method, research subjects related to the concept of professional development of teachers and lecturers at educational institutions in Serang district can be explained more clearly and easily and convey the main points of the research. The research data sources were obtained from journals and articles and writings related to the research subject via mendeley.com, the publish or perish application and Google Scholar. So the research results show that becoming an educator is not an easy thing. However, when faced with obstacles and challenges, teaching staff are able to develop their abilities and knowledge. So this can improve skills and mastery of material through special training for educators, in order to achieve success in carrying out their role as educators.

Abstract

The situational leadership style is a unique style that can be applied in various conditions. This leadership style has an important role in that a leader must be able to adapt to various levels of maturity of both individuals and groups in different situations and conditions, to produce flexible and efficient behavior. Leadership is an ability inherent in a leader, which is influenced by various factors, both internal and external. The leader's ability must be able to influence, motivate, inspire, direct and coach employees in achieving the goals that have been set. This research uses a qualitative research method based on a literature review known as a literature review. while the research subject in this method discusses the application of theoretical studies of situational leadership styles in the Ministry of Religion office in Serang district. This aims to clarify and make it easier to explain and convey the main points of research. The research data sources were obtained from journals and articles and writings related to the research subject via mendeley.com, the publish or perish application and Google Scholar. So the research results show that by using 4 (four) styles in leadership, namely; Intuition, consultation, participation and delegation styles have a big influence on employee performance in an institution or company where effective and efficient leader behavior will always provide support and guidance to employees in developing themselves from not understanding to understanding so that leaders can achieve their leadership goals well.

Abstract

This article examines the 9-year basic education policy in Indonesia, which is an implementation of the 1945 Constitution to guarantee the right to education for all citizens. This policy aims to improve access and quality of education, improve the life of the nation, and create quality human resources. The review includes the history of the policy, starting from Law No. 4 of 1950 to the launch of the program by President Soeharto in 1984, as well as the influence of political interests and the modernization of Islamic education in the National Education System Law. The implementation of the policy involves a shared responsibility between the government, parents, and the community. Although it has been running, challenges such as low awareness of education and family economic conditions are still obstacles. Therefore, collaborative efforts and adequate funding are needed to ensure the provision of quality basic education, as well as open alternative education pathways. Sustainable policies such as the 12-year compulsory education program are expected to strengthen the foundation of education and increase access for future generations

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi kebijakan pembinaan karakter Islami di Sekolah Islam Terpadu yang menjadi alternatif pendidikan bagi masyarakat muslim di tengah tantangan degradasi moral akibat globalisasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis proses perumusan kebijakan, mendeskripsikan implementasi kebijakan, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta menganalisis dampak implementasi kebijakan pembinaan karakter Islami. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis library research, menganalisis dokumen kebijakan Sekolah Islam Terpadu, buku pedoman, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu melalui teknik content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebijakan dirumuskan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan standar karakter berdasarkan konsep muwashafat, perumusan program, dan penetapan kebijakan. Implementasi dilakukan melalui integrasi nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran, pembiasaan ibadah, program mentoring, pelibatan orangtua, dan pengembangan budaya sekolah Islami. Faktor pendukung meliputi komitmen pimpinan, kualifikasi guru, dukungan orangtua, dan standar dari JSIT, sementara faktor penghambat mencakup keterbatasan waktu, pengaruh media, inkonsistensi pembinaan di rumah, dan keterbatasan instrumen evaluasi. Implementasi kebijakan berdampak pada peningkatan kesadaran beribadah, perbaikan akhlak, peningkatan prestasi akademik, dan penguatan identitas keislaman. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada pendekatan library research yang kurang menggambarkan dinamika implementasi kebijakan di lapangan secara langsung dan belum mengukur efektivitas secara kuantitatif. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan observasi lapangan dan studi longitudinal untuk menganalisis dampak jangka panjang serta mengembangkan instrumen evaluasi karakter Islami yang terstandar.

Abstract

This study aims to explore effective marketing strategies to maintain the existence of Islamic Educational Institutions in Indonesia, The method used in this study is a literature review (Systematic literature review) whose data is obtained by reviewing articles on the Google Scholar database site. The results of the study concluded that there are 5 steps of marketing strategy for Islamic educational institutions. First, Determining Customer Value (School Vision and Mission). Second, Determining Segmenting, Targeting, and positioning. Third, Determining the Marketing Mix (Excellence of Educational Products or Services, Competitive Prices, Selection of Strategic School Locations and Comfortable Rooms for Learning, Efficient and Effective Promotion, Competent Human Resources, Complete Infrastructure, Accountable, Friendly, Fast and Quality Educational Service Process). Fourth, direct marketing is achieved by creating a website, optimizing IG, TikTok, and YouTube, installing banners, distributing brochures, and advertising on radio and newspapers. Fifth, Indirect Marketing Through Soft Community Service, Student Achievement, the number of alumni who enter their favorite schools/PTN/Education Abroad, and job matching with companies so that alumni can get job access.
