Abstract

The current development of MSMEs has an effect on increasing people's income. However, the lack of access to promotion in marketing causes MSMEs to experience problems in increasing income. This problem can be overcome by digitizing MSMEs which are expected to be able to promote their products online, one of which is by providing assistance by making a Google map. This community service aims to provide knowledge to MSME business actors about the importance of promotion in the world of digitalization. Thus, KKN students carry out community service to fully support MSMEs in the village of Kaliwlingi, Brebes Regency so that MSME Business Actors can compete broadly in the outside realm of their area. This service starts from the preparation stage by visiting MSMEs through door to door, and continues with training on making Shopee for each MSME business actor.

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove the existence of a partial and simultaneous influence between internal factors, external factors and emotional factors on the interest in youth entrepreneurship in Salem District. This type of research is quantitative research using associative research methods. The sampling technique in this study used propotional random sampling using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were youths of Salem District. The analytical methods used in this study consist of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests.

Abstract

Amanah Sentosa Tegal is a small company engaged in the distribution sector which provides snack food products. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of price, product quality and product diversity on purchasing decisions for CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The research population is infinite with a purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of 500 shops is taken. Data analysis techniques in this research use instrumental tests including validity and reliability, classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination test. data processing using the software program SPSS (statistical package for the social scienceb) 0.25 for windows. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 0.2646 > ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.040 <0.05. Partially, product quality variables influence purchasing decisions at CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 2.086 < ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.035 > 0.05. And product diversity variables affect purchasing decisions at CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 2.975 < ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.004 > 0.05. and the price variable is the most dominant variable y. This is evidenced by the Fcount value of 39.450 > Ftable of 2.49.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the consequences of brand image, product quality, price, and celebrity endorsers on consumers' tendency to buy Scarlet Whitening Body Lotion products again. Survey participants included consumers who bought and used Scarlet Whitening Body Lotion products from Yogya Mall Brebes, with a total of 464 people. The research sample was taken as much as 25% of the population, namely 116 respondents, with the implementation of random selection procedures. The information collection equipment used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity, reliability, and meets the assumptions of classical responses. The data were tested by multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, as well as coefficient of determination. The results show that brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Product variables have no effect on purchasing decisions, price and celebrity endorsers have no effect on purchasing decisions. In totality, brand image, product quality, price, and celebrity endorsers have an influence on the purchase decision of Scarlet Whitening Body Lotion products.

Abstract

Agrowisata Besaran Hijau Pabrik Gula Jatibarang merupakan wisata pembelajaran dengan suasana sejarah atau Heritage sebagai perjalanan wisatanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh fasilitas, promosi serta citra destinasi terhadap keputusan berkunjung pada Agrowisata Besaran Hijau Pabrik Gula Jatibarang Brebes. Mengetahui apa yang menjadi alasan pengunjung melakukan kunjungan ke Agrowisata Besaran Hijau Pabrik Gula Jatibarang Brebes menjadikan dilakukannya penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif menjadi jenis penelitian ini dengan melibatkan 90 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Penghimpunan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, menyerahkan kuesioner atau angket, dokumtasi serta studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas dan citra destinasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai uji t pada variabel fasilitas yaitu yaitu 4.298 > 1.988 dan untuk variabel citra destinasi memiliki nilai 6.409 > 1.988. Kemudian untuk variabel promosi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan tetapi bernilai positif dengan nilai 0.829 < 1.988 dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0.409 > 0.05. sedangkan untuk uji simultan menunjukkan semua variabel berpengaruh secara bersama-sama dengan nilai sebesar 47.015 > 2.71 serta nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Pengabdian tren pembangunan di era otonomi daerah yang saat ini berlangsung dan menjadikan desa sebagai salah satu ujung titik sentral pembangunan nasional. Desa Tegalreja yang terletak diKecamatan Tegalreja Kabupaten Karawang merupakan desa dengan predikat mandiri, yang telah melakukan transformasi perubahan dalam memberikan pelayanan prima terhadap masyarakat dan merupakan percontohan bagi desadesa di Kabupaten Karawang khususnya. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah menganalisis pengembangan Desa Tegalreja dengan konsep smart village dengan menggunakan aspek smart governance yang dikemukakan oleh Santoso dkk (2019:15) dalam mengeksplorasi pelayanan di Desa Tegalreja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penyelenggaraan pelayanan oleh pemerintah Desa Tegalreja sudah berbasis teknologi informasi komunikasi (TIK) terlihat dari Akses kemudahan pelayanan masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan media sosial facebook dan whatsapp yang membantu koordinasi antara perangkat desa dengan warga masyarakat. Di samping optimalisasi partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan dan kebijakan, Desa Tegalreja dalam pengelolaan dana desa tersebut dilakukan berdasarkan prakarsa masyarakat terkait kebutuhan rill dalam berbagai bidang. Guna terpenuhinya transparansi informasi publik Desa Tegalreja telah menerapkan keterbukaan informasi dengan memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Desa (SID), yang mana laporan terkait anggaran desa berbentuk soft file (PDF) secara langsung masuk dan disebarkan di group whatsapp yang artinya setiap masyarakat Desa Tegalreja dapat melihat laporan perkembangan keuangan desa.

