Abstract

Pendidikan adalah salah satu upaya untuk dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap peserta didik untuk dapat mengembangkan dan dapat mewujudkan potensi-potensi diri dengan baik. Potensi ini dapat berpengaruh baik dan buruknya sesuai dengan lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa Kelas V SD Negeri Selakopi Kota Bogor. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri Selakopi dengan jumlah 45 orang responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan total sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling.  Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa kelas V SD Negeri Selakopi Kota Bogor.

Abstract

Fenomena bullying telah lama menjadi bagian dari dinamika sekolah. Kekerasan tersebut membuktikan bahwa pendidikan belum mampu membuat manusia lebih manusiawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini, penulis memfokuskan pada proses pengantisipasian prilaku bullying, khususnya peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengantisipasi bullying verbal di SMAN 20 Batam. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian dilakukan pengolahan dan analisis data dengan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam menangani perilaku bullying verbal, subjek menggunakan konseling individu yang dianggap lebih efektif dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa subjek telah melaksanakan beberapa tugas pokok dan fungsi sebagai guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Abstract

Pengelolaan inventori alat-alat di PT. Rotary Electrical Machine Service atau fasilitas lainnya membutuhkan sistem yang efisien untuk memastikan ketersediaan peralatan yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem manajemen inventori berbasis web yang dapat membantu pengelolaan inventori alat-alat. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mencakup fitur-fitur seperti pencatatan stok, pelacakan riwayat penggunaan, dan pelaporan inventori, Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah model waterfall, yang mencakup tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan deployment. Sistem dibangun menggunakan framework PHP dan database MySQL. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode black box dan kuisioner untuk menilai aspek usability.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen inventori berbasis web yang dikembangkan dapat membantu PT. Rotary Electrical Machine Service atau fasilitas dalam mengelola inventori alatalat perusahaan secara efektif dan efisien. Sistem ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan akurasi data, mempermudah proses pencatatan dan pelaporan, serta membantu memonitor kondisi peralatan secara real-time. Pengguna juga memberikan umpan balik positif terkait kemudahan penggunaan dan manfaat sistem bagi pengelolaan inventori.

Abstract

Literasi merupakan fondasi utama untuk menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di jenjang selanjutnya. Literasi tidak berarti hanya kemampuan membaca dan menulis, tetapi juga melibatkan pemahaman, interpretasi, dan apresiasi berbagai bentuk komunikasi, termasuk bahasa lisan, tulisan, dan media digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana kegiatan pojok literasi dapat mengatasi peserta didik yang belum lancar dalam membaca. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, dimana data dikumpulkan dalam bentuk berupa paragraf dan gambar, sehingga peneliti perlu mengkaji data tersebut terlebih dahulu yaitu melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, obsevasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek pada penelitian ini ialah seluruh  peserta didik kelas 1 sampai kelas 6 di SDN Kaloran Kidul yang mengikuti program pojok literasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu guru memiliki peran yang cukup vital untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan membaca peserta didik dengan menjadi pendamping & motivator. Program wajib pojok literasi yang dilaksanakan di SDN Kaloran Kidul cukup sukses untuk dapat mendukung peserta didik menjadi lebih percaya diri, meningkatkan minat baca, kelancaran dalam membaca, serta berpikir lebih kritis.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has had a huge impact on students' lives, both positive and negative, affecting their mental health. Challenges such as cyberbullying, social media addiction, and academic pressure due to social comparison add to the complexity of the psychological crisis experienced by students. Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers have an important role in helping students deal with this crisis, by developing relevant approaches, as well as utilizing technology in counseling services. In the digital era, technology-based interventions, such as cybercounseling, can facilitate students' access to counseling services and increase the effectiveness of psychological support. This article discusses the literature on the role of counseling teachers in managing students' psychological crisis in the digital era, as well as the necessary competencies and intervention strategies. With support from various parties, including schools and families, counseling teachers can help create an environment that supports students' holistic mental health, while optimizing the use of technology in counseling services.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Pappa Kecamatan Pattalassang Kabupaten Takalar. Program kemitraan masyarakat ini bertujuan utuk membimbing guru-guru dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran berupa RPP dan LKPD model discovery dengan kegiatan: 1) membuat RPP dan LKPD model discovery, 2) tanya jawab, 3) mengarahkan guru meransang pembelajaran yang aktif, inovatif, komunikatif dan klaboratif, melalui penerapan sintak discovery yaitu: stimulus, edentifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, verifikasi dan generalisasi. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan tanya jawab langsung secara luring. Kegiatannya berupa: 1) penjelasan tujuan pembelajaran dengan model discovery, 2) penjelasan kaitan kurikulum 2013, 3) pemberian materi singkat, 4) guru membuat RPP dan LKPD model discovery, 5) membuka acara tanya jawab langsung. Hasil penerapan PKM ini disambut hangat oleh para guru bidang studi dan sebab sudah memahami fungsi pembelajaran model discovery. Guru-guru sudah memahami fungsi dan makna model discovery.

