Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Find out the application of the Project Based Learning (PJBL) based method in Basic Automotive Engineering (TDO) subjects with Measurement Subjects 2) To find out student learning outcomes after implementing the Project Based Learning (PJBL) based method in the subject Basic Automotive Engineering (TDO) with Measurement Subjects. This type of research is Class Action Research. This research was carried out in two cycles. The subjects of this action research were 30 class X TKR TKR students at Patriot Pituruh Purworejo Vocational School. After the data was obtained, it was analyzed using the percentage description technique. Based on the results in cycle II, it has been shown that student learning outcomes have increased, this can be seen from the increase in learning scores of students who scored more than 75 by 80%. Student learning outcomes in cycle II have achieved the desired indicators of success, namely students who get a score of 75 or more reach a percentage of 80%. The research results show that: Student learning outcomes and activeness increase with each cycle. This can be seen from the average value of the class in cycle I of 71.54, which increased in cycle II, namely 78.97. The percentage of student completion also increased, in cycle I the percentage of completion was 51.43%, increasing to 80% in cycle II.

Abstract

Laporan operasi yaitu Formulir yang menjelaskan prosedur pembedahan terhadap pasienyang memuat sekurang-kurangnya diagnosis post dan pre operasi, nama dokter bedah danasisten, perdarahan, prosedur dan tanggal, waktu serta tanda tangan dan nama dokter yangbertanggung jawab, sebagai bukti perjalanan penyakit dan pengobatan. Laporan operasi harussegera dibuat setelah pembedahan dan dimasukkan dalam rekam kesehatan. Bila terjadipenundaan dalam pembuatannya maka informasi tentang pembedahan harus dimasukkandalam catatan perkembangan, perlu diperhatikan catatan operasi yang terlalu singkat dapatmengakibatkan ketidakjelasan urutan prosedur dan hal tersebut dapat menimbulkanpermasalahan serius terutama bila sampai di pengadilan. Berdasarkan survey pra-penelitian diRumah Sakit Raflesia Bengkulu pada 30 berkas rekam medis pasien diketahui bahwa terdapat11 (36,66%) laporan operasi caesar yang lengkap 19 (63,33%) laporan operasi caesar tidaklengkap yang disebabkan karena tidak dilakukannya analisis kuantitatif rekam medis sertatidak adanya protap yang menjelaskan batas kewenanga pengisian laporan operasi. Haltersebut dapat berpengaruh pada kualitas dan mutu rekam medis dan pengajuan klaim JKNyang dapat menyebabkan pending klaim. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuipengisian lembar laporan operasi caesar di Rumah Sakit Raflesia Bengkulu Tahun 2020.Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptifkuantitatif dengan metode obaservasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dansampel penelitian ini adalah 150 berkas rekam medis pasien operasi caesar. Data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diolah dengan cara editing, coding,cleaning dan processing serta dianalisis secara univariat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah reviewkelengkapan identifikasi pasien pada lembar operasi caesar dikatakan lengkap pada itemnama pasien (86%), nomor rekam medis (80%) dan tanggal lahir/umur (87%), reviewpencatatan diagnosa pre dan post pada lembar operasi caesar dikatakan lengkap pada itemdiagnosa pre-operasi (97%) dan diagnosa post-operasi (98%), review autentikasi padaleembar operasi caesar dikatakan lengkap pada nama lengkap dokter (84%) dan tanda tangandokter (93%) dan review teknik pencatatan pada leembar operasi caesar dikatakan lengkappada perbaikan kesalahan (96%) dan menutup area kosong (93%). Diharapkan instalasirekam medis untuk melakukan analisis kuantitatif berkas rekam medis dan membuat standaroperasional prosedur tentang pengisian rekam medis agar ketidaklengkapan pengisian lembarlaporan operasi tidak terjadi.

Abstract

Sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam menyusun sitasi dan daftar pustaka secara otomatis pada karya tulis ilmiah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan langsung yang terdiri dari dua tahap, yaitu perkenalan Mendeley dan praktik penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mampu memahami cara instalasi, penggunaan dasar, hingga menyisipkan kutipan dan referensi secara otomatis di Microsoft Word. Mahasiswa juga menjadi lebih sadar akan pentingnya etika akademik dan upaya menghindari plagiarisme. Dengan demikian, sosialisasi ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap keterampilan literasi digital mahasiswa dalam penulisan ilmiah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sumber pembiayaan, mekanisme pengelolaan dana, serta peran para pemangku kepentingan dalam keberlangsungan operasional SD Muhammadiyah Tunas Surya Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan strategi studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru, bendahara, PCM, BPH, dan pelaku usaha, serta studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sementara keabsahan data dijamin melalui triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan SD Muhammadiyah Tunas Surya bersumber dari dana Bantuan Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (BOSP), Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP), serta dukungan swadaya dari Badan Pengurus Harian (BPH) dan pelaku usaha sekitar. BPH menjadi penopang utama dalam mencukupi kekurangan anggaran, termasuk pembangunan sarana prasarana dan operasional rutin, karena kontribusi PCM masih terbatas. Sekolah telah menerapkan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) dalam penyusunan RAPBS dan pengelolaan anggaran, sehingga meskipun keterbatasan dana, proses pembelajaran tetap berjalan efektif, efisien, dan transparan untuk keberlangsungan lembaga pada masa awal pertumbuhan.