Abstract

Rendahnya kesadaran para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) terhadap pentingnya label pada kemasan produk UMKM yang berlaku, kebanyakan pelaku UMKM banyak yang mengalami kesulitan dalam hal memperhatikan label produk. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar pemilik usaha khususnya UMKM lebih memperhatikan Label pada Kemasan UKM yang produknya akan mereka pasarkan di berbagai segmen pasar selain mendapat inovasi dari kemasan juga bisnis para UMKM mendapatkan kelegalan dari sertifikat Sehat dan Halal, sehingga dapat menarik minat pembeli dan semua UMKM siap dalam menghadapi persaingan. Label produk merupakan identitas dari sebuah produk yang akan dipasarkan, label produk dapat mempermudah konsumen dalam memilih produk yang akan dibelinya, dan menjadi penguat branding usaha dalam persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Dalam label di produk terdapat informasi berupa brand, komposisi, legalitas, fungsi dan petunjuk produk. Para pelaku UMKM juga harus melek teknologi atau sistem informasi yang biasa disebut dengan e-commerce atau pemasaran elektronik, guna mempermudah para pelaku UMKM dalam berinovasi melakukan produksi dan penjualan produk. masih terdapat rendahnya pemahaman dalam pembuatan label pada kemasan. Label NIB, halal MUI dan Label BPOM untuk produk pangan merupakan potensi besar yang dimiliki UMKM di Desa Randusanga Wetan karena dituntut harus bisa memperbaiki kekurangan-kekurangan dan serta membuat inovasi-inovasi yang bisa membuat UMKM-UMKM tersebut berkembang pesat, mampu bertahan dan siap bersaing.

Abstract

This research aims: 1) To determine and analyze the influence of public service quality on the satisfaction of the people of Limbangan Village partially. 2) To find out and analyze the influence of employee performance on the satisfaction of the people of Limbangan Village partially. Limbangan Village community partially. 4) To determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Employee Performance and Work Discipline of Village Government Apparatus on Community Satisfaction in Limbangan Village. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach, this research has a population of 6762 by taking as many samples as 99 respondents. Based on the analysis and discussion, a conclusion can be drawn where H1: Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction at the Limbangan Village Hall Office with a t-value of 4.011 > 1.661 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. H2: Employee Performance has a negative and insignificant effect on Community Satisfaction at the Balai Desa Limbangan Office with a t-value of 0.495 > 1.661 and a significant value of 0.622 < 0.05. -count 4.914 > 1.661 and sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. H4: Service Quality, Employee Performance and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction at the Limbangan Village Hall Office with a value of F-count > F-table (45.010 > 2.697) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

Low employee performance often hinders organizational goals. This issue is suspected to be influenced by factors such as workload, work discipline, work culture, and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effects of workload, work discipline, and work culture on employee performance, as well as the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative descriptive survey method and SEM-PLS analysis on 91 employees of PT Kido Mulia Indonesia, the results show that workload (coefficient = 0.252; t = 2.300; p = 0.022), work discipline (0.238; t = 2.538; p = 0.011), and work culture (0.350; t = 3.663; p = 0.000) have a significant positive effect on employee performance. These variables also significantly influence job satisfaction, with workload (0.415; t = 3.617; p = 0.000), work discipline (0.298; t = 3.852; p = 0.000), and work culture (0.300; t = 4.183; p = 0.000). Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance (0.646; t = 3.047; p = 0.002) and mediates the effects of work discipline and work culture on performance. These findings highlight the importance of managing workload, discipline, culture, and job satisfaction to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of organizational commitment, work discipline, and workload on employee performance and job satisfaction at UD Udang Muncul Jaya in Brebes Regency. It also investigates the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable between these factors and employee performance. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), the study surveyed all 75 employees as the sample through a saturated sampling technique. Primary data was collected via questionnaires. The results indicate that work discipline and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment does not have a significant impact. Work discipline negatively and significantly affects job satisfaction, whereas organizational commitment and workload have no significant effect. Job satisfaction also negatively and significantly influences employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between organizational commitment, work discipline, workload, and employee performance. These findings provide important insights for management to improve employee performance by managing work discipline and workload, while also considering job satisfaction factors.
