Abstract

Scientific literacy is part of implementing the independent curriculum in learning activities at SD Nasima. The research objective was to determine the independent curriculum implementation for grades 1, 2, 4, and 5 at SD Nasima, primarily scientific literacy. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The design used is a case study which means the researcher reveals and analyzes the problem in depth to get specific results. The subjects in this study were teachers, students, and school principals at Nasima Elementary School. Data collection uses primary and secondary sources. Primary sources include observations and interviews, while secondary sources come from books, journals, and scientific articles. The stages of data analysis include critical analysis, interpretation, and conclusions data validity techniques using source triangulation. The study results show that there is scientific literacy in the implementation of the independent curriculum, using learning resources and learning processes, and finding obstacles in its application.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of grade 5th students at Elementary School 14 Sragen in science subjects due to suboptimal learning. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning learning model with Quizizz media on the science learning outcomes of fifth grade students of Elementary School 14 Sragen. This type of research is experimental research with a quasi-experimental research design. The research method used is Quasi-experimental design, research sampling involves two study groups of grade V students, namely the experimental class and the control class, with a total of 17 students each. The data analysis method was carried out by applying a paired sample t-test to test the hypothesis and N-gain test to assess the effectiveness of the learning model. The results showed that PBL with Quizizz media was declared effective based on the paired sample t-test with a result of 0.000, which means that there is an average difference in student science learning outcomes between the problem-based learning model with Quizizz media and the STAD model. The experimental class N-gain test results were higher than the control class 79.2532> 53.8574 effective criteria. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the application of the Problem-Based Learning learning model with Quizizz media can improve student learning outcomes and more effectively improve student science learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the findings of problems in the field, one of which is the learning outcomes of students in science learning are still low compared to other learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the development, feasibility, and effectiveness of Augmented Reality Book learning media as a science learning media on water cycle material in elementary schools. The method used is R & D (Research & Development), and the development model used is the ADDIE model. The results of research and development are obtained from the results of feasibility trials and the results of usage trials. From media experts get a percentage of 91.67% with a very feasible category and from material experts get a percentage of 90.38% with a very feasible category. The results of the small group usage trial obtained an average posttest of 81.30 with an average pretest value of 54. While the results of the large group usage trial obtained an average posttest of 79.18 with an average pretest value of 50.27. With an increase in learning outcomes in the moderate category of 61% in small groups, while in large groups there was an increase in learning outcomes in the moderate category of 58%. So it can be concluded that AR-Book-based science learning media on water cycle material effectively improves student learning outcomes. For this reason, researchers hope that there is support for more complete learning facilities so that the application of using the media is more effective and more efficient.

Abstract

The problem in SD Negeri 02 Sidorejo, Pemalang Regency, is that teachers still use learning media that do not utilize technology that affects student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to develop interactive PPT media based on audiovisual using the PBL model, to determine its feasibility and effectiveness. Using the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of the study were students and teachers of grade IV of SD Negeri 02 Sidorejo. Data collection was carried out through test and non-test techniques with data analysis in the form of product analysis. The results of the expert validator's assessment were very feasible to obtain a percentage of 87%, while the media expert gave a percentage of 93%. The data is normally distributed with values The data is normally distributed, with values of 0.54 and 0.98 significance on the small-scale pretest and posttest and for a large scale of 0.31 and 0.10. The results of the t-test with significance (α) below 0.05 are 0.008 and 0.000. In the average increase test, the N-gain value was obtained at 0.67 on a large scale so that the effectiveness value was in the medium category. On a small scale, the mean value was 0.65, which was in the medium category. The conclusion of this study is that it is very feasible and improves learning outcomes. It is recommended that interactive PPT media based on audiovisual with the PBL model can be used by teachers as a learning medium so that learning objectives are achieved.

Abstract

Science learning at SDS IT Nurul Yaqin in East Jakarta City is still monotonous. This is because the teacher uses a learning strategy that is centered on the teacher, which affects student learning outcomes and does not meet the KKTP that the school owns. One of the supporting variations in learning is by using interesting learning media and learning models. The purpose of this study was to develop, test the feasibility and test the effectiveness of digital learning media flipbook magazine on the learning outcomes of class V students of SDS IT Nurul Yaqin, East Jakarta City, especially on science material. The type of research is Research and Development (RnD) with the ADDIE model consisting of 5 stages. Documentation, interviews, questionnaires, and observations are all methods used for data collection. The results of the validation of learning media products by experts in material and media were 87.5% and 90% with a classification of "very feasible." The effectiveness with the T test was 0.000, and the NGain calculation results were 0.66 on a small scale and 0.60 on a large scale in the category of "moderate." Researchers suggest always developing digital learning models and media in order to create meaningful learning.

Abstract

Science learning in primary schools still faces challenges in improving student learning outcomes. One solution is the use of interactive learning media that utilise technology and appropriate learning models. Research at SDN Bringin 01 Semarang City developed an interactive multimedia presentation using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model for science subjects. The research method used Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The results showed that the multimedia developed was successful and feasible to use, with a feasibility assessment from media experts of 91.5% and material experts of 89.5%. The use of this multimedia is effective in improving student learning outcomes, with an increase of 25.5% and a significant difference between before and after use. The N-Gain test showed a high criterion of 0.72. Thus, PBL-based interactive multimedia presentations can be a solution to improve the quality of science learning in elementary schools. The PBL model itself has been proven effective in improving students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills Class IV of SDN Bringin 01 Semarang City, totalling 28 students.