Abstract

The implementation of organizational fundamentals, such as a clear vision and mission, inspiring leadership, strong organizational culture, and a transparent evaluation system, can significantly increase the effectiveness of character education. In addition, the integration of character education into the curriculum and extracurricular activities is also a determining factor in the formation of student character. This study concludes that character education based on organizational fundamentals not only improves the moral quality of individuals, but also creates a conducive educational environment for the holistic development of students. Community service activities that focus on the implementation of character education based on organizational fundamentals at SMK Yapia Parung, Bogor Regency. This activity aims to strengthen character values among students through a structured approach based on organizational principles. The method used in this activity is a seminar. The implementation of the activity begins with a needs analysis and determination of the vision and mission of character education that is in accordance with the culture and values of the School. Furthermore, intensive training is carried out to integrate character values into the learning process and extracurricular activities. The character programs developed include various activities such as group discussions, community service projects, and competitions that encourage positive behavior. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in awareness and application of character values by students, as well as improvements in the school climate that is more conducive to learning. Continuous evaluation through surveys and observations shows that the organizational-based character education approach has a positive impact on the development of students' morals and ethics.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the model of religious humanistic education values applied in Madrasah Aliyah in Nunukan Regency, by conducting mapping involving three Madrasah Aliyah, namely Madrasah Aliyah Al-Anshari Nunukan, Madrasah Aliyah Ma’arif NU 01 Nunukan Selatan, and Madrasah Aliyah Al-Khairaat Nunukan. There are five main reasons underlying the research on the model of religious humanistic education values in these Madrasah Aliyah. First, the socio-cultural diversity in Nunukan that requires value education to build social harmony. Second, the influence of globalization that threatens the morals of teenagers, necessitating strengthening character based on religious humanistic values. Third, the strategic role of madrasah in shaping noble character and reinforcing Islamic identity. Fourth, the local context of Nunukan as a border area facing the influence of foreign cultures. Fifth, the crisis of values among teenagers, such as low tolerance, responsibility, and social concern. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the Headmaster and teachers of the three Madrasah Aliyah in Nunukan Regency. The main focus of this research is to understand how the model of religious humanist education is implemented in Madrasah Aliyah in Nunukan Regency, to analyze educational strategies for internalizing religious humanist values in Madrasah Aliyah in Nunukan Regency, and to determine the implications of implementing the model of religious humanist education in Madrasah Aliyah in Nunukan Regency.

Abstract

In the counseling process, transfer and countertransfer are important psychological phenomena. When clients unconsciously project their feelings, hopes, or past experiences onto the counselor, this is called transference. On the other hand, the counselor's emotional reaction to the client which is influenced by the counselor's personal experiences is called countertransference. In a counseling relationship, this phenomenon can be both a challenge and an opportunity. This article discusses the ideas, dynamics, and effects of transference and countertransference on counseling effectiveness. The focus is on how important self-awareness, reflection skills, and supervision are to managing these two phenomena in a beneficial way. To find important problems that influence clients in managing transference, counselors must understand the client's emotional and behavioral patterns. To avoid mistakes that can occur in the counseling relationship, managing countertransference requires that counselors be aware of their own biases and emotional reactions.

Abstract

Education is a system created and developed to create superior Human Resources to strengthen the nation's competitiveness. But in its development there are various problems, one of which is the uneven distribution of facilities and infrastructure, the application of learning methods and models that are not in accordance with the times and the participation of the community and all stakeholders have not optimally contributed to the development of the education system in Indonesia. The Teaching Campus Program batch 3 is one of the MBKM activities which is a solution to address various educational problems in Indonesia, especially education at the Elementary School level and Junior High School education units. Apart from that, campus teaching is also a form of empowering students to gain field learning and at the same time a form of real contribution as an Agent of Change in the world of education, as well as a forum for the development of student Soft Skills and Hard Skills. The results obtained in the implementation of KM 3 are: (1) has provided training on the adaptation and application of learning technology to teachers and students, (2) the application of learning methods and models that are in accordance with the times, (3) the application of learning that is oriented towards increasing literacy and student numeracy, (4) assisting teachers in school administration and (5) there is an increase in literacy, numeracy, student motivation and the ability to adapt technology by teachers and students.
