Abstract

Di era zaman sekarang ini bidang elektronika kini semakin maju, salah satunya adalah di bidang audio video.Berkembangnya teknologi elektronika tentunya membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan industri. Workshop pemasangan audio amplifier guna digunakan untuk musholla Al Ikhwan di Desa Bojong Indah, Kecamatan Parung, Kabupaten Bogor diselenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam pemasangan audio amplifier yang tepat dan sesuai dengan standar keselamatan, serta meningkatkan kualitas suara dan ibadah bagi masyarakat muslim atau jamaah di musholla Al Ikhwan. Workshop ini diikuti oleh pengurus musholla dan warga sekitar yang memiliki kepentingan terkait penggunaan audio amplifier di musholla. Selama workshop, peserta dibimbing untuk memahami prinsip dasar penggunaan dan pemasangan audio amplifier, memilih jenis dan ukuran audio amplifier yang tepat, serta melakukan perawatan dan pemeliharaan secara berkala untuk memperpanjang usia pakai alat. Peserta juga diajarkan cara memasang audio amplifier secara benar dan sesuai dengan standar keselamatan. Dengan demikian, peserta akan memiliki keterampilan yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam pemasangan dan perawatan audio amplifier di musholla Al Ikhwan. Diharapkan dengan adanya workshop ini, kualitas suara dan pengalaman beribadah jamaah di musholla Al Ikhwan dapat meningkat

Abstract

Kepemimpinan adalah suatu peristiwa yang mudah dikenali, namun memiliki tingkat kompleksitas yang sulit untuk dimengerti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami performa karyawan dengan memeriksa aspek kepemimpinan dan etos kerja, dengan merujuk pada penelitian sebelumnya yang telah mengulas dampaknya kepada kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh kepemimpinan dan etos kerja tidak berpengaruh pada kinerja pegawai. Manajemen dan etika kerja bisa memberikan pengaruh motivasi karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaannya dengan baik. Motivasi kerja dan kinerja merupakan dua hal yang berbeda. Jadi efek kedua hal tersebut berbeda. Motivasi merupakan suatu proses yang menunjukkan kemampuan dan tekad seseorang untuk mencapai tujuannya. Performa atau kinerja mencerminkan sejauh mana sukses suatu program tindakan atau kebijakan diimplementasikan dalam struktur organisasi, sesuai dengan tujuan, sasaran, visi, dan misi organisasi serta rencana strategis yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan mengacu terhadap strategi dan metode yang diterapkan para pemimpin untuk memberikan arahan serta memengaruhi anggota tim dan kelompok kerjanya. Lingkungan kerja atau organisasi mencerminkan tempat di mana beberapa kelompok bekerja bersama dalam mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan berdasarkan visi dan misi yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai seberapa jauhnya lingkungan perusahaan dan gaya kepemimpinan memengaruhi motivasi karyawan. Dari perspektif kerangka konseptual, kedua faktor, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan organisasi, memainkan peran penting dalam memengaruhi motivasi karyawan. Selain variabel eksternal ini, ada banyak faktor lain yang juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi karyawan, seperti budaya organisasi, kedisiplinan kerja, dan tingkat loyalitas karyawan. Lingkungan organisasi yang positif mendorong para pegawai dalam menjalankan tugasnya secara semangat sehingga meningkatkan hasil kerja. Keadaan kerja yang kondusif meningkatkan performa karyawan serta memperbesar motivasi mereka terhadap pekerjaan. Temuan ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dan tinjauanpustaka. Penelitian ini diperoleh dari literatur ilmiah, baik cetak maupun online, serta sumber Internet lainnya, tentang hubungan dan pengaruh teori dan variabel. Pencarian literatur disesuaikan dengan premis metodologis. Temuan dari penelitian menjelaskan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki dampak signifikan pada motivasi kinerja karyawan. Di samping itu, lingkungan organisasi atau kondisi kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap tingkat motivasi kerja para karyawan

Abstract

Purpose – The aim of this research is to determine (1) the influence of positive psychology on employee work motivation; (2) the influence of leadership on employee work motivation. In this study, a literature review method is employed for research. Design/methodology/approach – In this research, the systematic literature review (SLR) method is employed, which is utilized to search for national and international literature data with reputable sources in SINTA and SCOPUS. Findings – The results of this compilation and analysis are used to draw conclusions regarding the influence of psychology and leadership on employee work motivation. Research limitations/implications – The conclusions drawn from this research indicate that based on the above analysis: (1) Positive psychology encourages employees to achieve targets, overcome challenges, and adapt to changing work environment situations. (2) To enhance employee performance, companies are expected to identify and develop employees' psychological capital through the provision and improvement of various resources that support the achievement of employee goals, such as competence, autonomy, feedback, mental resilience, social support, and guidance from superiors. (3) Leadership style is one of the factors that can influence motivation. (4) Leadership style is an approach used by a leader to influence the performance of subordinates. Practical implications – The conclusion of implementing a leadership style is to provide inspiration, enthusiasm, and motivation to employees in carrying out tasks assigned by the organization.

