Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan di Desa Jambu Raya, Kecamatan Beruntung Baru, Kabupaten Banjar ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses air bersih bagi masyarakat, karena di desa tersebut akses air bersih dari Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) belum terpenuhi, padahal air tanah yang ada kualitasnya keruh karena desa Jambu Raya merupakan daerah rawa, sementara masyarakat didesa tersebut tetap memakai air tanah untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga seperti mandi, mencuci pakaian dan mencuci perabot rumah tangga, Guna mengatasi air yang keruh ini tim pengabdian melakukan kegiatan pembuatan filterisasi air agar kualitas air menjadi jernih sehingga layak untuk di pergunakan masyarakat. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu dengan presentasi, ceramah, diskusi, untuk pembuatan filterisasi air sekaligus pemasanganya. Selain itu juga dilakukan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya mempergunakan air bersih dan bagaimana cara melakukan perawatan dan penggantian alat filterisasi air tersebut. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu desa memiliki filterisasi air yang menghasilkan air jernih yang dipasang ditandon atau penampungan air milik desa yang dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat, selanjutnya masyarakat juga mampu memahami bagaimana merawat alat filterisasi air dan pentingnya menggunakan air bersih untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Dapat kami simpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini telah dapat memberikan solusi atas permasalahan masyarakat desa Jambu Raya tentang masalah air yang keruh dengan pembuatan filterisasi air sehingga masyarakat sekarang mendapatkan akses air bersih, adapun saran yang dapat kami isampaikan yaitu kegiatan ini sebaiknya dapat berlanjut dengan skala yang lebih besar, dengan pengadaan lebih banyak tandon air yang dipasang alat filterisasi air yang diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat desa lain disekitar desa Jambu raya

Abstract

Abstract: Competition between companies is getting higher, making companies have to be able to maintain the continuity of the company by further improving the capabilities of its human resources. Through competent and good quality employees, companies can improve their performance through reward and punishment. This research was conducted at PT Barito Berlian Motor Banjarbaru with a total population of 173 people and 121 people who were sampled from the total population using the slovin formula. This type of research is quantitative which is descriptive and associative of causal relationships. This research used the IBM version of the SPSS 22 test tool which the results tested were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, multiple linear regression tests and correlation tests. For both variables X1 and X2 have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on employee performance. Correlationally, the relationship between reward and punishment variables has a positive and significant influence as well. Keywords: Reward, Punishment, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research is a literature study that aims to examine the relationship of supply chain management practices to organizational performance and investigate the impact of process knowledge management as a mediator in determining this relationship. The seven dimensions of supply chain management practices were used to investigate the effects of the two different dimensions on organizational performance whereas the three dimensions of process knowledge management were used as testers of mediating relationships. The results show that supply chain management practice of information sharing, quality information sharing and real practices related to the financial and non-financial performance of the organization. Three dimensions of the knowledge management process were found to mediate the relationship between information sharing, quality of information sharing and actual practices on non-financial performance of organizations. In addition, only one dimension of the knowledge management process, namely applied knowledge, mediates the relationship between subscription relationships, information sharing, information quality sharing and actual practice on organizational financial performance. Theoretical implications of this paper are factors that have a greater influence on organizational performance and practical implications allow practitioners to create practices whose effectiveness is studied to help improve organizational performance. Recommendations for future research including other measurement factors can be assessed using statistical tests.

Abstract

Pelayanan perpustakaan harus diselenggarakan dengan sebaik-baiknya agar pemustaka merasa puas dengan layanan yang diberikan, sehingga memberikan citra positif perpustakaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dari dimensi tangibles, responsiveness, dan empathy terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai pemustaka, baik pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa sebagai responden, dengan rumus slovin terdapat 89 mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi selaku pemustaka yang dijadikan sebagai responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah dengan Regresi Linier Berganda. Dari hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa dimensi tangibles, responsiveness, dan empathy secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai pemustaka pada Perpustakaan Universitas Islam Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al-Banjari Banjarmasin, dengan kekuatan pengaruh sebesar 53,2% yang berarti sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan

