Abstract

Tumbuhan sembung rambat (Mikania micrantha Kunth) pada Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) Jambi digunakan untuk mengobati luka dan infeksi kulit yang bisa mengakibatkan perdarahan. Untuk menghindari perdarahan dibutuhkan senyawa yang kerjanya sebagai koagulan. Oleh karena itu pencarian senyawa koagulan penting dilakukan, salah satunya yang ada pada daun sembung rambat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas ekstrak dan fraksi daun sembung rambat sebagai koagulan secara in vitro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu ekstraksi daun sembung rambat menggunakan metode maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 70%, ekstrak etanol difraksinasi menggunakan metode ekstraksi cair-cair dengan pelarut n-heksan, etil asetat dan butanol. Aktivitas koagulan dilihat dengan cara melihat waktu pembekuan darah pada semua golongan darah (A, B, O dan AB) menggunakan metode Lee White dengan tiga konsentrasi ekstrak (10%, 20% dan 30%). Ekstrak daun sembung rambat pada semua konsentrasi menunjukkan aktivitas koagulan, dan fraksi etil asetat menunjukkan aktivitas koagulan yang lebih cepat untuk golongan darah O. Ekstrak dan fraksi daun sembung rambat memiliki aktivitas sebagai koagulan secara in vitro.

Abstract

One of the schools that consistently participates around STIKES Harapan Ibu Jambi is SD Negeri 43/IV Kota Jambi, which is located quite close to the educational institution. In order to enhance the knowledge of the students, specific programs need to be implemented to educate the students of SD Negeri 43/IV Kota Jambi in the field of health, particularly in wound management using natural resources. The methods used in this community service activity include lectures, discussions, and demonstrations to the students of SD Negeri 43/IV Kota Jambi. Education on the production of natural-based wound treatments, especially using the leaves of Mikania micrantha Kunth. and other natural materials, has been successfully conveyed to the students in SD Negeri 43/IV Kota Jambi. As a result, the students have gained a better understanding of producing natural wound remedies from the surrounding natural resources and have also been able to formulate these remedies.

Abstract

Research Objectives: 1) To partially analyze the influence of the school environment on student learning achievement; 2) To partially analyze the influence of teacher communication on student learning achievement; 3) To analyze the influence of student learning motivation on student learning achievement partially; and 4) To analyze the influence of the school environment, teacher communication and learning motivation on student learning achievement simultaneously. This research is included in the associative causality group. It is classified as associative because this research aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between the variables being studied. It is categorized as causality, because this research aims to find out whether the observed variables have a certain causal relationship as predicted theoretically. The method used is a quantitative method. The results of this research conclude: 1) the school environment has a partial influence on student learning achievement; 2) teacher communication has a partial influence on student learning achievement; 3) student learning motivation has a partial influence on student learning achievement; 4) the school environment, teacher communication, and student learning motivation have an influence on student learning achievement simultaneously.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the school environment on learning outcomes in economics subjects. Education also functions to lead people to uncover the veil of life while placing themselves as actors in every change. This research was conducted basically to see the influence of the school environment on student learning outcomes using quantitative methods. The results of this research show that the school environment partially influences student learning outcomes in economics subjects. The conclusion of this research is that there is a linear relationship between the school environment and learning achievement at SMAN 11 Jambi City. The better the school environment will improve learning outcomes, conversely the worse the existing school environment, the more impact it will have on learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penyakit ganggguan jiwa merupakan salah satu masalah yang belum mendapatkan perhatian yang optimal di Indonesia. Pasien yang mengalami gangguan jiwa belum bisa disembuhkan secara total tetapi para penderita gangguan jiwa memilki hak untuk sembuh dan diperlakukan secara manusiawi. Salah satu permasalahan pada pasien (ODGJ) adalah kepatuhan minum obat. Kepatuhan minum obat merupakan perilaku untuk menyelesaikan menelan obat sesuai dengan jadwal dan dosis obat yang diberikan saat dianjurkan, akan lebih baik jika pengobatan diberikan secara tepat waktu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor kepatuhan penggunaan obat psikotropika bagi pasien yang mengalami gangguan jiwa di Puskesmas X Kota Jambi 2023. Pada penelitian ini faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi meliputi sikap keluarga, jarak puskesmas, dukungan tenaga kesehatan, dan pengobatan rutin. Analisa data yang dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji rekam medis pasien atau orang dengan gangguan jiwa, dan memberikan kuisioner terhadap keluarga pasien atau orang dengan gangguan jiwa. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan analisa secara deskriftif. Hasil penelitian ini sebagian besar 96,9% pasien yang mengalami gangguan jiwa (ODGJ) di Puskesmas X Kota Jambi tahun 2023. Patuh dalam penggunaan obat psikotropika dan 3,1 % yang dalam kategori tidak patuh. Faktor yang memiliki hubungan ataupun pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan obat psikotropika pada pasien gangguan jiwa (ODGJ) di Puskesmas X Kota Jambi tahun 2023 yaitu faktor tenaga kesahatan dan faktor dukungan keluarga. Hasil yang menunjukkan tidak signifikan ataupun tidak ada pengaruh dan hubungan yaitu pada faktor jarak puskesmas. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pasien di puskesmas X memiliki kepatuhan yang baik dalam penggunaan obat psikotropika dsn faktor yang memiliki hubungan ataupun pengaruh terhadap kepatuhan adalah dukungan keluarga dan tenaga kesehatan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan sekolah, dan komunikasi guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa secara simultan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam golongan asosiatif kausalitas. Digolongkan asosiatif karena penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antar variable yang di teliti. Dikategorikan kausalitas, karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variable-variabel yang di amati mempunyai hubungan sebab akibat tertentu seperti yang diduga secara teoritis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan: 1) Lingkungan sekolah memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa secara parsial; 2) Komunikasi guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa secara parsial; 3) Lingkungan sekolah dan komunikasi guru siswa memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa secara simultan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Indonesia consists of various ethnics on each island, one of which is Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) precisely on Sumatra island of Jambi Province. Each ethnic group has a variety of natural and traditional remedies. This observation was conducted from November 2017 to February 2018 in Muara Kilis Village, Tengah Ilir District, Tebo District, Jambi Province.This research purpose to determined of various disease and know the various natural resources that are used as a treatmenton Suku Anak Dalam at Muara Kilis. Method: This research type is descriptive research using qualitative method and purposive sampling for sampling technique and open-ended interview with informant using voice recording media. Results: The disease are often experienced by Suku Anak Dalam among others fever, cough, asthma, measles, gastritis, hemorrhoids, stomachaches, and allergy. To treat the disease by utilizing natural resources like plants and animals. Part of the plants used among others, leaves, sap, and fruit, while for animal parts used are bile, urine, and blood. Processing methods are pounded, boiled, grated, and fried, while the use of these ingredients by eating, drinking, bathed, and applied directly on part of sickness skin Conclusion: Based on the results that has been done there are 8 diseases that often occur and there are 5 kinds of plants and 4 animals from different genus and family that are used as traditional medicine in Suku Anak Dalam Muara Kilis Village. Abstract

