Abstract

Latar Belakang: Keluarga memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan konsumsi nutrisi yang ada dalam keluarga, terutama ibu. Indonesia yang memiliki budaya patriarki yang menjadikan ibu memiliki peran penting untuk kebutuhan dasar dalam rumah tangga. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi pada ibu serta mengukur Tingkat kepuasan peserta dalam kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat dengan tema peran ibu terhadap Kesehatan keluarga tentang edukasi nutrisi dan gaya hidup bersih. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan ini adalah melakukan penyuluhan, kemudian data dikumpulkan secara deskriptif dengan mengukur indikator kepuasan peserta terhadap kegiatan melalui kuesioner. Jumlah peserta pada kegiatan ini berjumlah 50 orang peserta kader Kesehatan Surabaya sehat di kelurahan kendangsari. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan edukasi tentang konsumsi umbi, Kesehatan gigi serta indikator rumah sehat. Selain itu juga dilakukan peragaan cara melakukan cuci tangan dan sikat gigi yang benar. Materi diberikan oleh dosen Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. Setelah selesai kegiatan, kader diminta mengisi kuesioner tentang pelaksanaan kegiatan serta harapan untuk kegiatan berikutnya. Hasil dari kuesioner menunjukan bahwa Sebagian besar peserta yakni ibu kader merasa puas terhadap kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Dari komponen penilaian antara lain pemahaman materi, kesempatan diskusi, ketepatan waktu serta sarana dan prasarana mayoritas peserta kader menilai baik kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan. Kesimpulan: Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini memberikan dampak positif untuk terus melakukan kegiatan serupa sebagai peran dalam melaksanakan tridharma perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan platform marketplace dan strategi pemasaran digital terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Sumenep. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 UMKM yang dipilih menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara offline untuk 2 UMKM dan online untuk 48 UMKM. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Sumenep berusia 20-30 tahun, menandakan bahwa sektor ini didominasi oleh kaum muda yang memiliki semangat dan potensi besar dalam mengembangkan ekonomi lokal. Dari hasil uji validitas, seluruh indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel marketplace, digital marketing, dan peningkatan penjualan terbukti valid dengan nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel sebesar 0,278. Uji reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel dalam penelitian ini memiliki tingkat reliabilitas yang memadai dengan nilai Cronbach's Alpha masing-masing lebih besar dari 0,60. Uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data penelitian berdistribusi normal dengan nilai Asymp. Sig. sebesar 0,200 (>0,05). Uji multikolinearitas menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat masalah autokorelasi antara variabel independen, dengan nilai tolerance sebesar 0,569 dan variance inflation factor (VIF) sebesar 1,758. Selain itu, uji heteroskedastisitas menunjukkan bahwa data tersebar secara acak tanpa pola tertentu, sehingga tidak terdapat gejala heteroskedastisitas. Hasil uji autokorelasi dengan nilai Durbin Watson sebesar 1,917 mengindikasikan tidak adanya autokorelasi dalam model penelitian ini. Simpulan, penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa penggunaan marketplace dan strategi pemasaran digital berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan penjualan UMKM di Kabupaten Sumenep. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of three main factors, User Generated Content (UGC), Brand Image, and Hedonic Value on consumer Purchase Intention towards Salted Egg Milea products. In today's digital era, the use of social media has become one of the main tools in product marketing. UGC is content created by users to recommend or reflect experiences with certain products, increasingly becoming a concern in marketing strategies. On the other hand, brand image is also known as consumer perceptions of brands that can influence their purchasing behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach method and data were collected through a survey of 113 respondents who are active social media users and have knowledge about Salted Egg Milea products. Data analysis techniques use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationship between the variables studied. The results of the study indicate that User Generated Content has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention of Salted Egg Milea products. In addition, brand image is also proven to have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. The managerial implications of these findings are the importance of utilizing UGC and building a strong brand image to increase consumer purchase intention towards Salted Egg Milea products. This study contributes to the understanding of the influence of these factors in the context of marketing food and beverage products, especially salted egg products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengevaluasi penerapan digital learning platform untuk meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa di era digital. Di tengah perubahan lanskap pendidikan yang dipengaruhi oleh teknologi, motivasi mahasiswa menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan belajar. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan konsep-konsep dari teori motivasi, teknologi pendidikan, dan metode digital learning platform untuk merancang strategi pembelajaran yang berfokus pada partisipasi aktif mahasiswa. Pendekatan penelitian memadukan untuk memahami dampak penerapan metode digital learning platform terhadap motivasi mahasiswa. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode digital learning platform, seperti pembelajaran berbasis realita virtual, pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi, dan metode pembelajaran simulasi komputer dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi mahasiswa dalam belajar secara signifikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan digital learning platform dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi mahasiswa, termasuk peningkatan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan keterampilan belajar. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara efektif, mahasiswa dapat mencapai hasil belajar yang lebih baik dan siap menghadapi tantangan di era digital.

