Abstract

Laporan operasi yaitu Formulir yang menjelaskan prosedur pembedahan terhadap pasienyang memuat sekurang-kurangnya diagnosis post dan pre operasi, nama dokter bedah danasisten, perdarahan, prosedur dan tanggal, waktu serta tanda tangan dan nama dokter yangbertanggung jawab, sebagai bukti perjalanan penyakit dan pengobatan. Laporan operasi harussegera dibuat setelah pembedahan dan dimasukkan dalam rekam kesehatan. Bila terjadipenundaan dalam pembuatannya maka informasi tentang pembedahan harus dimasukkandalam catatan perkembangan, perlu diperhatikan catatan operasi yang terlalu singkat dapatmengakibatkan ketidakjelasan urutan prosedur dan hal tersebut dapat menimbulkanpermasalahan serius terutama bila sampai di pengadilan. Berdasarkan survey pra-penelitian diRumah Sakit Raflesia Bengkulu pada 30 berkas rekam medis pasien diketahui bahwa terdapat11 (36,66%) laporan operasi caesar yang lengkap 19 (63,33%) laporan operasi caesar tidaklengkap yang disebabkan karena tidak dilakukannya analisis kuantitatif rekam medis sertatidak adanya protap yang menjelaskan batas kewenanga pengisian laporan operasi. Haltersebut dapat berpengaruh pada kualitas dan mutu rekam medis dan pengajuan klaim JKNyang dapat menyebabkan pending klaim. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuipengisian lembar laporan operasi caesar di Rumah Sakit Raflesia Bengkulu Tahun 2020.Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptifkuantitatif dengan metode obaservasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dansampel penelitian ini adalah 150 berkas rekam medis pasien operasi caesar. Data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diolah dengan cara editing, coding,cleaning dan processing serta dianalisis secara univariat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah reviewkelengkapan identifikasi pasien pada lembar operasi caesar dikatakan lengkap pada itemnama pasien (86%), nomor rekam medis (80%) dan tanggal lahir/umur (87%), reviewpencatatan diagnosa pre dan post pada lembar operasi caesar dikatakan lengkap pada itemdiagnosa pre-operasi (97%) dan diagnosa post-operasi (98%), review autentikasi padaleembar operasi caesar dikatakan lengkap pada nama lengkap dokter (84%) dan tanda tangandokter (93%) dan review teknik pencatatan pada leembar operasi caesar dikatakan lengkappada perbaikan kesalahan (96%) dan menutup area kosong (93%). Diharapkan instalasirekam medis untuk melakukan analisis kuantitatif berkas rekam medis dan membuat standaroperasional prosedur tentang pengisian rekam medis agar ketidaklengkapan pengisian lembarlaporan operasi tidak terjadi.

Abstract

Sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam menyusun sitasi dan daftar pustaka secara otomatis pada karya tulis ilmiah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan langsung yang terdiri dari dua tahap, yaitu perkenalan Mendeley dan praktik penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mampu memahami cara instalasi, penggunaan dasar, hingga menyisipkan kutipan dan referensi secara otomatis di Microsoft Word. Mahasiswa juga menjadi lebih sadar akan pentingnya etika akademik dan upaya menghindari plagiarisme. Dengan demikian, sosialisasi ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap keterampilan literasi digital mahasiswa dalam penulisan ilmiah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sumber pembiayaan, mekanisme pengelolaan dana, serta peran para pemangku kepentingan dalam keberlangsungan operasional SD Muhammadiyah Tunas Surya Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan strategi studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru, bendahara, PCM, BPH, dan pelaku usaha, serta studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sementara keabsahan data dijamin melalui triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan SD Muhammadiyah Tunas Surya bersumber dari dana Bantuan Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (BOSP), Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP), serta dukungan swadaya dari Badan Pengurus Harian (BPH) dan pelaku usaha sekitar. BPH menjadi penopang utama dalam mencukupi kekurangan anggaran, termasuk pembangunan sarana prasarana dan operasional rutin, karena kontribusi PCM masih terbatas. Sekolah telah menerapkan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) dalam penyusunan RAPBS dan pengelolaan anggaran, sehingga meskipun keterbatasan dana, proses pembelajaran tetap berjalan efektif, efisien, dan transparan untuk keberlangsungan lembaga pada masa awal pertumbuhan.

Abstract

Introduction: The urgency of research focused on educational human resource management aims to uncover and understand the meaning of experiences of unprofessional educational human resource management that undermine the quality of learning, thereby providing a more comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon of bilingual schools in East Kalimantan. Method: Systematic literature review with keywords relevant to the research focus. Result: By focusing on the meaning of experiences of unprofessional educational human resource management, this research makes a comprehensive contribution. Discussion: A phenomenological approach is relevant and essential because it allows researchers to explore the meaning of experiences of unprofessional educational human resource management into a dimension that cannot be captured by quantitative surveys or structural case studies. As demonstrated in the literature on teacher identity, professional identity is strongly influenced by organizational processes, recruitment, and development. This gap underscores the urgency of in-depth studies to reconstruct an understanding of how professionalism is practiced.

