Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Socratic discussion method in improving learning outcomes of religious moderation material at SMP Negeri 5 Selesai. The Socratic discussion method is a learning approach that emphasizes critical question-based dialogue to explore students' understanding in more depth. Through this method, students are invited to think reflectively, analyze concepts, and develop argumentation skills in understanding the values ​​of religious moderation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experiment design. The research sample consisted of grade VIII students who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group who received learning with the Socratic discussion method and the control group who used conventional learning methods. Data were collected through learning outcome tests before and after treatment, as well as observations during the learning process. The results showed that the application of the Socratic discussion method significantly improved students' understanding of the concept of religious moderation compared to conventional learning methods. Students in the experimental group showed an increase in critical thinking skills, problem solving, and a deeper understanding of the values ​​of diversity and tolerance in community life. Thus, this method can be used as an innovative alternative in improving the quality of learning, especially in subjects related to character education and national insight

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Discovery Learning method in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning to improve the conceptual understanding of grade 12 students regarding Islamic inheritance law at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura. Understanding the concept of faraid is often a challenge for students due to the complexity of the rules and calculations involved. The Discovery Learning method is applied to encourage students to find concepts independently through exploration, discussion, and problem solving. In the learning process, grade 12 students are given various case studies related to Islamic inheritance to be analyzed and solved collaboratively. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and learning data analysis methods to measure the effectiveness of this method in improving the understanding of grade 12 students. The results of the study show that this method not only improves grade 12 students' understanding of the concept of inheritance, but also develops their critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. In addition, grade 12 students become more active and motivated in learning. Thus, the application of Discovery Learning in PAI learning can be an effective innovative solution in helping grade 12 students understand complex concepts in Islamic law and improve the quality of learning in SMK

Abstract

The use of Multimedia Technology in the development of learning innovations in the digital era shows that the use of macromedia flash applications is very influential on the interest and motivation of students in solving both practice questions and exam questions, this is because in addition to using computer tools, the scores we get are directly listed. after doing the questions. Based on the results of testing using the SPSS application related to learning media and motivation on student satisfaction with a large sample of 30 people, the results obtained F = 21,645 with sig 0.000 meaning that there is a significant influence with the use of multimedia on student satisfaction in the implementation of learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the principal's strategy in completing educational facilities and infrastructure. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method obtained through observation data, interviews, and documentation from 5 research informants at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Kampar. The results show that the principal's strategy in completing facilities and infrastructure is carried out through the stages of facility and infrastructure management, namely planning, procurement, arrangement, use, maintenance, and removal of facilities and infrastructure at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Kampar. Thus, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Kampar can be said to have carried out the process of completing educational facilities and infrastructure, and the principal has implemented several strategies in completing educational facilities and infrastructure at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Kampar. However, in this case, the principal also needs to make improvements to some facilities and infrastructure to make them more complete, adequate, and comfortable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap kunjungan tamu di Hotel Manise Kota Ambon. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 91 tamu. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kunjungan tamu. Kinerja yang optimal berkontribusi pada kepuasan tamu dan meningkatkan kemungkinan kunjungan kembali. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen untuk meningkatkan pelatihan karyawan dan sistem penanganan keluhan.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Nyeri punggung bagian bawah (LBP) merupakan keluhan ketidaknyamanan dengan prevalensi 80%, 37% LBP merupakan faktor risiko terkait pekerjaan salah satunya mengemudi. Penurunan defisiensi dalam mengemudi yang disebabkan oleh LBP sebanyak 74%, dan sebanyak 20,4% pengemudi mengunjungi pelayanan kesehatan untuk mendapatkan perawatan kesehatan. Tujuan: Tinjauan kajian literatur yang dilakukan memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis Postur mengemudi dan penggunaan lumbar support dalam pencegahan risiko LBP pada pengemudi, sehingga dapat mencegah dan mengurangi risiko keluhan LBP pada pengemudi. Metode: literature review (Metode PRISMA) dengan tahapan 1) Identifikasi literatur dari Google Scholar, Sciencedirect, PubMed dan BioMed dari tahun 2018-2023 sebanyak 680 artikel; 2) skrining dari 680 artikel masing-masing dicek untuk melihat artikel yang relevan; 3) Uji kelayakan artikel berdasarkan inklusi dan eksklusi dan didapatkan sebanyak 6 artikel yang di review. Hasil: terdapat sebanyak 2 artikel (66,7%) variabel postur mengemudi dan 3 artikel (100%) variabel penggunaan lumbar support yang menyatakan terdapat hubungan signifikan dengan keluhan LBP pada pengemudi. Sebagian besar keluhan LBP disebabkan oleh postur mengemudi yang tidak ergonomis dan tidak menggunakan lumbar support pada kursi. Kesimpulan: Postur mengemudi dengan ergonomis dan penggunaan lumbal support dapat mencegah keluhan LBP pada pengemudi.
