Abstract

B.Indonesia Di dalam dunia penerbangan, informasi berperan penting untuk mendukung kelancaran komunikasi penerbangan demi keselamatan dan keamanan transportasi udara. Dalam rangka mendukung keselamatan, keteraturan, dan kenyamanan penerbangan, Perum LPPNPI cabang Solo menyediakan fasilitas Communication, Navigation, Surveillance dan Automation. Salah satu fasilitas otomasi yang tersedia di cabang Solo adalah fasilitas Automatic Message Switching Centre (AMSC), yang merupakan suatu alat pengendali komunikasi data atau telex dalam sistem pengatur penyaluran berita berbasis komputer yang bekerja secara store dan forward, artinya berita yang masuk ke AMSC disimpan lalu disalurkan sesuai dengan address (alamat) yang dituju. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa sistem perawatan atau pemeliharaan peralatan AMSC berikut dengan beberapa potensi gangguan yang pernah muncul dalam operasi peralatan AMSC di Perum LPPNPI cabang Solo. Dalam penelitian ini diperlukan evaluasi dan pengamatan untuk pengetahui tingkat pemeliharaan AMSC yang disesuaikan dengan Advisory Circular CASR Part 171-12. B.English In the word of aviation, information is important role to support flight communication for the safety and security of air transportation. In order to support flight safety, order and comfort, Perum LPPNPI Solo branch provide communication fasilities, Navigation, Surveillance and Automation. One of the automation facilities available in the Solo branch is the Automatic Message Switching Centre (AMSC), which is a communication control device or telex in a computer based news distribution system that works in a store and forward manner, that means the news that goes to the AMSC is stored and then distributed according to the intended address. This study aims to analyze the maintenance system of the following AMSC with some potential interference that has appeared in the operation of the AMSC equipment in the Perum LPPNPI Solo branch. In this study needed an evaluation and observation to determine the maintenance level of the AMSC adjusted to Advisory Circular CASR Part 171-12

Abstract

Monopulse Secondary Surveillance Radar (MSSR) is an important tool in monitoring air traffic, the complexity of radar equipment and the availability of radar equipment for practicum makes students and training participants less than optimal in learning radar, both theory and practice. Technological developments and increasing utilization of education are opportunities for updating learning. The purpose of this study is to find out the needs in learning radar with augmented reality by making MSSR prototypes, methods for manufacturing using the prototype method with the framework approach of the System Development Life Cycle, then for testing using black box testing, testing the function of the prototype and the results obtained. it is found that the function of the prototype is in accordance with the requirements document required in the implementation of radar education.

Abstract

Currently a plague all over the word makes people feel hopeless and even think about suicide. This condition is exacerbated by the many layoffs from companies. Some housewives feel hopeless in responding to this pandemic, they think about how to deal with conditions to keep the body fit, with maintain family health amidst this pandemic as well as regulate a balanced nutritional diet wth minimal finances. Of course this is not easy for some housewives. Why do housewives choose? Because the financial manager who regulates food patterns during pandemic conditions is a housewife. In responding to the pandemic, the Indonesian Avition Polytechnic has participated in reducing the impact of the pandemic, one of which is through counseling activities, which are carried out by lecturers in community service activities to housewives, Dharma Wanita members the PPIC around the Indonesian Polytechnic campus, namely in serdang wetan village, Legok sub-district, Tangerang district. This PKM activity is a medium that connects the word of education with the surrounding community, this PKM activity is carried out by providing counseling to mothers around the PPIC campus, it is hoped that this activity will add insight to housewives that the current pandemic conditions cannot be faced only by panic but it must be with the knowledge and insight to get around a varied diet and balanced nutrition without being expensive, and invite family members to always live a healthy life, so that the body’s immunity increases, so that you can avoid the corona virus.

Abstract

To support aviation safety, equipment facilities are needed that are able to provide information, guidance, and signs so that aircraft are safe from the time they take off until they land. So that the risk of landing failure can be minimized, equipment is needed that can guide aircraft to land correctly and safely (Supriyadi, 2012). One of the navigation aids is the Instrument Landing System (ILS). An instrument Landing System (ILS) is an instrument landing tool (non-visual) that assists pilots in carrying out aircraft approach and landing procedures at an airport. ILS provides information that is accurate enough so that pilots can make landings in all weather conditions. This really helps airports in carrying out their services, so that air traffic activities can run safely and smoothly. There are three information components of the ILS system, namely: Localizer Transmitter as a guide to the right/left of the runway axis/axle, Glide Slope Transmitter as a guide to the landing angle on the runway axis. Marker Beacon (Inner, Middle, Outer Marker Beacon) which is located at a certain distance from the threshold as a horizontal distance guide to the runway threshold. In aviation navigation services, Localizer equipment must be ready to operate and maintained, so maintenance and reporting procedures are required which have been stipulated in the Guidelines for Maintenance and Reporting of Aviation Electronics and Electrical Facilities Equipment. Apart from maintenance, navigation aids require calibration to ensure that the performance of the Localizer navigation aids is in good condition and can provide a good angle for landing in accordance with the provisions of the Instructions and Procedures for Carrying Out Calibration of Flight Facilities and Procedures. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Based on the results of the F test, all independent variables, namely maintenance, and calibration, simultaneously or together influence the performance of the localizer equipment. This is proven by the calculated F result of 24.403 > F table 3.18 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