Abstract

This research investigates the factors influencing organizational performance within the Flight School of the Ministry of Transportation, focusing on the unique structure of the Public Service Agency (BLU) and its technical implementation units. It explores challenges faced by aviation service schools in meeting BLU revenue targets and highlights the significance of human resource management. Drawing on insights from scholars, the study examines the impact of career development, positive psychology, organizational communication, and digital leadership strategies on organizational performance, mediated by employee motivation. Using a quantitative approach involving a survey of 175 officials and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the research finds positive influences of these factors on organizational performance, with employee motivation playing a mediating role. However, limitations such as reliance on self-reported data and the sample size constrain the generalizability of findings. Future research could employ qualitative methods and longitudinal studies to deepen understanding and investigate long-term effects.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of strategic digital leadership and organizational communication in improving organizational performance in Educational Institutions. This is because since the Covid-19 outbreak, several Educational Institutions have not been able to survive and eventually closed. The Covid-19 Pandemic has so far changed many things, especially changing various aspects of human life today, especially in the world of education. This situation requires all elements of education to adapt. Therefore, the role of a leader in an Educational Institution is very important in determining the right strategy, in order to maintain the Educational Institution he leads. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources. The primary data referred to in this study are questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data collection is cross-sectional or one shot using questionnaires distributed online. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS version 3 is used for data analysis. The results of the study showed that there is a positive influence of organizational communication on organizational performance. This indicates that with effective communication owned by an Educational Institution, it can improve organizational performance. Considering that communication is an important indicator in improving the performance of an organization. The better and more effective the communication that takes place in the organization, the healthier and more open the work climate will be, which will increase productivity. There is a positive influence of strategic digital leadership on organizational performance. This indicates that by implementing strategic digital leadership properly and effectively, it can improve the performance of the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of digital leadership on organizational performance, focusing on its role in enhancing effectiveness in the era of globalization. The research adopts a comprehensive literature review approach, analyzing various studies to understand the multifaceted aspects of digital leadership and its implications for organizational performance. The findings reveal that digital leadership goes beyond technological adoption, encompassing cultural and structural transformations within organizations. The study acknowledges the limitations inherent in a literature review approach, such as potential bias in the selected sources. In conclusion, the practical implications of this study advocate for a balanced and strategic approach to digital leadership, acknowledging the interconnectedness of technology and human factors. This research contributes to the understanding of digital leadership by emphasizing its holistic nature, incorporating both technological and human elements. The study highlights the strategic necessity of digital leadership in ensuring organizational relevance and competitiveness in the evolving digital landscape

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of discipline and leadership on employee motivation in the work environment. Discipline and leadership are considered crucial factors that can affect the level of individual work motivation in an organization. This research is applied through literature review methods and qualitative approaches by collecting and analyzing data from previous studies. Research findings show that the level of discipline and leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee motivation. This indicates that employees who have a high level of discipline tend to show high levels of work motivation, as well as employees who are under effective leadership. By implication, the study can help organizations to develop management policies and practices that support higher levels of work motivation, with an emphasis on improving discipline and optimal leadership roles. In addition, the study provides a basis for advanced research that can explore in greater depth the specific aspects of discipline and leadership that have the most significant impact on work motivation. At a further level, the study also provides new insights and a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the relationship between such factors in the context of the modern work environment.

Abstract

The On The Job Training (OJT) program which will be implemented in 2022-2023 also includes collaboration with the LPPNPI Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC) Branch Office. On The Job Training (OJT) involves various divisions that handle various equipment and facilities that support aviation safety, including equipment such as the Network Time Protocol (NTP) Server used to synchronize the time of equipment connected to the server network at the Jakarta Air Traffic Services Center (JATSC), thereby ensuring accurate operating times for all connected equipment. All of these efforts aim to improve safety and efficiency in aviation at the national and international levels. However, in this case, in operation, not all equipment always runs well, as does Network Time Protocol (NTP) server 1 at the LPPNPI Jakarta Air Traffic Services Center (JATSC) Branch. The purpose of this research is that the author wants to solve the problems that occur in On The Job Training (OJT) activities at Perum LPPNPI Jakarta Air Traffic Services Center (JATSC) Branch.