Abstract

Background: Anemia during pregnancy continues to be a significant public health concern, especially among adolescents in low-resource settings. This study examines the prevalence of anemia among pregnant adolescents (<20 years) in Cisoka Puskesmas, Indonesia. Methods: Employing a cross-sectional design with total sampling, we examined medical records from January to December 2024. Hemoglobin levels were measured using Onemed HbCheck Hemoglobin Test Meter, with anemia defined as Hb <11.0 g/dL. Descriptive statistics were analyzed using SPSS 26. Results: Among 76 participants, the prevalence of anemia was 46.1%, peaking in the third trimester (54.3%). Mean hemoglobin levels showed a notable decline across trimesters (11.48 g/dL in the first trimester to 10.43 g/dL in the third trimester). Most participants (67.1%) had inadequate antenatal care (<4 visits). Moderate anemia predominated (51.4%), particularly in the second trimester (62.5%). Conclusion: This study reveals high anemia prevalence among pregnant adolescents in rural Tangerang, closely linked to advanced gestation and inadequate antenatal care. These results highlight the necessity for adolescent-specific iron supplementation and enhanced antenatal services for this vulnerable population.

Abstract

Background: Mumps remains a vaccine-preventable illness with periodicoutbreaks in areas with low immunization coverage. Rural settings oftenshow higher susceptibility due to limited healthcare access.Aims: To determine the prevalence and clinical characteristics of mumpsamong children and adolescents at Cisoka Puskesmas, Indonesia.Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on all pediatric patientsclinically diagnosed with mumps from January to March 2025 based onWHO criteria. Demographic data, MR vaccination status, clinical features,and household exposures were obtained through interviews and clinicalevaluation. Descriptive analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0.Result: Seventy-six mumps cases were identified, yielding a prevalence of4.38%. The highest age-specific prevalence occurred in children aged 6–11years (6.45%). Unilateral parotitis accounted for 71.1% of cases. Commonsymptoms included fever (96.1%), chewing pain (61.8%), and painfulswallowing (51.3%). Only 59.2% had received MR vaccination, and 65.8%lived in close contact with at least one active smoker.Conclusion: Mumps continues to circulate among the pediatric population inrural Tangerang, driven by inadequate MR vaccination coverage andmodifiable household-level exposures such as close contact with smokers.Strengthening immunization uptake and reducing preventable exposures arecritical to mitigate future outbreaks.

Abstract

Introduction: The urgency of research focused on educational human resource management aims to uncover and understand the meaning of experiences of unprofessional educational human resource management that undermine the quality of learning, thereby providing a more comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon of bilingual schools in East Kalimantan. Method: Systematic literature review with keywords relevant to the research focus. Result: By focusing on the meaning of experiences of unprofessional educational human resource management, this research makes a comprehensive contribution. Discussion: A phenomenological approach is relevant and essential because it allows researchers to explore the meaning of experiences of unprofessional educational human resource management into a dimension that cannot be captured by quantitative surveys or structural case studies. As demonstrated in the literature on teacher identity, professional identity is strongly influenced by organizational processes, recruitment, and development. This gap underscores the urgency of in-depth studies to reconstruct an understanding of how professionalism is practiced.

Abstract

karena efektivitasnya tinggi terhadap hama, namun bersifat neurotoksik yang bekerja dengan menghambat enzim asetilkolinesterase (AChE) menyebabkan penumpukan asetilkolin, peningkatan Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS), dan stres oksidatif, akibatnya kematian sel dan berujung pada kerusakan neuron dan sel glial di otak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati perubahan histologis otak mencit (Mus musculus) akibat paparan subletal insektisida organofosfat klorpirifos. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain true experimental laboratories post-test only control group dengan 27 ekor mencit jantan yang dibagi menjadi kelompok kontrol, paparan 7 hari, dan 14 hari. Klorpirifos dosis 12 mg/kgBB/hari diberikan secara oral. Setelah perlakuan, dilakukan nekropsi dan pengambilan otak mencit. Pengamatan histologi cerebrum, cerebellum, dan batang otak dilakukan dengan pewarnaan hematoksilin-eosin lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif dan uji One-Way Anova serta uji lanjutan Tukey HSD. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan jumlah neuron dan neuroglia nekrosis (p=0.000; p<0,05) disertai gambaran inti piknotik, vakuolisasi sitoplasma, kromatolisis dan hipereosinofik. Gejala tremor dan ataksia tampak nyata dan terdapat penurunan berat badan antar kelompok (p=0,046) terutama pada paparan minggu pertama. Simpulannya paparan subletal klorpirifos menimbulkan kerusakan histologis otak yang berdampak terhadap sistem motorik dan status metabolik mencit (Mus musculus).

Abstract

This study examines the styles and characteristics of women’s leadership in strengthening quality assurance in Islamic higher education institutions and identifies the challenges and strategies involved in institutional change. Using a qualitative two-site multiple-case study design, the research was conducted at Muhammadiyah University PKU Surakarta and ‘Aisyiyah University of Surakarta. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and document analysis involving key informants from institutional leadership and quality assurance units. Data was analyzed thematically through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings indicate that women leaders in both institutions demonstrate predominantly transformational leadership, characterized by visionary and adaptive direction, empathetic communication, and a sustained commitment to strengthening internal quality assurance systems. Their leadership is reflected in firm yet humanistic governance, integrity in meeting accreditation standards, and active change agency in cultivating a quality culture and improving human resource capacity. Key challenges include resistance to mindset change, uneven human resource capacity, regulatory complexity, digital transformation, and external competitive pressures. Overall, the study highlights women’s strategic capacity to advance institutional quality through collaborative, systematic, and value-based governance in Islamic higher education.
