Abstract

The presence of the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) must be at the forefront of initiating community empowerment with the funds collected. The potential of ZIS is at least one of the important assets that has been utilized at least not only for consumptive purposes but zakat is managed productively. One of the Amil Zakat Institutions (LAZ) is NU CARE LAZISNU which has an important role as a guardian of the development of stability in society. Currently, NU CARE LAZISNU has a special program that focuses on 4 (four) pillars of the program: education, health, disaster and economic development. On this occasion, NU CARE LAZISNU implements productive zakat and is committed to providing assistance in the development, marketing, and improvement of quality and affordable products. This program provides working capital in the form of revolving capital for mustahiq. This research method uses a case study, which is one type of qualitative research with two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The results of the first research, Optimizing the distribution of productive zakat in empowering the economy of the people in LAZISNU East Java, namely maximizing the existence of a system of distributing assistance to the community which is not only consumptive but has also been productive in MSME capital assistance distribution in almost every district/city. Second, the strategy of empowering the people's economy through productive zakat in LAZISNU East Java, namely by using a fundraising program. The first fundraising is driven by a fixed donor coin box, and the second is digital fundraising in collaboration with kitabisa.com.

Abstract

In recent years, many FNB (food and beverage) innovations have emerged and developed rapidly in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. One of the FNB businesses that is currently developing and going viral in Indonesia is Mixue. The opening of the first Mixue outlet in Sumenep Regency had an impact on the strong desire of the public to try it. The reason is, Mixue is currently being discussed in cyberspace. This research aims to analyze the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) on Mixue consumers' buying interest in Sumenep Regency with perceived quality and brand image as mediating variables. The purposive sampling method produced data from 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling). The Stimulus Organism Response (SOR) model is the basis of the conceptual framework. Findings show that e-WOM influences purchase intention, perceived quality, and brand image. Perceived quality has no effect on purchase intention, while brand image has an effect on purchase intention. The research results show that e-WOM has no effect on perceived product quality, but does influence the brand image of FNB products which are currently viral, which then influences purchase intentions.

Abstract

Penggunaan media sosial yang semakin meningkat menghasilkan pengumpulan data dalam jumlah besar. Bisnis semakin banyak memanfaatkan platform media sosial dan data yang disediakan oleh platform ini untuk pemasaran, kreasi bersama, dan interaksi dengan pelanggan. Namun, peran media sosial dalam konteks manajemen operasi dan rantai pasokan masih belum jelas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan tinjauan terhadap literatur yang ada tentang media sosial dalam konteks manajemen operasi dan rantai pasokan dan untuk menekankan aplikasi, metodologi, dan masa depan media sosial dalam manajemen operasi dan rantai pasokan. Untuk mengorganisir, menilai, dan mensintesis literatur yang ada, studi ini menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa potensi disruptif dari media sosial belum sepenuhnya diapresiasi oleh para praktisi dan akademisi manajemen operasi dan rantai pasokan, sehingga bidang integrasi media sosial - manajemen operasi dan rantai pasokan masih dalam tahap awal. Hasilnya, para praktisi mendapatkan wawasan sekaligus menggarisbawahi pentingnya menggabungkan media sosial untuk meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen operasi dan rantai pasokan.

Abstract

Keamanan data dalam aplikasi mobile banking menjadi isu yang semakin krusial di tengah pesatnya adopsi layanan perbankan digital di Indonesia. Selain tantangan teknologi, edukasi pengguna menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam menjaga keamanan data. Artikel ini mengidentifikasi tantangan keamanan data dan menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan kesadaran serta edukasi pengguna mobile banking di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui survei terhadap 200 pengguna dan wawancara mendalam dengan 10 pakar keamanan dari bank-bank besar di Indonesia. Fokus penelitian ini juga pada pentingnya pelatihan dan pendidikan bagi pengguna dan staf perbankan terkait praktik keamanan yang baik, termasuk enkripsi end-to-end, autentikasi multifaktor, dan teknologi biometrik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 65% pengguna pernah menghadapi serangan phishing dan 50% khawatir terhadap malware, dengan kesadaran akan keamanan masih rendah. Artikel ini menekankan bahwa peningkatan kesadaran dan edukasi merupakan langkah penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan perbankan digital yang lebih aman dan terpercaya. Rekomendasi praktis diberikan untuk bank agar berinvestasi dalam program edukasi yang berkelanjutan untuk melindungi pengguna dari ancaman keamanan siber.