Abstract

This study examines the styles and characteristics of women’s leadership in strengthening quality assurance in Islamic higher education institutions and identifies the challenges and strategies involved in institutional change. Using a qualitative two-site multiple-case study design, the research was conducted at Muhammadiyah University PKU Surakarta and ‘Aisyiyah University of Surakarta. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and document analysis involving key informants from institutional leadership and quality assurance units. Data was analyzed thematically through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings indicate that women leaders in both institutions demonstrate predominantly transformational leadership, characterized by visionary and adaptive direction, empathetic communication, and a sustained commitment to strengthening internal quality assurance systems. Their leadership is reflected in firm yet humanistic governance, integrity in meeting accreditation standards, and active change agency in cultivating a quality culture and improving human resource capacity. Key challenges include resistance to mindset change, uneven human resource capacity, regulatory complexity, digital transformation, and external competitive pressures. Overall, the study highlights women’s strategic capacity to advance institutional quality through collaborative, systematic, and value-based governance in Islamic higher education.

Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) policy launched by the Indonesian government in early 2025 is one of the strategic programs in the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2025–2029. This program aims to improve the nutritional status of school-age children, pregnant women, and toddlers as a long-term investment in the development of quality human resources. This article examines the implementation of the MBG policy using a public policy analysis approach with a systematic literature review method. Data were collected from various scientific journals, government reports, and policy documents published between 2021 and 2026. The results of the study show that the MBG program has significant potential in improving student learning achievement and concentration, reducing stunting rates, and encouraging local economic growth through the involvement of SMEs and local farmers. However, the implementation of this program faces various challenges, including limited distribution infrastructure, regional capacity gaps, potential budget leakage, and lack of cross-sector coordination. Policy implications from these findings include the need for strengthened governance, development of program management human resources, and integration of MBG within a comprehensive national education system policy framework. This research confirms that the success of MBG is highly dependent on synergy between the central government, regional governments, the private sector, and the community in a holistic educational ecosystem.

Abstract

Gamification is expected to enhance students’ motivation, engagement, and understanding in the process of self-directed learning in the digital era. This study aims to analyze students’ sentiments toward the use of gamification-based learning platforms in supporting independent learning at the elementary school level. The research was conducted at SDN 1 Sibaluton, involving 20 sixth-grade students as subjects. The methods employed included observation, questionnaires, interviews, and student worksheets, while data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model through stages of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that approximately more than 85% of students held positive sentiments toward the gamification platform, reflecting high acceptance of its interactive features, reward system, and ease of understanding the material. These findings demonstrate increased motivation, interest, and learning engagement among students, as well as affirming the effectiveness of gamification in supporting selfdirected learning. This study provides valuable insights for educators and platform developers in designing more engaging and effective learning experiences, while also emphasizing the importance of considering student feedback in improving learning strategies.

Abstract

Introduction: The incomplete foundation of reading, writing, and arithmetic (reading, writing, and arithmetic) in public junior high schools in East Kalimantan is crucial for school management to develop strategies to address this issue, while maintaining budget efficiency. The purpose of this research is to use the TOC approach as a solution. Method: The research employed a phenomenological approach, a systematic literature review procedure, and relevant keywords. Results: The research indicates that the incomplete foundation of reading, writing, and arithmetic can be addressed through the use of the TOC strategy. Discussion: The TOC stages of the education financing strategy are: identify, exploit, subordinate, elevate, and repeat. Currently, the foundation of reading, writing, and arithmetic is crucial, as previous studies have shown.

Abstract

Introduction: Fenomena hubungan yang kurang menguntungkan dengan mitra sekolah di Kalimantan Timur sering terjadi sehingga menjadi fokus penelitian manajemen mutu ini. Tujuan penelitian adalah menawarkan solusi dari kemitraan sekolah Australia-Indonesia. Method: Metode penelitian yaitu fenomenologi dengan prosedur penelitian Systematic Literature Review. Dilakukan penelusuran artikel menggunakan kata kunci yang relevan. Results: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BRIDGE school partnership merupakan mitra sekolah yang sangat menjanjikan peningkatan dalam manajemen mutu terpadu di sekolah. Discussion: Sebagaimana studi terdahulu, hubungan yang saling menguntungkan dengan mitra sekolah dapat menjamin manajemen mutu terpadu dengan memperhatikan siklus PDCA.
