Abstract

MUI Fatwa No. 83, which prohibits Israeli goods, might have a substantial impact on Indonesia's Islamic economy, influencing consumption, trade, investment decisions, and halal certification. If adhered to, demand for Israeli goods may fall, while the boycott effort may have an impact on investment decisions and worldwide trade. This can also help Muslims achieve greater unity and ethical consciousness. The author employs literature review methodologies to examine literature relevant to the research issue. The methodology includes a study of Islamic economics based on both bibliographic and secondary data. To get new ideas and information, the method used is analysis approaches such as interpretation, coherence, and heuristics. MUI Fatwa No.83 of 2023 requires legal assistance for the Palestinian fight against Israeli aggression, including the distribution of zakat, infaq, and alms. The fatwa's economic impact is determined by Muslim involvement and business reaction, which may have an impact on halal certification and Sharia banking. MUI Decree Number 83 of 2023 encourages a boycott of Israeli goods, which benefits the Muslim economy while cutting demand

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan pemahaman akuntansi terhadap pelaporan keuangan berdasarkan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Tanpa Akuntabilitas Publik (SAK ETAP) pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Kabupaten Cilacap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelaku UMKM dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan pemahaman akuntansi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pelaporan keuangan UMKM Kabupaten Cilacap berdasarkan SAK ETAP. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan pendidikan dan pelatihan akuntansi bagi pelaku UMKM Kabupaten Cilacap guna meningkatkan kualitas pelaporan keuangan yang akurat, transparan, dan sesuai standar. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi pemerintah dan lembaga terkait dalam merancang program pemberdayaan UMKM Kabupaten Cilacap khususnya di bidang pelaporan keuangan

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance literacy culture among students through a short story writing workshop conducted at MAN 1 Brebes. The program was initiated in response to the low interest in reading and writing among teenagers. The training was carried out intensively using a project-based learning approach, emphasizing the creative writing process from planning and drafting to revision. Participants were encouraged to choose their own story themes to foster personal and emotional engagement in writing. Evaluation was conducted through pretests and posttests to measure improvement in writing skills. The results showed that 87% of participants experienced an increase in scores, particularly in understanding story structure, diction usage, and conflict development. Each student produced one short story, which was compiled into a digital anthology as the final product of the training. This activity proved effective in fostering literacy interest and improving students' writing abilities, and it is expected to serve as a model for similar training programs in other educational settings.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui budidaya kerang hijau merupakan upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kemandirian masyarakat di Kelurahan Kota Karang Raya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi metode budidaya kerang hijau dan dampaknya terhadap pendapatan masyarakat nelayan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada nelayan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budidaya kerang hijau tidak hanya mudah dilaksanakan dengan modal rendah, tetapi juga memberikan peluang ekonomi yang signifikan bagi masyarakat. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti kurangnya dukungan pemerintah dan pemasaran yang terbatas, masyarakat telah berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan mereka melalui usaha ini. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat, serta pentingnya inovasi dalam pengolahan produk kerang hijau untuk meningkatkan nilai jual. Temuan ini menegaskan potensi budidaya kerang hijau sebagai solusi untuk memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi masyarakat pesisir.

Abstract

One of the sources of air pollution is motor vehicle exhaust, the gas produced from fuel combustion occurs in vehicle engines and also because the incomplete combustion process can have a negative impact on health and the environment. To reduce the impact of carbon monoxide gas, it is necessary to create a carbon monoxide gas detection tool. The carbon monoxide gas detection tool in motor vehicles uses an MQ-7 sensor. The data obtained from the MQ-7 sensor will be processed by the ESP8266 microcontroller and the results are displayed on the PC via LCD, the application program design uses the C ++ programming language. In the test there are two processes, namely inside the car and outside the car. The lowest carbon monoxide level in the car is 7.23 ppm and the highest is 9.65 ppm. While testing outside the car the lowest carbon content is 96.26 ppm and the highest level is 97.76 ppm..

