Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is a new curriculum that not all schools have implemented. The implementation of the independent curriculum has changes from the previous curriculum which makes teachers feel difficult. The purpose of this study is to describe the ability of Buddhist Religious Education teachers in preparing Merdeka Curriculum learning tools at SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih, Kulon Progo Regency, and to describe the ability of Buddhist Religious Education teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum in Buddhist Religious Education learning at SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih, Kulon Progo Regency. This research is a qualitative study with an analytic descriptive approach. Data collection using observation, documentation and interviews. Six informants in this study were selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis used the Cresswel model. The results of the study found that the ability of Buddhist Religious Education teachers in preparing Independent Curriculum learning tools at SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih has fulfilled all components of the Head of the Education Curriculum and Assessment Standards Agency and the Teaching Modules designed are arranged coherently and clearly. The ability of the Buddhist Religious Education teacher in implementing the Independent Curriculum in Buddhist Religious Education Learning at SMK N 2 Pengasih, Kulon Progo Regency is in accordance with the Teaching Module he prepared. Buddhist Religious Education teachers are able to bring the profile of Pancasila students to be interesting by using a scientific approach and carrying out differentiated learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Educandy learning media on the learning motivation of fourth grade students in Pancasila Education subjects at SD Negeri 1 Wonoboyo. This research is a quasi-experimental quantitative research, namely Non-Equivalent Control Group Design, which has two groups of subjects for the experimental class and the control class. Involving as many as 36 students. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is normality test, homogeneity test, and independent sample t-test. The use of learning motivation questionnaires to determine student learning motivation at the beginning and end. The results of the initial motivation questionnaire for the control and experimental classes respectively obtained an average value of 68.33 and 66.44, while the results of the final motivation questionnaire were 61.11 and 72.78. The hypothesis test conducted was obtained when the significance value (2-tailed) was 0.000. The conclusion obtained is if there is an effect of Educandy learning media on the learning motivation of SD Negeri 1 Wonoboyo students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi, guna membantu siswa SD kelas V untuk lebih bersemangat dalam belajar dan terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran Matematika. Merupakan penelitian R&D (Research and Development). Prosedur pengembangan menggunakan model penelitian ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan angket. Uji coba produk dilaksanakan pada  dua tahap yaitu uji coba skala kecil dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 10 siswa kelas V SD Kanisius Baturetno dan uji coba skala besar dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 25 siswa kelas V SD Kristen Sukoharjo. Validitas media pembelajaran didapat dari ahli media dan ahli materi dengan hasil valid. Efektivitas produk dikatakan cukup efektif  dengan dilakukannya pretest dan posttest dari hasil belajara siswa, uji coba skala kecil menunjukan hasil 74% dan uji coba skala besar menunjukan hasil 75% yang termasuk kategori cukup efektif. Dari hasil penelitian ini, produk dinilai cukup efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Kata kunci: matematika, media pembelajaran, EmiEDU

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gerakan literasi sekolah terhadap minat membaca cerita jataka di SMA Bhakti Karya Kecamatan Kaloran Kabupaten Temanggung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif jenis asosiatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa beragama Buddha kelas 10, 11, dan 12 di SMA Bhakti Karya Kecamatan Kaloran Kabupaten Temanggung yang berjumlah 46 siswa. Penelitian yang dilakukan tidak melakukan pengambilan sampel, sehingga keseluruhan subjek penelitian diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Instrumen penelitian ini sebelum digunakan dilakukan uji coba terlebih dahulu kepada 24 siswa tetapi bukan pada subjek penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh alat ukur yang valid dan reliabel. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai = 47,409 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 , maka model regresi dapat dipakai untuk memprediksi variabel gerakan literasi sekolah atau dengan kata lain ada pengaruh gerakan literasi sekolah terhadap minat membaca cerita jataka.

Abstract

Leadership plays a crucial role in achieving shared goals, especially within Buddhist organizations in Tanjung Village, Monastery leaders are not only responsible for resource management but also serve as spiritual role models, motivators, and facilitators for the community. At Monastery, leadership is guided by principles of cooperation, transparency, and openness, encouraging active participation in various religious activities. The influence of social challenges and modern technology has affected the involvement of the younger generation in religious practices. Adaptive leadership is essential to maintain the community’s spiritual vitality and strengthen their faith in Buddhist teachings. By implementing values-based leadership, leaders can foster spiritual harmony, bolster solidarity, and ensure the continuity of Buddhist practices in facing modern challenges. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method to explore the role of leadership in educating Buddhists in Tanjung Village. The findings highlight that monastery leaders play a critical role in goal setting, work planning, and resource management. Leadership practices based on openness, togetherness, and cooperation enable Buddhists to participate voluntarily in decision-making and task division, thereby fostering a sense of responsibility and social solidarity within the community. Additionally, monastery leaders serve as exemplary figures in religious services and facilitators who connect the community with spiritual activities. They contribute to the development of the younger generation through education, arts, culture, and religious programs that enhance Buddhist faith. With their dual roles as administrators and spiritual guides, monastery leaders ensure the preservation of Buddhist teachings and the sustainability of the community, helping Buddhists adapt and societal dynamics.

Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Buddha (PTKB) di Jawa Tengah memiliki peran penting dalam menyediakan pendidikan berkualitas untuk umat Buddha. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kualitas layanan pendidikan PTKB menggunakan kerangka SERVQUAL, yang mencakup lima dimensi: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap 15 responden, termasuk pimpinan, dosen, mahasiswa, dan perwakilan masyarakat Buddha, serta analisis dokumen pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan pendidikan masih memerlukan peningkatan, khususnya pada dimensi tangibles dan responsiveness. Informasi layanan belum sepenuhnya tersampaikan secara komprehensif, sehingga mengurangi daya tarik PTKB bagi calon mahasiswa. Inovasi dalam penyebaran informasi melalui media digital sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan daya saing lembaga. Layanan pendidikan yang berkualitas berdampak positif terhadap reputasi PTKB, kepuasan pelanggan, dan jumlah mahasiswa baru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan fasilitas fisik, pengembangan sistem layanan berbasis digital, dan strategi komunikasi yang lebih luas untuk memperkuat peran PTKB dalam menyediakan pendidikan yang inklusif dan bermutu.

Abstract

Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pengelolaan budaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan sikap moderat siswa di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Tanjung 3 Kabupaten Jepara. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan  pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) Sekolah Memberikan layanan Pembelajaran dan fasilitas keagamaan pada semua warga sekolah. 2) Sekolah Melakukan penguatan nilai-nilai budaya sekolah yang inklusif, saling menghormati dan saling bekerjasama. 3) Pengintegrasisian sikap moderat pada aktivtas dan kurikulum disekolah.

Abstract

One of the big mistakes in the character formation process is assuming that character formation must be taught in formal educational institutions. As a result, people outside formal educational institutions tend not to care or do not want to support the formation of this character. There are many events that shouldn't happen at school, starting from making fun of friends, clapping, calling friends by their parents' names, not being chosen when forming groups, not being invited to play or go to the canteen together, isolating, inciting, intimidation, oppression, no one is even willing to sit at the same table with the victim. The likelihood of bullying actually occurring depends on many factors including the psychological state of the bully, possible support or cooperation from other group members, and the victim's reaction. As technology develops, comics are starting to innovate, from initially being in physical book form to digital form. Using digital comics as a learning medium is one learning innovation that can be implemented. Digital comics can be a combination of text, images and learning videos that provide audio and visual simulations that increase students' enthusiasm for learning. The use of this learning media can change the learning process in the classroom. Development of Comic-Based Learning Media to Increase Awareness of the Impact of Bullying on Self Esteem using research and development methods. Research and development is a research method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. In this research, the product that will be produced is a digital comic entitled "bullying doesn't make you cool" to increase awareness of the impact of bullying on elementary school students' self-esteem. The digital comic-based learning media that was developed was implemented with 64 class IV students. The initial field trial, the subjects numbering 25 students from Kanisius Wonogiri Elementary School, showed a feasibility percentage result for digital comic-based learning media of 91.2%, including the very feasible category and an effectiveness result of 0.78, including the high category. A large-scale field test with 39 students from the Unggulan Nawa Kartika Islamic Elementary School showed that the results of the feasibility percentage for digital comic-based learning media were 93%, and the effectiveness results were 0.953 indicating the high category. This research concludes that the development of digital comic-based learning media is an effective approach to increasing awareness of the impact of bullying on elementary school students' self-esteem. Through the use of digital comics, students can more easily understand complex concepts regarding bullying and its impact on self-esteem. This is reflected in students' positive responses to the use of this media in learning. The research results also show that the use of digital comics can increase students' information retention. Through the visual and narrative experiences presented in comics, students tend to remember the information provided more easily. This can help them to better understand and internalize concepts related to bullying and self-esteem.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what are the factors that shape the character of Buddhist students at SMA Negeri 1 Donorojo. This research uses quantitative methods with a type of descriptive research factor analysis Exploratory factor Analysis (EFA). The subjects in this study were 62 Buddhist students at SMA Negeri 1 Donorojo. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of data analysis showed KMO of 0.787 ≥ 0.5, Bartlett's Test of Sphericity of 1230.920, Measure Sampling Adequacy (MSA) of > 03 and Reliability of Cronbach's alpha instrument of 0.890 > 0.6. The results showed that there were twelve factors forming student character, namely positive will factors, family inattention factors, environmental support factors, inner voice or conscience factors, habit factors, positive hereditary factors, positive family factors, school environment factors, community environment factors, negative will factors and physical environment factors. Of the twelve factors, the most dominant and has the greatest eigenvalue of 8, 178 is the positive will factor. Cumulative percentage og variance of all data amounted to 76.259%. Abstract

As part of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, the lecturer team in STAB Negeri Raden Wijaya Wonogiri, Central Java conducted community service activities in the form of "Training and Assistance for Buddhist Sunday School Management in Wonogiri Regency" (Efforts of Service Lecturers to Improve the Quality of SMB Management in Wonogiri Regency). The locations used as places to carry out community service activities are SMB Maitri Ratna in Giriwoyo District and SMB Dhamma Sasana in Slogohimo District. Based on observations in the field, it was found that Sunday school management had not been managed well and learning activities used monotonous material because Sunday school teachers had minimal training in both teaching and organizational management. This service activity is carried out by providing training and assistance to Sunday school coaches and teachers through 3 stages, namely observation, implementation, and ending with evaluation. The results of ongoing community service activities provide benefits, namely the preparation of Culla Sekha Sunday school learning plans, SMB teachers being able to use tangram media and interactive media in Sunday school activities, and the formation of the Maitri Ratna SMB management structure.
