Abstract

Education is a deliberate and planned effort to create a teaching and learning environment where students can actively develop their potential to have personality, character, a sense of self-control, religious spiritual soul, and knowledge to live a life in society. Education is changing in the home, community, and educational institutions. The instructional leadership role of school principals as educators, managers, administrators, leaders, innovators and motivators cannot be separated from educational change in schools. One of the three implementers of the Driving School Program (PSP) is SMA Negeri 1 Gerung. Where PSP is a government program that collaborates with regional governments (PEMDA) in various interventions to improve the level of education. PSP concentrates on the process of developing holistic student learning outcomes which include basic literacy and numeracy competencies as well as character. The research approach used is empirical research, namely research with data in the field as the main data source, such as the results of interviews and observations. In this research, the researcher focuses on SMAN 1 Gerung which is the implementer of the Driving School Program (PSP) in Lombok Regency West.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana kinerja kepala sekolah berlatar belakang guru penggerak sebagai manajerial pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan memanfaatkan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua tahap perhitungan, yaitu PSA (Teknik Setiap Aspek) dan PSP (Persentase Setiap Program). Analisis data melalui tiga alur kegiatan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Evaluasi Konteks, evaluasi aspek konteks kinerja kepala sekolah berlatar guru penggerak di Kabupaten Lombok Timur termasuk katagori sangat baik dengan nilai akhir 92%. Hal ini berarti bahwa kinerja kepala sekolah sudah memenuhi ketersediaan landasan hukum dan ketersediaan panduan pelaksanaan, 2) Evaluasi Input, Evaluasi aspek input kinerja kepala sekolah berlatar guru penggerak di Kabupaten Lombok Timur termasuk katagori sangat baik dengan nilai akhir 98%. Hal ini berarti kepala sekolah sudah memfasilitasi dengan baik dalam menyusun alternatif pendekatan, rencana tindakan, dan pengembangan kinerja staf, 3) Evaluasi Proses, Evaluasi aspek proses kinerja kepala sekolah berlatar guru penggerak di Kabupaten Lombok Timur termasuk katagori sangat baik dengan nilai akhir 92%. Sekolah dinilai mampu merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan melakukan supervisi dengan sangat baik sesuai dengan alur yang didapatkan selama pendidikan guru penggerak, 4) Evaluasi Produk, Evaluasi aspek produk program kinerja kepala sekolah berlatar guru penggerak di Kabupaten Lombok Timur termasuk katagori sangat baik dengan nilai akhir 89%. Hal ini berarti sekolah memiliki produk yang menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan dari program sekolah penggerak. Sehingga dari hasil keseluruhan dapat dikatakan evaluasi kinerja kepala skeolah berlatar belakang guru penggerak sangat baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pengembangan profesionalitas guru di SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Kabupaten Lombok Utara dan tantangan yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengembangan profesionalitas guru di SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung sudah dilakukan dengan baik dimulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pengembangan profesionalitas guru dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Buy dan make yaitu pengembangan dimulai dari proses perekrutan guru dengan standar kualifikasi pendidikan minimal S1, memiliki sertifikat pendidik sampai dengan pengembangan kompetensi guru setelah menjadi bagian dari guru SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung. Pelaksanaan pengembangan kompetensi guru dilakukan secara formal dan nonformal melalui dua program yaitu program sekolah penggerak dan program rutin sekolah. Bentuk kegiatan pengembangan kompetensi guru berupa pelatihan komite pembelajar, lokakarya, IHT, pembinaan oleh kepala sekolah, supervisi, pelatihan, workshop dan berbagi praktik baik.  Dalam pelaksanaanya terdapat berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi yaitu tantangan yang berasal dari internal guru dan tantangan yang berasal dari eksternal guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi penilaian digital menggunakan Computer Based Test (CBT) di SMP NW Jerua. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan memanfaatkan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik Analisa data menggunakan model interaktif dan memeriksa keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Tahap perencanaan telah terlaksana dengan baik. Namun, diperlukan pelatihan yang terus berlanjut bagi para guru, khususnya terkait dengan penilaian berbasis digital. 2) Tahap pelaksanaan telah berjalan dengan baik. Meskipun demikian, perlu dilaksanakan simulasi pra-implementasi CBT dan peningkatan pengawasan terhadap siswa agar proses penilaian dapat berlangsung dengan optimal, dan 3) Tahap Evaluasi telah dilakukan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan. Namun, terdapat kebutuhan untuk melakukan perbaikan lebih lanjut pada sarana dan prasarana agar proses implementasi CBT dapat berjalan dengan lebih baik. Hasil tersebut dapat menunjukkan gambaran manajemen yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi implementasi penilaian berbasis digital menggunakan Computer Based Test (CBT) di SMP NW Jerua.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen terhadap Efisiensi Kerja Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Dompu, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tata Kelola Administrasi terhadap Efisiensi Kerja Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Dompu dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara Sistem Informasi Manajemen dan Tata Kelola Administrasi terhadap Efisiensi Kerja Pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode skala likert. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Dompu sebanyak 122 responden dan sampelnya sebanyak 93 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampeln menggunakan purpusive sample. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, Linear Berganda, Uji Hipotesis.Teknik analisis data melalui program IBM SPSS statistik 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan untuk setiap uji parsial menyatakan signifikan dan berpengaruh positif antar variabel.  Berdasarkan pada nilai F hitung 28,168 dengan nilai dignifikan 000,0 <0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan Sistem Informasi Manajemen dan Tata Kelola Administrasi terhadap Efisiensi Kerja Pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semua variabel bebas secara bersama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05). Besar pengaruhnya dari nilai Koefisien Determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,385 atau 38,5% dan sisanya 61,5% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini.  Dengan demikian, hipotesa ada pengaruh yang berarti (signifikan) dari Variabel bebas terhadap variabel Efisiensi Kerja Pegawai dapat diterima.