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based library information system to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of library management at SMK Muhammadiyah Adiwerna, Tegal Regency. The main issues previously encountered were error-prone manual recording, slow data retrieval, and difficulties in generating reports. The system was designed using the waterfall method with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The key features developed include book borrowing and returning records, book and member data management, as well as customized dashboard displays for administrators and users (teachers/students). System testing was conducted using the black box testing method on the main functionalities. The test results indicate that the system operates in accordance with the specifications and user requirements. This system has successfully improved the efficiency, speed, and ease of access to library information.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of training and mentoring programs for archive management targeting administrative staff at the Faculty of Islamic Studies, Universitas Muhammadiyah Lampung. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Key informants included officials and administrative staff involved in archive management. The research identified supporting and inhibiting factors in program implementation and assessed its impact on staff competence enhancement. Findings revealed that the training positively contributed to improving participants' skills in archive classification, storage, and maintenance following national standards. Structural support and effective communication were identified as major supporting factors. However, challenges included limited facilities, low staff awareness, and a shortage of professional archivists. The study recommends sustainable mentoring, increased funding for facilities, and the adoption of digital archiving. These findings provide a foundation for developing more effective and adaptive training programs in higher education environments.

Abstract

Speaking self-efficacy is crucial in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learning, as it significantly influences learners' confidence and performance in oral communication. However, research on the specific level of EFL learners’ speaking self-efficacy and its contributing factors remains limited. This study investigates EFL learners' speaking self-efficacy levels and identifies the key factors shaping their confidence. Using a descriptive quantitative design, data were collected through two validated instruments: the EFL Sources of Speaking Self-Efficacy Scale (EFL-SSSES) and the EFL Learner Speaking Self-Efficacy Scale (EFLSSES). Results reveal that learners exhibit a moderate level of speaking selfefficacy (2.69–3.07). Among the four sources of self-efficacy—Mastery Experience (ME), Vicarious Experience (VE), Social Persuasion (SP), and Physiological Emotional States (PES)—Social Persuasion emerged as the most significant predictor of both Linguistic Self-Efficacy (LSE) (β = .294, p = .025) and Delivery Self-Efficacy (DSE) (β = .310, p = .016). In conclusion, EFL learners possess a healthy level of confidence in their speaking ability, with social persuasion playing a pivotal role. Future research should explore these factors across diverse educational contexts to inform effective teaching strategies.

Abstract

Household waste has not been utilized properly and is generally considered as garbage. In fact, it can be utilized as an ecoenzyme organic fertilizer that is not only beneficial for the soil and plants themselves, but can also reduce household waste in the form of fruit and vegetable waste. In general, household waste in Landbaw Village, Gisting District, Tanggamus Regency has been utilized properly as organic fertilizer. However, it has not been optimal. This is due to the absence of branding and marketing itself in order to introduce and distribute it to the wider community. Therefore, community service activities were held in Landbaw Village, Gisting District, Tanggamus Regency through counseling on how to package a product to make it more attractive and make other people trust our products so as to increase income.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has transformed language learning strategies, particularly in Arabic language education. This study explores the effectiveness of a WhatsApp-based communicative approach in developing Arabic speaking skills among students of the Arabic Language Education Department. Employing a qualitative case study design, the research involved classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis of fourth-semester students at UIN Walisongo Semarang. Findings reveal that WhatsApp features such as voice notes, video sharing, and group discussions encouraged students' confidence in speaking, enhanced their multimedia learning experience, and supported the development of four core language skills: listening (istima’), speaking (kalam), reading (qira’ah), and writing (kitabah). The learning process became more flexible, collaborative, and context-oriented. However, challenges such as unequal participation and limited access to technology persist. The study recommends integrating WhatsApp into Arabic language curricula, accompanied by technology-based assessment and cross-platform collaboration, to foster a relevant and participatory learning ecosystem tailored to the digital-native generation.
