Abstract

This study examines the influence of firm size and market risk on the stock return of Indonesian high reliable companies. The samples are companies listed on the LQ45 between 2015 and 2017. There are 45 companies have been selected or 196 observations. The data was obtained from the financial reports and analysed by using regression for panel data method, namely the common effect model and the Chow test. The results demonstrate that firm size has an effect on the stocks return, while market risk does not have effect on the stocks return of the blue chip companies. The results of this study are expected to help investors in making proper investment decisions toward bluechip Indonesian companies.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims at examining the determinants of corporate cash holdings using 357 sample of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period from 2013 to 2015. The determinants tested in this study are cash flow and profitability. Data is collected from financial reports of the sample companies. This study employs panel data regression method, namely the common-effects method based on Chow test result. The results show that cash holding positively affected by cash flow and profitability. The result of this study can help the stakeholders to understand the causal effect of cash flow and profitability on cash holdings especially in manufacturing companies. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepemilikan kas perusahaan dengan menggunakan 357 sampel perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2013 sampai dengan 2015. Faktor-faktor penentu yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah cash flow dan profitability. Data dikumpulkan dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang telah dipilih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi untuk data panel, yaitu dengan melihat common-effects berdasarkan hasil uji Chow. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cash holding dipengaruhi secara positif oleh cash flow dan profitability. Hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu para pemangku kepentingan untuk memahami pengaruh sebab akibat dari cash flow dan profitability pada kepemilikan kas terutama di perusahaan manufaktur.

Abstract

Research and community service (P2M) are crucial elements that higher education institutions can undertake to address the challenges and problems faced by society. According to the administrative system in higher education institutions, before initiating a P2M program, a series of processes, including the creation of a proper and correct proposal, are required. This proposal will then be submitted to the LPPM (Institute for Research and Community Service) as the coordinator of P2M activities. The quality of the P2M proposal significantly influences the implementation of these activities. Therefore, the quality and quantity of P2M proposal creation can be improved through training. This article will discuss the training conducted with the main objective of enhancing the ability of lecturers to prepare research and community service proposals within the Aceh Polytechnic environment. The training aims to ensure that lecturers can create proposals that meet administrative standards, thereby obtaining approval and support from the LPPM of Aceh Polytechnic. By improving the lecturers' ability to prepare proper and correct proposals, the quality and quantity of research and community service at Aceh Polytechnic will significantly increase.                   Keywords: P2M; three pillars of higher education; LPPM; research proposal  Abstrak: Penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (P2M) adalah elemen krusial yang dapat dilakukan perguruan tinggi untuk mengatasi tantangan dan masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan sistem administrasi di perguruan tinggi, sebelum dapat memulai program P2M ini maka diperlukan serangkaian proses termasuk pembuatan proposal yang baik dan benar yang nantinya akan diserahkan kepada pihak LPPM selaku koordinator kegiatan P2M. Pembuatan proposal P2M yang berkualitas akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap terlaksananya kegiatan P2M ini, terkait hal tersebut kualitas dan kuantitas pembuatan proposal P2M dapat ditingkatkan dengan dilakukannya pelatihan. Artikel ini akan membahas pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan kemampuan dosen dalam menyusun proposal penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di lingkungan Politeknik Aceh. Pelatihan ini bertujuan memastikan dosen mampu membuat proposal yang memenuhi standar administrasi, sehingga bisa mendapatkan persetujuan dan dukungan dari LPPM Politeknik Aceh. Dengan meningkatnya kemampuan dosen dalam menyusun proposal yang baik dan benar maka juga akan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas penelitian serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Politeknik Aceh akan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Kata kunci: P2M; tri dharma perguruan tinggi; LPPM; proposal penelitian