Abstract

Despite referring to two different phenomena, the phrases "decentralized organization" and "distributed organization" are sometimes used synonymously. I suggest separating distribution the dispersion of organizational decision-making from decentralization, which I define as the dispersion of organizational communications. The distribution of an organization does not necessarily imply its decentralization (and vice versa), because the presence of many management tiers impacts only distribution, not decentralization. Understanding the rise of digital platforms like Amazon.com, which control the global economy in the twenty-first century, has consequences for this proposed differentiation. Blockchain has arisen as an alternative technological framework. However, well-known platforms often use machine learning as their primary technology to translate inputs (such as data) into outputs (such as matchmaking services). I contend that machine learning encourages centralized communications and the concentration of decision-making, whereas blockchain provides platforms that are simultaneously decentralized and distributed (such as Bitcoin). This distinction has significant implications for antitrust policy, which, in my opinion, should instead concentrate on the data level for both its analysis and its target of action. My predictions for the future of competition between centralized and decentralized platforms, the development of governmental regulation, and broader ramifications for managers in the digital economy and the business schools responsible for their education are all based on the framework of this essay. I end by reflecting on the chance to renew cybernetic theory to stop a future where a small number of platform behemoths rule supreme.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan inovasi manajemen penginputan judul kuliah kerja praktek secara online berbasis laravel. Berkembang pesatnya angka positif Covid-19 membuat dunia menjadi resah, termasuk negara Indonesia yang sudah melalui 1 tahun lebih masa pandemi terhitung dari bulan Maret 2020 hingga bulan Mei 2021. Lonjakan kasus positif Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam keberlangsungan proses mengajar lembaga pendidikan. Covid-19 memaksa terjadinya transformasi digital menuju era pendidikan 4.0. Teknologi menjadi satu - satunya jawaban yang dapat membantu selama semasa pandemi, dengan adanya teknologi proses belajar mengajar tetap dijalankan, rapat, diskusi dan hal lainnya tetap berlangsung secara online. Dengan transformasi digital membuat cara konvensional tergantikan, salah satunya penginputan judul Kuliah Kerja Praktek (KKP) pada Universitas Raharja yang memanfaatkan kemampuan Ms. Excel. Pelayanan input judul KKP secara offline ini harus tergantikan, mengingat adanya Large-scale Social Restrictions yang mengharuskan mahasiswa melakukan kontak jarak jauh dengan pengurus penginputan judul KKP serta mengurangi pelayanan mengisi formulir yang cukup memakan waktu serta terjadinya kesalahan input data. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode Agile Scrumban yang menjadi referensi dalam pengerjaan teknologi berbasis laravel. Dengan hadirnya teknologi ini menjadi temuan dalam menggantikan metode konvensional serta terobosan di masa pandemi yang serba digital. Penerapan penginputan KKP online, dapat memberikan kemudahan dan efisiensi dalam pengerjaannya

Abstract

Attendance information conducted by students can now be easily accessed by a supervisor. However, there are 3 (three) difficulties faced by supervisors, one of which is presenting information with tables requiring considerable time and very high accuracy to measure the comparison of information contained within it. In order to facilitate the supervisor in recording and measuring attendance of student tutoring students handled, the Attendance Rating system will present information in the form of graphics using Highchart. Presentation of information in the form of a graph on Attendance Assessment will present information in the form of Nim (Student Registration Number), supervisor, and guidance time. Information on the guidance time in the graph can be used as a comparison to measure the level of student activity in following the guidance. The Attendance Rating System uses the YII Frameworkbased website because it is also easy to develop web applications and the YII Framework has a good level of security. In this study, there are 5 (five) advantages and 1 (one) deficiency in the Attendance Assessment system. With this research, it is expected that the Attendance Assessment system can improve the quality of student attendance in the tutoring process at Raharja College.

Abstract

Dirty air or air pollution is one of the many natural problems that we face, the problem of harmful air pollution is very representative of a colony. If the air conditioner is not healthy so that it disturbs human health. Referring to the World Most Most Polluted Country Index, Indonesia is one of 10 countries where the air is unhealthy or polluted, requiring solutions to these natural problems. This paper aims to find solutions and minimize the impact of wider air pollution through air purification by utilizing the Artificial Intelligence mobility method, especially for outdoor areas. The problem with this system is that it provides clean air in a large area, for example, land, flats, offices, and so on, the majority of people will go out of the house and stay outside the house for a long time. Providing an intelligent sensor-based automatic drive is an advantage of this research because many air purifiers are related to the same purpose but are only explicitly made in a small room area. There are no mobility methods and no Artificial Intelligence system using the three main function formulation methods. The first formulation using "smart mobility" of the machine will be given high Artificial Intelligence. The second formulation is purification using an Arduino-based microprocessor, and the final formulation a human detector. After that, this system can be installed in residential areas and provides healthier air, referring to the structure of the formula "You Only Look Once" (YOLO). All systems will provide performance in that each function is integrated to explain the ease of this tool moves. If there is a low level of pollution, this tool will go to that place and vice versa. This tool works simultaneously, which filters air pollution & provides healthy air to humans (Artificial Intelligence). With this, the researchers tried to do several methodologies to solve air pollution outside the room and clean the dirty air to be suitable for breathing.

Abstract

Studi ini secara empiris menguji sejauh mana koneksi politik berperan dalam memoderasi dampakmekanisme tata kelola perusahaan, khususnya komisaris independen, komite audit, serta kepemilikanmanajerial, terhadap manajemen laba pada perusahaan transportasi dan logistik yang terdata di BEI selama2019-2023. Hasil analisis regresi moderasi dengan Eviews 12 mengindikasikan adanya keterkaitan positifantara keberadaan komisaris independen dengan praktik manajemen laba. Sementara itu, tidak ditemukanhubungan signifikan komite audit dan kepemilikan manajerial dengan praktik manajemen laba sertakoneksi politik dapat memperlemah tata kelola perusahaan dengan manajemen laba.Kata Kunci : tata kelola perusahaan, manajemen laba, koneksi politik.

Abstract

The objectives are (1) to find out how much influence the demonstration learning method has on the fiqh subject at MTs Miftahul Huda Cilegon (2) to find out how much influence the demonstration learning method has on student learning outcomes in the fiqh subject at MTs Miftahul Huda Cilegon. The research method used is a quantitative experiment with a Quasi Experiment type design with a Pre-test-Post-test non-equivalent control group design. The population of this research was class VII students at MTs Miftahul Huda Cilegon. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling where class VII A had 23 students as the experimental class and class VII B had 23 students control class. The results of the t-test sample t-test calculation results show that there is a significant influence between variable 1.96 higher than the control class. It is known that the value of learning outcomes between experimental and control class students is obtained by T count > T table (2.781 > 1.682), so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the research results, the demonstration method has an effect on learning outcomes in fiqh subjects in the experimental class, obtaining an average pre-test score of 66.09 and post-test of 85.43. It is known that the average increase in the experimental class is 19.34, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the demonstration method on student learning outcomes in fiqh subjects in class VII MTs Miftahul Huda Cilegon.