Abstract

Education is the main pillar in determining the quality of human resources and the progress of a nation, and independent learning is a response to the needs of the education system in an effort to improve human resources in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Freedom of learning also frees educators and students to choose their learning system. The qualitative approach is the collection of data in a natural setting with the intention of interpreting the phenomena that occur, where the researcher is the key instrument, the data collection technique is carried out in a triangulation (combined) manner, the analysis is inductive/qualitative, and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning and generalization. The researcher found that some of the supporting factors for driving teachers in implementing the independent curriculum that already have the status of driving schools and independent independent are the ones that are the driving schools. The supporting factors experienced by the driving teachers in implementing the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Sakra which develop competence, full support, and inhibiting factors. The impact given as a driving teacher who provides learning that is in accordance with interests, talents, and student-centered. In addition, driving teachers must prioritize caring for the character of students who are increasingly visible, and can also open their minds to students who have different characteristics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of online slot addiction on the social behavior of adolescents in Mataram City. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with adolescents addicted to online slots. The results indicate that online slot addiction negatively affects various aspects of adolescents' lives, including financial, social, and academic domains. Financially, adolescents tend to spend their pocket money uncontrollably and even borrow money from friends or family. Socially, this addiction isolates them from their social environment and reduces their involvement in community activities. Additionally, in the academic aspect, online slot addiction leads to declining academic performance due to a lack of focus and frequent absenteeism from school activities. The conclusion of this study confirms that online slot addiction is a detrimental phenomenon for adolescents' social development and requires attention from various parties, including families, schools, and the government. More intensive preventive and educational measures are necessary to mitigate the negative impact of this addiction and raise awareness among adolescents about the dangers of online gambling.