Facial masks are skincare cosmetics that have many advantages, namely to prevent premature aging, maintain facial skin, detoxify the skin, cure acne, and cleanse pores. Chocolate (Theobroma cacao L.) is one of the leading commodities in Indonesia. The content of flavonoid compounds has potential as an antioxidant. Antioxidants that can prevent the entry of free radicals that can interfere with the activity of enzymes other than that can prevent wrinkling and age on the skin. This activity carried out, starting from the preparation of the cocoa organic mask extension material, the collections of content, the implementation of the natural mask extension in Dusun Lubuk Dalam. The results of this activity are mothers who can make organic masks from cocoa beans that are beneficial for facial skin health. Lubuk Dalam is one of the villages in Kemingking Dalam Taman Rajo, Muaro Jambi, which has significant natural resources and has excellent potential for use as preparation material. Natural resources, namely chocolate fruit often found in this region. Therefore, a program is needed to improve public understanding and knowledge about the use of herbs for skin health and cosmetic preparation through counseling activities. Besides, this program can increase the economic value of many plants that grow in Dusun Lubuk Dalam.

Abstract

Dishwashing soap is a daily requirement of housewives. Solvents can be manufactured on a home scale using materials and methods that are easy to do.  The activity of making dish soap can increase the economic independence of mothers who are around the hallway of Mangga Besar village Wijaya Pura in Jambi Selatan, Jambi City. The method used for community service activities is through demonstration directly in front of the participants ' mothers. A total of 20 enthusiastic participants participated in the events ranging from the preparation of materials to packaging. It also examined the safety aspects of chemicals used and analysis of the price calculation of production and sales calculations.

Abstract

The availability of clean water is a major human requirement. Suku Anak Dalam community communities often struggle to access clean water sources. The river becomes one of the sources of clean water used to meet the needs of water, but the condition of the river does not meet the standard for use. The purpose of this community devotion is to do clean water counseling and demonstration about the manufacture of water filter media in Suku Anak Dalam in Lubuk Kayu Aro, Mestong District of Muaro Jambi, Jambi. This activity will be expected to improve the health quality of the Suku Anak Dalam in Lubuk Kayu Aro. The method used was counseling to the community of Suku Anak Dalam in Lubuk Kayu Aro and did a demonstration of a simple water filter media. Materials needed include sieve containers, bottled water, gravel, palm-fiber, sand, and foam. The result of this community devotion is increasing public knowledge about the importance of clean water in life. In addition, people can know how to create water filter media and apply it in daily life. Keywords: clean water, Suku Anak Dalam, water filter media
