Abstract

ABSTRAKKawasan wisata yang terletak di daerah kota Mataram kecamatan sekarbela loang baloq, tepatnya di jalan Lingkar selatan yang berada di pinggir pantai yang di sebut Sunset Land.adalah tempat nongkrong yang asyik dengan berbagai sajian pilihan menu-menu dari berbagai nusantara dan daerah sendiri yang sudah pasti higienis dan halal.Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyrakat ini adalah pertama untuk menciptakan ekonomi yang lebih berkelanjutan   dan lebih baik dalam memajukkan usaha kuliner halal di kawasan wisata sunset land kec. Sekarbela kota mataram, agar mitra lebih sadar akan arti kebersihan serta memiliki sertifikat halal dalam pelayanan kuliner pada pengunjung., sehingga pengunjung yang datang merasa tidak ragu untuk menikmati kuliner yang tersedia.metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini antara lain Gotong Royong, yang dilakukan bersih bersih sekitar kawasan wisata pesisir pantai, pelatihan diantaranya memberikan ilmu dan edukasi kepada mitra bagaiman sebuah usaha kuliner bisa sukses dengan di terapkan sertifikat halal bagi pelaku usaha kuliner,diskusi dan tanyak jawab terkait kemajuan usaha di sunset land.kegiantan ini dilakukan selama 4 pekan atau 1 bulan hasil dari pengabdian setelah kami tinjau kelapangan para rumah produksi kuliner di kawasan sunset land telah memiliki sertifikat halal, kebersihan pesisir pantai lebih tersanitasi dari sampah limbah air laut maupun sampah organi dan non organic dari olahan makanan. Serta taman dan bunga serta pemohonan mulai tertata dengan lebih bagus.harapan tim pengabdian semoga tempat kawasan wisata yang ada di kota mataram ini akan lebih dilirik para investor agar kota Mataram bisa memberikan peluang kerja lebih luas kepada anak daerah. Kata kunci: Ekonomi; Berkelanjutan; usaha ;kuliner; Halal. ABSTRACTThis tourist area is located in the Mataram city area, Sekarbela Loang Baloq sub-district, precisely on the South Ring Road which is on the edge of the beach which is called Sunset Land. hygienic and halal. The aim of this community service activity is firstly to create a more sustainable and better economy in promoting halal culinary businesses in the Sunset Land tourist area, Kec. Sekarbela city of Mataram, secondly so that partners are more aware of the meaning of cleanliness and have a halal certificate in culinary services to visitors, so that visitors who come feel no hesitation in enjoying the culinary delights available. The methods used in this service include Mutual Cooperation, which is carried out cleanly. clean around coastal tourist areas, training including providing knowledge and education to partners on how a culinary business can be successful by applying a halal certificate for culinary business actors, discussions and questions and answers regarding business progress in Sunset Land. This activity is carried out for 4 weeks or 1 months of dedication after we inspected the facilities of the culinary production houses in the Sunset Land area which had halal certificates, the cleanliness of the coastline was more sanitized from sea water waste and organic and non-organic waste from processed food. As well as gardens and flowers and applications starting to be arranged better. The hope of the service team is that the tourist areas in the city of Mataram will attract more attention from investors so that the city of Mataram can provide wider employment opportunities for local people. Keywords: Sustainable ;Economy; of Halal; culinary; business.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSektor perikanan memegang peranan krusial dalam menopang perekonomian masyarakat pesisir di Indonesia, termasuk di Desa Mapak Indah, dengan potensi sumber daya alam yang melimpah, khususnya ikan, membuka peluang besar bagi pengembangan usaha pengolahan seperti ikan asap. Namun, potensi ini seringkali belum tergarap optimal karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam manajemen usaha, terutama terkait keberlanjutan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen usaha melalui pengembangan usaha ikan asap yang berkelanjutan di Desa Mapak Indah. Metodologi program ini melibatkan 18 peserta ibu-ibu pelaku UMKM ikan asap dan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 Mei 2025 di Desa Mapak Indah, Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup identifikasi permasalahan dan kebutuhan mitra, pelatihan manajemen usaha dan keuangan, penerapan teknologi pengasapan yang ramah lingkungan, pelatihan pemasaran dan branding produk, serta pendampingan dan monitoring berkala. Tahapan kegiatan dilakukan oleh Tim dari pelatihan proses pengolahan ikan asap yang baik dan tepat, dan dilanjudkan dengan pendampingan manajeman usaha yang sesuai dengan kondisi masyarakat. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, dengan rata-rata skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 65 menjadi 80. Selain itu, rata-rata penjualan UMKM meningkat sebesar 30% dalam tiga bulan setelah pelatihan. Sebanyak 80% ibu-ibu pelaku UMKM berhasil membuka lapak fisik, dan rata-rata pendapatan bulanan mereka meningkat dari Rp 400.000 menjadi Rp 700.000 dalam satu minggu setelah pendampingan.Kata kunci: Manajemen Usaha; Ikan Asap; Berkelanjutan. ABSTRACTThe fisheries sector plays a crucial role in supporting the economy of coastal communities in Indonesia, including in Mapak Indah Village. Its abundant natural resources, especially fish, open up significant opportunities for developing processing businesses like smoked fish. However, this potential often remains underutilized due to limited knowledge and skills in business management, particularly regarding sustainability. This community service program aims to provide business management training and mentoring through the development of sustainable smoked fish businesses in Mapak Indah Village. The program's methodology involved 18 women participants who are micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) owners in the smoked fish sector. It was carried out on May 17, 2025, in Mapak Indah Village, Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. The implementation methods included identifying partners' problems and needs, business and financial management training, implementing eco-friendly smoking technology, product marketing and branding training, and regular mentoring and monitoring. The stages of the activity are carried out by the Team from training on the proper and correct process of processing smoked fish, and continued with assistance in business management that is in accordance with community conditions. The program's results showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills, with the average knowledge score rising from 65 to 80. Additionally, the average MSME sales increased by 30% within three months after the training. A significant 80% of the women MSME owners successfully opened physical stalls, and their average monthly income increased from Rp 400,000 to Rp 700,000 within one week of receiving mentoring.Keywords: Business Management; Smoked Fish; Sustainable.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Perkembangan teknologi digital dan media sosial telah memengaruhi pola kehidupan sosial ibu rumah tangga, termasuk munculnya fenomena sosialita di kalangan masyarakat menengah ke bawah. Pergeseran makna sosialita dari aktivitas sosial berbasis kepedulian menjadi simbol eksistensi diri di ruang digital berpotensi melemahkan karakter humanis dan spiritual. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan melakukan pendampingan dan penguatan karakter ibu-ibu sosialita melalui pembelajaran Al-Qur’an menggunakan metode Quick and Smart Qur’an (QSQ) di Desa Perampuan, Kecamatan Labuapi, Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi program, pembentukan kelompok binaan, serta kajian Al-Qur’an intensif dengan pendekatan visual, auditori, kinestetik, cerita, imajinasi, dan diskusi interaktif. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, observasi partisipatif, serta dokumentasi kegiatan. Melibatkan 30 peserta, dilaksanakan 10 sesi pembelajaran intensif. Tingkat partisipasi aktif peserta mencapai 75% serta terbentuk satu komunitas belajar Al-Qur’an yang aktif dan berkelanjutan. Evaluasi kuantitatif menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an sebesar 38%. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan indikator soft skills, yaitu disiplin kehadiran sebesar 30%, empati sosial sebesar 25%, dan komitmen spiritual sebesar 35%. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa metode QSQ efektif sebagai model pendampingan karakter berbasis Al-Qur’an yang adaptif dan transformatif bagi komunitas ibu-ibu sosialita, serta berpotensi direplikasi dalam pembinaan karakter keagamaan perempuan di tingkat lokal.Kata kunci: Ibu-Ibu Sosialita; Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an; Quick and Smart Qur’an; Penguatan Karakter. ABSTRACTThe development of digital technology and social media has influenced the social life patterns of housewives, including the emergence of the socialite phenomenon among lower-middle-class communities. The shift in the meaning of socialite from social activities based on humanitarian concern to a symbol of self-existence in digital spaces has the potential to weaken humanistic and spiritual character. This community service program aims to provide mentoring and strengthen the character of socialite housewives through Qur’anic learning using the Quick and Smart Qur’an (QSQ) method in Perampuan Village, Labuapi District, West Lombok Regency. The implementation method includes program socialization, the formation of participant groups, and intensive Qur’anic study using visual, auditory, kinesthetic, storytelling, imagination, and interactive discussion approaches. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test, participatory observation, and activity documentation. The program involved 30 participants and was conducted through 10 intensive learning sessions. The results show that the active participation rate of participants reached 75%, and a sustainable Qur’anic learning community was successfully established. Quantitative evaluation indicates an increase in participants’ understanding of Qur’anic values by 38%. Furthermore, there was an improvement in several soft skill indicators, including a 30% increase in attendance discipline, a 25% increase in social empathy, and a 35% increase in spiritual commitment. The program demonstrates that the Quick and Smart Qur’an (QSQ) method is effective as an adaptive and transformative Qur’an-based character mentoring model for socialite housewife communities. Moreover, this model has the potential to be replicated as an approach to strengthening religious character development among women at the local community level.Keywords: Socialite Mothers; Qur’anic Learning; Quick and Smart Qur’an; Character Strengthening.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPelaku usaha kuliner yang tergabung dalam Komunitas Majelis Taklim Baiturrahman Pesona Griya Asri menghadapi berbagai permasalahan dalam pengelolaan usaha, khususnya pengelolaan keuangan yang masih tradisional, belum melakukan perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) secara sistematis, mencampur keuangan usaha dengan keuangan pribadi, serta memiliki keterbatasan literasi digital untuk mendukung pemasaran produk. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi umat melalui pemberdayaan pelaku usaha kuliner berbasis prinsip syariah dan literasi digital sehingga mampu mengelola usaha secara lebih profesional dan berdaya saing. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif-terintegrasi melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk identifikasi kebutuhan, workshop perhitungan HPP dan pencatatan keuangan digital, pelatihan literasi digital meliputi fotografi produk dan pemanfaatan media sosial serta e-commerce, seminar fikih muamalah, serta pendampingan dan monitoring pascapelatihan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Perumahan Pesona Griya Asri, Lombok Barat, dengan mitra sasaran anggota Majelis Taklim Baiturrahman yang memiliki usaha kuliner, melibatkan sebanyak 25 peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai perhitungan HPP, meningkatnya kemampuan dalam menggunakan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan digital, tumbuhnya konsistensi dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan usaha secara rutin, meningkatnya pemanfaatan platform digital untuk pemasaran produk, serta meningkatnya pemahaman peserta terhadap praktik bisnis yang sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi syariah sehingga mendukung penguatan kapasitas usaha kuliner masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan Ekonomi; Kuliner Syariah; Literasi Digital; UMKM.ABSTRACTCulinary entrepreneurs who are members of the Majelis Taklim Baiturrahman Pesona Griya Asri community face various challenges in managing their businesses, particularly in financial management which is still traditional in nature. Many of them have not systematically calculated the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), still mix business finances with personal finances, and have limited digital literacy to support product marketing. This community service activity aims to enhance the economic capacity of the community through the empowerment of culinary entrepreneurs based on sharia principles and digital literacy so that they are able to manage their businesses more professionally and competitively. The implementation method employed a participatory-integrated approach through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to identify needs, workshops on COGS calculation and digital financial record-keeping, digital literacy training including product photography and the utilization of social media and e-commerce platforms, seminars on fiqh muamalah, as well as post-training mentoring and monitoring. The activity was conducted in the Pesona Griya Asri Housing Area, West Lombok, targeting members of the Majelis Taklim Baiturrahman who run culinary businesses, involving a total of 25 participants. The results of the activity indicate an increase in participants’ understanding of COGS calculation, improved ability to use digital financial recording applications, growing consistency in conducting routine business financial records, increased utilization of digital platforms for product marketing, and enhanced understanding of business practices in accordance with sharia economic principles, thereby supporting the sustainable strengthening of community-based culinary enterprises. Keywords: Economic Empowerment; Sharia Culinary; Digital Literacy; MSMEs.