Abstract

Educational planning is an integrated process, which will be achieved if all parties related to the field, both government and society, have the same understanding in preparing integrated planning. This condition requires each planning unit to have human resources for planning who understand the substance of educational development and have the ability to prepare educational planning based on the conditions of each region and in accordance with structured, systematic development planning, and refer to the planning system in accordance with central government policies. The main objective of this training is to improve the technical competence of educational planning managers so that they are able to understand policies related to the basics of educational planning, statistics in educational planning, education sector diagnosis and projection techniques and simulation models in educational planning and make follow-up plans as a reference in carrying out their duties and functions as educational planners in their work units. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the competence of human resources for educational planners at the regional level. One strategy is to carry out Educational Planning Training in collaboration between local governments and local universities

Abstract

One of the efforts to improve the quality of education is planning according to the needs of the school. The education unit has an education report card in which there is information about quality indicators based on the National Assessment (AN) which is carried out every year where the results of the AN are described in the education report card which contains the report of the education unit as a whole starting from Numeracy Literacy, Instructional Leadership of school principals, educators and education personnel, and learning environment etc. Education units in Nusa Tenggara Province in general and in Mataram City in particular have implemented data-based planning (PBD), but it is not optimal because the program is relatively new. In the education report card, there are recommendations that are referred to as the preparation of the School Activity Plan and Budget (RKAS) in which there is a priority scale of recommended programs/activities such as improving teacher competence, increasing literacy and numeracy, strengthening character education and structuring the school environment. Through Community Service (PKM), in this case to junior high school education units, socialization programs/activities are needed through workshops with the theme of data-based planning.

Abstract

The Driving School Program is one of the efforts to realize the vision of Indonesian Education in realizing an advanced Indonesia that is sovereign, independent and has personality through the creation of Pancasila Students. The Driving School Program focuses on developing holistic student learning outcomes which include competency (literacy and numeracy) and character, starting with superior human resources (school principals and teachers). The aim of this study is to explain the implementation of the driving school program in strengthening the profile of Pancasila students and the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained from the data include, among others. (1) the form of implementation of the Driving School program is through consultative and asymmetric mentoring interventions, data-based planning, new paradigm learning, strengthening school human resources, and school digitalization; (2) developing the profile of Pancasila students through the driving school program implemented through intracurricular, extracurricular and positive cultural activities, and (3) supporting factors in implementing the driving school program, namely full support by the school in carrying out various activities of the driving school program which is a support in the success of the program and the quality of human resources as well as collaboration between educational and educational staff. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are students who are heterogeneous, which becomes an obstacle in character formation and teaching staff who are still unable to switch from the old curriculum. ABSTRAKProgram Sekolah Penggerak merupakan salah satu upaya dalam mewujudkan visi Pendidikan Indonesia yaitu Indonesia maju yang berdaulat, mandiri, dan berkepribadian dengan terciptanya Pelajar Pancasila. Program Sekolah Penggerak berfokus pada pengembangan hasil belajar siswa secara holistik yang mencakup kompetensi (literasi dan numerasi) dan karakter, diawali dengan SDM yang unggul (kepala sekolah dan guru). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi program sekolah penggerak dalam penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dan faktor pendukung serta penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari data, antara lain. (1) bentuk implementasi program Sekolah Penggerak adalah melalui intervensi pendampingan konsultatif dan asimetris, perencanaan berbasis data, pembelajaran paradigma baru, penguatan SDM sekolah, dan digitalisasi sekolah; (2) pengembangan profil pelajar pancasila melalui program sekolah penggerak dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler, ektrakurikuler dan budaya positif, dan (3) faktor pendukung dari pelaksanaan program sekolah penggerak yaitu dukungan penuh oleh sekolah dalam melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan program sekolah penggerak yang merupakan penunjamg dalam keberhasilam program dan kualitas SDM serta kolabirasi antara tenaga pendidk dan kependidikan. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu siswa yang heterogen sehingga menjadi kendala dalam pembentukan karakter dan tenaga pendidik yang masih belum bisa beralih dari Kurikulum lama.