Abstract

: Kelas Pintar is a technology-based educational solution designed to increase students' understanding of subject matter and aims to improve the quality of human resources with the best educational reference for a better nation. To achieve this goal, maximum performance is required by employees. Therefore, the authors conducted research with the hypothesis that there is a significant influence between discipline, competence, and workload on the performance of Kelas Pintar Startup employees. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence discipline, competence and workload have on the performance of Kelas Pintar Startup employees, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used was proportionated stratified random sampling, where the sample was obtained by the portion of the population, namely 168 respondent. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square Technique (SEM-PLS). While the research analysis uses descriptive analysis, making path models, analyzing outer models, analyzing inner models, and testing hypotheses. The results of the study prove that the path coefficient (original sample) for discipline (X1) is 0.440 or 44%, competence is 0.344 or 34.4% and workload is 0.208 or 20.8%. So it can be interpreted that the variables of discipline, competence and workload have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Health and beauty Store PT. This condition is caused by the business strategy carried out so far still not being able to produce the expected performance. Strategic management is a process for producing strategies that can be used by the company through analysis of the company's internal and external factors. Analysis of the external environment and internal environment can be used as the main reference for improving marketing strategies. Determine the business strategy for the Health and Beauty store PT. X that can produce the expected business performance. The analysis of the external and internal environment is combined with a SWOT analysis, then strategic priorities are determined from the results of the SWOT analysis with the QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) matrix. Research results show that the health and beauty store PT.X can carry out forward, backward and horizontal integration strategies. Apart from that, creating a more massive weekly promo is the right strategy to improve the company's business performance. The implementation of this strategy needs to be carried out with a consistent action plan. Based on the results of the strategy analysis carried out on the Health and Beauty store PT. 3) at the decision stage.  Keywords: Business Strategy, SWOT, QSPM  ABSTRAK Health and beauty Store PT.X merupakan unit bisnis yang bergerak di bidang retail farmasi modern sejak tahun 2019. Memasuki tahun 2023 tercatat bahwa kinerja bisnis mengalami penurunan dari tahun ke tahun dan tidak mencapai target perusahaan. Kondisi tersebut disebabkan strategi bisnis yang dilakukan selama ini masih belum mampu menghasilkan kinerja yang di harapkan. Manajemen strategi merupakan proses untuk menghasilkan strategi–strategi yang dapat di gunakan oleh perusahaan melalu analisis faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan. Analisis lingkungan eksternal dan lingkungan internal dapat dijadikan acuan utama untuk melakukan perbaikan strategi pemasaran. Menetapkan strategi bisnis untuk Health and Beauty store PT. X yang dapat menghasilkan kinerja bisnis yang diharapkan. Analisis lingkungan ekternal dan internal tersebut digabungkan dengan analisis SWOT, kemudian dilakukan penetapan prioritas strategi dari hasil analisis SWOT dengan matriks QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Hasil penelitian bahwa health and beauty store PT.X dapat melakukan strategi integrasi ke depan, ke belakan dan horizontal. Selain itu, membuat weekly promo yang lebih massive menjadi strategi yang tepat untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja bisnis perusahan. Pelaksanaan dari strategi tersebut perlu di laksanakan dengan action plan secara konsisten. Berdasarkan hasil analisis strategi yang dilakukan terhadap Health and Beauty store PT.X melalui 3 tahapan analisis yaitu input stage, matching stage dan decision stage dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal diantaranya, strategi yang sesuai adalah strategi SO (Strength – Opportunity) dengan 5 alternatif strategi yang kemudian diperoleh Strategi prioritas berupa membuat weekly promo lebih massive. Kata kunci: Strategi Bisnis, SWOT, QSPM

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether supervision, discipline, and employee competence can affect employee performance either partially or simultaneously at the Darussalam District Office of Big Aceh District. The samples used in this study were employees at the Darussalam District Office of Big Aceh District. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using Evies 12. The results show that partially supervision and discipline have no infuence on employee performance, while competence has an influence on employee performance. Simultaneously supervision, discipline and competence of employees influence the performance of the employees of the Darussalam Sub-District Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the professionalism of the performance of the financial administration apparatus in the Banda Aceh regional work unit by using position analysis and understanding of regional financial management information systems on the performance of the regional financial administration apparatus. The sampling technique in this study is the census method, obtaining 44 respondents. The results show that job analysis and understanding of regional financial management information systems partially have a significant effect on the performance of the financial administration apparatus in the Banda Aceh regional work unit. Furthermore, job analysis and regional financial management information systems understanding have a significant effect on the financial administration apparatus performance in the Banda Aceh regional work unit simultaneously.

Abstract

Sektor informal menjadi sektor yang memainkan peran penting didalam perekonomian nasional indonesia sebagai penopang penciptaan lapangan pekerjaan, penggerak ekonomi lokal, serta solusi alternatif bagi pengangguran. Di Kota Pekanbaru, pekerja informal terus mengalami peningkatan dari 35,31% 2021 menjadi 40,77% pada 2023, ini menegaskan bahwa proporsi yang besar pekerja informal di Kota Pekanbaru menjadi hal penting di dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Kelurahan kulim, sebagai kelurahan yang memiliki luas wilayah terbesar di Kota pekanbaru dengan kepadatan penduduk yang rendah, dan aktivitas perekonomian masyarakat masih didominasi oleh pekerja serabutan di bidang perdagangan mikro, pertanian, dan peternakan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas sumber daya manusia sektor informal melalui peningkatan keterampilan kewirausahaan, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, dan pengetahuan ekspor. Hasil pengabdian ini sangat efektif (85%) berdasarkan hasil observasi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman guna peningkatan kualitas SDM untuk mendukung kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat. Maka dari itu, dengan pemberdayaan ini, sektor informal di Kelurahan Kulim diharapkan tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai penyangga ekonomi, tetapi juga mampu berkembang lebih produktif, berdaya saing, dan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.
