Abstract

Lately, there have been a lot of complaints from patients and their families who go to the hospital because they are not satisfied with the services provided by the hospital. Hospitals are a service industry that is starting to become competitive because many private hospitals are competing. This study aims to determine the effect of the response of hospital visitors on the quality of hospital services. The research sample was the introduction of patients in three middle-class private hospitals in Surabaya, namely Adi Husada Hospital, Siloam Hospital and Premier Hospital. A total of 405 samples were divided into 2 groups, namely group 1 with 30 respondents and group 2 with 375 respondents. Data analysis of group 1 with Cronbach's Alpha aims to test the quality of the questionnaire before it is used to produce data analysis. To answer the research objectives, Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis was carried out on the data in group 2. In this test, 5 data were detected as outliers so that the remaining 370 data were analyzed. The results show that the loyalty of patients and their families to visit the same hospital is influenced by the expectations and satisfaction of patients and their families and is influenced by the quality of hospital services they feel. Service quality has the greatest influence on patient and family loyalty.

Abstract

Mix pasture contains more complete nutrition for animal feed. This study aims to determine the effect of giving sheep feces compost with different fertilization doses and intervals on the productivity of mixed pastures (Clitoria ternatea and Brachiaria ruziziensis). This research was conducted in Kotangan Village, Kec. Galang, Kab. Deli Serdang North Sumatra from September to November 2020. The experimental design was used a split-plot design with two treatment factors and three replications. Factor I is the main plot, namely the fertilization interval: N1 = once every four weeks and N2 = once every two weeks. Factor II as a subplot which were doses of compost : P0 = control (without compost), P1 = compost 1 kg/plot (10 t/h), P 2 = compost 2 kg/plot (20 t/h) and P3 = compost 3 kg/plot (30t/h).The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, number of branches, fresh production, dry matter, crude protein, and crude fiber. The results showed that sheep feces compost doses and different time intervals for fertilization had a significant effect (P<0,05 ) on the number of leaves and tillers of Brachiaria ruziziensis, crude protein, and coarse fiber of mixed pasture. There was no significant effect (P>0,05) on plant height, the number of leaves and number of branches of Clitoria ternatea, the height of Brachiaria ruziziensisas, and fresh and dry mixed pasture production. The appropriate fertilization interval was once every two weeks, and the best fertilizer dose was 3 kg/plot (30 t/h).

Abstract

Waringin sheep is a new breed of sheep resulting from a cross between local sheep, Barbados sheep and St.Croix sheep. This study aims to determine the morphometric characteristics of ewes and rams Waringin sheep at different ages in Stabat District, Langkat Regency. This study used a descriptive method by collecting data in the field, the data collected were 99 ewes Waringin sheep and 66 rams Waringin sheep and observed their morphometric characteristics starting from body weight, body length, skull length, skull width, body height, and chest circumference, chest width, chest depth, front leg length, hind leg length, hip width, hip height, tail length, tail width, crotch length, crotch width, and canon circumference. Data were analyzed using the SPSS application with multiple linear regression methods used to determine the relationship between the morphometric relationship between Waringin sheep and their body weight. The results showed that almost 90% of the morphometrics of Waringin sheep affected the body weight of the sheep using linear regression analysis.

The presence of the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) must be at the forefront of initiating community empowerment with the funds collected. The potential of ZIS is at least one of the important assets that has been utilized at least not only for consumptive purposes but zakat is managed productively. One of the Amil Zakat Institutions (LAZ) is NU CARE LAZISNU which has an important role as a guardian of the development of stability in society. Currently, NU CARE LAZISNU has a special program that focuses on 4 (four) pillars of the program: education, health, disaster and economic development. On this occasion, NU CARE LAZISNU implements productive zakat and is committed to providing assistance in the development, marketing, and improvement of quality and affordable products. This program provides working capital in the form of revolving capital for mustahiq. This research method uses a case study, which is one type of qualitative research with two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The results of the first research, Optimizing the distribution of productive zakat in empowering the economy of the people in LAZISNU East Java, namely maximizing the existence of a system of distributing assistance to the community which is not only consumptive but has also been productive in MSME capital assistance distribution in almost every district/city. Second, the strategy of empowering the people's economy through productive zakat in LAZISNU East Java, namely by using a fundraising program. The first fundraising is driven by a fixed donor coin box, and the second is digital fundraising in collaboration with kitabisa.com.