Abstract

This research aims at examining and analyzing the effect of liquidity (current ratio), profitability (return on assets), and leverage (debt to equity ratio) on company value with the proxy of Tobin’s Q. This study also investigates the moderation effect of managerial ownership on the relationship among liquidity, profitability, and leverage on company value. The sample of this research is manufacturing companies of consumer goods with 74 observations for the period of 2015 to 2021. The result using the multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis shows that profitability has a significant effect on the company value, but liquidity and leverage have no significant effect on the company value. The moderation effect of managerial ownership affects the relationship between liquidity and the company value. Meanwhile, managerial ownership cannot moderate the relationship between profitability (return on asset) and leverage (debt to equity ratio) on the company value.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan di Desa Aranio, kecamatan Aranio, Kabupaten Banjar ini bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat khususnya Ibu-Ibu di Desa Aranio guna meningkatkan keterampilan mengolah ikan nila dan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Aranio. Saat ini penduduk Desa Aranio banyak yang mempunyai mata pencaharian budidaya ikan nila, ikan nila ini dibudidayakan disepanjang aliran sungai riam kanan Desa Aranio,  hasil panen ikan nila selama ini hanya dijual mentah sehingga saat panen melimpah terkadang harga ikan bisa menjadi murah, tim pengabdian masyarakat UNISKA MAB Banjarmasin mencoba memberikan solusi dengan memberikan pelatihan bagaimana mengolah ikan nila menjadi panganan abon sehingga ikan nila yang selama ini  hanya dijual mentah dapat diolah dan mempunyai nilai tambah sebagai olahan abon yang dapat dijual sebagai panganan atau oleh-oleh khas Desa Aranio yang nantinya oleh-oleh ini dapat dijual di daerah wisata sungai kambang Desa Aranio. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu pelatihan, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Sasaran atau mitra adalah ibu-ibu Desa Aranio yang berjumlah 15 orang. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu peserta pelatihan mampu membuat panganan abon berbahan dasar ikan nila, mampu membuat kemasan dan diharapkan mampu memasarkan hasil olahan abon ikan nila ini sebagai produk khas Desa Aranio. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan dengan dilakukannya bimbingan lanjutan tentang pemasaran, pembinaan dan pendampingan lebih lanjut sehingga produk olahan abon ikan nila ini dapat memperoleh ijin produk dan lebih lanjut memperoleh akses pendanaan untuk dijadikan skala indutri rumah tangga yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

The pandemic of Covid-19 has brought a big change in education, especially in the teaching and learning process. What used to be conducted physically in the class has suddenly changed to be conducted virtually through many digital platforms, such as Google Classroom, and media virtual such as Cloud, Zoom, Google Meet, etc. The change in the teaching and learning process from offline to online of course will affect both the students and the academic community. Those changes also can affect the successful study of the students. The research purpose is to find empirical evidence of the human resources of the academic community and the E-Learning effect on e-learning or what is sometimes called an online learning system for successful study. The samples are the students of the Faculty of Economics of Universitas Islam Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al-Banjary Banjarmasin who join the Cost Management Classes. There are 75 students joined as participants through questionnaires that were delivered by Google Form. The analysis of data collection used multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. The result shows that human resources and E-learning positively and significantly affect the successful study of the students.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest countries in the world. The main source of state income comes from taxes. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out how much influence of profitability, liquidity and leverage have on tax aggressiveness in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The design of this research is a quantitative research. The research population used is all mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022 and the research sample was taken using purposive sampling, namely taking samples from the population based on certain criteria and the number were 11 companies in 2020-2022.This research uses descriptive statistical analysis, namely looking for the influence or relationship among variables. The measuring tool used in this research is SPSS 29 IBM Version. In this research, multiple linear analysis is used. The analytical methods used in this research are descriptive statistics, classical hypothesis testing, regression linear and hypothesis testing.From the research carried out, it was concluded that the profitability ratio is 0.008 <0.05, which means it has a significant influence. For the liquidity ratio, the value is 0.898 > 0.05, meaning that variable X2 has no effect on variable Y (Tax Aggressiveness). And the leverage ratio has a significance value of 0.169 > 0.05, which means it has no effect on tax aggressiveness. The results of the simultaneous test show that the three independent variables (X1, X2 and X3) have a joint influence on the dependent variable (Y). So the conclusion is that H1 is accepted, H2 and H3 are rejected and H4 is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the magnitude of the influence generated by CR, DAR, and TATO on profit growth in Coal Mining Companies listed on the IDX for the 2020-2023 period. The design in this study is a causal associative research type that uses documentation techniques. This study uses secondary data, namely the Company's financial statements used as samples. The subjects of this study are Coal Mining Companies listed on the IDX in the 2020-2023 period. The samples obtained were 8 companies using a purposive sampling approach with a total observation of 32 data. This research was tested using a multiple linear regression analysis approach with the test tool used by the SPSS program. The research results showed that CR and TATO did not have a significant effect on profit growth and DAR had a significant negative effect on profit growth. While simultaneously CR, DAR, and TATO did not have a significant effect on profit growth in Coal Mining Companies listed on the IDX for the 2020-2023 period.

Abstract

This study aims to present a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of Intellectual Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), and Spiritual Quotient (SQ) in an academic context, particularly focusing on the role of lecturers. Using bibliometric methods. The data for this study came from 300 English-language scientific articles published in 2023 from the Scopus and Google Scholar databases. The analysis was carried out using keyword co-occurrence techniques, overlay visualization, density visualization, and author collaboration networks. The findings show that there is a strong focus on developing conceptual frameworks and reviewing literature related to IQ, EQ, and SQ, indicating an effort to understand the integration of these three intelligences as the foundation for human resource development in higher education. However, several keywords were also found to be thematically irrelevant, suggesting challenges in data filtering or uniqueness of terminology between disciplines. Collaborative networks between authors tend to be fragmented, indicating the potential for fostering broader collaboration. The implications of this study theoretically reinforce the need for the integration of IQ, EQ, and SQ in understanding holistic intelligence, while practically encouraging higher education institutions to design lecturer development programs that balance these three aspects of intelligence to form superior character and performance
