Abstract

This research aims to determine the constitutional rights of citizens through constitutional complaints based on the authority of the Constitutional Court from the perspective of Constitutional Law. Types of normative juridical research with a statutory, conceptual, and case approach. The data sources used are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The research results show that constitutional complaints as the authority of the Constitutional Court have become an urgent need to be enforced in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The authority for constitutional complaints to the Constitutional Court is eliminated, the legal implication of which is to create protection for the human rights of Indonesian citizens from actions by government officials or individuals who injure citizens' human rights and recognition of the Constitution. The Court as an institution has the authority to submit constitutional complaints to the Constitutional Court. Authorised institution. Guardian of the Constitution. The Constitutional Court protects the constitutional rights of citizens if their constitutional rights are violated by the provisions of the law so that the law is then declared to be contrary to the Constitution. The possibility of violations of citizens' constitutional rights does not only occur through normative provisions in law. There are many ways and opportunities for citizens' constitutional rights violations, whether by the authorities or other parties. This is where we learn the importance of the Constitutional Complaints mechanism at the Constitutional Court.

Abstract

The current study was intended to identify the English Foreign Language (EFL) pre-service teachers’ perception toward process approach in teaching writing at SMP Negeri 2 Banjar. This study was a basic interpretative study. In collecting the data, this study used questionnaire and interview. The study was followed by 5 preservice teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Banjar. The data from the questionnaire were analyzed descriptively and the data from the interview were analyzed using O’Connor and Gibson’s guidance. The study found that the teachers have positive and very positive perception towards process approach in teaching writing. It was also found that during the implementation of process approach, the teachers were aware of several challenges encountered, namely the limitations of students in developing ideas, weaknesses of students in aspects of language and students requires times to finish writing. This study concludes that the pre-service English teachers had a positive perception towards using process approach in teaching writing.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic is a situation that has impacted people’s life and all sectors especially Education. This pandemic situation forced the restrictions to do online learning in the teaching activities, including English learning in giving English Online Tasks. It raises pro contra between the implementation of online learning. The study aimed to find out the development of English Online Tasks and integrate those tasks in Online Learning Platforms. The study employed qualitative approach with interview and observation method. The sample of this study is one English teacher from SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. The results showed that the English teacher has a lot of tasks during online learning in 1 semester. In developing English Online Tasks, the teacher has many methods. These tasks are integrated into several Online Learning Platforms. Therefore, it is suggested for the government to use this result as a reference to evaluate the online learning specifically in giving English Online Tasks for senior high school students.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan Pemberdayaan Berbasis Wilayah (PBW) dengan ruang lingkup Pemberdayaan Desa Binaan (PDB), bersinergi dengan RPJMDes Pemerintah Desa Dukuh dalam rangka mewujudkan Desa Dukuh menuju Desa Wisata Religi dengan pemberdayaan Pokdarwis Dukuh Nawa Citha dan Subak Abian Bhuana Kusuma sesuai dengan kebutuhan penanganan permasalahan kedua mitra di bidang Produksi, Manajemen dan Pemasaran. Metode yang diterapkan untuk mencapai tujuan melalui pendidikan, pelatihan, simulasi Ipteks, pendampingan, dan rancang bangun terapan teknologi tepat guna. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi: (1) transfer tenologi tepat guna kepada masyarakat (2) Pengembangan wawasan kewirausahaan, dan (3) pemanfaatan IT (e-commerce menjalin kemitraan daya tarik wisata). Hasil temuan saintifik berupa sentuhan berupa hilirisasi hasil riset: 1) penyusunan master plan Desa Wisata Religi; dan 2) Penyediaan tandon air di titik lokasi rawan kebakaran include maintenance (keahlian Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan Wilayah). 3) Peta rute lokasi Desa Wisata Dukuh; 4) Paket wisata menggunakan teknologi Canva (keahlian TRPJ). 5) Pelatihan pembuatan desain kemasan dan label sesuai standar P-IRT (keahlian Ilmu Hukum). 6) Pelatihan Bahasa Inggris bagi guide untuk mitra Pokdarwis (Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris). 7) Penguatan Sapta Pesona Wisata (tim PDB). Hilirisasi hasil riset multidisiplin tim PDB diarahkan untuk dapat memberikan akselerasi kualitas dan kuantitas kemajuan Desa Dukuh. Simpulan: terdapat peningkatan level keberdayaan mitra Pokdarwis Dukuh Nawa Citha dan Subak Abian Bhuana Kusuma dalam menunjang perwujudan desa wisata religi pada aspek kuantitas produksi dari 3 varian produk menjadi 5 varian produk; manajemen tata Kelola usaha dari 18% meningkat menjadi 88%; dan bidang pemasaran dari 1 kecamatan menjadi 8 kecamatan

Abstract

The integration of digital learning tools has become increasingly important in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) instruction, particularly in vocational high schools where students are required to develop workplace communication skills. Previous studies have reported the effectiveness of mobile applications in supporting language learning; however, limited attention has been given to providing practical pedagogical guidance that helps teachers integrate such applications into speaking instruction, especially in tourism vocational contexts. As a result, many English teachers continue to face difficulties in translating digital platforms into structured and meaningful classroom speaking activities. To address this gap, this study aimed to develop CakeApp-based infographics that function as practical teaching speaking ideas for tenth-grade English teachers in a tourism vocational high school. The study employed a Design and Development (D&D) research approach using the ADDE model, which consisted of analysis, design, development, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through syllabus analysis, classroom observation, teacher interviews, expert judgment, and user review. The findings indicated that the developed infographics achieved an excellent level of quality in terms of content relevance, instructional clarity, visual design, and practicality. Expert and user evaluations further confirmed that the infographics effectively assist teachers in integrating CakeApp into speaking instruction. Therefore, this study concludes that CakeApp-based infographics can serve as pedagogical guides that support interactive and context-based speaking activities in tourism vocational education.