In the aviation industry, navigation has a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of flight routes to maintain the safety and security of air transportation. Perum LPPNPI Pekanbaru branch provides communication, Navigation, Surveillance, and Data Processing facilities to ensure flight safety, regularity, and comfort. One of the navigation facilities available at Perum LPPNPI Pekanbaru branch is the Doppler VHF-Omnidirectional Range (DVOR), an air navigation system control tool that can guide aircraft to land precisely at the destination airport by providing information in the form of azimuth or artificial bearing. This research aimed to analyze the care and maintenance system for DVOR equipment, and identify several potential problems that have arisen during the operation of DVOR equipment at Perum LPPNPI Pekanbaru branch. In this research, evaluations and observations were carried out to assess the level of DVOR maintenance in accordance with Advisory Circular CASR Part 171-12. This research focused on evaluating Corrective Maintenance Monitor (CMM) analysis on DVOR Selex Type-1150A equipment at Perum LPPNPI Pekanbaru Branch. DVOR is a critical air navigation system that requires effective corrective maintenance. The method used in the research is procedural analysis of equipment maintenance as in research conducted by Widasari Mutiara, this research also focused on CMM evaluation, identification of potential problems, and performance analysis to improve maintenance efficiency. Research adopted a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, because the data collected is textual in nature. This research method involved CMM system inspection, equipment maintenance analysis, and interviews with engineering personnel. The research results provide insights for improving corrective maintenance procedures, and increasing the availability and reliability of the DVOR system. The implications of these findings support safe and reliable flight operations at Perum LPPNPI Pekanbaru Branch.

Abstract

Kemajuan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi, mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam kegiatan pendidikan yang sedang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah, untuk mmemenuhi kebutuhan tersebut maka STPI sebagai satu-satunya Sekolah Tinggi bidang Penerbangan di Indonesia mempunyai peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas personil penerbangan di indonesia. Salah satu program pendidikan di STPI adalah pendidikan penerbang (pilot) Unit Bengkel Pesawat Udara adalah salah satu unit di STPI yang bertugas mempersiapkan pesawat latih yang laik terbang guna mendukung pelaksanaan praktek terbang pada jurusan penerbang di STPI Curug.

Abstract

Bandar Udara Juanda Sebagai Bandara udara yang melayani rute penerbangan domestik dan internasional sudah seharusnya mengikuti peraturan - peraturan internasional antara lain Internasional Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Dalam upaya untuk lebih meningkat mutu sertakualitas pelayanan maka bandar udara juanda selalu mengupayakan yang terbaik dalam operasionalnya, seperti halnyadengan memaksimalkan kerja dari setiap komponen - komponen pendudungnya. seiring makin berkembangnya teknologi maka banyak peralatan -peralatan operasional yang dirasa nilai kerjanya kurang efektif diganti, disamping peralatan penunjang bandar udara juanda juga menyiapkan para teknisinya agar bisa lebih efektif dalam bekerja misalnya dengan pemberlakuan kewajiban memiliki Surat Tanda Kecakapan Pegawai (STKP) bagi setiap teknisi yang berhubungan langsung dengan operasional bandar udara serta mengikutkan setiap teknisinya untuk pelatihan - pelatihan yang biasa disebut factory training.

Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan salah satu syarat penting yang harus dipenuhi ketersediannya dalam dunia penerbangan untuk menjamin keselamatan selama proses penerbangan. Salah satu layanan komunikasi yang di berikan dalam dunia penerbangan adalah layanan komunikasi jarak jauh. Antena sebagai transmitter-receiver dalam proses komunikasi berbagai macam bentuknya. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dibahas mengenai rancangan antena vertikal 1/4 dengan groundplane untuk frekuensi 18 MHz - 21 MHz pada komunikasi penerbangan long-range yang berfungsi sebagai antena transmitter-receiver. Rancangan antena vertikal 1/4 memiliki kretia bentuk antena yang sama panjang pada sisi vertikal dan radialnya. Dikarenakan rancangan antena vertikal 1/4 digunakan pada frekuensi HF, maka antena ini memiliki keterbatasan pada dimensi antenanya. Untuk itu digunakan penambahan loading coil(kumparan yang befungsi memperpanjang antena) pada sisi radial dan vertikal namun secar fisik mengurangi panjang antena. dengan begitu didapatkan suati hasil rancangan antena yang dapat digunakan pada semua frekuensi dari 18 MHz - 21 HMz, dengan hasil terbaik didapatkan pada frekuensi tengah 19.5 MHz dengan nilai return loss sebesar -24.176 dB dan VSWR 1.148.
