AbstractThis study aims to (1) find out the description of the application of online learning in the subjects of creative products and entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City (2) to find out student learning outcomes in the subjects of creative products and entrepreneurship in SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. This research design uses survey research methods, with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 89 students with a research sample of 73 students. The data management techniques in this research are Research Instrument Validity Test, Research Reliability Test, Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Simple Regression Test. The results showed that (1) online learning obtained a TCR result of 66.81% with a fairly good category. (2) The calculation results obtained that student learning outcomes in the subjects of creative products and entrepreneurship scored less than 65 as many as 29 students and 39 students scored above the average of 73 samples (3) The results of the SPSS VERSION 16 calculation in simple regression obtained the regression equation Y=38,716 and regression X is equal to 0.413. The conclusion in this study is based on the data obtained that it is proven true, from the variables contained in this study can be used as a pedictor in knowing the effect of online learning (on the network) on student learning outcomes in creative products and entrepreneurship subjects.Keywords: Online Learning, Learning Outcomes

This study aims to determine (1) there is no significant effect between the level of education on employee performance at PT. Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Kota Jambi. (2) There is a significant influence between the level of education on the performance of employees at PT. Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Kota Jambi. This type of research is using a quantitative descriptive research approach. The number in this study is 100 employees and as a research sample 48 employees. The technique of collecting data in this study is by distributing questionnaires to research respondents. 1. Education level There is no significant effect between education level on employee performance at PT. Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Kota Jambi. 2. The purpose of this study was to find out how independent learning influences the learning outcomes of class X IPS students at SMA Negeri 7 Batanghari. This research includes explanative research. The population of this study were 143 students of class X IPS. The sample of this research is 36 people. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the learning independence of class X IPS in Economics learning on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 7 Batang Hari. SPSS version 22 calculation results. From the calculation results above the tcount value of -062 is greater than the ttable which has a value of 000, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Improving the quality of education is largely determined by the ability of the principal in empowering teaching staff and members of the community as a whole. The role of the principal, among others, is to develop so that schools become good educational institutions and are able to achieve educational goals. In this study, the principal's managerial skills are needed to increase the existing resources in the school, both physical resources and non-physical resources. The process of improving the quality of education in schools must pay attention to all components in schools such as educators and education staff, including the facilities and infrastructure in it. This community service aims to provide information to students as prospective teachers so that they are able to use the Project Based Learning (PBL) model in learning. The methods used in this socialization are lecture (presentation), question and answer (discussion) and modeling (demonstration) methods. In line with these objectives, this activity also provides several benefits and results, including: 1) to provide an understanding to students as prospective teachers regarding tips, tricks, and how to apply the Project Based Learning (PBL) learning model in learning; 2) to cultivate students as prospective teachers to be able to use the right learning model in all learning situations; 3) to optimize the role in learning in the classroom. The expected output from this community service activity is an increase in the ability of students as prospective teachers to use the cooperative learning model in learning in the classroom.

Excessive exposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays can cause degenerative skin diseases, such as skin cancer, white spots, redness, and sunburn. One way to protect the skin from UV exposure is by using sunscreen. This is especially important for children as it helps protect their skin from harmful sunlight. The Senduduk plant (Melastoma malabathricum L.) has antioxidant properties and can capture free radicals, thereby helping to prevent degenerative diseases. This plant is also easily found in the area surrounding SD Negeri 43/IV Kota Jambi. Therefore, the aim of this community service activity is to educate students at SD Negeri 43/IV Kota Jambi about the potential of senduduk leaves to be formulated into an infusion spray to protect the skin from sun exposure. The methods used were lectures and live demonstrations on how to make the sunscreen spray preparation. The results showed an increase in students' knowledge about sunscreen and how to make the senduduk leaf infusion spray. The implication of this activity is that children gain an early understanding of degenerative diseases, particularly those affecting the skin.

The purpose of this Community Service is an effort to create new independent entrepreneurs based on science and technology that are expected to be in accordance with their fields of knowledge in the digital era, the IbK program can be implemented in the form of entrepreneurship training. This community service method uses socialization in the form of lectures and providing materials, students. The results of this Community Service provide entrepreneurial knowledge, encourage the growth of entrepreneurial motivation, increase understanding of management (organization, production, finance, and marketing) and create business plans or business feasibility studies. The conclusion is that students know how the world works, and what their role is in society.

Daun kelor terbukti secara ilmiah merupakan sumber gizi berkhasiat obat yang memiliki beberapa kandungan vitamin dan mineral, salah satunya beta karoten. Beta karoten dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pencegahan penyakit degeneratif seperti kanker, tumor, jantung koroner, mencegah terbentuknya flek pada pembuluh darah arteri sehingga memperlancar aliran darah dan dapat meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui kadar beta karoten dari daun kelor. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis dengan KLT dan spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Hasil analisis diperoleh kadar beta karoten dalam ekstrak daun kelor yaitu 3.963 ?g/g (3,963 mg/g), kadar beta karoten yang dikonversikan dalam daun kelor sebesar 238,68 ?g/g. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa beta karoten dapat dianalisa menggunakan teknik kromatografi lapis tipis dan spektrofotometri UV-Vis.

Tumbuhan sembung rambat (Mikania micrantha Kunth) pada Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) Jambi digunakan untuk mengobati luka dan infeksi kulit yang bisa mengakibatkan perdarahan. Untuk menghindari perdarahan dibutuhkan senyawa yang kerjanya sebagai koagulan. Oleh karena itu pencarian senyawa koagulan penting dilakukan, salah satunya yang ada pada daun sembung rambat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas ekstrak dan fraksi daun sembung rambat sebagai koagulan secara in vitro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu ekstraksi daun sembung rambat menggunakan metode maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 70%, ekstrak etanol difraksinasi menggunakan metode ekstraksi cair-cair dengan pelarut n-heksan, etil asetat dan butanol. Aktivitas koagulan dilihat dengan cara melihat waktu pembekuan darah pada semua golongan darah (A, B, O dan AB) menggunakan metode Lee White dengan tiga konsentrasi ekstrak (10%, 20% dan 30%). Ekstrak daun sembung rambat pada semua konsentrasi menunjukkan aktivitas koagulan, dan fraksi etil asetat menunjukkan aktivitas koagulan yang lebih cepat untuk golongan darah O. Ekstrak dan fraksi daun sembung rambat memiliki aktivitas sebagai koagulan secara in vitro.

One of the schools that consistently participates around STIKES Harapan Ibu Jambi is SD Negeri 43/IV Kota Jambi, which is located quite close to the educational institution. In order to enhance the knowledge of the students, specific programs need to be implemented to educate the students of SD Negeri 43/IV Kota Jambi in the field of health, particularly in wound management using natural resources. The methods used in this community service activity include lectures, discussions, and demonstrations to the students of SD Negeri 43/IV Kota Jambi. Education on the production of natural-based wound treatments, especially using the leaves of Mikania micrantha Kunth. and other natural materials, has been successfully conveyed to the students in SD Negeri 43/IV Kota Jambi. As a result, the students have gained a better understanding of producing natural wound remedies from the surrounding natural resources and have also been able to formulate these remedies.