Abstract

Siluk Area, Selopamioro Village, Imogiri District, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, is one of the active community mining sites. These mining activities leave slopes that are not treated or repaired, so that they become a threat to soil and/or rock mass movements for the surrounding community. One of the former mining areas in Siluk hamlet is very close to residential areas. Therefore, it is necessary to study the stability and safety factors of the slope so that they can be the basis for determining the direction of ex-mining slope management.The methods used were literature studies, field surveys and mapping, and laboratory tests. The sampling method used was the purposive sampling method. Samples taken were used for testing physical properties (content weight, moisture content, porosity, and grain size), shear angle, and cohesion. The analysis methods used are the simplified Janbu method and the descriptive analysis method to evaluate the slope of the former mine. Based on calculations and testing, it is found that the three slopes are categorized as steep slopes with a safety factor value on the central and south-north slopes of 0.156, 0.620, and 0.367. Slope management carried out involves a change in slope geometry with the cut and fill method, planting vegetation in the form of Sengon trees, and planting land cover in the form of Vertiver grass

Abstract

The library is a source of information, a source of knowledge and education can be successful if its management is carried out properly and neatly. Among library management is administration and service management. In modern library management, administration and service management have used information technology as a means of automation in the form of hardware and software. The purpose of this research is to describe the administration of management and software-aided library services. The research approach used is qualitative with case study research as the type. The research instrument is the researcher. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data condensation, presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data uses a credibility technique (degree of trust) with data triangulation, a dependability technique and a confirmability technique. The results of this study, (1) library administration management consists of procurement of collections, classification of library materials, cataloging and labeling of library materials (2) management of library services consisting of circulation services, reference services and library rules. Optimization of management is done by automating the 3.0 library system software, making management work faster, time and energy efficiency.

Abstract

This research aims to examine Human Resource Accounting Practices in Nepalese Commercial Banks. A descriptive design is utilized for this study. Human Resource Accounting Disclosure Index (HRADI) is applied, focusing on five main indicators: the nature of Human Resource Accounting (HRA), valuation of HRA, financial statements regarding HRA, auditing practices for HRA, and enhancement programs for HRA practices, as well as using the Lev and Schwartz Model to draw conclusions. The analysis considered all 20 commercial banks operating in Nepal as the population sample. To achieve the objectives of this research, both primary and secondary data are gathered. Primary data was collected through judgmental sampling, where selected respondents completed questionnaires, while secondary data was sourced from the annual reports of the banks. Among the 20 banks, only Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCBNL) and Nabil Bank Limited (NBL) were included in the sample. Authorized human resource officers from these banks participated in the study. The analysis of the data utilized HRADI and the Lev and Schwartz model. Results indicated that HRADI for SCBNL and NBL were 69.23% and 76.92%, respectively, suggesting that human resource accounting practices at both banks have not reached satisfactory standards. Both institutions follow the Nepal Financial Reporting Standard, classifying human resource expenses under Personnel Expenses and Deferred Employee Expenditure, yet neither has established a true valuation for their human resources.

Abstract

This research endeavors to ascertain the impact of financial literacy, financial inclusion, fintech payment gateways, and digital marketing on the financial performance of MSMEs in Central Java. Employing a quantitative research design, this study utilizes primary data. The population under investigation comprises 193,932 MSME actors within the Central Java region. A purposive sampling method was applied, resulting in a total of 100 respondents. Data collection instruments were designed using a likert scale, and the analytical procedures were performed utilizing WarpPLS version 7.0. The results disclose that financial literacy imparts a positive and statistically significant effect on financial performance. Conversely, financial inclusion fails to exhibit a significant association with financial performance. Moreover, the adoption of fintech payment gateways manifests a positive and significant influence, while digital marketing reveals a negative yet statistically insignificant effect on financial performance. Collectively, the concurrent impact of financial literacy, payment gateways, and digital marketing has been empirically validated to exert a favorable influence on financial performance, as indicated by an R-squared value of 69.7%

Abstract

This research seeks to investigate the impact of financial risk, bonus programs, and managerial ownership on income smoothing practices.  The study's focus is on firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2020 and 2023 that are in the consumer industry subsector. The purposive sampling method was applied to intentionally select the samples. This study's data analysis was conducted using the EViews version 12 application and a panel data regression approach.  The results of the research show that financial risk has a beneficial influence on income smoothing, whereas bonus programs have a negative effect. However, management ownership has insignificant effect on income smoothing.
