Abstract

Mudik lebaran merupakan tradisi tahunan masyarakat Indonesia yang berdampak signifikan terhadap lonjakan permintaan moda transportasi, khususnya transportasi udara. Kenaikan harga tiket pesawat domestik menjelang Hari Raya Idul Fitri sering menjadi sorotan publik karena dinilai mempengaruhi aksesibilitas masyarakat terhadap moda transportasi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara tarif tiket dan pesawat domestik terhadap jumlah penumpang di Bandara Soekarno-Hatta pada masa mudik Lebaran tahun 2024 dan 2025, serta menganalisis sejauh mana perbedaan pengaruh tersebut di antara kedua tahun. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif berupa telaah pustaka, di mana informasi dihimpun dari berbagai literatur sekunder yang kredibel, seperti jurnal ilmiah, laporan resmi, dokumen kebijakan, dan pemberitaan media yang sesuai. Teknik analisis yang diterapkan bersifat deskriptif-kualitatif dengan tujuan menggali keterkaitan antara fluktuasi harga tiket dan pergerakan jumlah penumpang, serta mempertimbangkan pengaruh kebijakan tarif dan dinamika pasar transportasi udara. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan tentang pengaruh harga tiket terhadap mobilitas masyarakat selama Lebaran, serta menjadi dasar pertimbangan dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang adil dan responsif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh biaya operasional dan kebijakan pemerintah terhadap harga tiket pesawat. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada perbandingan dua rute penerbangan, yaitu Jakarta–Siborongborong dan Jakarta–Singapura, yang memiliki waktu tempuh serupa namun harga tiket yang sangat berbeda. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model regresi linier berganda, di mana variabel independen terdiri dari biaya operasional (X₁) dan kebijakan pemerintah (X₂), serta variabel dependen berupa harga tiket pesawat (Y). Data diperoleh secara sekunder melalui observasi harga tiket dan literatur pendukung. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa biaya operasional dan kebijakan tarif pemerintah secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap harga tiket. Rute domestik seperti Jakarta–Siborongborong dikenakan kebijakan tarif batas bawah dan atas, sehingga harga tiket cenderung lebih tinggi dibandingkan rute internasional seperti Jakarta–Singapura yang lebih kompetitif karena tunduk pada mekanisme pasar bebas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa regulasi tarif dan efisiensi operasional merupakan faktor kunci dalam penetapan harga tiket pesawat.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance satellite communication technology learning facilities at the Indonesian Civil Aviation Polytechnic Curug (PPIC) through the installation of a VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) system in the Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) Laboratory. VSAT was selected due to its ability to provide connectivity independently of conventional cable infrastructure, making it highly relevant for the practical needs of students and cadets in the field of communication technology. The activities included an explanation of ground-based satellite systems, installation of satellite modems, network system configuration, and training on basic usage and maintenance for lecturers, lab technicians, and students of the communication engineering program. The results showed that with the satellite connectivity now available in the PPIC laboratory, practical training in communication particularly for students in the Air Navigation Engineering Study Program, is now supported, and participants demonstrated an increased understanding of VSAT-based satellite communication systems

Abstract

Human resource development through technology mastery is an innovative strategy to support the creation of sustainable transportation. This Community Service (PkM) activity carries the theme ‘Proteus Software Training for IAEETA Members: Innovative Strategies for Human Resource Development for Sustainable Transportation’. The main problem faced by partners is their limited mastery of Proteus software, particularly in terms of installation, initial configuration, use of the Virtual Oscilloscope, and integration with Arduino IDE, which is highly relevant in the fields of air navigation and aviation electrical systems. The implementation methods included module development, interactive lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and project-based learning. The training results showed an increase in participants' competence from moderate to good, as reflected in their success in completing simple projects such as flashing LED simulations and signal analysis using virtual measuring instruments. A satisfaction survey also showed that the majority of participants gave a score of 4–5 in terms of material, instructors, learning methods, and facilities. This activity produced outputs in the form of training modules (printed and digital), simulation products, PkM reports, and publication articles. Thus, this training not only improved the technical skills of the participants but also strengthened the contribution of academics in supporting innovation and sustainability in transportation through the development of human resources based on simulation technology.

Abstract

 In aviation navigation systems, radio communication between pilots and air traffic controllers (ATC) plays a crucial role in ensuring flight safety and efficiency. A disruption known as a blank spot occurred in the Very High Frequency Extended Range (VHF-ER) system on frequency 134.1 MHz in the Upper Pangkalan Bun (UPKN) sector managed by AirNav Indonesia, Surabaya Branch. This interference caused signal loss between pilots and ATC, leading to potential air traffic miscoordination. This study aims to analyze the root causes of the signal disruption and propose technical solutions to improve communication reliability. A qualitative descriptive method was applied, using a fishbone diagram to identify contributing factors from five aspects: human, machine, method, material, and environment. The results indicate a positive correlation between equipment management quality and VHF-ER communication reliability. Key contributing factors include limited technician numbers, lack of training, the use of sectoral antennas with narrow coverage, and improper antenna placement that does not meet technical standards. The implemented solution was replacing sectoral antennas with omnidirectional types. Regular performance checks and strict SOP implementation also helped enhance communication quality. The study recommends improving technician competency, reassessing antenna placement, and conducting routine maintenance as preventive actions.
